What if I told you that unexplained waking the belly
bulge that won't go away no matter how many sit
ups you do or orange theory isn't about calories and
calories out, and maybe not even your thyrator to your
liver might be another system in your body called the
lymphatic system. We're gonna dive in. Welcome to Accelerated Health
(00:53):
with Sarah Banta, the podcast that gets straight to what works.
I'm Sarah certified and nutritionist and under accelerated Health products.
Here we cut through the noise and bring you the
real strategies, powerful supplements and natural solutions that actually work
helping you detox, boost your energy, balance your hormones. So
(01:14):
let's jump in. This was an AHA moment for me
as I started treating my lymphatic system and all of
a sudden, within one treatment that belly fat went away.
Wasn't even fat in the first place. It was just
fluid trapped. And most people talk about detoxification as it
(01:36):
begins and ends with the liver. And you know me,
I love the liver, and you've got to give your
liver some love in this modern toxic world. But the
truth is you cannot detox burn fat without your healthy
lymphatic system. And the lymphatic system is the body's internal
(01:57):
drainage infiltration network work looking quietly twenty four to seven
to move the toxins out of the tissues, carry immune
sills where they're needed, remove that metabolic waste, and regulate
that fluid balance. Think about the rings coming off your fingers,
the swollen ankles, that belly jelly feeling in your tummy,
(02:18):
and you can't get rid of it. If the lymph
slows down, everything slows down. Detox stalls, metabolism drops, inflammation increases,
and many people begin experience the puffy skin, the brain frog.
You might even have pain behind your neck. Here unexplained
weighting chronic fatigue without realizing that it's the lymph system
(02:43):
that's involved. The modern world process foods, the halogens, bromide,
chlorine fluoride, environmental toxins, wireless radiation from our cell phones,
the endocrine disruptors, chronic stress, poor sleep, sitting on the
couch too much, or at your desk without getting up
(03:04):
and moving the body that puts so much pressure on
this lymph system and no one thinks about it. Think
about when you're on an airplane and your ankles get
fat and swollen and you have aches in your legs
because the blood's not moving. People think about it being blood,
but it's actually your lymph system, and then you're stuck
(03:26):
in cycles of inflammation and exhaustion and you don't know why.
So the good news is that there's this whole system
in your body that if you address it, you don't
have to eat less, you don't have to work out more,
you don't have to go to the doctor for some hormones.
So let's break it down. What is the lymph system?
(03:47):
So it is an interconnected network of lymph vessels, fluid nodes, tissues,
and organs. It has the spleen, the thymus, the tonsils, appendix.
We need our ogan's. People don't let the doctor take
out your tonsils or appendix or your gallbladder unless you
absolutely need it. And I highly recommend getting a second
(04:10):
opinion before you let them take these things out. They're
part of your lymph system. They're part of your immune system.
You have the bone marrow that's part of it, the
payer's patch in the small intestine, and the gut associated
lymphoid tissue in the gut. So your gut's related to
your gut, your liver, your thyroid, or your lymph That
(04:33):
is where you want to address how you're feeling. And
I can tell you ever since I started addressing my
lymph everything else is working. I feel my metabolism better,
I'm burning fat more efficiently, my brain FOG's gone, and yes,
I'm addressing my thyroid, my liver, and my gut. But
(04:54):
there was this missing piece that I wasn't addressing, and
I kept feeling stuck. Okay, what is going on here?
I'm puffy, it's not working. What is wrong here? So
that is where it could be. The lymph and it's
interrelated with all of these other three systems. So the system,
(05:15):
the lymphatic system detoxes and removes the waste out of
your body. But the problem is it doesn't have a pump, right,
So it's not like blood vessels or arteries that are
pumping the blood. You have to manually move it through exercise,
through sauna, through rebounding, getting on a vibration machine, walking,
(05:37):
getting up from your desk or from the couch, putting
your feet up in the air. Those things I do daily,
and it makes a so much difference. The lymph fluid
collects cellular waste, toxins, chemicals, heavy metals, microplastics, the pathogens,
the viruses, the bacterias, and the metabolic byproducts, and transports
(05:59):
them to the liver for elimination. If the lymph slows,
toxins get stuck in the tissues, creating inflammation, puffiness, brain fog.
