Rob and meet on social media. Rob is at Rob
Parker FSR on Instagram. I am at Chris Underscore Bruce
Ard on Twitter Chris Bruce Ard sixty eight on The
Graham Rob Halloween. You're doing anything tonight after the show. No,
(01:27):
I went to a Halloween party last weekend. Ben Mallow's
big shouldn't dig at his crib. Of course I didn't
have a costume, but now I have one, Chris, but
I have nowhere to go. So do you actually have
a costume? Yeah? I was in a I was in
a raw store, ross and I found that uniform, like
(01:49):
you know, cops uniform. This is sounding very village people.
Is no nom sing your latest reads introducing the Gillette
intimate people can't tremor village people? Oh my god, wait, Rob,
you went to a Halloween party without a costume? I know,
(02:12):
what do you do? The only one? Were you? The
only one with can you are looking? Yeah? I'm looking?
Is that a cop? It says city cop? Can you
see it? I can see? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
But that don't even look real, man, But it's a
it's a costume. Too bad, I have it. I'm gonna
be Can I tell you a true story to I
don't think. Let me just let you in on a
(02:33):
little secret. I don't think anybody's gonna believe that. Yeah,
it is kind of kind of but you know it
was only three ninety nine. Yeah I bet, I bet.
But I'm I'm gonna be honest. I had a scary
mask that I used to have for occasions like this
where I can just go, because I'm six foot four,
I go, It's Frankenstein. Put on a black jacket, put
(02:56):
the Frankenstein mask on, and at no, not music off,
Ladies and gentlemen introducing Roth Barker. Show you a cop
picture again. Hey hey, Alex can al let red right,
time to stop tweeting your cooins like jump, Alex can
(03:19):
I Can I borrow your chap? Can I borrow you?
You can't? Yes, because you know he has a pear
Chris at least two oh. Of course, of course in
the trees he takes. Almost bought a Pear Chris because
I heard they were half off. But then I realize
it was the back halft that was off. Right, You go,
(03:40):
that's not mad. That could that could make your shot,
make my should I could make your show, But I
might be honest. I had a scary mask, and I
have this thing about I felt like I had to
hide it because I was afraid I was gonna wake
up one night and somebody will be standing over me
(04:00):
wearing that mask. So I hid the Halloween masks so
much that I can't find it. Wow, really yeah, I
don't know what that is. Just it's almost like a
bad dream or yeah. But but but I just like
the idea of somebody having a mask on and and
quit for real, I'm not even kidding you. Is it
like one of those rubber masks? Yeah? Over yet, So
(04:22):
it's not like a little kids masks right, No, no, no,
it's not like like the rubber one that looks right
right right right. And I'm like, I just don't like
to have mask around the house, like I'm gonna wake
up somebody. Well, now you really might be worried because
you don't know where it's at, somebody. I hate to
put that in your mind. Don't put that in that
put this stuff in our mind, so you guys will
(04:45):
get over it. My my daughters went to a party
this weekend dress and they went as sister sister. Okay,
you know they're identical twins. Yeah the show remember that show?
So say they have the same outfit on that. Yeah,
they had a picture again they had the same outfit
and it was similar to one of the ones they
(05:06):
wore in the show. You know, Um, it was cool
and one of their guy friends. Uh he went as Roger,
remember the neighbor Riger. Okay, they'd be like, go home
Roger like all that stuff. So it was pretty cool.
It was pretty cool. But all right, Uh, let's get
into this this next topic, Rob, the San Francisco forty Niners.
(05:29):
I look, I think they're a very good team, Rob.
I know they're only four and four, but I'm dismissing that.
It's crazy because the week before they were awful like like,
and then they played so great and we get it,
the Rams are down, but still that game is in
the La Chris, you know, and Rams man, and yeah,
the Rams are bad too. I mean, there are a future.
(05:51):
I just can't it's hard to believe that they've lost
eight straight games to the Niners in the regular season,
and you were mcay is a very good coach, right,
and they're good. They've been a good team throughout that
eight years eight game stretch, like they've been just turned good.
