A new scientific analysis has brought mainstream attention to something
I've been talking about for years. Sinescent cells. They're called
zombie cells. They're dysfunctional half a live cells accumulating inside

your tissues, especially fat, and quietly driving that inflammation, metabolic
slow down, waking, and aging. The study highlighted how these
zombie cells inside your fatty tissues release inflammatory chemicals that
disrupt the nearby healthy cells. Weaken mitochondria function, and I
always say it's all about your mitochondria. We're only as

healthy as our mitochondria. Then that impairs insulin signaling, insulin resistance,
weagin creates this vicious cycle where the body becomes increasingly

We've got to get rid of these bad cells. Our

them up is through apoptosis. But that thing called the
pandemic really screwed up our ability to get rid of
these diseased cells. We'll get into that more. So you
can support your body's ability to clear these sinescent cells,

but you have to improve the terrain the mitochondria, detox pathways,
your thyroid, which is your metabolism and it is the
master of your full endocrine system, your liver, your lymph,
and your gut. It's all related. So that fatty liver disease. Yes,
it's caused by the alcohol and the processed foods and

all of that stuff, but there's this other part that
is contributing to the fatty liver disease. Okay, so what
are zombie cells. When a healthy cell becomes damaged, it's
supposed to recycle itsel itself through apoptosis, a safe, clean
cell death process. Well, the spike protein from the pandemic

has turned off this gene called the P fifty three gene.
That gene is supposed to see those cells get rid
of it through apoptosis, but the spike protein has suppressed
that P fifty three gene. So those cells just keep
run along. Cancer cells, disease cells, they just multiply and
then start taking over your body. So toxins, oxidative stress,

spike protein, halogens, seed oils, microplastics, and mitochondrial dysfunction. All
of that stuff makes it so this whole process doesn't work.
The cells become too damaged to function, yet too unstable
to die. So this is the problem. You then are
metabolically stagnant inflamed, and then you've got these inflammatory chemicals

known as sinessent cells inside the fat tissue, which causes inflammation,
insulin resistance, mitochondria collapse, impaired fat burning, disrupting your hormonal liftabolism,
increasing the fat storage. And then aging of the healthy
cells that are surrounding it. So this is going to
trap you into stubborn weight gain chronic inflammation, even when

you're doing all the right things. Why are these cells
skyrocketing today. Yes, the spike protein's number one. It's suppressing
that P fifty three gene. Then you've got the halogens,
the fluoride, bromidechlorine in our water and our food, all
the things blocking iodine receptor sites, and ninety six percent
of the United States deficient and iodine, so we've got

less iodide in our bodies and more of these halogens
that kick eiding out of our bodies, double whamming. Then
you've got the heavy metals mercury, aluminium, arsenic. They're found
in even our healthy organic protein powders. This is a
problem cell rejuice. All of our green drinks that's concentrated,

which means we we have concentrated heavy metals in all
of these healthy things we're doing. Microplastics, those disrupt the
thyroid in mitochondria, seed oils, that's the stuff we know
we should stay away from in the processed foods, but
we all get them in because we're not perfect mold
and endotoxins inflame, the fatty tissue pesticides. Then we've got

the EMS from our that we can't even see from
our computers, from our cell phones. I get a headache.
Went on on my phone too long. That's my body
saying I don't like this blood sugar swings. Oh, by
