W four WN Radio. Are youready to take a journey. Let's connect
with the healers of the world. It's that time. It's time for the
Language of Healing on W four WNRadio and Talk for TV. Now,
here's your host, doctor Nicole Porton. Hello, Hello, everybody, Welcome

(00:45):
back to the Language of Healing.I'm W FOURWN dot Com Network here with
Boo pipe Man, amazing co host, and I need some healing today.
Yeah, yeah, okay. Thisis a great conversation then, because we're
talking about realizing your dreams. Thiswhole month of May has been around mental

(01:07):
clarity, inspiration, mental health awareness. May has been a really long month.
It feels like it's gone on forever. Do you feel that over It's
not over yet. It's not overyet. It's been another week. Yeah,
I know, right, So it'sbeen like like a washing cycle.
I really have felt that energy ofthe spring cleaning and like you know,

(01:32):
washprints, dry, repeat, youknow, to get all the concident.
Should say that, because that's exactlywhat I'm doing right now during the show.
As a matter of fact, younever know during this show today whether
somebody is going to break into myapartment because of that condo. Because so

(01:53):
I walked into one of my roomsyesterday and I was wearing socks and and
my socks got soaking wet, andI'm like, what the hey, And
so apparently there's a leak in thebuilding Vertical Living, and so the whole

(02:13):
carpet and the padding is all soakingwet, smells like mildew. And so
there's like a big fan in thereright now, and that, you know,
so there's a lot of rinsing andrepeating with and you know what I
say, here you go, Here'swhat I say. When stuff like that
happens, just start go new man, Like that's a sign it's time to

(02:38):
make a change. And go new, rip out that stupid wet carpeting that's
probably outdated anyway, and put somethingnew in. That's the message for people
like you know, you want toachieve your dreams. Sometimes you don't focus
on the things that happen to you. You focus on the positive change you
can make from those things happening toyou. Right. Yeah, And like

(03:00):
last week we were talking about themishaps and miracles. It's like, sometimes
the miracle isn't the rainbow, it'sthe flood, you know, exactly,
Look at Noah, Noah, themiracle was the flood. There it is?
Yeah, oh yeah, and yeah, I noticed you were going to
a special jersey today. Yes,and and you have new haird you?

(03:24):
Is that right? Yeah? Sowe'll talk about the jersey here. This
is my protesting of Florida and theRangers playing in the Stanley Cup. Okay,
and I'm in Florida and I'm bornin New York. But too bad
for both those teams. I don'teven know which team to vote and root
against at this point. I justwant them both to lose. But that's

(03:46):
not good. So this is myprotest. I'm gonna just wear my new
jersey. Devil's stuff through the wholeStanley Cup playoffs. I might even who
knows, Maybe I'll do press coverageat one of the games here in Florida
wearing my new jersey Devils, andthen interview may be one of the players
and say, how come you guysaren't as good as the Devils? Okay,

(04:14):
that would be great, great interview. And then yes, the hair,
the hair is ready for punk rockbowling. Okay, yes, look
at that. So okay, soour radio describe that for radio peeps.
We've got a little fade of it'sblack to blue black, the black like
Metallica. But I don't know ifit's made to black. It's black blue

(04:36):
black black blue black. So Igotta say something. Hopefully he's not going
to listen to this. But soperson that's been doing my hair recently here
in the States, I went tohim and I showed him a picture of
what my hair was like, uhpre COVID, which the blue being a

(04:58):
little darker like it is now. That was just a few days ago,
and I wanted black blue black likeit blended down there. He's like,
you can't do that. I'm like, and that's why I went He did
the whole thing blue. But guesswhat, I just had my friend come
over here yesterday and me and touchingup anyway for punk rock bowling. But

(05:20):
I had my friend come over.I'm like, he says, we can't
do this. I say we can. And so I manifested my hairstyle to
be what I wanted to be,even though the professional said it couldn't be
that way. And that's a lessonto everybody right there. Okay, don't

(05:41):
listen to everybody else. There's alwaysa way. It's a matter of whether
you want to figure out the wayor if you're willing to take the time
for that way. I've been toldin my life, I'm like the master
of manifestation. And because it's true, you manifest what you want to have
life, whether it's good or bad. You think you do or don't.

