Speaker 2 (00:38):
Welcome to the Quantum Leak book Club. And this is Parisher,
your host and my co host this week Steve Jones,
and we have Mia Do we have Geraldine, Geraldine Dahlbi Okay,
Geraldine Great, Rose, Marie you there, Frankfurt, Germany.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Yes, I'm hearing great.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
We have Trina Cooper Denver, Colorado.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Trina dim I'm here, Hello.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Wonderful And this week our usual co hosts Mary and
Love will not be joining us. She's off and traveling.
So you've got us for the week and we're actually
finishing up the book Doctor Joe Despendso's book Okay on
becoming supernatural. So I would hope that since we've come

(01:33):
to this point, that you're all very much in sync
with what you've gotten out of the book and where
you can use it and where it's benefiting it, because
this has been a fantastic book. It really has. I've
read almost every one of Joe's books and worked with
people reading them in study groups, and this one has
been quite extraordinary. So I'm very happy that we've had

(01:54):
the time to go through that, and we will be
starting next week with a new book, so please check
the website and we're going to have Robbie Gunster tell
us pretty soon as to what the new book is
about and all the good things we're going to get
out of it. So we're reading on page three, twelve

(02:15):
seventeen if you haven't read the afterwards, so I'm basically
going to ask the co host just to sum up
their own particular understanding of this final part of the book,
the afterward, and where you would like to leave your
message with people in what to do and what you
hope will be accomplished in your time that you've given

(02:35):
them and sharing this book. So we could start with you,
rose Mary, would you like to start and actually share
your feelings on the last part of this book and
actually what you feel your life has accomplished with it.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
You there, yes, hello, can you hear me now?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (02:54):
Hear you?

Speaker 7 (02:55):
Very good?

Speaker 3 (02:55):
Okay, yes, great.

Speaker 8 (02:58):
Well the afterward is really interesting because you's making the
very strong points I feel. First of all, the most
important point is that it's not enough to meditate and.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Manage to be quiet and.

Speaker 9 (03:15):
Move into elevated emotions and your intentions when you meditate,
but rather it's important that you.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Integrate it in your daily life.

Speaker 9 (03:24):
And I think that's the key, and that's also a challenge,
and I have been noticing that I have been able
to integrate this in my daily waking routine, but not
one hundred percent, so I'm still working on that. But
it is really that is the main thing, not to

(03:45):
allow what your eyes seem to see or the so
called reality to make that your reality. So rather make
your reality what is inside of yourself. I've just learned
really the distinction between that, and I've noticed that I
was able to switch many many times, not to allow

(04:09):
the so called what we call reality to manipulate me
or to the conditionings or whatever, but to move into
what is inside of me. And the other big point
he's making and that's really inspiring to me, is that
he's talking about leadership, especially on page three one eight,

(04:31):
he's talking about that when we focus on this work,
we can actually we are leaders I mean, if we
are focusing on.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Changing our our frequency. Like he's saying.

Speaker 9 (04:46):
That that the real challenge is not to return to
the level of mediocrity that socially consciously consciously consciously agreeing
with us, but that we are moving actually into what
we are doing and not what anyone else is doing.
And then he think that sentence which speaks to me

(05:07):
saying true leadership never needs confirmation from others. I mean,
that was very important for me. And he's a thing
that we can actually make a difference when we've raised
our energy, when we work on ourselves, when we have
peace within, And that.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Is something which became more clear to me.

Speaker 9 (05:26):
I know, if you've always been saying that, it may
have been saying that you have to work on yourself.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
You cannot ask people to do this.

Speaker 9 (05:32):
When you are not embracing it. But the book made
much more better for me.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Okay, what I'd like you to do is be clear
though what he says does work because now you've said
it's that you don't need anybody else to tell you your leader,
but you then have to know yourself you fit the criteria.
So what was that that he's cheered. You don't need
confirmation from others, he says, it just requires a clear
vision and a change and energy that is a new

(06:00):
state of being that is sustained for a long enough
period of time and executed with a strong enough will
that it causes others to rise their to raise their
own energy and become inspired to do the same. Once
they do raise themselves from their own limited state of
being to a new energy, they see the same future

(06:22):
that their leader sees.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
There is power. This is power, and.

