So let's dive in. A new consumer report, investigation revealed
that many of the most popular protein powders, including the
ones labeled organic vegan clean, are loaded with toxic heavy

(01:18):
metals like lead, arsenic, and cadmium. Some contain over one
thousand percent more than the daily limit for lead, and
just one serving, guys, I have been toxic full of lead.
Lead off the charts. It makes you crazy. It's a
neurotoxin among so many other things. So for people using

(01:42):
protein cheeks daily, this is not a small concern. It's
a chronic health risk. And now we've got people on
these weight loss drugs saying, wait a second, I need
to not lose my muscle mass. So I'm gonna sip
on a protein drink all day and I'm going to
reach for the organic one, the vegan one, thinking I'm
doing the right thing, and you're just sipping in toxins.

I know it's overwhelming. They're everywhere, but it's not just
about the toxins. Most protein powders, even the high end
brands I have these inflammatory compounds, hormone disrupting fillers, and
artificial additives. So it's not just the toxins that are
in this report. And believe me, I used to love

my protein powders. I've tried them all. I love my
protein bars until I realize that not one doesn't hurt
my stomach and make me constipated and bloated. That's a sign, you, guys.
If you're constimplated, painated, or bloated, or you have a headache,
or you just don't feel right, your body's trying to
tell you something. So why have protein powders become a

silent source of toxins? This is the issue. Protein powders
fall into three main categories, plant based, dairy base, and
animal based. And if you're a vegan, you're like, oh,
plant based is the right one. Dairy people are like, well, no,
dairy has the most absorbable, nutrient dense protein for my muscles.

(03:16):
And then you've got the animal based people who say, well, no,
it's got to be the full essential amino acid compilation
and it's all natural, it's carnivore. That's the right one. Well,
each one has its own problems, and most of them
from the industry's obsession with cost cutting imagine that and

(03:37):
flavor manipulation. So number one plant based. So the majority
of the clean or vegan protein powders are made of pea, rice, hemp,
or soy. While these sound healthy, the truth is most
plant based protein ingredients are grown in soil heavily contaminated
with heavy metals from the industrial agriculture. Unfortunately, all our

(04:01):
crops are affecting each other, so even when you're buying
your organic food, it's giving the getting the overspray from
the non organic so Crops like rice peas naturally absorb
the lead, arsenic, and cadmium from the soil, which then
becomes concentrated during protein isolation and drying. So this is

the thing is whenever you're doing a green drink or
a powder or an almond flour, you're getting those ingredients
concentrated more so than the real food. So that's not
the only problem. Plant proteins often contain oxalates that bind
to your minerals. Minerals and damage the gut and the kidneys.

Lectins and phytates that block nutrient absorption, causing more leaky gut,
and the gouitrogens that suppress the thyroid function slow metabolism.
What are those. That's the broccoli, cauliflower, onions, garlic, gage, kale.
Kale has oxalates and sulfur, all of these things that

actually block your absorption, help increase inflammation throughout the body,
and recavoc on your body. Then you've got the histamine
releasing compounds that cause bloating, rashes, anxiety, and fatigue. So
here you are drinking your healthy protein shake and you
don't feel good. You got brain fog, your hair is

falling out, your gut is not working right, You've got
histamine all over, so many things. The vegan protein powders
also tend to contain added gums, flavoring, synthetic vitamins to
mask the bitter bitterness, and then the ingredients can disrupt
the gut bacteria, increasing inflammation trigger immune reactions. So despite

(05:50):
marketing as a slimming product, these powders are often leading
to packing water retention and you don't know why you're
eating one hundred calories or drinking one hundred calories and
you're gaining weight. Doesn't make sense, Well, then you've got
the whey in dairy proteins. Way is derived from conventional

(06:11):
dairy and that is one of the top allergens in
the country across the population, so most whey comes from
conventional cows fed with GMO grains injected with growth hormones
and antibiotics. These residues persist through the processing, further making

(06:31):
your liver work harder and your whole endocrine system, including
your thyroid and your metabolism go I can't do anymore.
This causes an insulin spike, Sugar cravings promote mucous build
up and bloating increases IGF one, a growth factor linked
to acne and hormonal imbalance. Is great. We're drinking protein shake,

(06:56):
losing weight and we've got acne. That's not what we want.
It feeds candy and pathogenic bacteria in the gut, so
you got to watch out for that. And I don't
know many people that are not suffering from some sort
of parasite or candida infection, and believe me, it's not
something that you want. This last week was a new Moon.

