(02:50):
than mister. J. R.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
Fenwick let me just give you a little background ON. JR.

Jr he's an accomplished, guitarist songwriter and. Producer he's also
(04:07):
a black belt martial, artist so don't mess with. Him
and he's retired registered nurse who specialized in. Surgery SO
i would like to bring onto the SHOW.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
Jr. Fendwick hey you.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
Doing OH i am, great, fantastic good to have you
on the. Show thank you so much for taking time
out of your business schedule to be. Here and before
we get, STARTED i always read the standard bio on my,
guests but THEN i like to just ask the guests
to just tell us what you want us to know ABOUT.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
Jr.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Fendwick oh. Wow What i'd like your audience to know ABOUT.
Jr filmwick is drive and. Pass SO i often describe
myself as having was called two year old adult, syndrome
(05:09):
and what that is is you, know if you've ever
been around a two or three year, old AND i have,
grandchildren and when they want, something they will just wear you.
Out they just wear you, out they won't let. Up
and so that's how it. Is i've been my whole.
Life WHEN i want, SOMETHING i have that two year,
old three year old. Mentality i'm gonna keep, going keep,
(05:31):
going keep, going And i'm gonna get, it. Okay and
so people who are around me they know this about.
Me they're, like, hey if you Tell jay what you
want to, do he's gonna be on you, saying, hey
you better go get it. Right as far as we,
know we only have one life on this. Planet we
got to max it. Out SO i would say that's
one thing that would kind of describe me in a.
Speaker 5 (05:52):
Nutshell i'm gonna get, It i'm going to get, it.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
Okay all, Right, WELL i tell you.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
What let's get into the meat and bones up, here all,
right BECAUSE i know a lot of people are probably
want to know some information on what you're going to
give them, today and we're going to be talking about
the stock.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
Market so first of.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
All how did you even become interested in the stock?
Market because you, know we we Hear By Wall street
and all this kind of stuff and the stop going,
up stop going. Down but you, know you don't really
know a whole lot of people personally that's involved in
the back end of.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
It so tell us you got interested in.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
It it's a crazy.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
STORY i LITERALLY i went To Hampton university AND i
majored in nursing pre. Med so it was nothing to
do with money, accounting finance, business nothing like. That my
father was a, doctor mother was a, nurse and they
encouraged me to go that route of getting a nursing
pre med degree and going to medical or dental. School
(06:51):
so you, know life has many twists and turns and
along the. Way my, FIRST i guess interest in the
stock market was WHEN i. Graduated my best friend called
me up one. DAY i was twenty one years old
and he says to.
Speaker 5 (07:06):
Me, hey, man you want to be a.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
Millionaire And i'm like, Absolutely And i'm working in a
hospital at this, time and he, SAID i just became
a stockbroker and send me all the money you.
Speaker 5 (07:20):
Got i'm gonna make you.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
RICH i got this, Stock i'm gonna put it In
And i'm, like all, Right i'm twenty. ONE i know
nothing about the stock. Market SO i send him all this,
money And i'm calling him every. DAY i mean literally every.
Day AM i?
Speaker 5 (07:36):
Rich I'M i? Rich and Now i'm twenty.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
Time it got so bad he, said, hey, man stop calling.
Me i'll call you when something. Happened, happens well he.
Did now you have to envision. This i'm in the.
Hospital this is over twenty years. Ago so sell phones
in and that all that wasn't. Big there was a
phone on the wall in the, hospital and they paid
me through the intercom system and up the phone on
(08:00):
the wall in the.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Hospital and here's how the conversation.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Went.
Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yo.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Man he had this Deep southern, accent you old, man
stock market.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
CRASH i lost all you.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
Money And i'm, like, now we used to joke a,
lot So i'm, thinking, okay ha ha. Ha i'm waiting
for the punchline where you Say i'm a. Millionaire and
it never.
Speaker 5 (08:20):
Came he was.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Serious and what happened was the marketing. Crash back this
is nineteen eighty. Seven it was the worst stock market
crash in history up up to that, date we've had
worse since it was Called. Monday and WHAT i didn't
know was that stock. Mark stockbrokers back then were like.
Salespeople they go into a meeting with their. Manager their
manager would, say, hey you, know go get everybody in
(08:44):
this stock and you'll get a. Bonus it's different now
where they have something called fiduciary, responsibility where you have
the client's. Interest but back then he was just doing
what his manager told him to, do, right and so
a lot of, people most people lost money back. Then
that was my initial entry into the stock. Market years,
(09:05):
LATER i had started one of my passions of. MUSIC
i had started a recording studio AND i was always
buying and selling music, equipment and it was my side.