But they didn't just turned good two years ago. Last year,
(06:12):
They've been good and been to the Super Bowl twice
in eight years. Right now. You saw on Sunday, Rob,
Christian McCaffrey, uh threw a touchdown thirty four yards. I
believe great passed dude ran for another touchdown and called
a touchdown from Garoppolo and there was a great catch,
went up high for it, didn't have to do too
(06:35):
much with his feet, but made sure they were in. Um.
First of all, I'll say this, Robe, it is good
to see him on a good team because he's a
really good player. U he's on but only one of
his years has he been on a winning team, and
that was his first year if I remember correctly. Um.
(06:56):
But here's the question. The first thing you always have
to take into consideration Rob with McCaffrey is is he
going to be healthy? I hate to put it that way,
but it's it's just a fact. Rob. Look at this.
He played all sixteen games his first three years and
then twenty twenty Rob three games, twenty twenty one, seven games,
(07:19):
and he's played every game this year, which is good.
But um all, let me let's say this. If he's healthy,
do you think he makes the Niners? Remember they did
all this Saturday Sunday without Deebo Samuel, who I think
is one of the best football players in the league.
And it may be a case for the number one,
(07:41):
so Deebo, Samuel George Kittle at tight end, Christian McCaffrey
in the backfield, Jeff Wilson Junior has been running well,
and Brandon iu Ko I like as a second receiver, liked,
and we know the defense is top flight. So do
you think that they become with a healthy McCaffrey the
(08:02):
team to beat in the NFC? Yeah? I do, But again,
as you said, if he stays healthy, right, and that's
still a question mark. And I mean he looked great.
We know what he can do. It wasn't we weren't
seeing him do that kind of stuff Chris in Charlotte,
right or right with the past, that's where that's what
(08:23):
I mean. I think with a with a good team,
you know what I mean another weapons right right, you
can't key on him, which I get. Um, Yeah, I
mean you would look at them and think of all
the pieces that they have, and they went to the
NFC Championship Game a year ago. Uh so, so yeah,
(08:44):
you'd have to look look around the landscape. Green Bay
and Tampa are out of it. I would say, yes,
I mean they'd have to be because who else in
the NFC are you really looking to I'm not looking
at the Giants. I'm not. No, I'm not. Cowboys are
in the mix, the Giants of six and two. The
Eagles are there obviously, and even Rod and let's I'm
(09:05):
not gonna rip the Eagles for winning, Chris, but there's
still a skepticism for me on the Eagles. I just
I'm not as skeptical as I was at the beginning
of the year. Neither of us really believe the high
we both we both we thought they'd make the playoffs. Remember, correct,
we both Dallas Cowboys. But look, I think the three
(09:31):
best teams robbing the NFC are San Francisco, Philadelphia and Dallas.
And what I will say is this, and you know
we we we uh believe Jimmy G's a good quarterback,
not great, but good. He won two playoff games last
year with no touchdowns thrown, right right, I mean he Yeah,
(09:53):
his number numbers are It's amazing. I think now, Kyle
Shanahan rob is thirty two and fifteen when Jimmy G
plays and or starts the game, and nine and twenty
nine something someone else starts. So that's that's a big
(10:14):
reason I give Jimmy G a lot of credit. You can't.
We don't want to hear oh well, he's got Kyle Shanahan,
or oh well, the team is great. The team was
one and ten when he got there. Mike promptly went
five and old, and then they made him the highest
paid player in the history of the league. And I
get it. He's not a great quarterback, but he's good.
(10:36):
And I agree with Rob Rob that as long as
he doesn't make mistakes, and he was really good on Sunday,
they they're gonna be a tough out. But I'd say
this now. Jalen was bad in the playoffs last year.
You remember that game. He was horrible. But I certainly
right now I have more faith than Jalen and Dak
(10:59):
and as gotta. You know Dak hadn't. We We've talked
about it before. He hasn't beaten the good teams. But
I still think that those two are better quarterbacks, at
least right now than Jimmy G. But I think everywhere
else or you know, the defenses are all good, all
three of those teams, but they eat the Niners. I
(11:19):
think the weapons around Jimmy G as good as Phillis
weapons are. Because I love a j Brown and Devinete Smith,
But I think the Niners would have an edge because
of their weapons. But um, it's gonna be interested. But
I think it's those three teams in the NFC. Rob. Yeah,
(11:39):
it's hard to look past any of those, uh, those three,
and I think that they will be vying for the
NFC and then entry into the into the Super Bowl.
