W four WN Radio. Are youready to take a journey. Let's connect
with the healers of the world. It's that time. It's time for the
Language of Healing on W four WNRadio and Talk for TV. Now here's
your host, doctor Nicole Forton.Howdy dooty, everybody, Welcome to another

(00:46):
great episode on the Language of Healingon the Women for Women Network W FOURWN
dot com. You can find ushere every Tuesday at two pm Eastern Time.
I'm Nicole, your host, andwith us is our You forgot who
I was? Maybe it's because you'vealready caused me childhood trauma with twice three

(01:10):
times in two days, saying howdoy dooty. Okay, I that's the
theme now. Sorry, I justhad to throw it in there. Yeah.
Well it's causing me childhood trauma.Okay, so now you're going to
experience that trauma on your show.Well what happened? Tell us about that?
Oh well, when I was alittle kid, I was like I
had a lot, a lot offreckles, just like how doy dooty and

(01:34):
and so kids would make fun ofme and call me how do dooty?
And uh. You know, funnything is is they all disappeared, probably
the people too, but the freckles. It's like really weird. Like,
you know, so many people spendtheir whole life trying to get rid of
freckles. I never tried to getrid of them, and they just disappeared.

(01:57):
So the key people is, youknow, don't start doing these mishaps
with throwing stuff on your face toget rid of your feck and freckles.
Just let nature take its course andyou'll have a miracle happen and have no
more freckles. Yeah that's really Idid that, you know, I took
look at that. I took childhoodtrauma and turned it into a language of

(02:20):
healing. Well, that's what youknow. This show's all about. Really
that That is what it is.You know, getting what you're faced with
or what's in front of you andwhat do you make of it. You
probably came to form a place ofacceptance around it. You didn't try to
alter it or you know, makeit different. So they just kind of
phased away. There's no resistance here. Anybody that picked up me, I

(02:45):
punched them out and I didn't haveto hear it anymore. No, interesting,
I didn't. Yeah, maybe youdid, you grew up maybe a
little little. I don't think Idid it in that instance. In those
instances, it was probably the otherway around. It was probably the bullying
on me because of the freckles, and like, it's so weird now,

(03:05):
Okay, so now you have socialmedia channels that people are actually using freckle
filters. So it is weird howthings evolve and change because you know,
what was once made fun of orwas a mishap becomes something not made fun
of and maybe a miracle and allyou have to do is wait it out.

(03:27):
M that's true. It's it's kindof about the mindset around that whole
How do you manage it? Howyou handle it, you know, do
you let it run it's run yourlife or can you make something like the
lemonade out of it? Right?Yeah, because that's just life, you
know, even it's like a timeage. I don't know, Agel tail

(03:51):
that this is like one of theaspects of life that we all have to
encounter with and learn how to manage. And some will fare better than others
when if we can develop some ofthese tools or these practices. Yeah,
I think people with a lot ofdiversity and mishaps can attain more miracles in
their lives. I think the peoplethat go through mishaps I experience more miracles.

(04:14):
I think you have to get throughthe mishaps to get to miracles.
I think that's that's something that peoplemiss because you know, they're so focused
on not having mishaps that they missedthe vision, you know, and the
vision is is you need those mishapsto get to miracles. You need mistakes
to make things right, you needmiscommunication to communicate right. You need I

(04:40):
mean, like you could go onand on. You need. You need
negative things to happen to create apositive mindset. Yeah, of course it
wouldn't exist without the other. It'salways the theme of life. So yeah,
mishaps and miracles. I mean, they're happening all the time. So

(05:01):
I got a question for you, pipe Man. Before you ask this question,
I just have to say something beforeI forget it. Okay, this
more refers to the Adventures a pipeMan show, but that's a perfect example.
See Rebels a mishap and alm amiracle. Oh okay, rebel okay,
Rebels also on the Adventures of pipeMan. She's she's like the best

(05:26):
part of the show. I canyou're she's she's the best part of the
show when she's not on. Andthat's sure what we put up with.
Yeah, this is why pipe Manhas limited access on the Women for Women
network very much. So that's whyI love she doesn't belong on the Women
for Women network either. Right thereyou go. Well, we're just a

(05:49):
bunch of mishaps in a miraculous world. That's it. Well we're to land
the misfit toys. But what's yourquestion? Man? Yeah? Yeah,
okay, so yeah, now, okay, this is the question, what
do you do? This is foreverybody, This is for everybody. Okay,