(06:03):
But like, even when you're experiencingall these negative things going on in your
life, and you say, andsomebody close to me just did this,
like I can't ever get a break. How about changing that vocabulary to man,
I'm going to create my own break. You don't get anything you create.

(06:23):
You manifest. You want your dreamsand goals. You have to go
after them. You want your dreamsand goals, you have to have an
action plan. You know. It'snot just about saying listen, Jim Rohan
used to say, and that's TonyRobbins mentor used to say. The power
positive thinking doesn't mean standing in yourguarden and saying there are no weeds.

(06:45):
There are no weeds. There areno weeds, he said, the weeds
will eat your garden. Okay, you have to get down on your hands
and knees and pull those weeds, you know, And that's the key.
You have to have an action plan. Things don't just happen. You make
them happen, and you have theability to make them happen no matter what
anybody else thinks, or even whatyou think. If you think that you

(07:09):
can, you will mm hmm.Yeah. Absolutely. I love that you
just said all of that because it'sso right on par with the you know,
the theme or the energies of rightnow. Because we're in the springtime,
so well kind of of us.You're in winter. The rest of

(07:30):
the worlds in spring. Yeah,Okay, some things you can't control,
right, I guess that's the beautyof diversity. But in this phase it's
it's still oh, And I waskind of reflecting on you know, where
we when when we're talking about dreamsand where we want to go, we
need the vision, we need tosee what we want or even have the

(07:54):
space or the freedom like to recreate. So sometimes that you know, the
flood, the destruction creates space forsomething new. It's like a forest fire
that burns the you know, theforest floor, and only certain things that
you know can grow after a firewill grow. And well the forest is
a great example too, because whatdo they always do to make sure that

(08:18):
the forest and the mountains are alwaysplush and green? Is a do a
calculated burn? Right, Well,we stopped doing control burns a while ago,
and now I noticed that. Imean, I don't know comparison.
It's just maybe it's all the rage, but there's seems to be more forest
fires happening here. Well, yeah, of course, it's like a big

(08:39):
it's like a big smudge. Idon't know. Sometimes I think about we
just need a big cleanse and likelet it burn and let's recreate. And
and this year is the year ofthe wood dragon in the Chinese zodiac astrology,
and so the wood element is thespring energy. It's like the expense

(09:00):
and regeneration and growth, and itcontrols the vision like your site, what
do you see? And so whenyou're talking about, you know, putting,
you can't just say it. Youhave to put meaningful action towards towards
it to make it a reality, like turn that inspiration into material things.

(09:20):
You have to take time to tendto your garden if you want it to
be a habitable environment. So yeah, this is good time to raise your
spirits and get really clear. Okay, last week we were talking about you
know, it's like getting what youwant. You have to know what you
want, right, remember, yeah, and you want what do you want?

(09:46):
I want a lot of things theygot right now? Okay, well
right now I want some water.I kind of wish I grabed that here.
There you go, here, havemine. Mine's mine actually is not
showing up in the background there,it is there. It is do it

(10:07):
would be like a it's like aship passing in the night because you can't
have it. Well okay number two, Okay, water is a good good
thing because you can't live without water. Next too, right, Yeah,
well, I mean I would naturallysay sunshine after that because you think about

(10:28):
water and sunshine. I haven't seenthe sun in a little in some days
too, see that. Yeah, that's true. Sun sunshine is very important
for attitude, mindset, manifesting allthat stuff. Number four. Yeah,
so number to number two. Goback to number two. What were you
going to say? M M yeah, yeah, let me feel into that

(10:50):
a little bit. Well, thismorning, I I wanted to really I
don't know, like creating, creatingspace for myself. I took a little
bit more time to center and groundso I want some grounding. That's how

(11:11):
I feel. Yeah, maybe that'swhy when I tried to text you,
I didn't hit send, because thespirit stopped me from hit and send and
interrupting that. Right, Yeah, there you go. It's like it's all
perfect. You know, everything isworking orchestrating is better than you could even

(11:31):
imagine. So you know, likethings like anxiety, you know, it's
it's an irrational component, you know, of life because it's rooted in something
that's not yet happened. Right, and oh it's a big thing of mine

(11:52):
on anxiety, Well yeah, worry. I mean it's a it's a natural
thing. So but so many peoplespend so much time effort and energy worrying
about something that may or may notever happen. And that's why it's a
big thing of mind because I'm typeof person. We could be having a
nuclear holocaust right now, and I'dbe like, Okay, well we got