But the forty nine ers, just given what they've been
able to do, the history, Chris, they were in the
Big Game, that were leading the round that in the
(12:00):
fourth quarter of that game, right and gave it up, right,
they were right there, and now they have another piece
and a guy and it's just unbelievable when you think
about where they were with starting a young quarterback and
he gets hurt, right, I mean it seems like eons ago,
doesn't right, It's right for real, no, no question about it,
(12:23):
no question about it. Um, where you are you done?
You think the Packers are done? Yeah? I mean they
look done. I mean they do. They just I mean
not that losing in Buffalo at the end of the world,
but it's just to string together four losses and I
think the last time he did it was what twenty
fifteen or twenty sixteen something like that. So that was
(12:44):
the year. I think they win six nine and one. Yeah,
so that I might Membercarthy's last year. I don't. Maybe
they'll lose to the lines on Sunday. If they lose
to the lines and I think that, yeah, that then
they're done to me. Well, I think that might. I
think they need to look at the game and look.
I think Buffalo in the second half where I brought
its D game, I think they were they were obviously
(13:08):
rolling up twenty four to seven and a half, and
I think they relaxed. I think they, you know, took
their foot off the gas. And obviously Green Bay you know,
still never made it a game, but it was. It
was a lot of gamblers weren't happy. I'll tell you that, right.
I wasn't happy. It was an eleven point spread, right, Um,
(13:30):
I know you were like, are you kidding me? Right?
I know, I was just man. People lost on that
a lot. Oh, it was like you said, I know
a lot of people were up set. Um. Here's the thing, though.
The one thing that concerned me about Buffalo, and if
I was a Green Bay fan, gave me would give
(13:51):
me a confidence, is that they ran the ball incredibly well.
They were in for two hundred eight yards, and Rob,
I would say that that needs to be what they
do going forward. Run the ball and then let Aaron,
you know, do his thing when when you need it.
(14:14):
But I think they should run the football, Rob, keep
the deep, keep the other offense off the field, ball control,
and then when Aaron needs to do his thing, let
him do his thing well. And if they do that,
I think they could they because again they're they're far
from mathematically out of it. No, that's the one saving
(14:34):
grace for them in Tampa Bay. And the other thing, too,
is their defense just isn't what we thought. We thought
they are the top five offense. It's not horrible, but
it's not ta. I don't know where they rank. CHRISTI
you see the ranking. I don't know where they are there.
I would think more about there are two things. I
(14:58):
look at. You got yards cotal y'alls is alloud, and
then you got points per game allowed? See now here
total yards rod one two, three eighth eighth in yards allowed, okay,
and then in points per game that's when they're a
little lower. Yeah, they're they're about were they seventeen? I said, eighteen.
(15:25):
So I was I was thinking, that's what I was feeling,
like they were eighteenth kind of defense. You're higher with
the yards, but points, Chris, they've given up a ton
of points, right right, So um, but it's only still
the only twenty one a game. It's not like they're
giving up twenties. No, But you just expected, like some
of the teams that they played, the Giants, the Jets,
(15:47):
those are those games you're expect in Washington and Washington
coming in right right, those are the bad teams. But
I'm not ready to declare him dead yet because here's
what they lose to the lieams. I'm I'm done. The quarterbacks.
Rodgers gonna be violum with because you're gonna have three
two teams from the East at least, then the winners
(16:10):
of the other three divisions. Was not gonna be Green Bay,
it's gonna be Minnesota, and then you have two spots left.
They'll be Vine with maybe Marcus Mariota, maybe Brady, Matt Stafford,
m Danny Jones, like, um, you know what I mean,
And you're gonna take Rogers over those guys. But we'll see,
(16:32):
but we're gonna throw it out to you Guys eight
seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven, seven nine
ninety six. Sixty three sixty nine are the San Francisco
forty nine ers with Christian McCaffrey, the team to beat
in the NFC. You're turning away in next on The

to beat in the NFC? Because Christian McCaffrey is a Niner?