(06:12):
klondike bar no, that's what wouldyou do for a Klondike barn later.
Yeah. Oh hey, by theway, how's how's the Pipemin's challenge
going? What's my challenge? Wasit? You could stay silent for a
week? Well, I have tobe on your show, so you ruined

(06:35):
it? Okay, thanks a lot. Last that was a missapp The miracle
is that now because you blew it, I get to be on my show
tomorrow. Okay, Yeah, thereyou go. You're welcome. Okay.
So the question is, though,is what do you do when you get
lost? I pull up my GPS. Okay, now, seriously, what

(07:02):
do I do when I get lost? Well, it depends on how you're
defined loss. If you're talking aboutdirections gain somewhere. I am so not
the typical male because I am thefirst one that will stop and ask for
directions. And I bring that upbecause it is important because everybody jokes a
mendodos, well at least wives andex wives that say that or something like

(07:24):
that. But you know, thefact is is you need to ask questions.
You need to ask for directions toget where you want be in life.
Okay, and you know, likeyou need the roadmap to get where
you need to be. And yesthere's mishaps along that roadmap, but you
have to have the roadmap that hasthe treasure at the end of the journey,

(07:45):
and that treasure are the miracles. And so as far as if you're
talking about which is probably what you'retalking about, if I get lost in
space or something like that, whichyou know, I don't know that I
get lost myself because I stop thingsbefore I get lost. That's the point.

(08:09):
The point is it is like havingclarity and vision and focus allows you
to not get lost, and havingthat GPS, that roadmap. You know,
I was joking about, but it'skind of true I talk about sometimes.
Okay, So like coaches, likeeverybody in their brother as a coach
today, and I am a certifiedcoach. I actually went through a certification

(08:33):
and training and experience and education. What a concept, you know, because
we live in this world now somebodycan wake up in the morning and say
their present identify that they're the presidentof the United States and America, and
then they end up president, youknow. So but the fact is is

(08:54):
that that is part of it,though, is that's where it starts.
Your language to yourself. If youbelieve you're going to get where you want
to be, then you don't getlost. Usually people get lost because they're
lost, you know. And Idon't say that in a negative way at
all. It means that they're notreally sure where you're going is the thing

(09:16):
they think they know, but thensometimes they don't. And oh, we
have a question here, how canyou determine if you are lost in life
or if you're just going with whatis where you are? Do you want
to take that or show on?Yeah? I mean while you were making
such good, good points there, because but with that question, I think

(09:37):
that there is a bit of adifference, and it's all about your intention.
If you know what you want,or you know what you're going after,
or you have that vision, thenit's a lot easier to you know,
stop and smell the roses along theway. I would describe that as
is, it's maybe not lost.And there's also a sense of exploration that's

(09:58):
valuable in this journey of life becauseyou know, I talk about the five
steps, okay, five steps togetting miracles, and the first step is
knowing what you want, and thatwill squander many people's you know, action
steps towards their dreams because they mightnot know what they want, so I

(10:20):
think that. Yeah, so Ithink that you get stuffed right on step
one. You know it's going tobe a bit of a battle. So
when you're are you lost or areyou like exploring? I think being curious
And that's where the mindset I'll addto that too, is Okay, so

(10:41):
you know, are you really lostor are you lost based on where you
think you should be and you actuallyare where you should be, And that
there's a philosophical question I think youhave to ask yourself. Let's put that
comment back on the screen, becauseyou know, I think that's really something

(11:01):
that you know, people may notknow the difference between the two, Okay,
you know. So the fact thatthe matter is is so many people
are so focused that they have tobe at this certain place that maybe they
miss the miracles of life of theplaces they need to be. I mean,

(11:22):
perfect example, you take traveling.I'm a spontaneous traveler, which means
that when things go awry, whichthey always do in traveling, I don't
care. I'm prepared for it.See that's the thing people think, Oh
spontaneous. No, I'm prepared forthings to go wrong and to be okay

(11:43):
with it. I'm prepared for misappsand I'm okay with it. Whereas people
that plan every bit of their travelingwhenever something goes wrong, it's all ruined.
Like you know, but does ithave to be ruined? Are you
really lost? Or maybe you justgotta go a different way, Maybe you

(12:05):
have to figure something different out, maybe you have to be able to change
gears, and so, you know, I think in answering that question,
I think it's something for deep selfevaluation as well. Rebel put that back
up on the screen so we cansee it again and all the viewers can