Hustle you, know that's the new. Term it was my side.
HUSTLE i had my corporate, job but my side hustle
was my recording. Studio i'm always buying and selling. Equipment
AND i ran into this. Gentleman his name Is, jeff
(09:25):
And jeff AND i became the best of. FRIENDS i
bought some music equipment from, him and out of the,
blue after about two years of going he, said, hey,
man you trading the stock.
Speaker 5 (09:34):
Market, now what do you think is going through my?
Speaker 2 (09:36):
MIND i was, Like i'm not interested in. That stock market.
STUFF i, done got. BURNT i want to do my recording. Studio.
Speaker 5 (09:45):
Absolutely this brother.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Would not let up for two. Years jeff was on, me,
man you got to learn the stock. Market he'd always,
say everything flows to the stock, market and he need
to do. This everything flows through the Stock.
Speaker 5 (09:58):
It would drive me. Crazy you not let, up And
i'm so, glad and.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
So EVENTUALLY i just succumb AND i, said all, right
let me start learning this. Now part of the part
of the push was that he showed me a stock.
Portfolio this over twenty years ago was almost a million
dollars And i'm, like, what m so NOW i.
Speaker 5 (10:21):
Want to Learn.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Okay that's HOW i initially got into Stock first experience was.
Speaker 5 (10:27):
Horrible second experience led me to WHERE i am.
Speaker 4 (10:30):
Today, okay.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
Wow and we all know though, that like you, know
like you were just saying about being, burned there are
a lot of.
Speaker 4 (10:39):
Myths about the stock. Market so.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
You, know putting your money in and nothing happens and
you wind up losing everything or someone just like you,
said just walk away.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
With the money or something like. That you, know people
think you know and then that happens. Too so what
are some of the it's now, though of the stock.
Market what are people thinking about?
Speaker 2 (11:05):
It? Now what do? What do you?
Speaker 4 (11:07):
Hear the most myths about this.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
STOCK i hear almost the same thing over and over.
Again one is that you got to be. Rich you
got to be rich to get in the stock. Market,
now to become rich or. Wealthy so the people who
became the wealthiest in the, World Jeff bezos Or, amazon
And Bill gates Of microsoft and and the other folks
who have it's because of their stock ownership and their
(11:31):
company that generates their.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Wealth.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Right and so this whole concept that you have to
be wealthy to get started is such a huge, myth,
Right so we gotta we got to get rid of.
That another one THAT i hear all the time, is,
man that's. Gambling that's Gam you're gonna lose all your.
Money you're gonna lose all your. Money, well THEN i
say to, people let's think about. It the wealthiest people
in the world achieve their wealth to the stock. Market
(11:56):
so do they are they obsessive? Gamblers or do they
know something we don't? Know and maybe we should learn
how this whole thing. Works another ONE i, HEAR i
thought you had to have like some type of certificate
or license or or you, know something like, that not
to buy and sell stocks for.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
Yourself AND i need even heard, this and this is
one's really.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Unfortunate oh that's that's that's a white people think that that's, Waitful, no.
Anybody the stock market is open to anybody who wants
to get. Involved but those are some of the most
common myths THAT i.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
Hear.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
Wow, now one of the Things i've also heard you
say is that people of color should be active in
the stock. Market so why do You why do you
feel that? Way and maybe it's because of one of
the myths you, mentioned because people think it's only you,
know white people that are in the stock, Market so
(12:55):
why do you feel that people of color should be
more active in?
Speaker 4 (12:58):
It or you are you saying that we.
Speaker 3 (13:02):
Are not as active as you, know other races the market.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Both so so if you look at it like, this all,
right this isn't What i'm about to share with you
and your. Viewers this isn't. Hypothesis i'm not. Pontificating it's a.
Fact people who are in the stock market have a
higher net worth than people who. Don't the stock market
(13:29):
is all about letting your, money work for you and
grow for. You. Right that's not to say you're always
going to make. Money we can get it to that.
Moment but people who are in the stock market overwhelmingly
are wealthier than those who are. Not, now let's let's
just look at the, facts all. Right people of color
typically make less than. Others so we're already behind with
(13:55):
wages and, salary. Right and if we don't have a,
via if we're not utilizing a vehicle to help us
grow our money and increase our, wealth we should stand,
behind stand, behind stand, behind, Right and so we need
to be in. It it should not be. Optional it
should be. Mandatory if it was up to me to
(14:17):
click a, BUTTON i make it mandatory for every single
person of. Color you better be in that stock market.
Game and isn't it, interesting Doctor lewis that a lot
of us at jobs at four to one, k's which
is based on.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
What the stock?