All right, let's kick it off with a Craig in Wisconsin.
(18:24):
You're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio. What up, Craig? Yo?
Who's this? Yo? Who you call? You called us Rob Parker.
They told me you were still doing comedy shows at Dubai.
You say hello, and I say dubaie Yo. Christopher Sark?
(18:48):
What's going on with ESPN? ESPN one? Yes, N two, Yes,
N free ESPN? Yes to the draft? Yes, N four?
He has been in ten years? It's been six years now? Wow?
Why do I watch Ey and pittonman in Dookie's faith?
(19:11):
All right, thanks for the call, We appreciate it. Yeah,
he sounds inebriated. Yes, what about Jake and Iowa where
Chris used to live. You're on the odd couple of Iowa.
What up, Jake, Aim, buddy, we discussed we used to
come and beat Daly's still a whipping ass and taking
(19:35):
naid good. They hear from you again, man, Hey, uh,
Jimmy G and the forty Niners would send a limousine
to the homes of Dak Prescott and Jalen Hurts to
beat those two to get to the super Bowl this year.
Those two ain't gonna be forty Niners non Champ. No, yeah, wow.
(19:57):
I mean, look, Jimmy G. I do think he's the
third of those three. But look he's beaten Rock. But
Aaron Rodgers rode twice right right, and on the role once.
So yeah, yeah, they they they're tough. Man. He just
doesn't need to make the mistake, right. If you just football,
(20:19):
they'll be good. I don't want to see Seattle in
the playoffs, that's I don't really Well, yeah, man, they
have to. They just got his number. I mean, they
just something about him and Atlanta. Atlanta. Oh no, you're
not worried about Philly and Dallas, but you worried about
Seattle in Atlanta. Well, you got to beat the forty nine.
(20:41):
You know, I got punched him in the mouth in Atlanta. Man,
that that run game, punched him in the mouth two
weeks ago. I know they had to back up defense
in there, but those guys are and I was shocked
by that game. But you're right, and Atlanta's Chris is
somehow division right, right right, They're gonna win the South
that It's pretty We would be shocked had we predicted
(21:02):
that before the season. But man, I'll tell you it's
it's been crazy. Thanks for called Jake. How about Gary
in Houston? You're on the odd couple Fox Sports Radio?
What up Gary? Yeah? I don't buy the Cowboys at all.
Last year they were like one of the high scoring
offense in the league, and the playoff games they had
like seven points of the half. I would much rather
(21:23):
have a quarterback like gimme g who doesn't care about
statsa and who operates the offense like it's the post operate,
rather than Dak who all does the put up stats
and loose twelve games. Well, I will they had they
had they had last year. They had the highest scoring
I believe, And Dad called Gary. We've said it. Dak
has got to prove he can beat good teams, and
(21:45):
obviously that means in the playoffs. So we hear you.
I mean, look, as much as I like Dallas, Rob,
I'm hesitant. I mean before I you know, climb on
the bandwa And of those three teams, they've certainly at
the receiver spot, they're the least talented, obviously. And Dallas
(22:07):
was awful, terrible and the way it ended, you know,
from beginning to end, it was bad. Fox Sports Radio

We welcome in Mike Pritchard. Mike, how are you what up? Mom?
Great fellas, Great to be with you all tonight. How
y'all doing. Yeah, we're good man. Good to have you on. Uh,
let's start with San Francisco. We were just talking. Do
you think I know they're four and four, but with
Christian McCaffrey, would you say they're the team to beat
in the NFC? Man, The NFC's wide opened, first of all,
(22:51):
and I think on any given Sunday. What we're seeing
so far, anything and everything's happening. I believe San Francisco
has the best, the deepest roster. They just got to
get healthy. You know. They started off with Trey Lance. Okay,
Jimmy Garoppolo. The insurance policy comes in and I think
eventually he'll start to play like he did last year.