(12:26):
see it for the people that justtuned in to have no clue what we're
even talking about, why we're doingthis answering a question that they don't see.
But so, how can you determineit's like deep self evaluation? Are
you lost in life? Because that'san easy term to say, and people

(12:46):
like very often focus on that negativeside, and which is absolutely normal because
your subconscious mind accepts negative thoughts mucheasier than positive thoughts. Okay, that's
why in order to be a positive, motivational, optimistic person, it's work
every single day. It's not workto be negative every single day. However,

(13:11):
it's tiring, and it's as ifyou worked. Okay, so I
think you really need to sit thereand think where is it you want to
be and really evaluate that. Notwhere other people want you to be,
not where you think you want tobe. If you had your option,

(13:31):
without worrying about anybody else's input, where do you want to be? And
then you might find out you're notlost at all. You're just exactly where
you want to be. It's otherpeople that think you're lost because they want
you to be where they want youto be. Yay, I'll say I
love it. Inspirational part men,Yeah, I mean this is uh yeah,

(14:01):
all of your training, your masteryin practice. I mean obviously you're
skilled enough at this. You haveenough experience because you've encountered many many mishaps
and miracles along along the way.Okay, so you know what a lot
more message miracles I can tell you. Okay. True, you have to
fail, like, yeah, failat least seven times before you succeed at

(14:26):
least and most people fail way morethan that. You have you know,
listen, I've heard that's that that'sthe seven to eleven rule, isn't it.
Well, it's kind of kind ofsimilar, like that's people that happens.
I go, get a slurpie. There you go, just brain freeze
it all away. That's the answer, you think, like Albert Einstein,

(14:50):
he had a hundred failures before hecame up with the light bulb. Yeah
so no, because like being themishaps and failures are like not really,
I mean I remember, okay, life's curveballs. Like I grew up,
my grandfather taught me baseball from ayoung age. You know, all these
sports analogies. My dad taught mehow to fall, you know, before

(15:11):
I could ever skate. It waslike Canada, Canada, okay, because
well there you go, that's amishap that you got to turn into a
miracle. You have to know, you know how to how to handle the
elements, how to make the bestof the day. So how do you

(15:31):
still keep falling skateboard and skating iceskating? Man? Oh? You know,
learning never stopped learning and growing neverends. Are you a good ice
skater? Sure? I didn't believethat through life. Yeah exactly. I

(15:54):
think you're skating on thin ice,but there's no ice there. Maybe that's
what it is. But you're aCanadian. You should be an expert skater.
Like, yeah, I mean,I know, you need to move
out of Canada. Okay, here'shere's a here's a little tidbit. I'm
just gonna interject here because as apart of this conversation is around the fear

(16:15):
of missing out, okay in thefomo. And I think part of one
of the one of the best blessingsand benefits of being Canadian is that you're
so far north that you can seethese amazing northern lights. And guess where
I was when all of these amazingnorthern lights were visible to all of Canada,
you know, no matter, welcometo Rockville. Yes I was.

(16:40):
I was steep south and I wasenjoying. I call that God has a
sense of humor. Yeah, okay. And then it gets even better because
on my way I missed my connectingflight back into Canada because of some weather
in or Endo. Okay, nexttime, Yeah, well, I don't

(17:06):
know if that's the thing. Maybeit'll be swimming or surfing. Okay,
So come on going, I missedthe flight, missed the flight, Get
get an overnight flight. Then likeeight hours later and I got bumped up
to business class all like, Okay, I can go to the lounge,
I can eat my face off,I can get access to whatever I want,

(17:29):
right, okay, a miracle, yay. And I was so comfy
in this big old seat that AndI usually love the window seat when I'm
traveling. I love looking out.And I used to be a total window
seat person. Now and I'll seebecause I hate being like stuck there in
the window. And then if youhave to go somewhere, it's like you

(17:52):
have to annoy somebody or you're sleeping, and it's like, yeah, in
the leg room, but you seethere, I can trip the flight attendant
as she's walking by or he's walkingby. You know, that's why they
put you in the window seat. They're like, this guy's trouble, just
get them put him back in thecorner right away. I just learned something

(18:15):
last year about airline seats. Wouldyou like to know what it is?
Yes? Okay, So the personthat sits in this is gonna squash a
lot of problems. The person thatsits in the middle seat has priority to
both armrests, so that that there'san argument off he gets the arm rest.

