Do you have that belly bulge that just won't move
and everything just feels stuck and you can't lose weight,
You feel lethargic, You're eating right, you're working out, you're
doing all the things, and it just doesn't make sense.
It might not be what you're eating, it might not
be your exercise. It might be this thing called your
lymphatic system. And we're going to get into it. Welcome
(00:53):
to Accelerated Health of Sarah Banta, the podcast that gets
straight to what works. I'm Sarah's certified nutritionness and founder
of Accelerated Health Products. We cut through the noise here
and bring you the real strategies, powerful supplements, and natural
solutions that actually work to help you detox, boost your energy, balance,
your hormones. Imagine that. So let's dive in. I am
(01:17):
so excited to have our guests. This is one of
those people that you meet for the first time. You're
like you are my people, and I just am so
excited on a personal level and a business level to
have our guest Raina O'Neill, who's a holistic health practitioner,
transformal transformational coach dedicated to help women restore balance, confidence,
(01:41):
and vitality, and she specializes in that sim system called
the lymphatic system. Welcome, Reina, how are you?
Speaker 3 (01:48):
Thank you so much? Good, so excited to be here.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
I am too. We got to sweat it out this
morning at hot yoga together and now we're showered up.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
Every day exactly clean hair at all, even recognize each other.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
But I know, well I first, before we get into
what the lymphatic system is, I want to start with
your story and why you've become so passionate about what
you're doing and you truly transformed yourself. And you and
I have so many similarities as far as our genetics
(02:21):
and you know, salmon swimming upstream in this world that
is not only toxic, but the foods, you know, create issues.
And that's a whole nother podcast. But let's get into
what brought you here today.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Okay, So originally I always kind of struggled with my weight.
I have Celiac disease, so a lot of digestion issues
that I was constantly kind of battling whole life. Doctors
could never really potentially tell me what was wrong, so
I felt like I always kind of had to trial
and error things on myself. So that really started me
on my wellness journey. I had my first son when
I was twenty three. I gained eighty pounds with him,
(02:58):
so definitely like huge adjustment. Took me a really long
time to lose the weight. It kind of exasper made
everything worse in regards to my celiac and things like
that as well too, So it really started this journey
of me to try to communicate with my body to
figure out what is wrong with it. And I was
the only one that could seem to kind of figure
it out and not necessarily doctors. So after that point,
(03:20):
when I did lose the weight, I had a lot
of excess skin and torn muscles. So in twenty eighteen,
when I thought I was done having kids, I went
and got a tummy tuck and I didn't necessarily heal
from that. For the first year, I was floated and
frustrated and it didn't look right. It just looked manufactured,
and I was really unhappy with it because it was
(03:41):
really painful, very expensive, and I was just discouraged. So
a friend of mine had suggested that I look into
lymphatic drainage to heal myself. Nobody in Las Vegas, where
I'm from, did it the way that I wanted it
to be done. So I came to LA and I
had a version done on me. It wasn't the best version,
but it was enough for me to spark something in
(04:01):
me to make me realize how important it was and
how much of that specific system was affecting almost ninety
nine percent of the problems that I was having. So
I enrolled in massage school immediately. I was doing residential
real estate for twenty years prior to that, so I
kind of just had this as like my side. You know,
it was fun for me, It wasn't necessarily I didn't
(04:21):
think it would ever go anywhere. I started working on
people out of my house, and in addition to massage school,
where they didn't necessarily teach me the version that I
was interested in, it was always very light touch, very
medical based. I didn't find that effective, so I went
outside of school streets smarts versus book smarts, I like
to call it. And I started to self study Korean,
(04:43):
Colombian and Brazilian massage and kind of picked and choosed
portions that worked well on me. And I worked on
myself for a good six months to heal myself and
to heal my body, and I became very in tune
with myself, and then I started working on friends and
family again just for fun. My house and it kind
of took off like wildfire. And I was living in
(05:03):
a guard gated community in twenty twenty, so during the
pandemic and everything too, still taking people out of my
house on the regular basis, and I would have my
security guard would be like what is happening. I'd have
like ten people come through a day, like every single day.
So eventually I was like, Okay, this is a thing.
