A man who stole a fire truck in Miami, that led the authorites to chase the man across multiple cities, the man was taken into custody, and no one was hurt... In Other News... A guy who claimed to be "Captain Jack Sparrow" got arrested in Portland, Oregon last week after refusing to leave a train and trying to BITE a cop. He was dressed as the "Pirates of the Caribbean" character and refused to give them his real name. So they had to book him as "Captain Jack Sparrow."