It's also very involved in your immune system, the lymph nodes,
and that's here. These are just some of them. There's
some under your armpit and behind your knees. There's a
(06:20):
lot going on in your belly. These trap pathogens and
abnormal cells, allowing the immune cells to neutralize threats. But
a sluggish lymph sluggish immunity, so you're gonna get sick
more often. The fluid balance and circulation, this is what
is just key for me, because I feel when my
lymph is sluggish, I feel everything is just stuck and
(06:44):
then my brain gets stuck. I feel like I can't
mentally move forward in my day. The lymph regulates the swelling,
the fluid retention, the tissue hydration, and when lymph flow drops,
edema and puffiness to develop, and you need hydration, water
and salt to keep it moving. And you're probably thinking, gosh,
(07:07):
if I'm puffy or retaining water, I'm going to stop
drinking water. That's the opposite. You need the clean water
to clean out your lymph and to help with everything.
It is really important for fat absorption and metabolism. So
through these lacteals in the small intestines, the lymph absorbs fat,
(07:29):
fat soluble nutrients, and lipophilic toxins. What does this mean
if your lymph slow, fat metabolism is slow. So yes,
that puffiness, even though it's just fluid, could cause fat gain.
So yes, it could be translating into more fat gain.
And you're not eating anymore. You're being real strict on
(07:51):
your diet, you're doing all the right things, and you're
gaining fat. Where's this coming from? This is why lymphatic
stagnation often is accompanying that stubborn waking or difficult losing
fat despite the diet or exercise. So we've talked about, yes,
you need to address your thyroid, liver, and your gut. Well, first,
(08:12):
how does the thyroid influence the lymphatic system. Well, it's
the one. It's one of the primary engines driving the
lymphatic circulation. It's driving everything. If your thyroids slow, you're constipated,
your digestion slow, your livers slow, your heart slow, your
brought brain slow, and your lymphatic slow. So the thyroid
(08:33):
regulates the metabolic heat, the body temperature, your circulation, the
mitochondrial energy, that's the energy of every cell, cellular oxygenation.
Without that, how do you think how do you get
oxygen to your brain without cellular oxygenation, the fluid balance,
lymphatic pumping. You need energy, not just the energy to
(08:55):
go to the gym, your cellular energy to pump your
lymphs stuff. And so, if you have a sluggish thyroid,
which most of you do now unfortunately, I believe ninety
percent of people have suboptimal thyroid function, you're going to
have a sluggish lymph And why are we so? Why
(09:19):
is this such a problem with most of you? This hypothyroidism.
Iodine deficiency number one cause of hypothyroidism, and it's idine
is no longer in our soils anymore. But then you've
got all of these halogens, the fluoride, chlorine, and bromine
that compete with the iodine. So idine's not there. Those
other chemicals are going to fill those parking spots in
(09:41):
all of your cells, slowing everything down, including your brain.
Then you've got estrogen dominance. How many of you know
men that are having man boobs, they're testosterones in the tank,
and us women are gaining fat around our hips and
our belly and we don't know what to do. That's
estrogen dominance. Liver congestion that reduces the conversion of T
(10:04):
four to T three. Those are your thyroid hormones. We
need that free T three for metabolism and fat burning
and the lymph pumping. But that happens in your liver.
So that's where all of these organs are, and these
systems are interrelated. Chronic stress. We are all under chronic
stress that weakens your adrenal and thyroid balance. When you
(10:28):
are stressed, your adrenals use more eyedine and more salt,
so there's less to go to your thyroid. That's why
the adrenals are gonna make your metabolism even more sluggish.
And you're in survival mode. So do you think your
body cares about having a healthy lymphatic system if you're
in survival mode, Absolutely not. And then you've got the
(10:52):
environmental toxins. Those block the thyroid receptors. So when the
thyroid slows, lymph becomes thicker, heavy, you're less mobile. I'll
think of molasses. Things are moving really slow, you have
a puffy face, swollen lymph nodes, fluid retention, low energy anxiety,
low body temperature. Your body temperature should be above ninety
(11:15):
eight degrees ninety eight six, but our society now most
people are under ninety eight degrees, and doctors say that's
normal because that is what everyone is experiencing, constipation, weight gain. Remember,
everything is sluggish. So this is one connection that most
(11:36):
people are overlooking when we're talking about that lymphatic stagnation.