It's my passion. I love it. So I ended up
switching out of real estate, quitting full time, and then
(05:25):
I got a commercial space and then I have multiple people,
and then I had a waiting list of like four
thousand people. It was just kind of wild. So it
kind of took off really fast. So as I continue
to go, I'm always learning something new. About my body.
I'm always learning something new about my clients. I always
say I feel like I'm very empathic because I'll have
certain ailments that kind of arise and then a week later,
(05:46):
Somebody's on my table that has that specific thing, and
I'm like, well, okay, I understand why. Now I had
to go through that to figure out how I could
holistically heal it to kind of guide other people to
do so as well too. So I'm just a really
big believer and women taking back the control of their
life and their body and their health, and the lymphatic
system I think relates to everything. I feel like, if
(06:09):
you're having any type of symptoms whatsoever, you can trace
it back to working on your lymphatic system and it
should help improve it significantly. So I think it's one
of the most important things that people can learn. It's
also something that you can do on yourself and at home,
which I think is also very important. So I'm hugely
passionate in it. And now we have one location in
Las Vegas, secondary one in Newport, and hopefully we're looking
(06:32):
to expand, And we just started a online platform specifically
to teach people how to tap into the lymphodic system,
using fitness, breath work, diet, all the things that obviously
you and I do on a daily basis, because it
can relate back to the lymphotic system health.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
We are like soul sisters because as you're talking about
having your own ailment and then someone on your table
the week later, that is exactly what has pushed me
on my path because I will have a child that has,
you know, a kidney issue or a kidney insufficiency causing
a cough where the doctor would give an antibiotic for
(07:09):
the cough has nothing to do with a bacteria, and
then the next week I have someone with the same
issue come to me and it's it's truly God's way
of telling you you are on the right path. You're
doing what you're meant to be doing. And what I
love about you is like every day I see your inspiration,
(07:29):
you're working on you, you're working on something new, and you
know it's just always right. It keeps you going.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Say, I'm never stagnant, just like your lymphatic system. I'm
always changing, I'm always evolving, I'm always switching it up.
We'll have people that like kind of catch on to
things that I'm doing, start to copy it in different places,
so I'm like, Okay, onto the next thing. So I'm
continuously evolving. So I think that that's what kind of
makes me different in regards to and also just touching
like I've touched. I think we calculated it like fifteen
(07:58):
thousand bodies over the last six years because I was
doing ten ten people a day at one point. So
it's really much again being in tune with yourself and
then you can become in tune with other people and
it's just like hands on time, and I feel like
that's like other than studying books and going to school,
which granted that is important, but I feel like that
hands on interaction with different body types and different situations.
(08:19):
And majority of my clients are females, and the majority
of clients are very similar to my type of demographic
where it's like perimenopause and a lot of issues that
they're having. So it's very like you can see these
patterns in people and it's just very interesting to watch
everything kind of evolve.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Well, just in the short period of time that I've
known you, I've learned so much and put things together
in my own brain with what I do with supplements
and diet, and I focus on the thyroid and the
liver and in the gut. But who knew that the
lymphatic system is so important to all of those things.
(08:55):
And if everything's stagnant in your limp, it backs up
your liver, and then your liver isn't working in detoxing.
And we've talked about, you know, breast cancer rates going up,
and that could be clogged breast ducks or lymphatic drainage
issues under the arm women, and and so there's so
many things that we could go into. But first I
(09:17):
want you to explain just the role and the importance
of the lymphatic system and what it is, because no
one even knows what it is or where it is
on the body. I know that my ankles get swollen
on a flight. I know I can't pull my rings off,
especially if I'm constipated or backed up. What, well, that's
not that's not poop in my in my fingers, that's
(09:38):
a right that affecting the lymph or vice versa and
water retention, and it's all all related. So let's get
into what is the lymphatic system and what does it do?
Speaker 3 (09:52):
Sure, I'm gonna explain it to you the way I
explained it to my clients. To make it as easy
as possible to understand. I always kind of relate it
to the sewer or the step system of your entire body,
so it's in charge of clearing out all the debris.
And I always say the clusters that we typically manipulate
here first and foremost. I always spend a lot of
my time on the abdomen because I really personally feel
(10:13):
like it's the hub and the epicenter of everything in
regards to your lymphatic system. The more you work or
the armpits and the abdomen, the more overall body detox
you'll get as well too. So you have large color
clusters of lymphnows that we pull too. They're all over
your body, but there's main drainage points that we kind
of always make sure that we're pulling all of that
stagnant fluid too. We always manipulate on the colorbone up
(10:34):
and down the neck, the armpits, the abdomen behind the knee,
and then the we knows in the growing area is
kind of like my main hot spots. So the best
way you can relate it is any type of debris,
any type of virus, any type of parasite, anything like that.
