In this segment, we spoke with Joel Ruiter from Home Repair Services about his organization's primary mission, which is to strengthen vulnerable Kent County homeowners by providing a wide variety of services, support, and education. Joel also noted that Home Repair Services believes that home ownership encourages personal responsibility and builds value, dignity, and pride.