(23:11):
But they've added with Christian McCaffrey. They got Deebo who
is banged up right now. He'll be back. Eric Armstreads
who's banged up right now, he'll be back. I just
think from the roster standpoint, they're set up to make
a run. And as we know, the last two years
in the NFC, the teams that got hot and made
a run won a Super Bowl. Talking about Tampa Bay
(23:33):
and also the Rams last year, let's talk about the
Rams and what's going on with their team. Obviously it's
not the same exact team. They've lost some players. Stafford
looks like Stafford that we know and love and we've
seen for many years, yes when he played in Detroit.
Just the Rams seem to be out of it. I mean,
(23:55):
I know they can't beat to forty nine ers, but
they haven't play well this year. Now they haven't robbed up.
You look at the Rams, They're not built to sustain themselves.
They were built to win a Super Bowl. They trade
away all their draft picks and they went for names
like Odell Beckham junior, Von Miller h you know, you
added Waddle Weddell along the way to I mean, you
(24:16):
added to so many players along the way with the Rams,
and and low behold, they won the Super Bowl and
that's that's what they wanted, that was their goal. But
could they sustain that roster? Could they sustain everything that
they had that led to winning the championship? And the
answer was no. I mean, you couldn't keep Vaughn and
Wettell was retired and now retired again. And Odell Beckham
Junior unfortunately got banged up. We'll see if they can
(24:38):
add him. But yeah, the team is different. Whitworth is gone,
the offensive line got banged up, and it was a
makeshift offensive line for the majority of the year two.
So Stafford, Yes, Stafford turned into what he was in Detroit,
you know when he had similar players and Detroit it
so yeah, we've been looking at the Rams completely different
(24:59):
u this year, starting from day one, that opening game
against Buffalo. What do you think about the Ravens getting
Roquan Smith. You see, that's gonna be a big difference
maker for them. I do. I do hopefully they didn't
keep them because you know, he's looking at a big
bada Lamar Jackson's looking for a big paid a two.
So I know they're going to use a franchise tag
(25:20):
on Lamar. They better But yeah, Roquan, you know, I
like the arms race that we're seeing right now in
the National Football League. You know, you got the Eagles
that go out to Quinn and then okay, Roquan goes
to Baltimore. He's ready made for that defense and what
they want to do with that three four and then
just the athleticism that he has too that that should
(25:41):
help the cause for the Ravens. But the future, though,
you know, if you can get something done along the way,
if you can pay Lamar like you should have this
year and get that done, then that just opens up
so many opportunities too. So I believe Baltimore made this
move with intentions that hopefully keep Roquan on term. How
(26:01):
about Dan Campbell with the Lions, He fired his defensive
backs coach, not the DC, you know what I mean?
And I mean that's kind of lame to me that
you're you're blaming just the defensive backs coach. What do
you make can he coach at all? I mean, they
haven't won a road game they got up, They've won
four games since he's taken over. It's pretty ugly and
(26:25):
getting worse in Detroit. Yeah, I don't know what it
is about the lack of accountability, Rob. I mean, you
got del Rio out there before the season firing d
Lion coaches, but his defense is still lower tier, bottom
tier of points allowed. Now they've corrected some things and
now you have the Lions struggling all over the place,
(26:46):
not just in the secondary, all over the place. But
yet one guy you point out is auvery pleasant, right,
as opposed to Aaron Glenn. Last time I checked, I
played against Aaron Glenn and he's a defensive back. He's
calling that defense. But yet you fired the defensive backs coach.
So I don't know if Campbell can coach. I know
he's got he's a good sound bite, ye right right.
(27:11):
Maybe he's a motivator, but in terms of adjustments, there
has not been any uh, and then I don't know,
you know what from a credibility standpoint, what that's like
in the locker room right now for the Fellers. What
do you think that Green Bay will go out and
get a receiver before the Marrows trade deadline? And also
where do you think, if anywhere, Kareem Hunt might end up.