Your lymphatic system touches it because it brings it throughout
your entire body. So making sure that it's not sitting
(10:56):
like a pond when it should be run in like
a full river. At twenty four to seven. So I
don't know if people have seen my before and afters
there's a huge visible change that they can see right away,
and everybody's like, where did the fluid go? Like if
I didn't get up, I didn't use the restume, like,
where did it go? And I'm like, well, if you
think about it, you have basically like toilets that are
(11:17):
clogged and backed up. The fluid's going to build behind
that and sit there stagnant. It's not moving through. So
once I basically rode over or that and push everything through,
everything should be moving in your body at that moment.
So it's just basically it relates to there's more lymph
in your body than there is blood. So I mean
it's a huge part of the entire internal system, and
(11:41):
just basically sewer system is the best way that I
can make sure that people understand that it's in charge
of dupocity fat which causes cellulate and all these other
things that it's related to. It's in charge of moving.
Like the glymphatic system too, is in charge of regulating
your hormones and your mood and your brain function and
things like that too.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
So you know it might be these were young. I
went to an osteopathic doctor and they always said, you know,
work on here and work on here if you've got
ear infections. And I never understood that it had to
do with the lymphatic system to try to get the
virus or the bacteria out of the system and get
it moving. But everyone, you have to see Renee or
(12:23):
rain as Instagram and her before and after pictures because
it's black and white. It's mind blowing. And can you
explain where the lymph layer is compared to the skin,
the fat and the muscle on the abdomen especially.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Sure we always tell people too, because like I have
a lot of people that come after me all because
it's not the way I do. It is a little
bit deeper. I do feel like you have to go
deeper into the lymphatic system to get the results that
I get. And I have a lot of people are like, oh,
that's not true, MLD. And it's supposed to be like
touch and feather touch and things like that, and I'm like, well,
listen again, I took fifteen thousand bodies like it works.
(13:02):
I know it works, so I absolutely understand. But technically,
the way that it's taught in massage school, specifically the
one I went to, is that it's just like a
very light touch on top of the skin. So obviously
they're saying that it's directly underneath the skin like that.
So I get a little bit deeper to make sure
that we're moving everything through, to make sure that everything
is coming out and moving properly. But technically it should
(13:26):
be sitting right there underneath your skin, and again like
really digging into the armpits and the abdomen. I go
a lot deeper, which obviously you know because I've worked
on you several times. Those noises that we get you
can actually hear the fluid moving, So it's very much
like taboo. I want to say that people say that
it should be a lighter touch based off a where
the lymphatic system technically is in your skin, but I'm
(13:48):
a big believer that it's deeper and that you have
to go a little bit deeper without hurting people and
causing more inflammation, but getting directly into that source.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
Yeah, no, it feels I love it. It feels amazing,
and the results are you can't deny the results. But
why why is lymphatic so backed up now in today's world?
What are the things that are causing such issues with
the lymphatic system?
Speaker 3 (14:14):
I feel ninety nine percent of it has to do
a diet. So I have so many people coming here
and they're like, they'll come on a monthly basis, and
every month they're coming back and they're like, I just
keep getting backed up again. I'm like, okay, we let's
sit down and think about, like what are we eating,
you know, and it's not even necessarily bad food, it's
food that their body can't necessarily tolerate. I'm a big
believer in like the biochemistry of your body and like
(14:37):
blood type relation in regards to how you should be eating,
because I feel like it's very important that if your
body can't process certain foods, things are going to get
backed up. So food source, obviously, alcohol, any type of pollution.
And everyone's like, I eat organic, I eat green, And
I was like, yeah, but today's like organic isn't necessarily
the way that originally food was made that our body
(14:58):
could potentially process. There's just so many things out there,
and even my most healthy people that do everything right,
like you and I, you know, we still it's almost
like we're more sensitive too, because we're fully aware and
more into our body. So like I'll go out to
a restaurant and I'll eat something that I think is healthy,
and I'll wake up the next more extremely puffy. So
it's just like there's just certain things and chemicals and
food that we're like trying to avoid that we necessarily can.
