what they need to fuel their uniquebody. So what you need to eat
is going to be different than whatI need to eat. And most of
us are given a cookie cutter foundationand we're told that we need to do
everything the same. And that's whyI visit to myphdweightloss dot Com will customize
it specifically for you. And alsothere's a lot more that goes into this
besides just losing the weight and eatinghealthier. We understand that weight loss is

(00:45):
an addiction recovery process for a lotof people, so we have to break
the ties to the foods you sayyou love that don't love you back.
So it's a lot of mental andemotional work. It's not just the science
of when and what you're eating,so we incorporate both. We have maintenance
support. It's one thing to dropthe weight, but it's a whole nother
thing to keep the weight off forgood. And we're there to support our

(01:06):
clients doing that as well. Andwith PhD weight loss, you're helping real
people get real results and that hasto be rewarding. One of my leaders
just emailed me last week and thesubject line was forwarded from one of our
clients and it said PhD saved mylife. And I mean every time I
