confirmed what functional practitioners have been observing for years. A
consistent high fat diet rewires the liver, weakens it's resilience,
dramatically increases the risk of liver cancer. Welcome to Accelerated

Your liver is not just overburdened by food if it's

overwhelmed by the toxins, the endocrine disruptors, the halogens, fluoride, bromide, chlorine,
seed oils, medications and metabolic stress that compounds everything and
the effects of your diet. The good news your liver
can repair. So all of this that we're talking about,
it's so confusing. Keto, carnivore, low fat, vegan. What are

we supposed to do? Everyone is trying to find that key.
What to eliminate? Do we need probiotics? Do we need
to eat to eat more tumoric? Do we need to
reach for peptides? Our world is not what it used
to be, and so it's become very difficult to navigate
to get to where we want to go. We have

unexplained symptoms, chronic disease, increase cancer risk, unexplained weaking, no energy,
increased anxiety, all of these things, and we just want
to feel good. So this is making it even more
difficult because you all, a lot of you have tried
the keto diet, high fat, cutting the carbs, and now

there's a risk of more cancer in the liver. I
thought it's supposed to be good for the liver because
the liver suffers when you have insulin resistance and that's
supposed to come from sugar, right, Well not exactly. So
what did MIT find? They found that the high fat
diets push liver cells towards cancer. They discovered that when

the liver is repeatedly exposed to a high fat diet,
the hepatocytes, the primary liver cells, begin to revert to
an immature stem cell like state. This shift does two things.
It helps cells survive a toxic environment in the short term,
and it increases their long term risk of becoming cancerous.

In simple terms, when the liver is under continuous metabol extress,
it sacrifices the normal function to stay alive, but that
survival strategy makes more vulnerable to dangerous mutations. The cells.
Regression is driven by inflammation, toxic build up, mitochondrial dysfunction.

We're all trying to fix our mitochondria. That's what all
these peptides and stem cells and anti aging hacks are
supposed to go after. Because it's all about the mitochondria.
Then we also have the overloaded detox pathways, impaired bile
flow that biles the detergent to get the junk out
of the system. Endocrine disruption. Your endocrine system is your thyroid,

your pituitary, your adrenals, your ovaries, testes, all of that stuff,
and if that's not working, you're going to feel horrible.
Then nutritional deficiencies, which even if you're eating a whole food,
organic diet, high fat, low fat, whatever it is, you're

not absorbing the nutrients that we once did because we
all have leaky gut or our soils are depleted, and
so we're not getting the nutrients that we once got.
What's the result, fatty liver disease. Over fifty percent of
you have it. Over twenty five percent of our children
have fatty liver disease, which was once only with alcoholism.

Then we all have metabolic dysfunction, increased liver cancer susceptibility,
and this is showing up in younger people. Why does
this matter? The study did not happen in a vacuum.
Like I said, we are not our grandparents' generation. We
are living in an environment where the liver is facing
pressures it was never meant to handle. Even me, I'm boring.

I don't drink alcohol, I eat clean as much as
I can, I exercise, I do all the same things.
A year ago, my liver was like I can't do
this anymore. Enzymes were through the roof. I was hit
with a parasitic infection, shingles, covid exposure, all of these
things all at once, and my liver said, I'm tapping out.
Thank goodness, I have tricks and tools to get it back.

And that is why I pound into you the importance
of your liver. It could be the hidden cause of
your unexplained waking, your unexplained brain fog, hormonal disruption. If
you want to decide whether you're doing HRT or not,
or if you're doing peptides or not, whatever it is,

your liver's got to process all of it. None of
it's going to work unless your liver's working. You got
to address the foundation. So we are living in this
world of microplastics, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, seed oils, mold, toxins, processed foods,
endocrine disruptors. Even that organic keytgenic low carb protein barrier

eating it might have some hidden emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners that
back up the liver, things that you think are innocent,
and they're not. It's not so simple, and so that's
why I'm here to help drive home what you can
do make your body more resilient to these things, because