Speaker 9 (06:28):
That is exactly that that you have to change your
state within and and then you raise the energy of
people around you.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
That's what I understand from that, and I think.

Speaker 9 (06:40):
That it's that that was really clear for me.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
And then of course the sentence after that that.

Speaker 9 (06:47):
I know, no one changes until they change their energy, and.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
It reminded me on that.

Speaker 9 (06:52):
That uh that, uh, well it got before and the
other book before you get what you vibrate, So.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
You know, it's basically that, and uh, the other important
thing for me in the afterward was that he.

Speaker 8 (07:11):
Is actually, well, he's he's he's repeating that by saying.

Speaker 9 (07:16):
That when we are that we're all he's referring to
the situation of global peace gathering meditations, and.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
That he's saying that we are interconnected.

Speaker 9 (07:30):
He's repeating that and that we are when we model
piece ourselves and we change first, and then if we
are coming together with and acknowledging that we are interconnected,
and we that we have an impact on the earth,
maybe consciously by constantly changing our rights or unconstantly, we
always have an impact on the field around us and

(07:52):
as the whole planet and all humans. And then he's
relating to the interconnectedness that we are one and that
we are.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Able to change things.

Speaker 9 (07:59):
And that is really something we have covered in the
last chapter a lot and Tween and I were kind
of fantasizing about how it would be if the news
are on the TV and at the end of the news,
the Newstreet has.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
Said, and now mil ladies and gentle and let us
all mitate.

Speaker 9 (08:15):
And focus on listen listen that Yeah, I mean, that's
that's how we can actually.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Make a change.

Speaker 9 (08:22):
That people are coming together in consciousness and focusing on elevated.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Thank you, thank you for that, okay, and can we
have some input here now from mister Jones, David Jones
and Arizona.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
Yes.

Speaker 10 (08:37):
The last was really a call for action, and he
talked about how the effect of what we do in
our daily life affects the world and talks about how
the meditations that he's putting on a right do a

(09:00):
lot to change the energy in the world. And UH.
One part that I found found was interesting was when
he was talking about UH that I could relate to,
when he was talking about how if you're going to
do this, you're going to have to use get used
to being uncomfortable because you're always changing your chemistry. So

(09:21):
if you're if you're always raising, you're raising your energy,
you're you're always going to be uncomfortable. But you have
to be willing to do that, and we all have
to be willing to do that to move to a
different place.

Speaker 6 (09:34):
And so he.

Speaker 10 (09:38):
Really talks about how going on from this book gives
some opportunities to join in with with different meditations and
highlight the power of the energy of us all connecting
together and and UH raising our raising our vibrations, and

(10:00):
uh so I I it was it was timely for
me because I know I was dealing with that literally
just thinking, you know, in in realizing that we're we
are energy and we're not our bodies, and there's a
lot of I don't know if you have mental force

(10:22):
to hold yourself to us to that thought while your
body is is screaming and and uh that it wants
to do something to be able to keep your focus.
It's it's kind of like leaning into the wind, you know.
So so I I I really, you know. And then

(10:45):
and then just realizing I came to some realization of like, uh,
maybe a perspective or or responsibility and that if we
if these bodies are just the matter and we are
spirit interacting with it, then for a purpose, then really

(11:05):
we need to What I experienced was when I was
experiencing that and holding that state of mind, it made
me more powerful in my result because I wasn't so
much the victim body, but I was stepping back and saying, Okay,

(11:26):
I'm this body is just Adams's going to go back
and rot and go back into the earth. So how
much is that? How much am I identifying myself as
that rather than knowing that that's a tool that I'm
working through to.

Speaker 11 (11:46):
Affect.

