Speaker 2 (00:29):
Could your ezema be linked to what you're eating and
your gut health? Welcome to Accelerated Health of Syrapiana or
cut through the noise fast track your journey to better health.
I'm your house CEO and founder of Accelerated Health Products
certified by the National Association of Nutritional Professionals, and I'm
here to share the latest and supplements, wellness hacks, natural
health solutions that work and don't from boosting your energy

(00:54):
to detoxing to balancing those hormones and everything in between.
So let's dive in. It's in the new new research,
but really isn't new. I wish I knew this back
when I was a child and I was fighting acne
and my husband was fighting ezema. We are seeing that
there's a growing body of scientific research continuing to confirm

(01:14):
the exema and your gut are inseparably linked and fast forward.
Coming up, I will have Katie Stewart on my show
talking about this not just about egzma, but about at
knee rosation, all the skin issues. So more and more
scientists are studying the microbiome, and it clearly is becoming

(01:37):
evident that the inflammation in the digestive track is causing
inflammation in the skin. A twenty twenty one research reviewed
compared the gut microbiome of individuals with egma and those
that didn't and found significant differences. Those with egzma had
fewer beneficial bacteria strains and more opportunistic or pathogetic bacteria

(02:01):
that can release inflammatory compounds. They also have lower microbial
diversity overall, which is a hallmark of poor gut health.
So think constipation, bloating, brain fog, mood, anxiety, depression linked
to your gut, but so is your skin. A twenty
twenty three longitudinal study of infants found that changes in

(02:26):
the gut microbion appear even before ezama symptoms begin. By
age three, the children predisposed to exma already displayed microbial
pattern patterns that promoted inflammation. So already started early on.
And it has to do with butyrate and a lack
of it. But rate is really needed for that strengthening

(02:48):
of the gut lining and reducing immune hypersensitivity. Your immune
system is connected to your gut. It all makes sense, right,
Everything's linked to the gut. And then there's the other
studies focusing on that leaky gut and found that when
the gut barrier becomes compromised, undigested food particles, bacteria, and

(03:09):
toxins chemicals passed directly into the bloodstream. This activates the
immune system, causes a chain reaction of inflammation, and then
that inflammation comes out of skin. You have to think
about this. Your skin is your largest detox organ. When
your kidneys and your liver say hey, this job is
way too big for me. Hey, skin, I need your help,

(03:31):
the skin says, okay, come out of me. That's why
sweating and sauna and exercise are so good to get
those toxins out. It relieves a little bit of the
burden off of the internal organs. But sometimes your skin says, yeah,
I'm going to look really ugly so that I can
get rid of these toxins. So what is egsmat. It's

(03:52):
far more than dry, itchy skin. It's systemic inflammatory condition
that reflects a deeper imbalance. Medically as a topic, dermatitis,
anything that is itis means inflammation, inflammation, dirm skin, so
skin inflammation. Right ezema is characterized by persistent irritation, redness, flaking,

(04:17):
thickened patches, and it's worsened by the stress. Allergens, dietary
triggers were in the world post pandemic, and that means
there's more inflammation. That wonderful virus that got a hold
of all of us, and the spike protein increases inflammation,
increases histamine response, increases leaky gut, and it lowers your

(04:40):
mood and causes anxiety, depression, a whole bunch of other stuff.
It really is hard on your liver, your delivers, your
detox organ So what does the liver do when it
can't do the whole job? It says, skin, I need
your help. My husband has grown up with egzema, never
really had a ZiT in his life. I had the
opposite problem teenage acne that then went into twenties and

(05:03):
thirties and forties. Acne finally got it under control, and
we're going to talk about why no one told me
that my gut had something to do with my skin.
I would have eaten cardboard if it told me it
would get rid of my teenage acne. There's nothing worse
than being a teenager with acne. My husband never had
as it in his life, but he had irritated skin.

(05:25):
And there's only one thing that works for his ezema today,
and we're going to talk about that in a minute.
But for decades, exzema was viewed as an external issue,
something to be treated with creams and steroids. He was
put on all of them. No one talked to him
about his gut. Right, But the gut microbiome is this

(05:47):
ecosystem of trillions of bacteria, fungus, viruses, other microbes. We
need viruses, we need fungus, but we need them in
this nice, cohesive ecosystem that plays nice with the good
guys in the sandbox. Right. The problem arises when you

(06:08):
get the bad guys overtaking the good guys. So you
want that healthy gut microbiome and that will help with
your immune system, your detoxification, your nutrient absorption, which not
only are important for your skin, but your energy, your
weight management, your hair growth, your hormones, all of this.
And so there's this thing called the gut skin axis.

(06:30):
The gut and the skin talk to each other. It's
just like the gut brain access where the gut and
the brain talk to each other and control your mood
and anxiety and depression and serotonin and dopamine, all those
hormones as well. So when the gut microbiome becomes imbalanced,
you have that dys biosis. That means that the harmful

(06:51):
bacteria begin to overgrow and the beneficial ones kind of decline,
and so the war is being won, right. What makes
things worse is the body's detoxification pathways. The liver, kidneys
and colon become overwhelmed. Yes, I said the colon. That
means your constipation could be making your skin worse, whether
it's exzma or at me. So then you've got the

(07:14):
leaky gut exema cycle. So the feedback loop that continuously
fuels inflammation unless the root cause is addressed. You've got
the intestinal wall that breaks down. It's a single layer
of cells that are held together by tight junctions, and
when they are broken apart, you've got like holes in

(07:35):
this fish net, and so particles get through into the bloodstream.
The body says, oh my god, I don't recognize it
over exaggerated immune response. You've got autoimmune issues. You've got
a whole bunch of things. One bad meal, one processed
food can cause leaky gut. You're eating organic coal food,
you're doing a great job, you're exercising, drinking clean water.