Speaker 3 (14:35):
Market, OH i can tell the stories about that one.
Speaker 5 (14:39):
And we don't even know how it.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
Works so if we get that envelope and we open
it every quarter and it shows we made, money we're.
Happy if it shows we lost, money we're. Upset but
we already know how it. Works so it would behoove
us to get in this, game because this whole economy
and world is based on this stock market, game and
we need.
Speaker 5 (14:59):
To be in.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
It, well you know what when you say that about
people the four one kids and things like, that WHEN
i tell, YOU i can tell you a story about.
That what people don't realize is something can, happen you,
know not necessarily here in The United. States could be
in a little country In greece, somewhere.
Speaker 4 (15:20):
And it could upset the stock.
Speaker 3 (15:22):
Market and that is true BECAUSE i can tell you
WHEN i was still in the workplace and when ninety
eleven hit AND i.
Speaker 4 (15:31):
Was you, know in THE tsp with it with the federal.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
Government and when ninet eleven, hit WHEN i remember opening
up one of my, statements and when it came AND
i had lost eighty thousand dollars out of my, ACCOUNT
i almost passed out THAT i was ready to pull
everything out of that. Account but a friend of mine
said to, me he, said, no don't pull all your money,
(15:55):
out he, said because you know you won't recoup all
of it like, that he, said but you will, start you,
know recouping your.
Speaker 4 (16:03):
Money. AGAIN i didn't do, that But.
Speaker 5 (16:07):
I'm glad you. Didn't but let me break this down
for your.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
Views All, right there's something that's called macro events and
there's micro. Events so a macro event is a nine
eleven that hit, everybody that hit the, country that hit the.
World so it's natural that stuff would go, down, Right
so we don't panic, There we don't. Panic we ride
it out because the stock market since its inception has
(16:34):
always rebounded and gone back up higher since it's inception over. Time,
okay doesn't mean that your individual, stock everybody's individual stock
will do, that but, overall as a, whole the stock, Markets, okay.
Exactly so ninet eleven was a macro. EVENT covid. Nineteen
that's a macro. Event. RIGHT a micro event is, where
(16:54):
let's say you invest in a, stock And i'm just
making this.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
Up let's say stock IS abc company and.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
THE ceo was caught inmbezzling funds and that's made available
to the, public comes out of the, news and then
that stock start. Crashing that's micro that's just for that,
company or maybe it might be micro just to a
certain industry because of certain. Things so you got to
be you got to be careful and this is one
(17:23):
of the things that we. Teach we don't, panic we
don't matter of. Fact here's something that's this. Interesting there's
an old saying the stock market is the only place
people run from when there's a. Sale yat it May
see's Or, walmart the target has a, sale we run
in there because but when the stock market, crashes the
(17:45):
stocks are on, sale this opportunity and the big boys
behind closed, doors you, know like The warren buffets and all,
them and you don't even have to be it's because they,
SAY i like a, sale let me go in and
grab some war shares because there's high problem ability this
will go back, up especially if it's a macro.
Speaker 5 (18:04):
Event.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
Exactly, wow that is it. Is it's. Interesting and like you,
said you really you have to study the stock market
in order to, know like you, say not to panic
when something. Happens so you have to really kind of
study it a little, bit especially if you're going to
be in it for the long.
Speaker 5 (18:24):
Term, Absolutely but here's the.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Thing here's the thing is that one of the secrets
THAT i found out about the stock market is that
at the QUOTE i think it Was MALCOLM, x we've
we've been, bamboozled hood linked in, letters. Stray it is
not that. Complicated as a matter of, fact you knew.
THIS i call myself The king of analogies BECAUSE i
(18:46):
can use analogies and tell it once and know people
remember it for a. Lifetime so you notice HOW i
just use the example of the analogy of a, sale
and how we all just run to a, sale but
when the stock markets on, sale we run away and we,
say see SEE. I you KNOW i told you not To,
lewis you shouldn't have put.
Speaker 4 (19:02):
Your money in. There, yeah but.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
It's a simple.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Concept stocks are on, sale you have an opportunity to
buy more and ride it.
Speaker 5 (19:11):
Up that's just a simple.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
Concept so WHEN i teach, PEOPLE i break this stuff
down so, simple AND i compare it to everyday stuff
that we're used. To the people start getting it and
they're just, LIKE i can't believe.
Speaker 5 (19:25):
THIS i.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
Can't matter of, FACT i had to tell you a
funny story real. QUICK i was doing a seminar one,
TIME i THINK i was In. Atlanta there was a packed,
house and you, know when you're on, stage you can
see the audience, everybody and this one lady kept staring
at me and staring at. It it was just, staring
not even moving to the point WHERE i felt so.