(15:21):
So a lot of that, and even emotional stagnancy I
think is a big thing too in regards to lymphatic system.
I deal a lot with a lot of females that
will hold certain stagnant areas based off of like whatever's
going on in their personal life, So I feel like
that has a lot to do with it too. We're
all energy inside outside things like that, so I think
(15:43):
any type of like negative energy could potentially impact to
lymphatic system too.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
And we had talked offline about hormones and females with
PMS symptoms, minstrual cycles, all of that can you talk
about I mean I've talked a lot about and studied
in medicine. That's stagnant chi, right, the stagnant in the
lower burner, that can cause the cramping and the PMS symptoms.
(16:09):
But how would the lymphatic system be intertwined with those
hormones and the stagnant chi that they talk about.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
So we have to think so people like you and I,
like we talked, we have a genetic profile that's similar.
If you have any type of genetic mutations, which like
sixty percent of the population has, you're not able to
detox excess and old stagnant hormones and they just sit
inside of your body and rock, so to speak. So
the lymphatic system is really in charge of making sure
(16:40):
that we're getting all of those excess bad hormones out.
So if everything's just kind of sitting like we talked
about in the breast tissue too, that could potentially turn
into breast cancer later on. And that all has to
do is like I think estrogen in that area too,
you know what I mean, like built up estrogen, So
that will obviously cause PMS symptoms. A huge demographic of
(17:00):
my people as I said, or perimenopause. So perimonopause kind
of comes to seem to rock everybody as soon as
it starts to hit because there's a lot of issues
that they're dealing with that they never had to in
the past, or they're just more cognizant of it now
and they can't necessarily pretend like they're not there anymore,
if that makes sense. So working with my clients to
try to regulate the hormones, making sure that you don't
(17:22):
have any of that bad excess hormones inside of you
is absolutely imperative to making them feel better too.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
And outside of laying on your table, what can people do?
I know you're a proponent of vibration machines and and heat.
What are the lifestyle things or the practical things that
people should be doing on a daily basis?
Speaker 3 (17:48):
So we always say movement, sweat, breath, and hydration are key.
So any type of movement is going to activate the
lymphatic system. It doesn't necessarily have a pump, so the
best way to activate it is vigorous exercise. And another
thing that they've recently come to find is that the
diaphragm is the closest thing to a pump, so any
type of deep belly breathing also make sure making sure
(18:10):
that that's pumping properly. So I always tell people breath
work is really imperative if they can do that specifically
the ten days after the treatment. When I work on them,
I'm very cognizant. I'm making sure that they're sweating as
much as possible. Movement doesn't necessarily have to be anything
high intensity. It's just walking anything like that that's doing that.
Simpsonsation is pumping your system, and then the hydration is key.
(18:33):
I mean, I'm sure you see it all the time.
I want to say I always preach it, I don't
necessarily always practice it, but I think people are severely
dehydrated in America, I mean in the world. I mean,
I really think that people a lot of their problems
stem from the fact that they're just not drinking enough water.
Myself included. I was having some issues a few months
ago and I started drinking water like a gallon as
(18:53):
I used to, and I was like, oh wow, all
my problems are gone, Like what am I going getting botox?
And like why do I look old? Like what is happen?
I'm like, oh my god, it was just severely dehydrated.
So I think making sure that you're properly hydrated is
also a huge thing in reverse to lymphotic system. I
always tell people the one thing I noticed with this
last pregnancy is if I did not drink enough water,
I would be puffy, which most people would correlated the opposite.
(19:16):
But my body will retain fluid if I'm not replacing it.
And it's the same in regards to your lymphotic system
that if I'm trying to get all this old, stagnant
fluid out, it has to be replaced with fresh water,
otherwise your body's going to hold onto it, almost like starvation.
So hydration huge. And then diet, like I said, you know,
like I can. I can't outwork a bad diet no
(19:37):
matter what I do. Like if you continue to eat
in a way that is not right for your body,
there's only so much I can do. You'll get temporary results,
but unfortunately, like you're just going to continuously getting bloated.
And I tell people all the time too, it's like
this is your body's way of communicating with you. Like
you're having symptoms, you're having heartburd you're having gas, you're
having bloating. Your body is physically trying to communicate with
(19:59):
you that you're putting something into it that it cannot process.
