can make you laugh. She's my partner in crime in

He's a playful guy, and he's mischievous. He really shows
up fully wherever he is and he's actually really approachable.
You know, he's one of the most iconic people in
the world world, yet he's approachable and he's really personable,
and he's a lot of fun to work with because
he's always cracking jokes and.

I was talking about him the other day, and Arnold
truly is the ultimate American dream if you think about it.
He came from Austria, achieved iconic status as a bodybuilder
seven times mister Olympia, then became the highest paid movie
star at one point, then became the governor of California,
married to Kenned.

When you think about it, you wouldn't believe it. He
said in a movie.

And he's got more details too. Lucille Ball was the
person who gave him his first TV guest star role. Really,
he played a masseuse from Austria and I love Lucy,
and then she became his mentor.

I listened to his book on tape before working with him.
Would every time I'd be in the gym, I would
just listen to his book. And he's done a lot.
I always say that he's the paragon of self belief,
of vision and execution, as this guy has manifested everything
he's wanted in his life.

You're exactly or did you get an opportunity to work
out with him at all? Not yet?
Speaker 6 (12:58):
I am dying too.

By gunpoint? No, definitely by choice. I feel like it's
one of those things that starts me on.

Because I go to the gym and like they don't
have at my boxing gym, they don't have one, or
so I am forced, not my choice. I just take cold,
which is great, so I make sure I have to.
I really have to have a good work on its gym.
I don't know they are going to like this boxing
gym in the hood. That's where you get the best way.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
For me, it's it's it's it's just strategy really because
I start my day off with the cold shower and
it just wakes me up and it primes me for
the rest of my day. And I think it's it's
not comfortable and it's not supposed to be comfortable. So
it really allows you, hopefully over time, it starts to
arm you to navigate difficult situations a bit easier.

I like that I just ordered one of those cold plunges.
Speaker 6 (13:57):
So you want like thirty nine degrees to forty six
degrees and three minutes is all you need. That's all
you need, right, yeah, but you want to get your
your head all the way into wait the head too, yes, yeah, yeah,
I don't know I could hold my breath that well,
you know, you do like thirty seconds and thirty second you're.

Still gonna be sweating in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Are
you sweater almost? I'm a major sweater.

You're Almar Lopez hanging out with Travis van Winkle from

How'd you get involved with him?

I actually had an acting teacher once recommend it to me,
and she had a student that was Big Brother of
the Year that year, and I was in a place
where I was really trying to figure myself out. I
had a little dry spot in my career and and
she goes, get off yourself, go be of service, and
I did. And it was an incredible decision because Lyric
has been a part of my life now for twelve years.

He's now twenty four. I met him when he was
eleven turned twelve, cool, and we've had some incredible experiences.
We've gotten to build two schools in Senegal together, and
he's just an incredible man. That's taught me so much.

He's a playful guy, and he's mischievous. He really shows
up fully wherever he is and he's actually really approachable.
You know, he's one of the most iconic people in
the world world, yet he's approachable and he's really personable,
and he's a lot of fun to work with because
he's always cracking jokes and.

I was talking about him the other day, and Arnold
truly is the ultimate American dream if you think about it.
He came from Austria, achieved iconic status as a bodybuilder
seven times mister Olympia, then became the highest paid movie
star at one point, then became the governor of California,
married to Kenned.

When you think about it, you wouldn't believe it. He
said in a movie.
Speaker 6 (12:26):
And he's got more details too. Lucille Ball was the
person who gave him his first TV guest star role. Really,
he played a masseuse from Austria and I love Lucy,
and then she became his mentor.

That's a fun fact.

I listened to his book on tape before working with him.
Would every time I'd be in the gym, I would
just listen to his book. And he's done a lot.
I always say that he's the paragon of self belief,
of vision and execution, as this guy has manifested everything
he's wanted in his life.

You're exactly or did you get an opportunity to work
out with him at all? Not yet?
Speaker 6 (12:58):
I am dying too.

What Mario Lopez got. Travis Van Winkle in studio with

A right, is that by choice?
Speaker 6 (13:14):
By gunpoint? No, definitely by choice. I feel like it's
one of those things that starts me on.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Because I go to the gym and like they don't
have at my boxing gym, they don't have one, or
so I am forced, not my choice. I just take cold,
which is great, so I make sure I have to.
I really have to have a good work on its gym.
I don't know they are going to like this boxing
gym in the hood. That's where you get the best way.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
For me, it's it's it's it's just strategy really because
I start my day off with the cold shower and
it just wakes me up and it primes me for
the rest of my day. And I think it's it's
not comfortable and it's not supposed to be comfortable. So
it really allows you, hopefully over time, it starts to
arm you to navigate difficult situations a bit easier.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
I like that I just ordered one of those cold plunges.
Speaker 6 (13:57):
So you want like thirty nine degrees to forty six
degrees and three minutes is all you need. That's all
you need, right, yeah, but you want to get your
your head all the way into wait the head too, yes, yeah, yeah,
I don't know I could hold my breath that well,
you know, you do like thirty seconds and thirty second you're.

Still gonna be sweating in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Are
you sweater almost? I'm a major sweater.

You're Almar Lopez hanging out with Travis van Winkle from

How'd you get involved with him?

I actually had an acting teacher once recommend it to me,
and she had a student that was Big Brother of
the Year that year, and I was in a place
where I was really trying to figure myself out. I
had a little dry spot in my career and and
she goes, get off yourself, go be of service, and
I did. And it was an incredible decision because Lyric
has been a part of my life now for twelve years.

He's now twenty four. I met him when he was
eleven turned twelve, cool, and we've had some incredible experiences.
We've gotten to build two schools in Senegal together, and
he's just an incredible man. That's taught me so much.

I would just call it traveling with three kids alone.

But I do have to say, well, Gia and nic
or pretty self sufficient. Ga is amazing. Dominic is getting there.
He is pretty self sufficient, but he's still like, mom,
can you do this?

When my hands are all I'm carrying bags and I have,
you know, stuff everywhere. And but I do have to say,
Sonny was so good coming home, was he? He only
screamed one time walking onto the plane because his shoe
was untied and I couldn't stop to tie it. And
I did turn to people and say, this will not
keep happening.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
I promise.
Speaker 4 (20:15):
And then I tied his shoe and he was fine.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Then he was he didn't want a trip.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
Yeah, it's just hard, you know, Kudos to all the
moms out there. It's just it's hard traveling by yourself
with three kids. You got bags, luggage.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
There was actually a suggestion that started to trend for
a while that people with children should be forced to
fly like a separate airline. I was like, hey, single people,
you got a chill, you need to fly private if
you want to think like that.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