UNCOMFORTABLE i stopped BECAUSE i didn't know she was sick or.
(19:48):
Something And i'm, like, man are you? Okay you Just she's, like,
YEAH i was just. Staring and she, said Mister, FILWICK
i just went to another stock market seminar two or
three days ago and it was so. Complicated it was
hurting my. Head and you're making it so simple and
my mind is trying to it's trying to wrap around
(20:09):
how simple you need? This AND i, said, yeah you've
been hooked with bamboozled it. In when you have somebody
who knows how to take all this complexity and break
it down to, that it makes a world of.
Speaker 5 (20:22):
Difference and that's what we're.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Doing, WOW i want to be. INTIMIDATED i want your
viewers to, know do not be intimidated by the stock.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
Market and most people. Are that's exactly what most people
are because they.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Don't you, Know like you, said they feel like they
don't know enough and that's why they a lot of
times don't want to take the risks because they don't.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Know BUT i would say to our, viewers why are
you holding the stock market to a different standard than everything.
Else for, example let's say that you wanted to get
Into let's say let's let's take WHAT i play? Guitar, Right,
WELL i didn't know how to play. Guitar so what
DID i? DO i took lessons AND i. LEARNED i didn't.
(21:05):
KNOW i didn't start off as a black belt martial.
ARTIST i took lessons AND i. LEARNED i don't know
anything about the stock.
Speaker 5 (21:13):
Market oh here's the. Thought take lessons and, learn.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
But we know the stock market to some other high.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
Thing, like, oh that's nor we can't do.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
IT i can learn to play, basketball the, guitar do
all this other. Stuff matter of, fact you have a
go on. YouTube you started looking at one video and
you end up with something totally. Different some on, YouTube
i'm looking at. SOMETHING i don't even remember what it,
was BUT i REMEMBER i ended up watching a dance,
video a stepping, competition not sorority.
Speaker 5 (21:44):
Fraternity just like step. Dancing it was all people of.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Color and the moves were so, intricate and the physicality
that it, took dipping down and coming up and tour
it was so. Intricate And i'm, like but If we
lined up our people and, said you can either learn
to dance or learn the stock.
Speaker 5 (22:06):
Market what line would be.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Fuller the dance.
Speaker 5 (22:10):
Line it's, Right so it's all in. It it's not that.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
COmON we can learn everything. Else we can learn this
And i'm here to tell you it's not that hard
the way we teach it and break it.
Speaker 4 (22:21):
Down get out of.
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Here so what is the difference or is there a
difference between like you, WAS i think you mentioned earlier
investing and.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
Trading, yeah there is a.
Speaker 5 (22:33):
Difference they use these words interchangeably in.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
There they are totally, different totally. Different so and so
investing is when you buy shares of a. STOCK a
share of a stock is nothing but a slice of
ownership in a, company, Right and companies sell slices of
ownership so they can raise money and to expand and.
Grow they can go from being a private company in
(22:57):
somebody's garage Like microsoft, was and Like apple, started and
they want to grow and they can raise money by
going public and selling. Shares, Okay so you can buy
a slice or a piece of ownership in the. Company
and when you buy it and you hold it long
term one year or longer with the belief and intention
(23:18):
that that will go up in. Price no different than
if you bought a house and you, SAY i believe
this house will appreciate over. Time you can buy a,
STOCK i believe it'll appreciate over, time and if you
hold it for one year or, longer you are technically an.
Investor if it's less than one, year it could be,
months it could be, weeks it could be, days it
(23:40):
could be, hours it could be seconds that you buy
and sell a, stock then you're a. Trader and there's
different types of. Traders so either you're a trader or
you're an. Investor you can be, both not at the same,
time but you have to know the difference between the
two because there's different strategies and different tools that you
use for investing versus. Trading so we don't want to
(24:02):
use those words. Interchangeably we want to know what the
difference between those words.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
Are got you.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
Wow now we also know today because of everything that's
going on the stock. Market, Uh i'm sure people are
thinking that it's it's just too. RISKY i don't EVEN
i don't even want to chance it because of you,
know the terriffs and different things like.
Speaker 4 (24:30):
THAT i started.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Here once they started talking about, terroriffs then they started
saying about.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
The stock and what the stock was doing and this
type of.