(12:18):
to do, you know, andthen I wouldn't anticipate the worst. I
wouldn't anticipate like, if the worsthappened, it happens. You can't control
that. But when you anticipate it, then you change how you do things,
you change how things happen, andyou create the worst case scenario.
Most people, you know, theyspend so much time worrying about things and

(12:39):
then they don't happen, and theyjust spent all that negative energy and inhibited
themselves. Because it can paralyze youworking, It could paralyze you parenting,
It could paralyze you in so manyways. And you know, a perfect
example of this is there's a storylike my daughter was planting. When she
first became an adult, I hadher come play on my softball team because

(13:03):
I coached her in softball. Butnow you're an adult, Now you can
come on the adult softball team. And we played this game and we took
two cars, and then we youknow, when you play softball, you
go to a place afterwards to eatand while no, it's the whole team.
Yeah, not like kids actually adultokay and everybody. No, they

(13:31):
do beer and pizza or something likethat, you know. And then so
we go to this place and itpops in her head, which happens to
most people, like you worry aboutthings, and things come and she's like
she thought about it, like,oh my god, what if the park
is closed by the time we getback, I won't I won't be able
to get my car. Now,that's a valid concern. However, that

(13:54):
got taken to a whole another level, which is what people normally do,
is that they just they they basicallyexaggerated in their head and amplify it to
the worst case scenario. And soas I try to give some positive influence,

(14:15):
it actually escalated it more. Andshe was so panic stricken everything else.
I'm like, listen, first ofall, if it is locked,
we'll figure it out. And ifit's not, and what if it's not
locked, and you spend all thistime worrying and all this energy on it,
and then we're going to just getthere and You're gonna get in your
car and drive away and it won'tbe a big deal. And I'm that

(14:37):
type of person, like when there'sa time to find the solution, I
look for the solution. I don'tlook for a solution before there's a problem,
you know, And a lot ofpeople do that. They don't even
look for the solution. They justlook to worry about the problem. Okay,
So basically what happens is we hadto leave because she was so pank
We get back, there gates open, she gets in the car and drive

(15:00):
away. And I said, orsee, you spent the last hour in
a tizzy, affecting your mind, affecting your emotions, affecting your physical body
for something that never happened. Right, Yeah, it is a lot.
It's a lot of energy spent onthat. And I think the way to

(15:20):
handle something like that is with withgrounding and getting remembering the facts, you
know, like like you kind ofstated, it's like it's reality grounded in
reality, you know, to createthis clear clarity of thought, because anxiety
is unrooted, it's just mayhem, you know. I think there is some

(15:43):
there's there is value to worry andanxiety because in some respects. Yeah,
yeah, but you know, anunhealthy balance. But but a lot of
hot times, what it does isinhibits you from self the problem. Yeah,
what happens is, let's say Idon't stay rooted in the in the

(16:04):
reality you're in like this fantasy fear, you're letting fear, and or you
become paralyzed. So like the thingsthat could solve the problem you don't do
because you're incapacitated, you know. And see my viewpoint is we talked about
this last week, but in thatsituation, the story I just told as

(16:26):
an example, you know what, the whether the gate's locked or not,
that's not going to change in thismoment. You can't change that. So
we're gonna have to deal with thereality of that. And you know,
getting there sooner or panicking about itmore, it's not gonna make it less
or more likely to happen. Okay, So it's more of my attitude would

(16:49):
be if it were me, Yeah, I would not be happy about it,
but I'd be like, oh,well, there's nothing I could do
now. I'll have to figure somethingout when I get there. If that's
the case, And that's what Iwould do, And then you know,
when you have that clarity without beingclouded by the stress and the worry,
you find the answers. That's thepoint you want me. Yeah, I

(17:12):
love that you said cloudiness, youknow, because it's like you might not
see the you know, what you'reasking for, what you want, you
might not see it because you're lostin this cloud you know, confusion and
anxiety and anger and resentment, andyou're missing it. You're missing the moment,
in the present moment. That's right. And then on a physical level,

(17:36):
not being in the present moment disconnectsyou from your core, from your
root, from your digestive system, from the your like your center of power,
how you take in life and useit, convert it into usable energy.
So yeah, you're just you know, every moment we have a choice
how we're gonna respond to this. It's okay to be, you know,
in those patterns. But yeah, this is a time like illumination in self