So I'll tell people all the time, I'm like, okay,
based off of and I just use the blood type
diet at a base. I always say that it's up
to the person to start to learn how to communicate
with their body because there's certain things that like per
the blood type diet says that I can have that
I can't and vice versa, And I just think it's
really important that you use that as a base and
(20:20):
then continuously on a daily basis, test things, listen to
your body's reaction, and then kind of adjust accordingly. So
I tell people all the time to make sure that
they're not causing the digestive stagnation because that's going to
translate to the rest of your body. So that's the
number one thing that I'll start to work on people
with because ninety nine percent people like I have a
(20:40):
thyroid problem, like you have a diet problem that's causing
a thyroid issue. You know, like ninety nine percent of
the time that's accurate. So just helping people understand that,
And again, it's about the communication with your body, like
it is always talking to you. You just have to
learn its language. And it's just it's simple thing that
I'll tell people like okay, like you felt like this,
(21:02):
and like what did you eat that day? Or keep
a food journal, let's figure this out, you know. So
it's one of the simplest things to revise your diet
and to drink water. And you'd be surprised, like people
come spend three hundred dollars on a massage with me
but aren't willing to do those things. So I absolutely
feel like that is the number one base thing to
start at home. And then the movement, Like we created
(21:23):
a specific workout routine to supercharge your lymphatic system, but
you and I both know any type of exercise will
spark your lymphatic system. So we use vibration, we use
manual massage techniques, certain type of like adjustments to be
able to make sure that you're doing it efficiently as
you can in the small amount of time that you can.
But any type of movement is like absolutely imperative. And again,
(21:44):
listen to your body, like don't go crazy and like
hurt yourself and get sore and cause more inflammation. Like,
really start to treat your body well and communicate with it,
and I think ninety nine percent of your lymphatic issues
will start to improve.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
I agree, one hundred percent. I mean, I've incorporate rated
some of the things that you've taught me at home,
and I feel like a different person. I just and
I do all the things. I eat, clean, I exercise,
I sleep, I do all the things. And just incorporating
this has taken my energy, my digestion up, my bowel
(22:19):
movements are better. I just feel more clear, I feel
less stagnant, and you know, sitting down for more than
an hour, I get really antsy and my legs start
swelling up and I have to go for a walk
or I'll go get on the vibration machine. And what's
so funny is I've always had vibration machines. I love them.
(22:39):
I didn't really understand that it was working on my
lymphatic system, all right, Yeah, I didn't understand that. That's
why it felt so good. I knew a little bit,
but that's ninety percent of it. And it's just really
interesting how this hidden little system in your body that
no one talks about. Everyone I think they're holding on
(23:01):
to fat and really it could just be fluid that's
just stuck, and you're before and after pictures really show that.
But I love that you are coming. You've come out
with an online program because it helps people that are
not in Newport or that are not in Vegas. Can
(23:21):
you talk about them?
Speaker 3 (23:22):
Sure? So basically, on a daily basis, I would have
people coming to me, And I think the reason that
I had such a good following is because it's not
a massage, like we call it a lymph style, not
a lifestyle. It's so many things that are connected to
your lymphatic system. Coming in and getting a once a
month massage is going to help, but it's not going
to help fix the underlying issue. So on a daily basis,
(23:46):
I would work with my clients in regards to their diet,
their exercise, tips and tricks that I've kind of learned
over the past forty three years to be able to
figure out how to tap in better. And I was
just like this is crazy, Like there's I had people
like crying. They're like, I would not light in my
armpits because I thought it was fat and it like
caused more inflammation. I'm like, no, like I've it's just crazy.
Like especially again as females too, we're just like kind
(24:08):
of given. There's like you're supposed to do this, and
you're supposed to reduce your eating and do this and
exercise like crazy. But it's like it's so much easier
than that. And I just really wanted to teach people
everything that I've kind of been through and that I
suffered with that they don't have to. And I just
think it's so empowering to start to tap back in
and be able to handle a lot of this on
(24:29):
your own. So it's my baby, and I'm very proud
of it. And it's a kind of continuously evolving because
you know me, I'm like eighty h D three A.