Speaker 3 (24:38):
Thing so with everything the war and all of that
that's going, on and you, know with all the ups and,
downs don't you think though that it would it does
present some type of risks being in, it you, know
and even if you're investing our you, know.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Trading but there's risk in everything we, do, Right so
when we got off the bed this, morning there was
a risk we could trip, fall abump our. Head, right
every time you get in your, car there's risk. Driving
so what do we? Do we learn how to mitigate the, risk,
right we learn how to lower the. Risk the more
(25:18):
knowledge that you, have you're able to lower. Risk the
other thing, is and in, particular this is what. Trading
we can take advantage of that. Risk now what DO
i mean by? That so traders we like to take
advantage of the volatility of the stock moving up and down.
Speaker 5 (25:37):
Quickly we can go in as a.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Trader grab that stock and literally minutes later sell it
for a profit because of the volatility of.
Speaker 5 (25:47):
It.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
Right so now we're not talking about, investing we're talking about, trading,
Right and so as a, TRADER i don't care what's
going on in the, economy what's going.
Speaker 5 (25:57):
ON i have.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
Opportunities and here's SOMETHING i want your viewers to think.
About why is it that at any given second of
the day you can turn on something about the stock, market.
Speaker 5 (26:12):
Whether it's the, news whether it's reading something.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
Online every second of every, day including the, weekends there's
something being talked about the stock.
Speaker 5 (26:21):
Market why is?
Speaker 2 (26:22):
That because there's always, opportunities whether it's going up and down,
quick whether it's going steadily up and you want to
be an, investor there's always. Opportunities and so if we
don't know about, it if we're not educated on, it
then we're missing. Out we're educated On Lebron's Lebron james, stats,
(26:46):
right we're educated on, that and we'll argue to. Death
who's been To lebron Or jordan had six MVPs and
he was defensive.
Speaker 5 (26:53):
And we know all his.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
Stats we know All lebron's, stats, right but behind closed
doors and made his money off an investment in stock
ownership And, nike that's where his billions come.
Speaker 5 (27:07):
From but do we know that?
Speaker 2 (27:09):
Stat do we know That lebron one of his best
friends Is Warren Buffett do we know that Stat now
we're so, busy you, know talking about. Basketball they ain't
making us a. Penny we got to pull the curtain.
Back these guys are in the. Market they know how
to market works and they can take advantage of.
Speaker 5 (27:27):
It and anybody can do.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
It doesn't matter you know how much you, have you,
start you can start wherever you. KNOW i always, say
get in where you fit. In, right you have millions
and things like. That so there's always going to be
volatility and things like. That that's just the nature of.
World there's always going to be. Risk but when you're, educated,
oh you best believe you can take advantage of those. Things.
Speaker 4 (27:49):
Yeah they, say when you know, better you can do. Better, Absolutely,
absolutely there you, go there you.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
Go there's a great great philosopher is one of my favorite,
Philosophers Jim home.
Speaker 5 (28:00):
Says and who can do?
Speaker 2 (28:01):
Better and he talks like, this, anybody so.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
We all do better and we should, Absolutely and like you,
say it's just a matter of studying it and learning
how it. Works if you really want, to you, know
get into. It it's best to try to get as
much information on it as you.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
Can't. Yeah, absolutely have a formula as we you, know
before we get, Off i'm gonna share my three step
success formula with, you BUT i share that as a
bonus at the end for.
Speaker 3 (28:31):
You, Okay so that makes sure they stay end only
because he got a bonus for.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
You. Wow.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Wow so tell us what's the number one reason that
you've seen for people losing money in the Stock.
Speaker 5 (28:49):
So i'm going to use an.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Analogy REMEMBER i Said i'm the king of, analogies, Right
So i'll use this analogy, first Then i'll apply it
to the stock. Market let's say that you AND i
said we want to open up a bakery and we
just want to be the best.
Speaker 5 (29:02):
Bakers and all we kept.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
Focusing on Was, ooh we're going to have the shiny
signs outside and these pictures of these beautiful.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
Cakes but we didn't focus on how to make a.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
Cake we didn't have a system for making consistently good.
Cakes we just, ooh the, glitz the, glamour the dad
of the. Death the number one reason That i've seen
people lose money in the stock market is because they're
focused on the.
Speaker 5 (29:27):
MONEY i want that, MONEY i want that.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
MONEY i saw somebody make some, money you, know don't
focus on the, money focus on learning a.
Speaker 5 (29:36):
System just.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
Cakes you find a good, system and the byproduct of
that good system is the. Money and so that's WHAT
i found is that people because they're uneducated and they just,
OH i just when they when they are ready to,
go like there's kind of two, camps or you better
stay out of, it you're gonna lose all your. Money
(30:05):
and then the other, Campus i'm so. EXCITED i want
to get in it BECAUSE i saw somebody make some
money and that don't focus on the. Money it's the
first THING i teach, people don't focus on the. Money
and they, said what do you, mean focus on the.