Speaker 10 (11:46):
And then how invalid are all these signals from my
body that I'm buying into, Like what do they really mean?
It's just some tricking electrical thing going through my body
what I makeing at like my life and my reality
and my entire my my consciousness. And so stepping back,

(12:07):
I was able to go, you know, body, you know
you could probably do a bit more and just forget
about all these sensations that you're so fixed on. So anyway,
that that was the part that resonated to me when
he when he was talking about being uncomfortable.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Very good, Very good, Steve, and I and I like
that part. I don't know, you know well, quite honest,
it was kind of gory when you said it's going
to rot and all do that other stuff. But to
actually start somewhere, to get a real identity of something
and putting it in place you did. Because we're not
the body, and as Rosemary has already shared, it's it's

(12:51):
really the challenge to you and everything you're reading, not
just Joe's material, but anything you're reading that's expanding your
consciousness to telling you that you live in the state
of nothing is in non reality. The Eastern teachings have
always told us we this is the illusion, okay, but
have we ever really dealt with that? You know, when

(13:12):
basically everything that you do is because your body gave
you a signal and you reacted to it and you
settled for that. So the body, the physical body that
is ex terminating itself and will come to a completion
and do as Steve has said, is actually in a
place to where it tells you to do everything that

(13:33):
you have taught it over the years when you weren't
fully conscious. So you can't trust its signals anymore. You
can't really let it enslave you to do that.

Speaker 7 (13:43):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
The leadership that Joe's talking about here is more than
getting out trying to think that you're going to lead
someone else. You got to get control of yourself and
then you're in leadership. When that's why I wanted to
finish everything. He says, actually earmarks a leader to stop
where Rosemary did, You have to know that you've obtained that,
that you are clear that this is what you have

(14:07):
gotten out of it, Okay, and then you come to
that the thing of actually dealing, And I would hope
with all my heart for any of you to explore
being in the supernatural. If that's what we acc to me.
I think it's the only true reality that we can
apply the word normal. We are normally far more than

(14:29):
we've ever let us selves be right that if you
just start looking at everything with an objectivity of saying
it's only there because I say it is, okay, after
you play that game for a while, and young people
get this very fast. After you play that for a while,
you start realizing then that you do that in circumstances

(14:52):
that are challenging you, circumstances that are not coming back
the way you thought you sent them out, because in
the process of learning this consciousness, you're sending out intention
and then you think it failed because what came back
was not what you intended. Okay, but did you erase
the screen? It's like, did you try to draw this

(15:13):
new story over the old story? So if I start
making everything it's in my environment objective and only there
because I allow it or see it, then the problem
is in my control too. This challenge is in my control.
Anything else is there is in my control. So then
I can see and I've done this because some of

(15:35):
the work I have to do, I end up in
hostile territory. What people will cautious me and tell me,
you know, it's going to be very dangerous, and you
need to be very careful, and you need to be
that okay, Well they've planted seats, and as the brain is,
no matter how well you are with this stuff, the
brain will still challenge you with that particular information. So

(15:55):
you have to be very careful what's going in because
you will react to it. If I would realize, okay,
I'm starting to feel the need to be cautious or
or bring in what might be a concern or even
a fear, and then I have to make sure that
I go out and I start going into that same
field and putting my reality into them, making that where

(16:18):
I'm at okay, and then allowing that everybody else's story
is theirs, but this is mine and I stick to it, okay.
So to change that state of believing the circumstances of
everything that's out there that you say is out there,
and begin to start with it as nothing's really there
other than what I allow, and then look around and

(16:40):
see what you've allowed, especially in your challenges, and when
that challenge is there, it's there only because you have
created it. It's really really powerfully important that you learn
that any resistance you're getting, anything that's happening, no matter
what it is, you have done that that's you. And

(17:03):
I hear I get challenged with this all the time
because people say, well, what about all these other people
that are in there, Well, they're only there because you
see them there.

