so send them in now, please. You're on with Mario Lopez.
You're on Mario Lopez. And I think I've made it
(00:24):
pretty known that I was born and raised Catholics. I've
gotten older, I've tried to build some more spiritual muscle,
and my kids, unlike myself, are going to Catholic school,
which IVE always wanted to do or be able to
afford to do, because my parents weren't able to afford
to do it, because I guess a little pricey to
be honest with you. But it's funny because I see
(00:46):
how the church works. As far as with school, I
love that they're no nonsense. No phones are allowed. It's
very old school uniforms, which I'm a big fan of.
When you get into high school, they have all boys
all girls, which actually like no distractions. However, aside from
(01:07):
the tuitions, they do not hesitate to hip you up
for fundraising. I'll tell you, I'll just in people with
our parents, I'm sure are shaking their heads yes, and
as they're listening right now, and you know, one thing
about Catholic guilt, it'll get you. So next thing I know,
I'm fundraising and contributing to this in that and I'm like,
oh my gosh. And so I just was surprised. I
(01:33):
was just surprised. And I'm always look it. They do
such great work in the community and stuff. But that's
what people have to have so many jobs. Well for education,
I've got to keep up with the faith based education.
But thank you for all the fathers out there.

something along those lines. They they put it in theater
for like a week But it's really an Apple TV
Plus film, so it's fascinating.

So this created a bit of stir on social media wide.
Receiver Jameson Williams of the Detroit Lions posted his McDonald's
order earlier this week. He gets a mcflurry and puts
some of the ice cream on top of his hamburger.
It created all kinds of backlash, with people saying it
was too gross. Look, you can do what you want
when you buy your food. It's your food. Do what
(10:05):
you want. But I'm just fascinated by that, because would
you want to enjoy it as a dessert? Was he
afraid it was gonna melt?
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Like?
Speaker 4 (10:12):
The only thing close to this that I can even
think of is like, if you go to Wendy's and
get a frosty then you dip fries in it. Maybe,
but that's like it, that's a that's.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
An aggressive move. I'm not gonna knock it out and

a good thing. But who knows, Maybe it's onto something.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Tell Mario what you think on Twitter at On with
Mario More Mario Lopez.

deal in the Taylor Swift Travis Kelce relationship because their
parents are meeting each other for the first time. Oh
it's like the Bachelor hometown dates. Oh my gosh. If
the Chiefs manage to get to the super Bowl, all
(11:40):
my gosh, I can't even imagine.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
Did we accidentally slip into a Taylor Swift universe thing?
Speaker 2 (11:47):
It's gonna just be a relentless onslaught. I'm constantly rooting
against the Chiefs prior to this because I'm a Chargers fan,
but now even more so. So That's why I'm saying
that they're both love people.

Speaker 2 (12:04):

But coming up next, a little lesson in music history.
It's about the album that first put Pink on the map.
So hang around for that. You're on Mario Lopez and
on this day in history twenty two years ago in
two thousand and one, Pink releases her breakthrough second album, Misunderstood,
which included this hit.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
Tell You.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Yeah. Pink's been low key killing it now for a
couple of decades, which is which is wild, and she
does it kind of under the radar. If that makes sense,
Good for her. You're on, Mario Lopez. We're gonna get
back to the music in just a moment, but first,
one last ding. Hugh Jackman has been posting his workout
videos now that he's getting back in shape to play.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Wolverine in Deadpool three.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
Also he's a single man, Mary my guys, fifty five
years old, appears to be dead lifting at least one
hundred and fifty pounds. He's a big dude too. If
you ever meet the guy, he's tall, He's like six
thirty six four or something like that, and always keeps
himself in good shape. So I'm sure if he will
not have a shortage of suitors.