(18:41):
Well, because you're screwed and youhave a middle seat you get the
two arm rests. It is googleit. It's an absolute fact. You
google it. That's an absolute fact. Okay, I believe you, and
I think that makes sense because that'sthe natural mishap with a miracle, like
the blessing and the curse of everything. Every every unfortunate event has a virtue.

(19:06):
But and that's just lighthearted. Imean, it can get a little
less fun finishing my story though.I'm in the aisle seat of this like
nice big it's I'm tired. I'vebeen traveling all day and had I did,
and I yeah, well because that'swhere I got put. Okay,

(19:26):
but usually I would be like sneakingover trying to like peek out. Okay,
anyway, I missed the most amazingnorthern lights display in the middle of
the air and everyone was talking aboutit afterwards, and I'm like, wow,
I had this awesome opportunity to seeit. All. That's not fear
of you just missed Okay, Okay, yeah, okay, a little bit

(19:52):
different, but but still because Ihave I have a big fomo. I
think that I am always wanting tosay yes to everything. I want to
seize life, to live it tothe fullest. Right, And this is
something that I've gotten to get.I've had to learn to manage for myself
because when you really want something oryou because there's a difference then of just

(20:19):
like wandering around to collect and gatherinformation. And I think that's totally fine,
right, so you're not missing out. You want to be curious and
open to many different aspects, butwhen you really want to get clear on
something and achieve a goal or adream, it's really important to narrow that
down. And so I've it's beena saying, Yeah, I was gonna

(20:45):
say, it's kind of like likein shells on the beach, because what
happens. People walk along the beach, they collect all the same shells,
they have their thing filled up,and then they come across the coolest shell
there is and they have no roomfor it because they filled their bucket with
all the other shells. And exactlyas long, it may saying sound weird

(21:07):
to some people, but that isan example of missing out. You're so
busy collecting all these shells that aren'tunique. They're exactly saying that you run
a room for the miracles. Yeah, well, I have this very similar
experience when I was in Australia.I wanted to see a kangaroo because all

(21:33):
right, yeah, I didn't putthe shell in your pocket. Don't don't
put don't put a kangaroo in yourpocket. But you know what he was
like seek. I love that responsethough, because that's what some people wouldn't
think of right there, Like hethought of the positive what you can do.
People are so focused on the problemthey don't realize what the solution is,

(21:56):
nor do they see it. Theycould smack them in the face.
And that's the exact thing. Therewas a problem. Came up with a
very solid solution. Except if youhave no pockets because you have bored shorts
on. Now what then you juststick? You can still yeah, exactly,

(22:17):
there's still other ways. Yeah,so go on with what you were
saying before I so rudely interrupted you. No, no, no, it's
not rude. It's very on point. So and thank you for the comments.
I love that. Just keep themcoming. Love the engagement. Yeah,
I was in Australia and and youknow you're distracting me by man.

(22:41):
Okay, So I really wanted tosee a kangaroo and a live one.
And I say that because I don'tknow if you've been to Australia. But
when I saw more roadkill kangaroos thanlive ones, and I thought this was
a little bit disappointing, but Imean, you're in the out back.
That's how that's how you roll. And then finally I came across these wild

(23:04):
kangaroos and I stopped the car andI just like was in such amazement because
I'd never really seen I've seen alittle wild tobeast, I think in in
New Zealand. It's like a littlemini kangaroo. They're pretty cute. But
anyway, I had traveled so muchthat I had zero storage space in my
phone and I couldn't capture this. You know, this calls out of your

(23:30):
phone, so you have room forexactly well, and had I had,
well, no, here's my pocket. Is just like the snapshot the original
camera is like, Okay, I'mnever going to forget this moment because I'm
just present here. Okay, wegot another one carried in your hand,
or let one of the other shellsgo. And this is the point.