Speaker 6 (17:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
But they react to me, they say they see me, yeah,
and they created you in their story. So it gets involved.
But when you start really playing with the outside your body,
which Steve you covered very good, you really have to
start going to the nothingness. And it's in the meditations
in this book that have brought you to exploring the

(17:32):
nothingness in the space within space. See the idea that
things have space around them, takes away what's what else
you believe is there. It helps us, It really really
does very exciting with them, and I love how he's concluded.
There's a balance he's put to everybody because here's the thing.
You stop reading this book, you put it down now,

(17:53):
you'll lose all of it. Okay, I hope you highlighted
this book as we suggested you do as you went through,
and I would hope you keep reading this book for
the next three to four months. And I expect that
even though you'll be going on to new material, and
I'm hoping you stay with us with our new books
that's coming up, you still want to include this that

(18:14):
there's always an overlapping. Okay, here's what you never want
to continue, and that's that you stop and start, stop
and start. No, you continue, and you encompass in, you involt, okay,
and that you take the parts here that you've read
that have moved you and opened up some thoughts and
some reflections for yourself. And this becomes a daily thing

(18:37):
that you do. You open this book, you know, as
soon as you maybe take your shower, maybe it's sitting
right there and next to your vanity or near something.
You grab it and you just kind of open it,
fan through the pages and grab whatever is in those
highlighted places. And you only ever retain less than one
tenth of anything you read. That's why with Book the

(19:00):
Book Club, you actually have a stronger a thirty to
fifty percent chance of retaining something because it's had discussion
around it.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
So that's the.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Importance of what we do here with our book club.
But you want to read it again because there's so
much that you need to still have benefit of. Okay,
we can do that, all right, let's have Trina you there.
Can you come on and share some of the particulars
that you've got out of the book.

Speaker 4 (19:26):
Sure, I'm grateful for being here. There's a couple of
things that really stood out for me. And you know,
one is that we he went into so much detail
about how we create from the inside out and that
we have to change ourselves before we can change anything else.
And I found in myself coming back to the breath,

(19:49):
dropping into the heart and coming back to the breath,
I pay attention to myself more. And I noticed when
I get stressy and then I just close my eyes
and drop into the heart and start breathing and elevate
my emotions and I can feel myself settle up again.
So the techniques, I love the techniques that he's brought

(20:10):
forward with the meditation. And it's not just to me,
not just sitting down and doing it once a day
or whatever. It's incorporating it into your daily life all
the time. So it becomes.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Who you are.

Speaker 4 (20:25):
The other piece that I definitely loved is when he
was talking about the group's consciousness and the more people
that learn how to be this way and come together
and focus. There was a piece that he said that
once enough of us, chap can achieve this state of being,

(20:46):
Once everybody is locked into the same energy frequency and
elevated consciousness, just like schools of fish or flocks of
birds moving as one in a unified order, we begin
to act as one mind and merge as.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
The new species.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
He's talking about the evolution, and I just find that
it's like, Yeah, more of us that do this, the
more of us that come together as intention, we create
the energy. And he said that this has the effect.
I mean, he gave us enough examples of how it

(21:23):
affects non locally. But there was another little piece in
here that really grabbed my attention where he started talking
about how leaders control us. And this is on page
like three, eight twenty one, and he said, as I
have mentioned, the old has to fall apart and fall
away before something new flourishes. Integral to this process is

(21:48):
not squandering our energy by emotionally reacting to leaders or
people in power. When they capture and this is the
part that just really grabbed me, when they capture our emotions,
capture our attention, and thus they've captured our energy. And
that's how people gain power over us. And so we

(22:10):
need to decide what we stand for, what our principles
are and our values, and we need to stand for
those and not let the.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Others dictate to us.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
And so as we come together in community, we become
this grander, broader thing of creating what we want to
see in the world. And you know, of course a
lot of that is loving and serving and being there
for each other and taking care of each other and
the earth. And it just I think it hit that

(22:43):
sacred activist piece of me that I was like so
charged up, going, yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
This is what we have to do. So I love it.