And then you look at the liver. So nearly all
lymph from the digestive system drains directly into the liver
through the hepatic portal system. The liver then processes and
removes the toxins carried through the lymph. If the liver
(11:59):
becomes adested from the endotoxins, the processed foods, excess estrogens, pesticides,
environmental toxins, alcohol, mold exposure, poor bileflow. That bile is
the detergent to get everything out oxalates and sulfur. Make
sure you go to serabantail dot com and read about
the oxalates and sulfurs. Those are the spinach, the kale,
(12:24):
the almonds, the almond flour, almond butter, all those things,
and then the broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage. These are the things
that could be actually making everything sluggish. And you think
they're healthy for you, their low carb and vegetables right, Well,
they could be backfiring, not for everybody, but for a
lot of people. But then the lymph cannot drain properly,
(12:47):
so the waste backs up, inflammation increases, and the entire
detoxification network slows down. So a congested liver creates more
lymph stagnation, inflammation, more puffiness, more smelling, swelling, more hormonal imbalance,
more toxin recirculation, and slower metabolism. Once I've started addressing
(13:10):
my lymph, I've noticed my liver feels better, My digestion
feels better, my metabolism is better. And the fluid retention
that I constantly was combating, that was my nemesis. Is
that fluid retention? And I thought it was my kidneys, Yes,
the kidneys are related, but it was my lymph. And
(13:33):
once I started addressing that, everything else started working better.
A sluggish or congested lymph system. So what are the symptoms.
Puffy eyes, facial swelling under eyebags, swollen lymph nodes where
it's really tender to touch them, moon face, overall puffiness,
(13:53):
water retention in the ankles, hands, legs, fingers, brain, fog,
difficulty concentrating, chronic fatigue, feeling just heavy like nothing's moving,
head pressure, headaches, stubborn cellulite. Yes, your lymph has a
lot to do with your cellulite or body inflammation, agne,
(14:13):
skin congestion, dull skin tone, sinus pressure, congestion, reoccurring infections,
hormonal symptoms, the PMS, breast tenderness, Estrogen dominates. There's that stagnation.
So in Chinese medicine there's herbs that you can take
for stagnation, and there's a lot of them that will
(14:34):
address that lower burner, which is the lower part of
your abdominal area where PMS cramps can show up. Well,
a lot of it has to do with the lymph.
When you get things moving, your body's processing the hormones,
processing the fluctuations of your month, and even with menopause
I perimenopause, you'll love bloating or abdominal swelling. I literally
(14:58):
can feel like I've put three pounds of just belly
fat on and it's all lymph. Do a lymph treatment
and it goes away. So these are often dismissed as
aging or hormones or stress. So what do you do
for your lymphatic You can get manual massage. I've had
(15:18):
Reina O'Neil on the podcast, make sure you listen to that.
We've also got rebounding vibration machines, walking, exercise, sauna, all
super helpful for your limph. But you need the supplements
to support it. Because we are in this toxic world
(15:39):
where supplementing is no longer an option and we want
to address it with a root cause approach. You must
support the thyroid, liver, gut, bio mitochondria, detox pathways, and hydration.
Number one is the acceleratine iodine, So that iodine deficiency
is the one of the most common contributors to lymphatic
(16:01):
stagnation because the thyroid depends on iodine. Without it, thyroid
hormones drop in lymph slows. So the acceleradine iodine is
the number one iodine. It's monoatomic. It is has the
highest most effective absorption in all the cells of the body.
It helps with your thyroid hormone production, metabolic heat. It
(16:23):
will turn up the temperature in your body, keeping the
lymph moving. It displaces those things like fluoride, bromide. Chlorine
increases mitochondrial energy, and oxygenation helps with fat. Oxygenation helps
cleanse each cell. So it's actually allowing the cells to detox,
(16:43):
the toxins and the nutrients to get in by supporting
that cell membrane, and it helps the lymphatic flow throughout
the body. So iodine affects every hormone receptor, tissue detox pathway,
and so you want to support that iodine sufficient. See
that is number one. Number two. Like I said, most
(17:04):
of you are hypothyroid, so accelerated thyroid can turn up
the heat, restore thyroid health, and give your thyroid the nutrients.
It needs, the peptides it needs to help with water retention.
There's an herb in there called contrainaur that is known
to help with fluid retention. In detox, the thyroide super helpful.
(17:27):
No other thyroid hormone supplement has that, and you're not
going to get that from your medication. So then you've
got the alterrasine and L three inine that help with
the liver detox and is also helping with that T
four and T three. That T stands for tirosine. How
can you have thyroid hormones without tirosine and three and
(17:50):
four molecules of iodine. You can't. That's why you need
the acceleratinidine accelerated thyroide. So it's going to move that
metabolic circulation, help with the fluid retention, help improve that
lymphatic pumping, help with the adrenal and the thyroid balance.