(23:51):
I think this is a big importantthing that yes in a grander scheme.
It's like saying yes to yourself sometimesmeans saying no to others and yeah,
I'm trying to learn that one.Yeah, yeah, right, And like
this ties in for me with thefomo because I'll I don't want to miss

(24:15):
out. I want to like seizeevery minute and every opportunity. And then
at the end of the day,it's like what's left for me or what
have I done that nourishes my dreamor my desire? And even listening to
that can be such a little weakvoice that is easy to push aside.
But the more you clean and clearout the clutter, that gets stronger and

(24:38):
stronger. And another thing that's reallyhelped support me because I'm I'm I don't
know if anyone can relate to this, but I'm a chronic people pleaser and
a bit of a self forgetter,you know. I'm I'm like the peacekeeper
and want to like everything, youknow, happy, go lucky, even

(25:03):
though I can I can handle thedark darkness right, like I can navigate
the two. But ultimately I wantit to be all optimistic and pleasant experience
in life because there's so much bitternessin life that I just want to experience
the sweetness. Anyways, But somethingthat's really helped me is saying to myself
like yes doesn't mean always and nodoesn't mean never, So you can navigate

(25:30):
through some of these things, andthat's key to knowing what you want.
And then like that's the first step. That's the first step. Yeah,
I like that. You like that? You like that? I do?
I do. It's really it's likeit opened me up. It freed freed
and energy for me. It's simple, simple, you know, right,

(25:56):
and it allows you so yeah, and like back to our comment about oh,
it's like, yeah, just putit in your pocket. Like when
you actually step back and not getso focused on the problem, you can
see other possibilities. And this isa key component or principle in a martial
arts practice is when you're in centerposition, you have and your ground,

(26:22):
so that's present, present moment. Now you can see like eight other directions
that you can go instead of beingstuck in one aspect. So that's where
one mishap happens. Means that youcan recenter, reposition, take a look
at where you're at, like maybealso look at where you've been, where
you want to go, where you'reat now in that center position, you

(26:45):
have unlimited potential. And this isthis is what like is a key to
tapping into more miracles when you canget that. So that's step one,
Step two two. Ask for whatyou want. So this is where you
stop, you get lost, andyou stop and you ask for directions.

(27:07):
Okay, I want to go here, let's see who's around. Asking for
help is also where a lot ofpeople have a glitch in the system because
we don't know how to ask,and our communication styles are often we have
we're not really taught assertive communication orassertive behavior or I mean, what if

(27:32):
I said to you a couple oftimes, just say it, that's what
I'll say. Just say it,Just say it, yeah, try and
figure out how to say something.Just say it, yeah, just say
it. Because I think that there'sthese passive aggressive, passive aggressive forms of
communication that we're maybe used to operatingat. And then with words, you

(27:53):
know, I don't know, Iget stuck with that because it's like,
how do I word this so it'snot offensive like sorry, we're only meaning
you give to it, you know. And that's why it kind I did
a post today on Facebook. Itkind of annoys me that people nowadays are

(28:15):
so hateful about certain words or thatpeople why identify as certain words like what
do you give a crap? Itdoesn't affect your life in any way?
And why do you put so muchmeaning to it? Like if I want
to identify as a you know, mosquito, you know, like who cares?

(28:41):
You know? Or whatever? Itdoesn't matter. People are using words
nowadays to have much more negative meaningthan they ever did. Like there were
certain words that are offensive today thatwhen I was growing up, like,
you wouldn't know it was offensive becauseyou weren't putting this meaning to it that
people think you're putting to it.Yeah, totally, the meaning of words.

(29:06):
There's a lot to explore there.That's a that's a gem and I
believe a virtue of humanity if wecan tap into that is truly listening to
what other people mean by that, because that's a common miscommunication malfunction, user
error, that is, you neverreally know what people mean when they say

(29:30):
things. Yeah, well, becauseyou're putting your and they have their meaning
as the room to ask them, you know, rebel, have you ever
had an experience like that? Yes, or any experience with your mishaps and
miracles? Most definitely, I mean, life is a bunch of mishaps and
miracles. How about all these timesI didn't understand what you were saying in

(29:55):
Canadian and I'm like, can youkind of tell me what that means?
And that's what that means. It'slike sometimes in communication between people, no
matter what the reason is, oneis saying one thing, one's hearing the
other. So, yeah, there'snothing wrong with asking straight out like what
do you mean by that? Insteadof responding. Most people react instead of

(30:17):
knowing what they're reacting to. Youknow, how many times does it happen
on social media? You make aposting and everybody assumes the postings about something
that's not even about because they're puttingtheir own meaning to it, you know.
And I had that, Yeah,I had that today I had to
exactly somebody just start jumping on.I'm like, that isn't even what I

(30:40):
was meaning by that. But thankyou, you know, thank you for
like jumping on with your own meaningand turning something into a negative that was
a positive because of your own meaningthat you put to it. See,
you need to not only do youneed to ask do you understand what I
meant by that? You have toask somebody, how did you understand what

(31:02):
I said, so they can tellyou back and you have to do it
like that, how did you understandwhat I just said? And they have
to be honest when they give thatanswer, because if you're not honest with
that answer, you're not going toget anywhere. M wow. And in
all these years, I never knewyou had any aim thing like that.