(18:00):
awareness so you can grow and expandto be living and making change for the
BETTERA loco Yeah, oh yeah, isn't that nice? You got to be
a little local, local loca.Well your logo, your loca, I

(18:21):
would be loco Okay, yes, right, not mass Loca must very very
local. Well, I think youhave to be muss Loca for a genius
a little bit. You have tothink outside the box. You have to

(18:42):
expand you have to try things thatare different. Okay. Another thing that's
good for just on the topic ofanxiety, because it's this mental clarity that
helps overcome it and and emotional maturity. You know, you have to bring
some aspects of grounding in reality checkinto it. Right, But like move

(19:06):
your body in a different way, dance like do some tai chi, meditate,
you know, find your inner inthat situation. Show the listeners how
you would dance. Oh well,it depends what kind of beats going on.
You know. I just love movingmy body to like, you know,
a good feel in that grove. So it would be how I dance

(19:30):
according to how it like makes mybody feel. How about you? What
do you? What's your what's whatdoes the pipeman dance like headbak bind me
in the mash pit and you'll see, okay, cool, maybe maybe clip
you. Yeah, it's not reallylike that in the mashpet, I know.

(19:53):
I mean it's but the people listeningdon't know or watching don't know.
You know, people that don't know. They look and that's a perfect example
too. Okay, they look atthis mashpin. They have this whole worry.
The mashpit is a great place mentallyto release all your frustrations, stresses
everything out of you in an environmentthat is conducive to other people helping you

(20:21):
out. Environment that's conducive to feelingbetter and avoiding doing things in your life
that maybe wouldn't be so good. You know, So that you mean like
you mean like kind of punching somebodyout, you know, something like that,
like saving faces. Yeah, exactly, saving face is one pit at

(20:48):
a time. However, Rebel's case, that's not the case because she had
extra worry. Okay, so thatextra worry caused anxiety, which cause her
to not get her things out andenjoy the experience. I got punched in
his stomach standing in a corner behinda speaker. But maybe that's what you

(21:12):
manifested by being so like you werelike a deer in the headlights. I
remember it, you know, likeyou were like a deer in the headlights.
And yeah, that goes along withmy point. That's when something's gonna
happen because you're so worried about somethingthat's gonna happen. You manifested it and

(21:32):
that's why. And that's why Ipunched you in the stomach. You didn't
do it. That's aggressive, youknow, that's a little like you know,
I agree, that wouldn't be anice intro. But she didn't really
get punched on purpose. Though. It's like, okay, that wrong place,
wrong time. Yeah, but itwas like a magnet. And funny
enough, the emotion of worry comesfrom the stomach, the spleen stomach,

(21:55):
and that's your SA point. Soit's like my point. Yeah, you
gotten punched a head instead of stomach. Oh really, right man? Really?
Oh yeah. I remember my firstexperiences in there, and I was
like, you, why would anyonedo it? So that's the whole point.
I was staying alongside the wall.I was trying to stay away from

(22:18):
all these people. I was squshedbetween a wall and a speaker on a
stand. Yeah, she was likea scared bunny rabbit in the middle of
the road while a car drives rightthrough. Yeah. Sometimes you just gotta
leap in there. You know.Maybe they were calling you into the community.
Well there's a metaphor there. Youdo have to leap in there with

(22:40):
things in life. Forget the mashpitfor a second, but in order to
achieve your dreams and goals and everythingelse, you have to leap in there.
You have to be an active participant. Okay, it doesn't just come
to you. You can't wake upin the morning and go, please,
God, let me have a milliondollars, you know, or whatever it
is. You can't sit there.And there's a as I said before,

(23:02):
is actions that need to be taken, you know. And so like if
you're in the mush pit and yousee a fist coming, move over.
Yeah, there's some skill. There'ssome muscle development there, you know.
And like curating your dreams takes time. It's not an instant thing. You
have to learn how to fall. You got to take the punches, You
got to learn to get back up. You got to learn how to shift

(23:25):
that negative mindset into something more positive. And so amazing you said that practical.
So amazing you said that too, because so my ice skating coach used
to say to me a lot likeyou never fall. And he didn't say
that as a compliment, he saidit as the opposite of a compliment.
Why because You're never going to becomea better skater if you never fall.