(27:35):
That's a great question. Creme Hunt balling tonight, and you
would think if they're going to trade him, he wouldn't
be playing right now, because you know, you never know
what could happen. But it's a possibility, distinct possibility talking
to some people that Cream Hunt could be moved. I
like what the league's doing right now. Back to the
running game, the basics, the physical nature of football. We're
seeing that emerge a big time. As far as Green Bay,
(27:58):
I didn't like the dynamic and that why receiving room
to start with, there was no veteran presence that was
known or knew of the standard that Aaron Rodgers keeps
referring to. So you had all those pups in there
trying to learn and trying to play full speed, but
their eyes are wide open, and now you got your
Hall of Fame quarterback criticizing you left and right. So
(28:19):
there was nobody in that wide receiving room to absorb
that for them. I think Mandall Cobb maybe, but he
got banged up right, and there was just no great example.
So I don't I don't know what the Packers are
going to do because this late in the game. If
they just add another body to that room, I don't
know if they're going to get better, even if that
player is a veteran player. And the Jets, you know,
(28:42):
had a chance to really make a statement to me.
You know, Bill Belichick owns them as one now thirteen
straight and they were scuffling, They didn't know what they
were doing their quarterback. They come into Jersey and they
beat the Jets. What do you make of that? Because
I just haven't bought into the Jets and where they are.
I thought the Jet and the Giants for that matter,
(29:04):
fellas benefited for the fact that they didn't play a
lot of divisional games early on in the schedule, so
they had unfamiliar opponents, right, and then you get the
Jet inside the division now or where teams knowing you,
Belichick knows you up and down from a roster standpoint.
Personnel standpoint. And then Zach Wilson, I mean, he's got
seven games. It takes about twenty the twenty four games
(29:27):
to really establish yourself as a starting quarterback in this league.
He's got seventeen, and the way he stunk up to
joint yesterday, I mean, if he keeps that up, he's
got about seven games before the Jets are gonna have
to make another decision at quarterback. So hopefully, for his sake,
he gets right, or he's going to be Josh Rosen
or some quarterback like that that was drafted in the
(29:48):
first round and finds themselves either out the league or
as a backup. We were talking earlier about Tony Pollard
and Ezekiel Elliott in Dallas. How would you hand that?
We all saw Tony Pollard and how grady he looked
like Tony Dorset last night. How how would you handle
that if you were the Cowboys the running back? Everybody
(30:10):
who gone from a quarterback controversy to a running back controversy.
You know, Chris, I think they did it perfectly. I
loved how Dallas handled him because if you look at
Tony Pollard, the most stats, the most rushes he's had
in his career I'm talking about rushing attempts was about
fourteen and if you look at his stats in Dallas,
(30:30):
he has fourteen, well over one hundred yards. Though. He
is an elusive, explosive running back, but he's he's not
a move to pile type of guy. He's not a
guy that you can run between the tackles for twenty
five carries, right. I mean you're gonna use him outside
on the perimeter, but also you're gonna use him when
a defense might be worn down because of that speed
(30:52):
and elusiveness. Like just what I talked about. They need
a big body guy. And I think Zeke for where
he's at in his career, he's at now, he's he's
paid handsomely and he's well paid for what he's doing.
But uh, you know, Zeke for what he is right
now in that locker room, I think Dallas needs somebody
like that, right, Tony Pollard, I love his game. I
(31:14):
do you mentioned that? Tony Door said that was my
idol growing up. So I love running backs like that.
But now I think he's a fourteen maybe sixteen carry guy,
but get him out on the perimeter as well to
let him make people missing. And light up that school board. Though. Yeah,
we're saying like we wouldn't bench Zeke just because he
is a leader, like you said in that locker room.