(31:27):
I'm impressed. Yeahl Rebel is agreat person, no matter what I say.
Yeah, I'm going to clip thatout of this recording and use it
later. That could be a greatreel. Actually, that's a great reel.

(31:48):
Let's run that as a reel. There you go. Yes, Rebel
is a great person, no matterwhat Pipeline says. Yeah. See there's
two great reels from this show.Pipe and Rebels a great person no matter
what I say. And whatever Isaid in the beginning about Nicole and how
she looked on screen and where's thereal Nicole? The filter thing? Yeah,

(32:20):
just raw awesomeness, pure awesomeness. That's it. You're welcome and you're
welcome. Thank you. Ye canlive without it? No, that's true,
nor could I. And that's themiracle, you know in all the
mishaps, because it's like rich. You know, Chinese medicine. I can't
help but not go to that becauseit's what I do, and it's like

(32:43):
I live and breathe this stuff. But the elements, the metal element is
represented by the mountains. And it'slike, you know, when you dig,
you can excavate in the mountains forgold and for like, you know,
precious minerals. It's like buttins canbe rough terrain, it can be
high altitude. You have to packyour travel bag very light to make it

(33:06):
up that mountain. Like, youcan't be bringing a ton of baggage up
the mountain with you. You haveto be very resourceful in what you're packing
in and out and being mindful ofwhat effect or impact you're having on this
journey. Did you just say whenyou're hiking a mountain, you got a
hat and you have to have likea certain thing, and you must have

(33:27):
your in and out burger with you. Oh no, that's essential. I
think that's essential for California mountain ankers. You need to have an in and
out burger and a slurpie. Ican think of other sources of fuel than

(33:49):
that. I've never had it inan out burger. Oh well, then
you have definite pomo man. Iam fomoing hard. Actually, you know
what I got to try in Floridathough? Was that McChicken thing or that
McChicken I'm sorry, chick chick fila? Oh, chick fil a chicken

(34:12):
is McDonald's Okay, you can't.Why does everybody call everything at every fast
food place a mic? It's theMcDonald's stuff them frog, like the mcfrog
and the McCAT and the well, sorry, where are you eating? Well?
You should know what are in chickenMcNuggets? Okay, yeah, yeah,

(34:37):
I'm like terrified right now. Youshould know what you're eating when you
eat a McNugget. Okay, Like, have you evered? Does that look
like chicken to you? Have youever peeled a part? Does it look
like chicken to you? It's likethe hot dog of chickens. It's like
the mishap of gastro intestinal issues. It's like a yeah with no mirror,

(35:04):
with no miracle in sight. Although, wait a minute, now, if
you like something and you didn't quiteknow what it was, would you stop
eating it because you found out whatit was a lot of people would actually,
but that's just because this is okay, let me ask you a question,

(35:27):
rebel, okay, And so thisis a situation that happened to my
son for real, okay. Andhe was doing a tour in South Korea,
and he was at a restaurant andhe ordered a meal. And in
Korea, there's two different dishes thatare almost exact same name except one letter.

(35:47):
The difference between that one letter iswhether you're eating cow or you're eating
dog. So let's just say,Rebel, that you ordered the wrong one
and it turns out you are inthe middle of eating it and you find
out you just ate fidoh or spot. All right, that's a pet for

(36:14):
you know. Now, who wouldhave thought dogs could taste like that?
Anyone who's had Chinese? But thensorry, so no, those are cats,
okay or rat anyway, So youknow you like eating these things,
but there's some things you might slidedess Like I said, I would never
eat deer. I stood on purposeof I'm not eating you know, Bamby's

(36:37):
mom. So I choose not tohave deer or a rabbit or certainly things
like that most of the time.Okay, a rabbit could be considered a
pet, but other things. ButI'll eat alligator no problem. So you
eat or you eat elk. Idon't think so. I'm I've never had

(36:59):
it. I didn't think I needavice in either, but I eat that
so well. Exactly, you wouldn'tknow you liked ice cream until you tasted
it either, But to get youup to Canada for a fondu, you
stay on purpose. Though I don'twant to eat a dog, I don't
think I could come to grips witheating a dog, or knowingly eating a
cat or a horse for that matter. And it is it's like a big