we're all going to be exposed to them. Right I've
got vegetables in my fridge right now that are organic
wrapped in plastic. You can't get away from it. And
then you add in the high fat diet, the liver
becomes overwhelmed. Well, this is the problem. A lot of
us have become fat malabsorbed. What does that mean. It

means our livers cannot process fat, So even the healthy
fats could be overstressing your liver. That's why I don't
recommend a high fat hetogenic diet for most people. Some
people can handle it. I will go through periods where
my health is atle bit more compromised. Got to stay

on a low fat diet in there are days and
weeks where I'm running like a smooth running machine and
I can have a high fat meal no problem. So
if you're getting nauseous or feel this upper right quadrant
of your gut kind of like bloated, that's where your

liver is when you need a high fat meal. Your
body saying I can't do this right now. This is
the truth, though. The good news you can reverse or
prevent these changes by shifting your metabolic environment, supporting the
detox pathways, avoiding dietary patterns like the high fat ketogenic

diet that stress your liver even more so. What do
you do. You know, I've seen people increase their chloric intake,
but take care of the fine tune machine, the liver,
the thyroid, the gut, and they're able to lose weight,
lose inflammation. An example is my own daughter going off

to college, eating things that are out of her control.
She comes home for Christmas break, she's losing inflammation, losing weight,
not because she's cutting calories. She's probably eating more, but
it's actually real food and it's good for you food.
And then we've uped some of the supplements we're going
to talk about. So what do you do You want

to focus regardless of what diet you're on. Wild animal protein,
not the chicken, not the poultry, not the conventional beef.
Those have amaloid proteins, and I talk about that on

They burden the liver, they disrupt the gut, all of

those things. Wild animal protein, pison, medicon elk lamb, wildfish,
there's so many sources of it. You can cook it
just like beef and chicken, really easy. Stop your freezer.

make my lunch and it takes about three minutes. Venison
ground in a pan with some vegetables. Super easy, lean
meat that has these amino acids and the protein that
assimilate in your body, very easy on your liver and
your gut, and your body loves it. Fills you up,
cuts the cravings for the sugar, right. It's rich in

the amino acids, minerals, and low in the toxins. Then
you can fill in with some fats. I like to
just focus on the fats that naturally come with my meat.
That's it. I don't really dump in butter or olive
oil even I just kind of use that animal protein
as my source of fat and stick to the lower
cuts of the leaner cuts. The carbohydrates. I'm not a

low carb person. Love my fruits and my vegetables, and
I pick them according to the Accelerated Food Guide. The
ones that are not full of oxalates or sulfur. Those
things can disrupt your liver and your detox pathways, causing
inflammation and waking. And here you are eating low carb
veggies that could be triggering waking. Yeah, they could slow

down your thyroid causing brain fog. Onions, garlic, kale, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli,
all of these vegetables that were told are good for
you could be triggering inflammation and a slower metabolism for you.
Everybody's different, so that's where you can eliminate some of

these foods. Add that back in and see how your
body reacts. If you're eating them on a daily basis,
you don't know if they're the ones that are causing
the issue. So this pattern will help stabilize your blood sugar,
support the hormonal health, reduce liver strain, and you're not
going to get into this position where you're increasing your

livery at cancer risk. But then you use the supplements
to really clean out those detox pathways upregulate your metabolism.
We're all about a metabolismy reset as we enter twenty
twenty six. That is my goal for you, not just
for the weight loss, but to maintain that muscle, lose

talked about, including your sleep. So what we do, We're
going to focus on opening the detox pathways, improving the
bile flow, of supporting your mitochondria, cleaning out the toxins safely,
because remember we're not going to get away from them.

where we want to address our immunity, because if our
immune system is taxed by a cold or a flu
or something over here, it's going to lower its metabolism

do it. Teach your body to burn its own fat,