System i'm going to teach. You and the by product
is the potential an opportunity to make the. Money, Wow
so you know that that's it's it's it really is
(30:26):
a very simple. Thing but that that Bling AND.
Speaker 3 (30:33):
I think what it is is that people want what
they want when they want, it and they want it right.
Now so even with the stock, market they want to
put the money in today and they want to see.
Something but like you kept calling a guy of a
richer and a Rich so that's that's just the. Mentality
IF i give you my money. TODAY i WANT i want.
Speaker 4 (30:53):
To see something.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
Tomorrow you know, That and that's probably the, generalman why
people you know different that these things happen with them
when they and that's.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
Where you have to, decide, okay all right for somebody like,
that trading would be an excellent. Option that's one of
our main things we do is teach people how to flip.
Stocks go in and quickly learn how to make. Money
but still you have to go through a three step.
Process learn, it practice, it then do it, okay and guess.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
What that's the formula for.
Speaker 2 (31:30):
Everything like if you went to your doctor and and it's.
Speaker 5 (31:35):
Your first time going to.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
Them you know how doctors they have their their degrees
and certificates on the. Wall let's say you walk, in
you don't see no, degrees no. Certificates right comes and
it's your first visit and you're, like, hey, doctor how you?
Speaker 5 (31:57):
Doing to see how you?
Speaker 2 (31:58):
Doing and you, say, well, well where did you go to?
Speaker 5 (32:00):
SCHOOL i don't?
Speaker 2 (32:01):
See he, SAID i.
Speaker 5 (32:03):
Didn't he, said, well.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Now he's walking at you with that drill he said
over your, mouth and he, said, well well where did you?
PRACTICE i. DIDN'T i skipped. LEARNING i skipped. PRACTICING i
went straight to just grabbing the. Drill open your.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
Mouth who or a? Pilot you?
Speaker 2 (32:22):
Know?
Speaker 5 (32:23):
HEY i walked through through through the.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
AIRPORT i see everybody sitting there AND i, say, Hey
I'm Captain.
Speaker 5 (32:28):
Filmwick i'll be your pilot.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
Today i'm going to get on the plane and somebody
raise their, hands excuse, Me Captain. Filmwick my son always
wanted to be a. Pilot where did you go? To?
Ah you, know flight? SCHOOL i SAID i.
Speaker 5 (32:38):
Didn't he, said.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
That doesn't. Work it doesn't even make, sense, Right so
we have to apply the same.
Speaker 5 (32:58):
Thing learn, it practice, it do. It it's a simple.
Speaker 3 (33:03):
Concept, absolutely that's that's the way. Everything like you, said
that's the way you should apply. Everything you should apply
to everything.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
If you want to have success and. Longevity.
Speaker 5 (33:15):
Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (33:16):
Absolutely, Wow SO i told You.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
I'm Dropping i'm gonna drop it, Today, Lewis i'm gonna drop.
Speaker 4 (33:24):
It, yeah it's definitely.
Speaker 3 (33:27):
Interesting so tell us what's the one thing that you've
learned that you couldn't believe after learning about the stock
market and how it.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
Works, now What i'm going to, SAY i see you sitting,
down BUT i hope you got a seat belt on
because AND i hope your viewers are sitting down What
i'm about to share with. You it's gonna sound. Crazy
H and it is, crazy all. Right and as we we're,
(33:58):
speaking they're doing it On Wall street right. Now all,
Right so let me break this. Down we're all used
to buying low and have you, know selling something. Higher
so let's say that we bought a stock or anything
at twenty dollars and let's say you, know somebody, Said
(34:20):
i'll pay you forty for. IT i bought it, low
we sold it. High, right we all understand, that we get. That,
however there's a technique that they do every day On
Wall street where you could get something high and as
it crashes and goes, down make. Money Now i'm gonna
(34:41):
say this again because it does not make. Sense and
WHEN i learned, this you remember that show some of
your listeners depend on how old they. Are you, know
back in the, day it used to be callt different
strokes with Little arnold And willis and always say to
willis what you're talking? About?
Speaker 5 (34:55):
Wills what?
Speaker 4 (34:55):
Aout?
Speaker 5 (34:55):
Willis?
Speaker 2 (34:56):
Yeah that WHEN i learned, this this is why what
you but, man they don't even sound. Legal so let
me say it. Again in the stock, market most people
have heard. Of you, know buy something, low sell it.
High it could be a. Car you buy, low sell.
High it could be a. House buy, low sell. High,
right stock, market you can buy, low sell, high but
you can also get it high and get rid of
(35:19):
it when it goes low and make money as it's.