(37:23):
thing in Korea that they literally theydon't dogs to them are not pets their
food. That is something like lookall around the world, everybody has different
things. Like if you went toIndia, the idea of eating a cow
would be worse than anything you justmentioned. You know, so jail for

(37:43):
that there we'll see that, orwell definitely for hitting one. That's the
point your beliefs, our beliefs arebased on what we're put in us,
not based on whatever it was.Because so like, as an example,
as much as I would never wantto eat one, our belief of not
eating a dog is because of ourlifestyle with dogs. But then you go

(38:07):
somewhere else where. It's not thesame and they're not the same type of
dogs or what have you. Youknow, or there's so many different variables
in the world that some people deemthem as mishaps and others deem them as
as miracles. You know, wehere in the United States, we go
cow tipping. That's a mishap thathas a miracle of psilocybin. In India,

(38:32):
the cows are just a miracle justin and of themselves. We are
what we are, just heathens inAmerica. Why why would someone especially in
Louisiana, especially in Louisiana, especiallyin Louisiana. Okay, you guys do

(38:54):
some of the weirdest crap in ourwhole country. Now, example that remark,
thank you you do and you doresemble those those weird things exactly.
What's number? Okay? I havenumber okay, number two? Okay,

(39:15):
okay, number two. We didgo over number two. It was asking
for what you want. Okay, but hold on pause, I know we're
cutting it close to time. Isunfortunate, Okay, all right. Number
three okay, okay, but okay, what okay? Number three? And
then I have another question for theaudience. All right, can I answer

(39:38):
to okay? So number yeah, well, maybe number one is knowing what
you want, Okay, knowing whatyou want. Number two asking for what
you want, all right, getyour pen and paper here, knowing what
you want, asking for what youwant. And then number three showing up.

(40:00):
You got to show up for whatyou want and what you've asked for.
Yeah, and this is this iskind of like seizing the opportunity.
It's when you're, like we weresaying, quipe man, when you're traveling,
you're prepared for when things go awrybecause you're showing up. I mean
even just knowing what you want.Oh, I'm going to be traveling here

(40:21):
asking for you want what you want. It's like, well, okay,
well I'm maybe I want dinner rightnow, maybe I'm hungry, Like okay,
let's go find some food. Andthen you know you've shown up and
they're just meeting meeting life as itarises, but you've asked for it.
Number four is keeping your ward sothat means I get you will be tried

(40:43):
and tested. Is that what youreally want? Is that what you really
want? Here's a distraction, Yes, here's here's a distraction to throw you
off, you know. I thinkthat's where going back to that question initially
was are you is it like lostor is it where you need to be?
Well, that depends on what itis that you want are and like

(41:07):
an easy way to decipher that knowingthat everything is not like it's temporary.
You can change, you can changeyour mind and that's okay. You don't
have to be fully committed to it. Like things do evolve. It's all
right, because like what we weretalking about that no choice is a choice
as well, So just choose somethingthat supports it. But you know,

(41:30):
looking at it, does this supportmy intention? Does this get me closer?
Does this move me towards what Iwant? Or does it move me
away from what I want? Likeoh my god, a big exam in
the morning, you know, yeah, yeah, And like that's the key.
Yeah, And that's how you keepyour word. So it's like you're
you're you're committed through your actions,your words, your mindset. You're you're

(41:53):
you're and even asking for what youwant can help bring it into your life.
Tend to keep things well, youhave to ask sometimes you got to
throw it out there in the youverse, Like if you don't ask you
don't get, but sometimes you askand we have we have poor or bad

(42:14):
experiences like we have some Maybe that'spart of the trauma. It's like not
getting what you want when you wereyounger, you know, not even having
like your your needs met. That'sa thing you know that shows up Sometimes
you're not going to get what youwant. That doesn't mean don't ask for
what you want, but just that'smean you're gonna get it all that too.