(07:58):
Have that one meal can cause leaky gut. So we
want to make our gut more resilient in this world
that is so toxic. But then you have the toxins
and the pathogens escape. Once the gut becomes permeable, the
bacteria and the undigested food particles get into the bloodstream,
the immune system identifies them and has that immune system response,

(08:23):
and then you've get this this ezma flare up. The
skin now acting as the second detox organ. Remember the
skin is the biggest detox organ. So when all of
the other detox organs are screaming for help, the skin says, hey,
i'll help out. I'm big, I'm all the surface of

(08:45):
your body. I'll take over. Then you've got the ongoing damage,
So what do you do about it? I wish I
knew this. Thirty years ago. I had acne as put
on birth control for it. I was put on a
low dose antibatic because that's okay, Sarah, it won't hurt you.
You don't think that hurt my gut and caused more

(09:05):
issues and gave me all of my gut issues that
it made me hit my rock bottom. And you don't
think it helped the acne acutane. It may work for
a little bit, but it's going to come back most
of the time. And Katie Stewart and I talk about
it in our upcoming episode. Make sure you listen to
that one. But there's so much that you can do

(09:30):
heal your gut, make it more resilient. And yeah, you
can have that meal that might cause a little bit
of leaky gut, but get back on track and keep
your exzema under control and your acne and your rosetia
and your psoriasis in all of those skin conditions. So
number one, and this is the accelerated leaky gut bundle,

(09:50):
and it's the only bundle of microbiome healing probiotic supplements
that worked for me. I've taken probiotics, I did the kombucha,
I did the kivita, I did the Sauer Kraut. By
the way, all of those could make things worse fuel
on the fire, because they're giving you a whole bunch

(10:12):
of we don't know what's in them, and maybe too
much of a good thing, right, fuel on the fire.
Megaspour in the accelerated leaky gut bundle is different. It's
a spore biotic. It goes into you and me, it
goes down there, survives the stomach acid and it says, hey,
Sarah needs more of this and this and this, and

(10:34):
you need more of this and this and this. But
they're different. So I'm going to look around and figure
out what you need, and that's what I'm going to
give you. So it helps with balancing the gut microbiome
and it crowds out the harmful bacteria. It supports the
tight junctions and that leaky gut. It increases the production

(10:55):
of short chain fatty acids, the butyrate. And then you've
got the megapri which it is food for the megaspore. Right,
it nourishes and grows the good guys. This is a
precision prebiotic, very important. You've got prebiotic, probiotics and post biotics,
and then you've got the mega mucosa by the way,

(11:16):
megapre and megamucosa taste delicious. You want to be drinking them.
I love putting them in my drinks all day long.
And you want to take these with food because that's
where they naturally occur. But megamucosa goes in and helps
seal that tight junction, seal the leaky gut, so that

(11:36):
is going to help with the egzema as well. It's
supporting the smooth digestion, reducing inflammation, and helping with all
of that. Number four is the Accelerated cellular detox powder
Gut Superhero. I will not go without this. Take it
every single night, especially when I travel. It helps with

(11:57):
the alcohol poisoning and the food poisoning on a daily basis.
It's soaking up those toxins that are hitting your system
even if you think you're eating healthy, and it's taking
them out of the system, lowering the burden on your
kidney's liver and your detox pathways so that things don't
need to come out of your skin. Micronize zeolite, activated charcoal,

(12:18):
organic triphila, slippery elm chitasin Chtasin absorbs dietary fat and
cholesterol to get them out of your body. Dimitatious earth.
These will remove the inflammatory waste products that trigger your
immune reactions in the skin acne, eggzema, and everything in between. Okay,

(12:39):
then you've got the zieve biome. This is topical. This
is a probiotic for your skin. It is the megaspore
of topical. Okay, I put it on and then I
put everything else on my face. It is helping with
the skin microbiome. We don't want to scrub our face
when we've got zits or dry skin. We want to

(13:00):
get off. You don't want to do that. That's going
to open it up, spread the bacteria make things worse. Now,
this is something that I'm telling myself as we're talking,
because I love to describe my face. But the SIV
biome helps recalibrate the balance by supporting health immune communication
in your skin. It promotes that harmony without harming the

(13:21):
beneficial bacteria. And then what I like to add to
it is the accelerated face lift spray and cream. But
I want to specifically talk about the cream. So the
cream was born out of this very small ingredient, a
Chinese herb that was very difficult to find, that my

(13:42):
husband needed for this one eye patch of ezema that
would never go away, and so I got it for
him and I tried it on my acne and I said,
wait a second, this not only helps your egzema, it
helps my acme what's going on here? So we took
that formula. We added in more food and nutrients for

(14:04):
the skin, all natural, of course, and that is the
magic of accelerated facelift cream. So topically you've got the
accelerated facelift cream with the sieve, and you can add
in the accelerated Facelift spray and the mask and the serum,
but those two are the most important for ezema and

(14:24):
helping heal your gut with the accelerated Leaky Gut Bundle
and the accelerated Cellular detox powder. Now, of course it
always helps to address your liver with the accelerated Liver
care because that's going to help with the detox pathways
so that nothing ever even wants to get to your skin.
Hopefully this is helpful. Your skin is not just topical people,
