Of course you're depressed. That would be very depressing. So
the truth is your body isn't fighting you, it's protecting
you through all of these mechanisms. We're in survival mode.

stress that our bodies are now fighting more viruses, bacteria, parasites,
other things that it hasn't had to before. That's stress
and puts our body into survival mode. When you're in
survival mode, guess what the body says, Hey, I don't

know when I'm going to hit a famine. I don't
know when i'm going to get my next meal, I'm
going to store that body fat around my belly, protect
those expensive organs, shut down the metabolism, and every morsel
of food you put in your mouth, even if it's broccoly,
I'm gonna turn it into fat. And by the way,
those toxins that you're taking in with your food, the

artificial sweeteners, the heavy metals in your vegan organic protein powder. Yes,
it's in there that I have to store in my
fat cells for survival. Think about helping your body get
back to feeling not stressed and cleansing it. So we're
going to talk about the root causes. Why does this

weight gain happen even if you're eating eight hundred do
twelve hundred calories? Number one that's going to trigger stress.
Number one is that hidden hypothyroidism. So what happens when
your thyroid's not working, You have a drop in metabolic rate.
You get that weight gain around the belly, hips, and thighs, Fatigue,
brain fog. Your brain can't work when your thyroid doesn't work.

burning happens. Your liver is where metabolism happens. It is

sure your doctor is testing that T three and the
reverse T three That is your metabolism. Reverse T three
is telling you that you're too stressed. It is the
livers where you break down fat, where you break down
the proteins to then rebuild them into muscle. Tissue and

that's just masking the root problem. Let's get that youthful
look from the inside out, and then you can decide
if you want to do the external stuff. I'm all
about product, I'm all about facials, but you're not going
to have good skin if you're not taking care of

fatty liver disease. And it's not necessarily from alcohol. Twenty
five percent of our children, who definitely don't drink alcohol,

This is not normal. It's not their fault. It's not
like they have less willpower than our grandparents at that age.
It's not willpower. Guys. You might have more food intolerances
that you never had before. Low energy after meals, that
is all liver. A sluggish liver forces the body into

the toxins that you're taking in with that food. Seventy
percent of our diet is process food. It is not
real food. Let a loan, it's not organic. But even
if you take an organic vegan protein bar, it's processed.
You don't know what other things are in there. And

almond flour or seed oils or artificial sweeteners that could