If you were extra itchy, retaining extra water, feeling a
little down and under the weather on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday,
that was the new moon. And that's a sign that
the parasites are coming out to play and triggering some
interristine little side effects. So if you felt anything different,

(07:41):
you've got parasites. Just something to think about. And so
these dairy products could be feeding that candida, the parasites
and the pathogens. So anyone with even a mild dairy
sensitivity wave protein can inflame the intestines, increase cortisol, contribute
to that long term fat storage around the belly not

(08:03):
what we want. Then you've got the artificial ing ingredients
and the sweeteners. So to make these powders, whether it's
way or vegan, the companies lace them with these artificial sweeteners,
superlose aspartain, even stevia can work on your liver a
little bit, and I love stevy, I believe me. Then

(08:25):
you've got monk fruit, which seems to be a little better,
but they all tend to do a little bit of something,
So make sure you are taking account of how you
feel before and after, and if you swap different sweeteners,
so you know which one works for you. But they
can damage the microbiome, killing beneficial bacteria. Now these ones

(08:46):
are the aspartame and the saccharin. These are the ones
that are for sure damaging your gut. They trigger insulin resistance. Besides,
despite not having any calories, disrupt your appetite hormones leptin,
and so you're actually more hungry after eating them, causing headaches, anxiety,
gi stress. There were these sugar free chocolate chips I

(09:08):
used to eat and just after a little bit of
a handful, I would get a headache every single time,
so I knew I couldn't be having them anymore. So
many people try to fuel their health with these protein shakes,
unknowingly fueling inflammation, gut imbalance, and metabolic dysfunction. So this

(09:30):
is the irony. The very powders marketed to build lean
muscle and burn fat lead to the opposite and what
kills me. It's all you people that are trying to
do the right thing. It's not the people going to McDonald's.
So here's how the chronic use of contaminated or poorly
absorbed protein powders can affect the body. It leads to

(09:52):
the facting instead of fat loss, inflammation from the heavy
metals the plant lectins, they raise cortisol, the body dress hormone.
The elevated cortisol promotes fat storage around the mid section
and slows your thyroid function, exactly the opposite of what
you want. It triggers bloating and gut dyspiosis. The body
treats these artificial ingredients, the oxidized protein isolates as foreign substances,

triggering immune activation, gut inflammation, and over time, this leads
to leaky gut food sensitivities, poor digestion of even the
good foods that you're eating, and it reduces muscle synthesis.
So ironically, many of the protein powders are not giving
you the right ratios of essential amino acids needed for

muscle protein synthesis. You have to have them in the
exact puzzle piece of ratios for them to work at
the exact same time. You can't have some in the
morning and some at night, and just magically they do
their work even though they're not being taken in together.
That's why wild animal protein and animal protein is packaged

so nicely in these essential amino acid packages where it's
meant to feed like right, so like feeds like animal protein,
feeds like your body's protein. So you might be thinking
that you're drinking thirty grams of protein but absorbing less
than ten grams as that your body can actually use.

And that goes for great yogurts and cheeses and things
like that as well. So they also can overload the
liver and the kidneys. When these poorly digestive proteins and
heavy metals enter the bloodstream, the liver and kidneys are
forced to process them, and this drain cellular energy creates
fatigue and can cause elevated liver enzymes and kidney strain,

so not good. Disrupts the hormones in your mood too, lead, cadmium, arsenic.
They all interfere with hormone signaling and neurotransmitter balance that
brain of your chronics. Exposures linked to low testosterone, thyroid imbalance, anxiety, depression,
and brain fog. Wait a second, I thought protein builds

our hormones, increases testosterone, helps our thyroid and our anxiety
and depression. Not if it's the wrong one, and not
if it's the ingredients that are coming with it, like
the toxins. So what do you do instead? Now, in general,
say you find a protein powder that is absorbed perfectly
that has none of these toxins, there still is a

bit of fat gain with your muscle gain. That's where
I have come up with the accelerated aminos zero calories.
It's only the essential amino acids to feed your muscles
and your tissues in your hair and your skin, with
no calories, no toxins, no fillers. It was so important

to me when we were making this product that we
had no fillers. Why Because I was taking the lead
being brand essential amino acid supplement and I was gaining weight.
I was bloated. I was retaining water from their fillers
and their other ingredients. There might have been other toxins
of heavy metals in there too that I was reacting to.

I don't know, but my body didn't like it. And
I take up to three to four doses of accelerated