Speaker 6 (22:53):
It was.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
Trina.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
Will you read actually where he what he says after
that this is how people will gain power over us?
And where he starts with instead, what does he say
from their dreamas he says in three tens.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
Yeah, instead, we must make a stand for principles, values
and moral imperatives like freedom, justice, truth, and equality. When
we achieve this through the power of the collective we
will unite behind the energy of oneness rather than be

(23:30):
controlled by the idea of separation.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
This is and we all resonate, yes, and don't we
all resonate to that. I mean every one of us
side the people I know that I'm in touch with,
in all of you that's helped co hosts, we understand
that's the very thread of our soul. What you've just read,
you know, I mean, and we the reason we take
time out of our busy schedules and businesses and everything

(23:56):
else to share this hour is because we see it
as part of seeding them. So it's even more important
than and Trina, You're fantastic.

Speaker 7 (24:06):
It is.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
There's some of you who, especially your co hosts. I
am so so very inspired by you because you have
taken this book to heart. I've watched Rosemary go through
very obvious visible change. I've watched you take strength. I've
watched all of the co hosts actually having to read
this and prepare oneself to present it and be responsible

(24:29):
for what you're presenting. You have actually cut a wedge
there for yourself to actually understand how important this oneness is.
And I just so appreciate that you shared that you
have more you want to share, Trina.

Speaker 4 (24:45):
No, I'm just so I was so excited reading this.
I just I was like, oh my gosh, that's exactly
what comes from my heart all the time. It's like
we need I think my daughter said it best when
she was little, is we're just one big friend. And yeah,

(25:09):
we're just one big friend, and we do things for
each other and help each other like friends do.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
And the young ones seem to know that's so much
better than us. We have so come forgotten that, haven't we.
So it's really wonderful to realize that that that's exactly
what happens. We The more we care, we find more
caring comes back. So it's very good. Okay, Gerald Deanery.
You back in Australia this time?

Speaker 12 (25:37):
I am back in Australia.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
Yes, all right, Well you're in the summertime there because
we're starting to pick up the winter time here. So
happy sunny days.

Speaker 12 (25:48):
I appreciate it. I'll send the walk the level would.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Like it, Okay, just send it out everywhere. That okay,
So what did you get out of these final parts here?
We come to the very end here and seeing the
summing up of everything, what do you want to what
is the point you want to make.

Speaker 12 (26:09):
A really key thing for me was that you can
either add to the field or take from the field.
And through the images that Joe has put in the
book as well with the grassed about you know, when
you get a whole group together and they did the
meditation on the first day, sometimes the energy in the
room goes down. It's not just the energy in the room,
it's a unified field and.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Drawing from it.

Speaker 12 (26:31):
And that's not a bad thing. That's that people are
drawing from it. So they build themselves back up, and
then there's a point where it switches and start giving
to the field. And I realized with my that is
intrinsic part of me. A key driver is the love
of nature and the importance then of staying in an
elevated emotion and adding to the field to bring about

(26:54):
any change at all, like instead of oh this is
so terrible they allowed that, or so it's an immediate
stop on those not just because it's not producing something,
but because I'm actually taking away from or adding to
the unified field. And I think there's another great example
that he gives after the nine to one to one

(27:16):
situation I mean after the nine to eleven situation that
showed because people were actually reaching out to each other
and caring, even though it was a traumatic event. The
caring and reaching out resulted in a big increase in
giving to that unified field. And it also helped me

(27:37):
see that it's not about just making glossy roses everywhere
in the world. You know, it is about Okay, here's
a situation. It's to move beyond looking at what's good
and bad and not trying to stay away for that.
It's like, no, here it is that particular situation resulted
in a miserable add to the universal field. So to me,

(28:00):
that was the key thing.

Speaker 5 (28:01):
Where's my mind?

Speaker 2 (28:02):
That am I in an elevated emotion?