I'm coming up with new stuff, never stagnant, like we say,
so like whatever comes into my brain that month, like
I'm able to share that with the platform, and it's
so fun and it's so just like rewarding. And I
had somebody call me today and we did a thirty
(24:50):
minute like one on one session because she had like
fibrosis on one side and like I physically like instructed
her how to break it down and like we got
it to go away. And she was like in tears.
So it's just so many things that go with it,
and I just I want a lot of people to
understand that they don't have to feel like there's nothing
that they can do or to feel hopeless. I really
(25:11):
think if you start to work on your lethotic system,
there's so many things that like, including depression or anxiety
or anything like that too, you can help really fix
that and start to push you on a better path.
And again, like postpartum, I work a lot with postpartum
and pregnancy. I did my pregnancy this second round significantly different,
and I got a lot of flak for it because
I didn't treat it like it was a handicap. I
(25:33):
did hot yoga every day. I was doing handstands at
nine months pregnant at forty years old, you know. So again,
I just think there's not a lot of people out
there that kind of like show aren't afraid to show
that as females, like, we're so powerful and we just
have so many opportunities within us to be able to
tap into that. And I just think it's very important
(25:54):
to empower women to start to get back on that truck.
So that's why we kind of created it.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
I love it, and I want to touch on the
emotional part and the mood depression and that people are
you know, suffering from. I swear that the real pandemic
is anxiety and depression in our world. And I feel
like you're just stuck, right, You physically are stuck, You're
(26:20):
emotionally stuck, you're mentally stuck, you're depressed. But when you
get that lymphatic flow, the movement, then you're able to
process things a little more. Can you Can you dive
into that a little bit?
Speaker 3 (26:33):
Sure? I tell people all the time too. It's like,
imagine again, like a swamp, right, you just have like
gross stuff laying around, trash building up. It's not pretty,
it's not nice, it's not enjoyable. You know, it probably
smells bad. And that's kind of very much the same
as to like what I would envision your life to
kind of feel like if you're just sitting there with
garbage inside of you twenty four to seven. Yeah, So
(26:53):
I've been doing a lot of research recently and have
been working with a lot of people in regards to
blood sugar regulation and that has a lot to do
with mood disorders. I'm noticing that a lot of people
have been able to really improve their depression, brain fog, anxiety,
things like that too, just working on their diet and
then in turn like improving the lymphatic system in addition
(27:15):
to that, and it's really causing like a world of
difference for people. So I think it's just again figuring
out what internal sources are causing it, not external. You know,
there's a lot of stuff going inside of your body
that people just aren't aware of, and I think just
working on the basics and making sure that you're cleaning
the garbage out, so to speak, is going to regulate
(27:36):
your mood and everything like that too. Postcard again too,
a lot of that stagnant hormones can get stuck inside
of people. They're getting surgeries, they're getting things like that,
which anytime you cut the skin, it's obviously impacting the
flow of the lymphatic system. So nobody's really ever taught
after they have cea sections or scarring from you know,
childbirth and things like that, how to manipulate it to
(27:56):
cause that flow to come back. And all that backed
up and cause was postpartum depression and all that stuff
and kind of like feed into it.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
So it's just amazing the way the whole, the whole
body works and the system works. It's funny. I look
think back to when I was sold the vibration machine
by the salesperson, some guy. He probably had no idea
what the lymphatic system was, but kind of the selling
points was to help with depression, but he probably was
(28:28):
not connecting the dots but that they had had studies
on vibration movement as far as helping with mood. So
it's really interesting.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
So what you go ahead? I thought I used to
have when I first started, because obviously I started before
this kind of got big. It's all the rage. Now
everybody's like a lymphatic expert on TikTok now, which is
kind of comical. But I would have doctors, like physical
doctors come into me and I would be working on
them and kind of going over like, oh, this is
how this works, and like, oh is that how that works?