(23:51):
M means going for it. Yeah, it's like playing with people that are
better with you, you know, like in sports. I love thanks sports.
There's so many life lessons in thatrealm. But like you have to
play teams that are better than you. You have to you know, it's
like you have to take defeat. You have to be you know, when
I played Madden Football, I pickedthe worst team against the best team because

(24:15):
to me, that's more fun toplay that way than to play a team
that I can just slaughter, Okay, and that that's really what it comes
down to. And uh so Rebelhas to tend to her stomach now,
she went, yeah, I doknow, it's been years, never going

(24:37):
to go back into it again.Or you could try like a circle fit,
you know, or you just kindof run around in circles and like
that's a little bit more fun.I'd rather world pools, you know.
I don't want to go in thepool, and I don't want to go
in a ring full of people thatare slamming into each other, like the
sweat, like bumping up against anyway. But that's life too. Sometimes if

(25:03):
you went to punk rock bowling Rebel. That was just as last weekend.
If you went to punk rock bowling, then you would be able to do
that because they have a pool partywith a mash pit in the pool.
So there you go. Nice, just your speed. At least if you
get punched in the stomach you're underwater, yeah, less resistant, Yeah,

(25:30):
exactly, it won't hurt as badbecause you know, there's a lot of
resistance. Maybe there's like enough timeto shift out of the way, like
you know, yeah, we'll see. It's the environment, isn't it.
Different things can create different results foryou depend on the environment you're in which
brings us. Like achieving your goalsand dreams, you're not going to do
it with people that are below youpulling you down. You need to be

(25:55):
with people above you pulling you up, you know, And I think that
happens a lot of times. That'sanother thing that's kind of a peeve of
mine. There's a lot of peopleout there that they look at people above
their level with jealousy instead of admirationand mentorship and like, So if you

(26:15):
want what they have, in myopinion, you have to be willing to
do what they do. So youlearn from them, and the only thing
you learn from people below you ishow to go down the ladder instead of
up the ladder. Yeah, Ihave a couple of thoughts on that,
you know, with the like, yeah, I mean you're so inspirational.

(26:38):
I really enjoy conversations with you.So why I can't say? Rebel can
say the same thing? Go ahead, right, yeah, well you're you
poke fun at Rebel, Like, come on, she's gonna she's a Southerner.
What can you know? Am Ia Yankee? Yeah? I'm the

(27:00):
Canadian. Oh boy, just justbeauty, a beauty, stop distracting me.
Yeah, okay, uh sorry nowI lost that. Okay you want
me to because okay, with thewhole jealousy thing or like or you know,

(27:22):
competition, there's a healthy level ofcompetition, you have to like it
helps you grow and evolved too.But no doubt, you know, checking
out the qualities that you admire, you know, it's like writing down.
You can do this practice of youknow, like just choose three mentors are
three people that you like, youknow, look up to, and then

(27:42):
writing down the qualities that you admireabout them, and then you might find
that through all these mentors, youhave similar qualities that you admire, so
you know, you circle those andactually that's a quality about yourself too.
So what a great opportunity to learnhow to develop that because it is a

(28:03):
muscle, it's a skill you haveto keep. You have to you know,
and and when we talk about ourdreams, you have to be inspired
and connected otherwise it won't go anywhere. You know, it has to really
motivate you. And so that's wherethe natural action steps. If you say
you want something and it never happens, like, well, a, how
bad do you want it? Likebe you know? Or what do you

(28:25):
want to? Just say it?You should say it and you should make
a public commitment about it. ButI, you know, like I have
this thing that I developed years agoin goal setting, which is also you
know, going after your dreams. And it's called the goal getter and basically

(28:45):
is you take a piece of paperyou write ten things on it that you
want out of life the most. Now they could be short term, long
term, small, big, whatever. It could be like I want to
be a better brother, I wantto be a millionaire, I want to
have a Ferrari testerosa, I wantto get a new pair of skates.