Speaker 12 (28:03):
Am I adding for taking the elevated emotion was really
a powerful one because it tied in with another lesson
that's come from earlier books and shown again here, the
chemical addiction to emotions that is so powerful, Like as
others have said today, is it the body telling the

(28:24):
mind or is it the mind purposed the you know,
the forever part of us who's training the body. And
for me, that chemical addiction is to emotions is an
absolute tool it's not an idea. And there was a
part where chapter twelve, the pioneer grand I had time,

(28:44):
lovely time when I was way where I was able
to just sit and listen to an audio version of
the book and that chapter over and over again where
he talks about the brain. You know, when you do
the breast, it comes up plus the straw, it comes
through the energy sentence. It's you know, it opens the
Celtics gate. It then moves here and there. And to

(29:05):
be able to draw that and color it, then when
I'm sitting in meditation, it's like, Okay, that's what's happening.
That's something I'm absolutely to do because it's seeing that,
having the science behind it, seeing it because there's times
when you feel like just on that threshold. Okay, I

(29:26):
haven't had an organism in my head yet, but that
stills to come. You know it's there, but you have
to do the work. So that's the key thing.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
For me is that adding to the field.

Speaker 12 (29:36):
Elevated emotions, chemical addiction to emotions and absolutely doing this,
doing the meditation, knowing the science behind it. So it's
not a maybe I can see it works. There's not
case studies in years it's it's like you do it.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
It happens. Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
I think you're such a good example of that, Geraldine,
because what you share and you have and sharing it
as we go, that meditation becomes an adventure and an
experience because so many people see meditation is that it's
just sitting and doing nothing. Are working very hard to
make their mind do nothing. Okay, first and not pemost.

(30:14):
You don't shut the mind off, okay. But the other
part of it is that if you use what comes
up in that meditation, like you share just what you said,
you know, there's there's this particular whatever comes up, and
then you realize, oh yeah, that's that's that's that, and
you put it into text, you put it into context

(30:35):
to where you're at, what you're going for, and why
you would be doing this to begin with. Then the
meditations become an adventure. Then when we are through with
the meditation, we have gone someplace. Okay, remember how Joe
talks about in all the meditations that it is to
take us to take us here, to take to involve

(30:56):
us and submerge us into this. Okay, Well, you can't
do that without the adventure. If you went away where
did you go? If you went away, what did you
come back with? You know, what was the adventure? And
so when you're reading and you're doing and you're reading
through things, maybe you read it and you know you
took time to really ask yourself what did that just say?

(31:17):
And maybe you went over here in journaled a bit
about it and everything else, and it's you're all, you're
pretty good. Okay, I get that. Did you go into meditation? Okay,
because that's all in the cerebellum. Now, okay, Then you
go into meditation and you're doing all these centers and
you're doing the breathing and you're doing all this stuff,
and then you kind of come to this place to

(31:37):
where the mind comes in, not the body mind, but
the essence of mind and intelligence. And then there's that
moment we connect to what we all know as soul
or what we would see is the you know, whatever
we want to call it at this on the at
this point, it's you, the real you, and then it

(31:58):
goes someplace for a moment. Suddenly a wire turns on,
a connection's made, and you understand something from a place
you didn't get it when you were reading it, but
now You've got it. That's the adventure, and that's the connection,
and your meditations are revealing that, and you always share

(32:19):
it with such excitement. And I love it when you
do that, because you make that point that to do it,
it has to have the results.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
We have to do it.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
You're very practical and you apply, and I see that
as one of your strengths, and I'm always so impressed
with it. On page three, p. Twenty two, I want
to read the closing of our book and it says
where he the paragraphs a couple of paragraphs here, I
believe we are on the verge of a great evolutionary jump.