(31:37):
And I keep the thunder and lightning approach, but give
I give a few more carries to lightening than thunder,
you know, to to Pollard than Zeke going forward. But yeah,
we agree with the two back approach. Yeah absolutely, I
mean sixteen, maybe maybe you can squeeze out eighteen, but
I think you're pushing it at that time. Yeah, I
(31:58):
don't think he's gonna get that many, but I give
you more than Zeke in most games, just because I
think he's more exposed. Like some of these runs by
Zeke that's going for seven yards six yards, I think
Poler would break some of those because he's so much
quicker through the hole, you know, right right, And we
saw that like he went on touch for touchdown, right,
Zeke would have been touched and grabbed and pulled before
(32:21):
he got right. Ain't got about nine yards, which is good,
but you don't have to touchdown all right, guess. Mike
Pritchard Lee, my NFL analysts for Visa and great stuff, Man,

bad Rob for interrupting your time with Jilette intimate. We're
live the eye cover from the tire rack dot Com studios. Rob,
(33:46):
do you happen to watch have the Nets game on
the losing they're exasperating? What's the score? They're up one
oh six one hundred with five minutes, but they were
up by about twenty two in the first to struggle, man,
that's just what they were. They were It should have
(34:08):
been a cake a can I get it? We talked
about it last year with the three point line. Now
teams make runs and leagues vanish and it's over. This
is freaking Indiana every night. It's a struggle. It's a struggle,
and that's because you don't play great defense. Rob. But
they're up one tho six one hundred. They should if
they lose this, yeah, it could lose it. But I
(34:32):
don't get it. Um, I think Nash has to go. Man, Yeah,
a slow start, Chrish, you might you know what, you
might be spot on because if they get off to
this bad start one and six and they lose this
game that they were up by twenty two, it could
be the m for Nash. I think that that's spot on,
to be honest, it should early. It's but right, But
(34:52):
but there's no you don't want to ruin the whole
season exactly. And we just saw and I'm not apples
to oranges, didn't we see the Philly is not happy
with their start because twenty two and twenty seven and
where they in the World Series. No, you're right, I mean,
and whether you think it's not now, I think most
people see Nash is not right. Whether you believe he's
(35:16):
not good or not, you just sometimes need a new voice.
Clearly they aren't responding to him. I mean, I think
they respect him as a player obviously for what he did.
But yeah, they got talent there, and I think they
need somebody robbed. It's going to emphasize defense and offense too,
(35:36):
because you got to score in today's league. But and
just having talent, I mean, you need some good sneeze.
But yeah, you've got to be able to get some stocks.
It looks like, you know, you think they'd hold on.
They're up seven now, but you know it's um it
shouldn't be this hard for them, and especially against the
team like Indiana. So we will see. But Ross State
(36:00):
stick with the NBA as we close up. Russell Westbrook,
I'm gonna give him some credit Rob, You and I
both have kind of compared him to Allen Iverson, with
all due respect to AI, who's one of the greatest
ever do it. But Ai would not accept coming off
the bench. It just wasn't in his DNA, which is
probably part of what made him such a great player.
(36:21):
And I felt Russ Brooke was the same way Rob.
But so far he's come off the bench in the
last two games, he's been good. I mean as far
as his demeanor, his body language, his attitude, and he's
played well. Eighteen he's averaging Robbed eighteen points, eight rebounds,
and five and a half assists off the bench. He's
(36:43):
shooting better from the field and from the three point line,
and he I think if you watch it, he's able
to be himself for much of the game when he's
in there with that second unit. And then at least
so far they've closed games with him out there the
first unit. So so far, it's it's been good. Now,
(37:03):
I'll give Russ and darven Haam some props for this
so far. Yeah, I mean, why not. They gotta win.
They beat a good Denver team. They needed that win desperately,
and they made shots celebrating like it was the first
round playoff. I mean, Chris, say, that's how dire it
has been, right, you know, right really, and you don't
want to start out Owen six or seven or nine.
(37:26):
I mean, god, you know, Darvin was like, man, I
gotta get this, give me. He ain't sleeping at all.
Because when you were the first time you get your
first opportunity, you're on that stage with the Lakers and
get off to an Owen eight or nine start, you know,
right away people are gonna be like, oh, he's in
over his head. He right ready, you're not thinking like
we might have looked at it said, but he's got
(37:47):
don't know what this deal was, but four years probably right, say,
you know he's not thinking that way. Who did Mike
Brown one year and they got five or six Rives
into the second year, which I didn't even think was good,
but they did it. You're right, they did do that.
So now it's they've cut to four. Buddy Hill just
(38:09):
hit a three one oh nine, one oh five with
three twenty left. The nets are up. They better not
lose this game. That's all I got to say. Yeah,
all right, it is the I couple. Rives got a
new ad that we're having a lot of fun. Yeah, okay,
it's a good ad man. Go out there. It's the couple.
(38:29):
We are heading out of here, but keep it locked.