Number three accelerated liver care. You have to love on
(18:11):
your liver. So the liver is the final filter for
the lymphatic waste. Supporting the liver is essential to restoring
lymphatic flow. So you've got cooked tea Philanthus toka eclipped
booplara milk thistle, pereira, tie black ginger, calcium deglucrate. These
are the herbs in high concentrations in ratios where the
(18:36):
synergy of them has been studied and studied and studied
to get maximum benefit. But you're going to see an
increase in bioflow. Your bowel movements are going to change.
You're not going to be stuck on the toilet running
to the toilet all the time. But when you do eliminate,
you're going to see stuff in there you haven't seen
for years. It's fantastic. You're getting rid of those talks.
(19:00):
You're reducing liver inflammation, helping with the estrogen metabolism, improving
phase one, two and three detox pathways. What does that mean.
It's all your detox preventing the toxins from recirculating in
the body, supporting that thyroid conversion from T four to
T three and then that is going to help your
(19:20):
lymphatic drainage. But we want to bind those toxins and
that's where the accelerated cellular detox powder comes in. So
with the accelerat diniodine accelerated liver care, you're going to
be mobilizing the toxins. We want to bind them to
eliminate them so that you're getting less of a burden
on the lymph system and your kidneys and liver. So
(19:44):
it's going to help the gut lymph detox reduce the endotoxins,
lower the lymph burden, reduce the inflammation and the gut.
And eighty percent of the limph is associated with the
digestive track, so it's super important for that as well.
You will bind the microplastics, the heavy metals. Environmental toxins
(20:04):
improve that gut lining super great for your digestion and
bloat constipation as well lower inflammation throughout the lymphatic system.
So those are the basics for the lymphatic support and
that will be in the accelerated lymphatic lense. But when
you are addressing your lymph you also want to make
(20:25):
sure you're hydrating, not just with water, but with salt,
and the trace minerals from accelerated ancient salt help with
the stomach acid, the bile flow, the adreno balance, the
fluid movement all essential for the lymphatic flow. The lymphatic
system depends on proper hydration and minerals, so this will
(20:46):
help with that stomach acid, which in turn supports proper digestion,
reduces the toxic burden that enters the lymph, and the
minerals will also stimulate that bile flow in addition to
helping with the accelerated liver care. Doing that and then
you're cleansing the lymph system. Accelerated scalar copper could be
(21:09):
helpful as well, because it's really important for cellular energy
production and the lymph vessels rely on small muscular contractions
powered by your mitochondrial ATP. And if you don't have
strong mitochondria, lymph slows, everything slows, your thyroid slows, your
brain slows, you die. Your mitochondria is what all of
(21:31):
these anti aging influencers that are trying to address is
increasing mitochondrial health. Right, we want to get to the basics.
We want to do what is basic for our mitochondrial health,
and that's acceleratine, iodine and copper, and then you can
look at all the fun stuff, so peptides and stem
cells and all that other stuff. Right, So then the
(21:53):
methylene blue, the accelerated methylene blue, which is known to
help with ATP production, cellular oxygenation, use brain inflammation, but
it supports the lymph movement in the brain, liver access,
and the lymph system doesn't just stop at the neck
and be down in the body. There's an entire network
in the brain known as the lymphatic system. And that's
(22:15):
why this is really important. Right here in your neck.
The system drains metabolic waste from the brain, especially during sleep.
That's why sleep is the cornerstone of your health and
it enhances mitochondrial energy. Now, the next supplement I can't
name because Google doesn't like it, but this supplement was
the flagship product and the cornerstone of accelerated health products.
(22:40):
It supports the immune system. It devitalizes viruses, bacteria and
all the things that can cause the lymphatic system to
slow down. If you want the name of that supplement,
dm me below, send me an email through the website
and I'm happy to share with you. So what is
the lymph It's that hit hero, the hidden cause of
(23:03):
some of your symptoms that you're trying to address through
all of these other things, and you're working so hard
and you're not getting anywhere. I can tell you before
and after pictures from Raina's procedure addressing the limph you're
gonna be going. I don't need to do sit ups
for a six pack, it's all my limph. That limph
(23:23):
is that layer over your six pack. Let's address it.
Not only will you get a six pack, but your
body is going to start feeling and functioning so much
better as the stagnation goes. I hope this was eye
opening to you that there might be another thing to
address and to get results. So thanks for tuning in