(32:49):
Another way to say it is that we are going
through an initiation. After all, is an initiation a right
of passage from one level of consciousness to another, and
isn't designed to challenge the fabric of who we are
so we can grow to a greater potential. Maybe when
we see, remember, and awaken to who we truly are

(33:12):
human beings can move as a collective consciousness from a
state of surviving into a state of thriving. It's then
that we can emerge into our true nature and fully
access our innate capacity as human beings, which is to give,
to love, to serve, and to take care of one

(33:34):
another and the earth. So why not ask yourself every
day what would love do? This is who we really are,
and this is the future I'm creating, one in which
each and every one of us becomes supernatural. And we
thank doctor Joe Defensive for that kind of wisdom and

(33:55):
all the knowledge of that. Now, I have a few
other people here that want to do a few additions
and stuff. Veronica, you wanted to add something together, Robbie,
you want to share some things?

Speaker 9 (34:10):
Yes, you.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
All having to come off of mute.

Speaker 7 (34:15):
I got it. You gotta okay, this is Veronica. Can
you hear me now?

Speaker 6 (34:25):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (34:26):
Oh great, listen. One of the things that certainly came
to my mind in this sharing tonight was how the
line that says, at least we've become this little children,
and how how a baby cries out or to me,

(34:47):
in the physical world, I see it as a crying out,
But what is that baby experiencing? What is the consciousness
the mind of the child experiencing, and how it in
and gets what it needs, and how it grows in
an environment that tells it no or don't and stop

(35:08):
and this isn't possible. You can't believe this or that.
And I was looking in my own life and saying
the many ways I have blocked myself and how did
that come about? These blocks? And now with this new
information learning about the brain in the different parts of

(35:31):
the brain, learning about the mind, and how I'm so
much more than the body, all of these things now
culminating into my consciousness has helped me. And more importantly,
what I now see and take away today I have
to be consistent. My life cannot be like Swiss cheese.

(35:54):
My consciousness can't be like Swiss cheese.

Speaker 3 (35:56):
Nor my goals like Swiss cheese.

Speaker 10 (36:00):
To be consistent.

Speaker 7 (36:01):
And I'm really appreciative of being here.

Speaker 2 (36:05):
All right, all right, thank you very much, And I
think that it's time we hear from our major engineer
of our program here, dev Adler. Deb would you like
to You've had to sit through this each week and
hear us all and all this other stuff and make
sure we're heard by others. So what do you think
of this final chapter? And where have you gotten with

(36:27):
the book?

Speaker 11 (36:29):
Thank you? You know, throughout the book I have just
become a lot more aware of not being my body chemistry,
creating my body chemistry, and then how I can actually
evolve with doing purposeful things with my body chemistry, moving

(36:51):
from those lower three chakras and bringing the energy up
and how important it is for me to do that
as a piece of the whole, you know, with things
going on, and it reminds me of the principle of

(37:13):
one puts, one puts one critical mass. Where as each
one of us comes to our own understanding and evolution event,
there's this exponential thing that happens. And in an example
of the world, the global coherence, how many times we've
seen when we come together in a global meditation that

(37:37):
there is a significant impact. There was a time in Washington,
DC where crime was actually lowered when there was a
purposeful meditation. And personally, I've been catching myself much more
And when I see I get if I get off track,
I get, I catch it much more fast and I

(38:00):
realize and then I say, Okay, there's a choice I
can make care And then you know, I don't have
to be a part of that disruptive energy. I can
be a part of the constructive energy. And that in
itself has been much more impactful for me coming through
this book, just greater realizations. For whatever reason, it's just

(38:22):
clearer and more effective for me at this point.

Speaker 2 (38:26):
Okay, all right, very good, very good, All right, Mary
Mary Smith, would you like to share a few minutes
here on something that you've learned, or at least a
closing part of a book.

Speaker 6 (38:39):
Yes, today I had an awareness that was really important
to me that section of the book. The real challenge
is not to return to the level of mediocricity. That's
I'm three eighteen Rosemary is quoting from that, but to
make sure you know every time you encounter in your

(39:00):
day you have the opportunity to bring the new state
of being to what you're doing in your day. And
I heard this little voice inside myself as I was
getting ready for the busyness part of my day. Oh,
I'm not feeling very well. Oh I feel really tired.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
Oh oh oh.

Speaker 6 (39:17):
And I stopped and I said, hello, who is that voice?