(28:59):
I'm like if you're a doctor. So like, people just
weren't necessarily taught about the lymthodic system at all, and
I don't even know in medical school that they're really
diving into it deeper. But now that they're doing all
these studies. I mean it can be truespack to everything,
and I do everything for my lethodic system, like that's
my number one goal. I eat, sleep, breathe, move, think
(29:19):
specifically for my lymthodic system because I know that it
translates to every other area of my life. So it does.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
I mean, since I've been focusing on it with you,
my thyroids functioning better, my liver's functioning better. Everything seems
like it's working better. Circulation to my face, to my hair,
all of the things are just kind of like, Okay,
we're now a more finely tuned machine. And of course,
of course the foods make a big difference as well,
(29:47):
so as you're always thinking and always moving forward and
you're not stagnant what's coming down the road for you.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
So we're doing I have a lot of exciting just
like came up with some exciting modalities that I'm kind
of like working with right now. I've been doing he
did work out since I was fifteen years old, so
I mean every single day and I kind of get
bored easily. So I'm just trying to come up with
new and different fun ways that you can kind of
ignite your lethotic system. So we have quite a few
(30:16):
new modalities coming to the platform that are going to
be kind of fun and different than anything else out there.
I have a lot of products that I've developed that
I'm really excited about that I'll be able to release soon.
But it's going to be a game changer, I believe,
and again it's just stuff that I've been testing out.
I built Elymphatic Organic off of basically whatever I was
doing in my garage at like three am, and that
continues to happen every single day and it's always changing.
(30:38):
I'm always getting downloads, I like to call it, but
just more so again, just working one on one with
females specifically to get them back on track is my
number one passion. So I'm really going to take a
lot of time to focus on that. And then we
want to expand we want to continue to potentially franchise
these out in different markets. I want to continue to
spread the reach as far as I can, and there's
(30:59):
only one to me, so hopefully building a team of
people to be able to help me kind of spread
that out there and assist was kind of getting the
word out and you know, like I said, Lymphatic is
becoming very popular. There are some places that I don't
necessarily agree with a lot of the stuff that they're doing, so,
you know, I just I don't want them to give
lymphatic a bad name. So I would really love for
(31:19):
people to kind of experience our version of it because
I feel like it's significantly different than anything else out there,
and I think it's just really important because it is
very I mean, you're working on toxins and like there's
so much stuff inside of you that you could potentially
impact or hurt yourself if somebody is releasing all this
and then not necessarily flushing it properly. So I would
(31:41):
just love to spread our company in different areas so
that I can make sure that when people are coming
to get lymphatic that they're properly having it done on them.
Speaker 2 (31:51):
You know, it's interesting. You don't know this, but the
other day after yoga you had left and some of
the girls were talking about lymphatic massage and saying, yeah,
I've had one before. It didn't really do any I
didn't like it. I didn't really do anything. And to
your point of there's a lot of bad practitioners out there,
(32:11):
compression pants, they could hurt you. I mean maybe they
make it a little bit, but believe me, I've done
the best of the best, and compression pants they do
not give you the results that you give people. So
I turned it down. And those pants are not cheap.
So even at the compressed you, I'll compress you exactly.
Speaker 3 (32:33):
Well.
Speaker 2 (32:34):
I love you on a personal level and a business level,
and you are doing such great work and I love
your spirit and all you know, your inspiration and you know,
always working, never stagnant. So thank you for teaching me
and everyone else. Tell people where they can follow you
(32:54):
and find you. You guys. Her social media is the
best of any It's a lot, it's awesome.
Speaker 3 (33:02):
You ready for You're a lot of baby baby photos
and random workouts for sure. So I'm on Instagram It's
Lymphatic Underscore Organic, and then our exercise fitness platform is Lymphatics,
also on Instagram. And then yeah, I mean we're on
TikTok all the same same name. So website is Lymphatic
(33:22):
Organic dot com. If you're in the Newport or Las
Vegas area, we'd love to physically have you on site.
And like I said, hopefully we will be adding more
locations soon so that we can kind of reach out
to a lot more people.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
Amazing. Thank you, my dear, so much for coming on today.
Speaker 3 (33:38):
All right, I'll see you later. I have a good day.
Speaker 2 (33:42):
I'm not joking. When I first first met Rena, she
was like, Okay, we are each other's people. This is it.
She's so passionate and it comes from our heart and
her body. But what I want to talk about is
my experience just over the last couple months of doing
(34:02):
her methods, learning from her, I've seen a difference in
my thyroid and my liver. But you also have to
address your liver and your thyroid to help with your
lymphatic It's the feedback system, right, So your thyroid influences
the lymphatic system. It is the primary engine of the
lymphatic circulation. Thyroid hormones regulate your metabol achy, your circulation,
(34:25):
your mitochondril energy, your cellular oxygenation, your fluid balance, lymphatic pumping.