(29:07):
You know, it doesn't have tobe like these monumental things. And what
happens is, you know, becauseif you read the book Think and Grow
Rich, which I'm a huge fanof, that's why people don't set their
goals because there's a lot of workthat you have to do out of that
book, and so people are like, I don't want to do to work.
So this I came up with this. It is very easy. You

(29:29):
just write down ten things and thenevery time you accomplish one of those things,
you cross it off and put somethingelse on. Because it should always
have ten things. Because what youdo once you achieve the ten things,
that mean it's done. No youknow, and so and they're all they
can be whatever you want them tobe. And then you carry them with
you everywhere. You put it onyour mirror in the bathroom, you put

(29:52):
it in your car where you cansee it. You put it on your
desk if you have a desk, you put it in your pocket, and
so that you're he's hyper focused onachieving those ten things. And so I
think the homework for the listeners andthe watchers is that maybe they should do
that, Maybe should After the show. They should sit down and think of
ten things they want most. Theycould be small, big, long term,

(30:15):
short term, medium term, youknow, it could be in ten
years. I don't want to havegray hair, you know, or something
like that. That'sn't I forgot tomute my phone. Oh who is it?
It's always an interesting one. It'sthe Hilton. It's the help.
Okay, try to sell me avacation package. Should we take it?

(30:36):
Yeah, we're going yeah, dreamvacations here. Hello, Hello, we
have to wait because it's a robocall, so we have to wait.
Fam likely No, no, itis hell and they just haven't picked up
yet. It's up. See theyhung out o. They knew that,

(30:59):
they knew they were live on theair, and they have nothing to do
with that. Yeah, they see, they made the call, but they're
not showing up, so exactly maybeI thought, But you know, they
didn't come on and that's it.They're done. Now that's too bad.
Yeah, speaking of dreams, dreamvacations, though, I would love to

(31:26):
be in a place where there's sunshineand space. Well you're not going to
get that where you are. Yeah, oh boy, no, but I
can know. That's that's so it'sfeeling into that. Okay, this is

(31:48):
a cool practice too, because whenyou're manifesting, obviously you know you're a
powerful manifestor as am I. I'vecreated a lot of things in my life
and they happen so so miraculously. It's fun. But think about so knowing
what you want, you have tobe really clear on you know, who

(32:13):
you are too, right? Yeah? You know? And and what what
is important to you? What areyour core values? Right? What do
you because of the conflicts what yourcore values? You're never going to get
there? Right? No? Andthat's yeah, that's it. And we
can we can lie to ourselves ormask mask the feelings you know, and
end up in situations that were notfully aligned with And I think this is

(32:37):
why I want to, you know, keep bringing up this theme for this
month, is because it's a reallypowerful time to get really clear on that.
If you've been in situations like relationships, career shifts, you know,
habits for yourself, you know you'rejust like sick of it and you want
the change, but you're not reallysure how to really make that happen.

(33:00):
Now is a good time. Sogetting really clear on the on your core
values exploring that, exploring your senseof self and finding the like the mentor
within you. And so there's thisyou know, we have in our physical
realm and also are energetic, likewe are we are bodies in this energy

(33:20):
energetic space, so we can tapinto something greater than us that can help
lead and support us along our journey. And yeah, so it's it's a
space. It's like your second heart. And the heart is the drum beat.
It's the leader of the pack. It's the emperor of the body.
And if you think about it,when it beats, like sets the pace,

(33:45):
the tone, and then your ribsare like the acoustic chamber that it
resonates from, and then the ribsfrom there it goes through the arm and
the legs that are like big tuningforks. And so you know, whatever
you know beats makes your heart beat. You know, like whatever is desire
to you, that's something that's reallypowerful and that you can use to your

(34:07):
advantage. So, yeah, Iwant like a nice, sunny, spacious
space. And this is part ofwhat I what I'm creating for myself.
You ask me what I wanted, you know, in the beginning, it's
like water, sunshine, grounding, and the next thing I was going to
say is like space, and Iplan to create that for myself. This

(34:30):
is my next project because I've justmoved. I've just moved, and I'm
you know, I'm almost kind oflike I got a this pattern has to
shift. So I set a date, I set this plan up, and
things have actually just been like lightingup to support this. Yeah. So
it's like the steps are really easy, you know when but we can get

(34:50):
clouded by everything. So yeah, any listeners today, it's just a message
that you're on the right track andkeep keep going. And if you want
to reach out to me or thePipe Man or any of our amazing Language
of Healing Emotional Wisdom training specialists, you can reach out find us on Instagram