Speaker 3 (39:23):
This morning?

Speaker 6 (39:24):
In my meditation, I said, I'm full of abundant energy.
That's what I'm broadcasting, and that I'm you know, gratitude,
and they have all these things. And so I thought
myself and I looked, and I realized, well, this is
what it means to heal. This is my opportunity that
I'm being given to actually heal, because now I bring

(39:44):
into that old self my new self of understanding. Actually, Mary,
you have abundant energy. So to hear that the book reflecting,
you know, hear me reflecting with it, and to catch
myself in that day. I've been catching myself more and

(40:05):
more on today and seeing that and having results. And
one of the other things that I wanted to mention
when he's talking about how that lifts others, I realized,
as I go to my little process before I make
my calls, and in that process, I've got my intent
on the planet. I've got I do my mid movie
and I do a breathing, And in the breathing, I realized, Oh,

(40:27):
in the breathing, I am picturing not just my outcome,
but the good outcome for everybody I'm interacting with. So
I went from thinking, oh, they're probably not going to
want to hear from me today, and that was at
the bottom, in the bottom, and then when I got
up to the top, it was they're so glad and

(40:48):
grateful that I called.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
And so when I.

Speaker 6 (40:50):
Made this call, guess what happened? They were so glad
and grateful that I made the call.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
Thank you very much and thank you for sharing the
real life application.

Speaker 3 (41:04):
Mary.

Speaker 2 (41:04):
That was cool. Okay, Robbie, you want to give us
a little bit on the next book that we're coming
up to.

Speaker 5 (41:11):
Yes, absolutely, the next book we're going to read is
called The Technology of God, a Quest for the Secret
of Creation, and that book is by Aliyah Annaton. And
now this book was written based on real scientific research
and discovery of the black hole and the formula and

(41:35):
the mathematics behind the black hole, which is the whole
creation of everything. But this story is written as a novel,
and it is wrapped in cloak and dagger, mystery and
intrigue where science explodes in the face of spirituality. And

(41:56):
not only that, but they're the sizzling hot romances going
on at the same time. And guys, I'm telling you,
it's one of those books you cannot put it down.
You picked this book up, you are going to keep
reading until you get to the end. It is just fantastic.
And this is the next book we're reading. You can

(42:17):
get it at the Technology of God dot com. And
that is I did say that The Technology of God
dot com.

Speaker 2 (42:29):
Okay, we're all going to run out by that now
since she told us that. I've already got my copy,
but I can think of a whole lot of people
running to get that. So very very very good. Also
in this book that we're going to be going to,
it actually helps bring the focus around to the fact
that we understand that each one of us, in within
our own collective sell your body has a black hole,

(42:54):
and when you begin to explore and understand how that is,
then you begin to understand. I know what I got
out of it was how to identify more as a
universal being by really knowing that I am a part
of this massive universe inasmuch as being part of what
we are calling black hole theory. So I think I

(43:17):
share with Robbie. I think whole storyline of it makes
it so exciting. Probably we'll try to read it all
in one day. We need you to stay with us
for at least three or four weeks on it. Okay,
so get your book and we will start with chapter
one as of next Wednesday and probably cover as much
of that chapter as we can. And you know, yes,

(43:39):
you know, we're not there. We can't polish you and
say don't read all this book. You will time actually
put us to where we can actually pick up with
you and hear some of your response to the book. Okay,
all right, So we're going to close for this week,
so we will be back same time and we see
you then on Wednesday, and we we'll introduce our co

(44:01):
hosts at that time. Meanwhile, you have a great week,
and please please stay with the material, hang in there,
go over again and again this book and check in
to where the parts were that were so meaningful to you.
But that doesn't mean read a few you know, read
it again, read it again, read it again. If I
know a book has information, I need to have author

(44:21):
it at least ten times. So we look forward to
connecting with you. Make sure you go to our website
for updates and information and be here at the same time.
Have a wonderful week.

Speaker 3 (44:34):

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
