Let's be honest when you hear the word beef liver,

including me, I don't want to eat it. I feel
like it's slimy and disgusting, and it's a metallic taste.
It's a chewy texture, not at something that most people
are craving. And this is why there is a supplement
market for beef beef liver. Right, These little capsules are

problem is these grain fed animals are being fed inflammatory feed.
And what you eat is what you ate eats, right,

whether it's corn and soy and inflammatory oils, they've got
higher amounts of Omega six inflammatory fats in their body.
You might wonder why same amount of calories you're gaining weight. Well,
these inflammatory oils, seed oils or oils from these meats
are actually causing information in your body and backing up

your liver. And aren't we trying to have healthy livers.
If our livers aren't healthy, we're storing more fat, we're
slowing down our metabolism, we're not assimilating our protein and
our amino acids. And if you're listening to this podcast,
you probably care about your health a little bit, so
you want to make sure you're eating grass fed meats,

but you're also having your beef liver supplement if you
choose to take it grass as well, and you want
to make sure it's of course, third party tested, no fillers,

you gotta love your liver, and I've had the issues
with my liver where I never want to go back
there again. I have PTSD from the situation I was
in about a year ago with my liver toxicity, spike protein, shingles, parasites, worms,

literally crawling out of my body, all of it surrounded
my liver. Just being overwhelmed and not being able to
handle what I was being put through. Now, a lot
of outside factors came in where I was exposed to
the spike protein and that triggered the shingles, which is

very common right now and I can't talk much more
about it. But then parasites loved to protect the shingles
and other viruses like epstein bar and some of the
other ones that are really flaring up for people. And
then my liver said, I can't do anymore because on
top of that, you're being exposed to radiation, and there's

fluoride in the water, and the microplastics in your environment,
and the smog from the fires in Los Angeles. Everything
was just saying, Okay, this body, this liver cannot do it.