(42:36):
Are you in a band? No, that sounds odd. I'm just
familiar. I just thinking like randomlyrics, These are like things that have
formed me, you know, formedmy mind, like music. Oh there's
this. I met this really coolguy at Rockville and he was talking about
doing some work with radio and podcasting, and he had this idea of like

(43:00):
the lyric that changed my life.Like, yes, so amazing. Anyway,
tangent not. Music is a greatlanguage, and it does you know,
music also can describe the mishaps andmiracles of your life as a therapeutic
solution. I believe that, solike even just getting ready for this show

(43:22):
time okay, by the way,Also another mishap is that I'm a techie.
I don't know what's wrong with mytechnology skills? But even all my
show notes, all the things thatI was, you know, gathering for
the week, just gone. LikeI open up the document and it's just
a blank document, like nothing saved. I can't get into my email,

(43:42):
Like, oh, well, Iguess we're just going raw rot. I
give you some can I give yousome advice for next time? No,
that's not my but click save nexttime. Well, I'm pretty sure I
did that. It's because of thiscloud. It's because I thought I don't

(44:02):
know, it doesn't matter, I'mnot You need to call Apple because all
your stuff's probably in the cloud somewhere, and you just don't know how to
get to a cloud because you didn'task directions. Yeah, that's true.
I'm lost. I'm lost, andI need to throw some of those shells
out of your hand so that youcan find your cloud. Seriously, Like

(44:28):
the digital clutter is like a realthing too, this like it is that
Actually I just had recently in myoutlook. It gave me multiple warnings that
I was almost at maximum capacity, which is virtually hard to do. Like
have you amazing have you ever heardof that? You know? But it's

(44:50):
because other than my pictures. Yes, no, but yeah, because I
store everything and very organized, andit's like I go into wind the folders.
Oh there's only like forty thousand emailsin there, but I need all
of them. It's just in case. But so what do I delete?
And that's an hard thing too.Okay, that changes mishaps to miracles.

(45:15):
Sometimes you got to throw some thingsoff of your cart to make room for
the miracles. And those things thatyou think are miracles are actually being mishaps
gained in the way of achieving yourmiracles. Yeah. Right, So where
are we number five? Yeah,we're at number five. Let's do number

(45:40):
Okay. It's like the cream ofthe crop here. And I thought you
were saying something else to me.I was starting to get insulted and mad,
but so I'm glad you explained it. Go ahead, Okay, say
it again in French? No moving, say it again, No, seriously,
I'd like it. Yeah. Seedo you hear what I hear?

(46:05):
Rebel let her gates to number five? Okay, go to number five.
We'll talk about it on my show. How do I What do I do
about this? Dude? Okay?Number five? This is my this is
my circus. You're my clown.Okay, here we go. Number five.

(46:28):
Yeah, but thank you for yourcontributions. I'm like a virus.
Yeah, you know what. You'rethe mishap that became a miracle. And
number five, don't let him distractyou. Number five Okay. Number five
is having a natural attitude of gratitudealong the way. So this is where

(46:49):
you stay open and curious and hmhmm, like humble, just keeping keeping
connected with what is that you wantand being thankful for all of the experiences
that you're encountering in life, becauseno matter what you're meeting, you know,
the events, the incidents, andthe accidents of life are what shape

(47:13):
us and it is your premo opportunityfor growth and evolution and expansion. And
that is the meaning of life inmy according to me, but in my
beliefs is that the more we exploreour inner universe and explore our outer world,
that we can truly play with lifeand live life as an adventure.

(47:36):
So show up, keep your word, natural attitude and gratitude. Who else
was it that uh talked about themeaning of life? Winnie the Pooh,
No, do you know Rebel?I like her answer? Winning the Poop
well, what's your answer? What'sthe question? Who else talked about the

(48:02):
meaning of life? Because from wasit as No, I like that answer
to think of a movie. Wehave two minutes left, so you either
tell us or we're not gonna know. I'm not telling the bonus point.

(48:27):
Bonus points to whoever chimes in withthe answer. So okay, So then
I'm going to leave you with onequestion because I didn't get to do this
question. It's fun because okay,we looked at what do you do when
you get lost? But now Iwant now you want it your question?
Now, I want you to considerwhat what would be a dream vacation?

(49:00):
Would be a dream vacation, I'mI'm kind of envisioning two minutes from now,
when you're out of here, offthe air with awesome revel and I
on air vacation, being on anair. I got to go back to

(49:21):
real life in about a minute.Yeah. I looked at the etmology of
vacation because I love like root wordsof that, and you know, it's
like vacant, it's space, it'sfreedom. It's like to be unobstructed and
that's where yeah, miracles can comein. It's like being free of all
your burdens and open to receiving whatit is that you want. And I

(49:45):