Crashing so the next TIME i want your, viewers next
time you turn on THE tv and you, see, oh
the stock market is crashing and that everybody's losing.
Speaker 5 (35:31):
Money no they're. Not, no they're. Not them boys On Wall.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Street some of them are saying, crash, baby, crash but
they ain't.
Speaker 5 (35:39):
Coming out on.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
It have you ever heard of ONE tv come out
and say, ooh stock market's crashing and people are making.
Speaker 5 (35:44):
Money they've never said. That you got to know the.
Speaker 2 (35:47):
Technique so ONCE i learned, THAT i was, like, What
there's so much stuff THAT i learned over these twenty
years of doing this that it's mind. Blowing and if
our people really understood, this they would be just knocking
the doors down On Wall street to get. In but
you gotta you, KNOW i took the time to learn,
(36:09):
it and a lot of this STUFF i stumbled into,
right AND i started saying that that was the big one.
THOUGH i was, like and then WHEN i started doing,
IT i, said, oh, man you say what you? Know
your voice, goes Oh, hi what is you? Know he's
it's so exciting.
Speaker 5 (36:26):
To know this.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
Stuff so WHEN i met on the, news you, KNOW
i always am looking for. Opportunity, oh the market crash
or it's on, sale. Opportunity oh it looks like the
market may. CRASH i can use this strategy to do
this IF i. Want and it's not. Complicated it really is.
Not you just need somebody to show you how to do.
It do. It.
Speaker 5 (36:47):
Yeah so that's the biggest.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
Thing is that WHEN i learned you can make money
as a stock is going down and, crash And i'm,
thinking what else can You like if you bought a,
House say you bought a house for a four hundred
thousand and.
Speaker 5 (37:00):
It drops a two, hundred you're not making.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
Money. No if you, know when you buy a car
and as soon as you drive off the parking, lot
you're looking. Value so the stock market is the only
THING i know where you can make money when it goes.
Up you can make money when it goes. Down and
then there's another technique where you can make money if
it don't do, nothing if it just stays. There, wow
but you got to be.
Speaker 4 (37:22):
In the, know got to be.
Speaker 2 (37:24):
Know they've created this kind of. Club and it's, Like,
god it's too. Complicated look at all these. Foots it's too.
Complicated so what do we? Do we go, dance we go,
sing we go play, sports right and if and then
when we make the money off that you give us the?
Speaker 5 (37:41):
Money because too. Complicated So i'm.
Speaker 2 (37:45):
Like that's. BS i want to. Know i'm going behind the.
DOOR i want to see what y'all are, doing all
these fancy formulas and. Stuff And i'm, like you, KNOW
i have A i have a good friend who works
On Wall, street and when we talk he analyzes, everything
like if we just go to.
Speaker 5 (38:06):
Eat we went to Eye. Hop, now you AND i
went to Eye hoop and we looked at the.
Speaker 2 (38:10):
Menu how long would it take you to order off the?
Menu maybe a? Minute maybe too. Minute he's in there
ten minutes, analyzing, WELL i got to get the carbs
with The And i'm, like you gotta be kidding, me,
Right So i'm giving you that's his. Mentality so we
start talking about the stock market and he starts rolling
(38:30):
out this long formula and he's telling me this long,
formula AND i, Said, yo at the end of all of,
that isn't it true that all the stock can do
is go up down the? Sideways he, said, man how
do you do? That how do YOU i, said, well that,
said it's either can go up down the. Sideways what's
all this long? Algorithm you get up down or? Sideways
(38:55):
and he just hits his head and it's, like but,
see he's he works with stock market folks who bring
him ten, million twenty million, dollars so he can't just,
say you, know, hey Doctor, lewis, listen give me your
twenty million dollars in either the stock is going to
go up down the. Sideway so he's got to, say,
well Doctor, lewis we're going to show you this. Algorithm
we're going to show you this long Form you love
(39:16):
da da da da. Da so it makes you feel more,
Comfortable but at the end of the, day up down
the sideways is what's going to.
Speaker 4 (39:22):
Happen, Wow so that is so.
Speaker 3 (39:26):
INTERESTING i actually wouldn't think it would make any money
if it just didn't do anything and drop.
Speaker 4 (39:35):
It, no you would automatically, think, Oh i'm just losing my.
Speaker 2 (39:39):
Shirt, no every direction that stock can go up, down,
sideways depending on what you're doing and what, strategy you
can make money and a lot of. It.
Speaker 4 (39:53):
Wow SO i.