When my thyroid is slow, I feel it go up
and down. When it's slow, I'm constipated, I'm retaining water,
my ankles are swollen. Does that sound familiar to you.
That's your lymph so sluggish thyroid, sluggish lymph. Right, So
(34:48):
this is where the acceleradine iodine comes in and the
accelerated thyroid. Ninety six percent or more of you are
iodine deficient, and we also are taking in all these
talks from our diet, our food, our water, everything, and
those are clogging our iodine receptor sites. So when you
don't have enough iodine and you have toxins filling the
(35:10):
iodine receptor sites, you're gonna be in a halted state.
Your lymph is gonna back up, your liver's gonna back up,
your thyroid's gonna tank, and you're gonna have estrogen dominance
that liver congestion. You might even feel more depressed and
more anxious because you have no energy getting to your brain.
You have a puffy face, swollen lymph nodes, fluid retention,
(35:31):
low energy, low body temperature, your hands and feed are cold, constipation,
unexplained weight gain, all tied to your thyroid. So you
got to work on your lymph and your thyroid. Your
thyroid and your lymph, they go together. But also that liver,
the liver, when it becomes congested, you are getting too
(35:51):
many endotoxins. The ultra processed foods. She talked about food diet,
diet diet, the excess estrogens from our environment sites, environmental toxins, alcohol,
mold exposure, that poor bile flow. The bile is the
detergent to get the junk out of your system. So
when the lymph cannot drain pop properly, all of these
(36:15):
things back up in your liver, and a congested liver
creates more lymph stagnation, more inflammation, more puffiness and swelling,
more toxins circulating, and your thyroid will slow down. Your
metabolism will slow down because your thyroid hormones convert in
your liver. So if your liver's not working, your good
(36:37):
thyroid hormones, your T four does not convert into the
active metabolism fat burning T three. So you need to
focus on the thyroid and the liver for a healthy
lymphatic system. And when you are draining the lymph and
all those toxins and everything, you need a binder. You
need in addition to the accelerated liver to care to
(37:01):
cleanse the liver, you need the accelerated cellular detox powder
to bind up those toxins, get them out, pull them
through your gut and your bowels, gently reducing inflammation in
the gut, reducing abdominal inflammation, intestinal inflammation, all of that
puffiness down there. It is amazing when you get a
(37:22):
limp treatment from RAINA. Within the next day or two,
you have a bowel movement where you're like, oh my gosh,
so much stuff just came out. I don't know where
it came from, because it's all the toxins that have
been sitting in your body. So again, to support your
lymphatic system and what you're doing manipulatively or through her program.
(37:46):
The accelerating iodine supports your thyroid, accelerated thyroid. Those two
things gonna get your fat burning up, your metabolism up,
boost your mood, boost your energy so you have the
energy to go work out like she's talking about, to
move your body right. And then accelerated liver care to
support that liver, help the bile flow, the liver detoxification
(38:07):
and the lymph drainage, and the accelerated cellular detox powdered
to soak up all those toxins and get them out
so the toxins are not recirculating and getting back in.
She mentioned hydration. You can't just get hydrated with water. Now,
Reina will tell you that she is super sensitive to sodium.
(38:29):
She usually doesn't salt her food or anything. And I said,
you've got to try my accelerated ancient salt. And she's
the best case, a test case scenario for my supplements
that have no fillers, no toxins, no oxalates, no sulfur.
Because she's so sensitive, she tried the accelerated ancient salt,
loved it, puts it on all her food. But that
(38:50):
salt is not going to bloat you. It's not going
to make you puffy. It's actually going to do the opposite.
It's giving you the intracellular hydration, the hydration in side
the cells that give you energy and support your thyroid,
support that bileflow, your adrenals. Did you know your adrenals
pump out a lot more cortisol when you're stressed, And
(39:11):
when you're stressed, your adrenals need more adine and more
salt than ever before. So the lymphatic system depends on
that proper hydration and mineral balance, and that's where the
accelerated Ancient salt comes in. So I just wanted to
touch on those. As we are moving forward, we will
have a lymphatic cleanse on accelerated health products that you
(39:33):
can look at to support your lymphatic system in addition
to these other things and these other modalities that Raina
talked about. I hope you got some inspiration today. Thanks