Speaker 2 (39:54):
Want your listeners and your viewers to take that. Away
every way that stock market is going to you can
make money if it goes, down you can make money
if it just since there don't even. Move there's strategies
to make. Money but if you're not in the, know.
Speaker 5 (40:09):
You're not in the.
Speaker 4 (40:10):
Know you're not in the.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
Know.
Speaker 3 (40:12):
Wow so how do you think the advancements in, technology
how has that affected the stock market and people's ability
to buy and sell?
Speaker 4 (40:25):
Stock? Oh, man INCREDIBLE eighti stuff and.
Speaker 2 (40:28):
Everything, yeah think about. This back in the, day in
order to do what we're, DOING i would have had
to physically come into a studio like A tv studio
or something like. That, now because of technological, advances we
can sit right, here you, know whether we're across the
country or in a room next each, other and you,
(40:49):
know you have YOUR tv Show and so advances in
technology has just been. Incredible it's almost leveled the playing
field where we can get information and split seconds and
make decisions to buy, stocks sell, stocks learn about, stocks
and things like. That so one of the biggest advantages
(41:09):
that we have that many of us are not taking
advantage of it because we just don't know how to use.
It it's, technology but we know how to use our
phones and our apps and software on our computer for everything.
Else we use it for everything, else but we're not
taking advantage of it to do something that could really
enhance and increase our. Wealth so it's, again WHEN i
(41:31):
started twenty years, ago comparing it to the technology it's
available now is. Incredible like they have practice accounts that you,
can you, know simulate trades and you're using kind of
like monopoly, money but it's real stock market data to
see how would that have worked. OUT i didn't have
that twenty some years. Ago EVERYTHING i DID i was
doing with real, money.
Speaker 4 (41:51):
Okay and.
Speaker 5 (41:54):
It's easier, track it's easier to get in and out.
Of it's just it's night and, day.
Speaker 2 (42:00):
And we should be ecstatic that we're alive at this
time where we had these opportunities to use technology to our. Advantage, wow, Well.
Speaker 3 (42:14):
Jr you know you have been giving us some great
nuggets and we were almost coming up to the end
of our. Time SO i know you said you had a,
bonus AND i also want to know too if you
have anything coming up on the horizon and any training
that people should know about that they, could you, know
possibly contact you about and then get into.
Speaker 5 (42:35):
It so, yeah so a couple of. Things i'll tell.
Speaker 2 (42:39):
You the bonus real quick is you, KNOW i was
doing an INTERVIEW.
Speaker 5 (42:44):
I think it was a newspaper or something about a
year or so, ago.
Speaker 2 (42:49):
And they asked me a question and it kind of stumped,
me and they, Said, okay you're a master stock, trader
you're an accomplished, guitarist you're a Black Dote marshall.
Speaker 5 (43:00):
Artists how do?
Speaker 2 (43:00):
You how do you do all this? Stuff how do?
You how did you get so good at all this?
Stuff So i'm going to tell your viewers BECAUSE i
went home AND i was, like, dang how DID i?
Do what Was AND i realized it was a. Formula
there was a three step formula THAT i was. Using
so the first step Is i'm crystal clear on WHAT i.
Want so for, example WHEN i WHEN i wanted to
(43:21):
learn martial arts and get that black, BELT i knew
exactly what type of uh martial arts STYLE i wanted
to study RIGHT i was crystal clear on that's WHAT
i want right.
Speaker 5 (43:33):
There so the first step is you got to be crystal.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
Clear you want to be a, trader you want to
be an, investor you want to be. Both that's number.
One the second step and these seems so crazy. Simple
the second step is find a teacher who can who
is currently doing, it can demonstrate their doing, it and
(43:56):
it is a great.
Speaker 5 (43:57):
Teacher that's step number.
Speaker 2 (43:59):
Two, Okay and then step number three is hire, them hire.
Them and that's WHAT i did WHEN i learned got
my black thought in martial, arts WHEN i became WHEN
i was learning, guitar and WHEN i started learning the stock,
MARKET i hired a. COACH i paid them a lot of,
money you, know way more than what we, charged BECAUSE
i figured there's too much headache to try and figure
(44:21):
all this stuff out by. Myself let me just pay
somebody to show, me step by step what to. Do
and that's my three three step formula That i've used
to get good at everything That i've. Done same three.
Speaker 3 (44:33):
Steps, okay, Okay so how can if they someone want
to get with you to find out is it more
in depth about these three steps and to work with
you or have you to show them how to you,
know you, know buy sales. Stock how could they get
in touch with?
Speaker 2 (44:51):
You, sure SO i would recommend just go to flip
that stock dot dot. COM i see, it it's uh
going across the screen theref go to flip that stock dot.