(35:15):
and Facebook at the Language of Healingand what else And then oh yeah,
you can find us every every Tuesdayat two pm Eastern time on W four
w N. There's a lot ofother great shows happening here too, Women
for Women Network, supporting each other, just a little side. Even the

(35:37):
Pipe Man supports the women. Yeah, I mean, I know you do
support. By way, I havea task for you, rebel in support
of that. Oh Lord, anothergo ahead what happened. So I want
you to go in all the archivesand let's well, first let me ask

(36:04):
you, Nicole. Have you goneto the podcast of Emotional Wisdom training yet?
Not recently, but yes and yes? All right, so here's what
I think you should do, Rebel. It doesn't have to be today because
all the people listening need this too. Okay, So of course she talks
about emotional wisdom and training. We'regonna give some, you know, kudos

(36:28):
to Kate Michaels because she was anamazing human being and she had some amazing
teachings and she had an amazing showon this station. So I want you
to go back through the years ofthe archives, Rebel and copy dropbox links
to each want to every year ofshows and send them to Nicole so that

(36:52):
we can keep empowering the world byKate Michaels. Yeah, thank you for
saying that. Also, one ofmy big dreams say that I made a
dream come true right here in theshow you were Yeah, it's true,
dream Maker, dream Weaver. Ilove it. But that's like, hmm,

(37:19):
you know, Yeah, Kate Michael'sis a huge inspiration. I can't
give her enough kudos and honor. She's it was an honor to have her
in my life, absolutely, andbut that's how it works, you know.
And I feel like, really it'ssad that she's passed, but she's
in this bigger energy field and I'mexcited to, you know, bring the

(37:43):
work forward. There you go,change changed my life And she's a times
say that, yeah, yeah, yeah with us. I believe that the
spirit realm or where you know, when people pass, it's you can access
them in a different way. Andbut it's also by tuning into our inner
core because we're connected. We areall source. I know that sounds I

(38:08):
don't want that to sound like bluefywoo woo, but it's true. It's
like, can you say that againfor me? What what was that?
Blue fy woo woo? Yeah, that's what came out in the moment,
Yes, blue fy hey rebel.Do you know what blue fee woo woo
means? No? Fluefy oh fluofyfluefy Okay that one, I get go

(38:29):
ahead, flue feye woo, goon with your flue. We are one,
you know, it's source, likethere is one source, like original
cell. That's how our every cellhas a memory of every other cell because
initially we were all one cell.So I mean our bodies we don't have

(38:53):
like that regenerative Wow, this isalso an interesting topic. It's kind of
another tangent. But like the holographicyou know, how amphibians can regenerate their
limbs and stuff like that, Likemaybe we can't do that exactly, but
we do have memory of everything. So I think even if we do miss
a limb or if we're missing partof us, it's still a part of

(39:15):
us. Like you don't get yourgallbladder removed and like suddenly you don't have
any of the energy of your gallbladder, like from a Chinese medicine acupuncture perspective,
that channel is still very alive andthat influence is still very there.
So it's like mentors, but Imean speaking of our dreams, you know,
going back to that, it's likeyou can tap into that. Look

(39:36):
at those qualities, write your listof ten things you want, like Dean
was saying as homework, and thenalso explore three mentors or three people that
you admire and what qualities about themthat inspire you, and then circle the
ones that have a theme, andyou know, work on that for yourself.
For June, because now we're gettinginto the summer, it's going to

(39:57):
be like full expansion, like let'sgo. Oh except in Canada, except
in Canada where he'll be smelling.Well, I mean it's possible, like
we live, you know, thehigh altitude in the mountains. But it
will be a nice summer. Italways, it always is a nice summer
in Canada, for sure. Ithink Rebel would should move up to Calgary.

(40:21):
Yeah, welcome, she would fitin perfectly there. How so well,
I mean because it's awesome. Andhe said, that's the same thing
about California. And I've never steppedfoot in California, never intend on step
foot in California. So I havea better chance of going to Calgary than
I do to go to California.Yeah, well that's probably possible. Can

(40:46):
you handle the cold weather, Rebel? Oh, yes, I can handle
the cold weather? Okay, good? It builds. Really, you know,
this is like uh, you knowthings. It's like the lotus flower
that grows with in the dark, muddy murkiness of life. So and that's
another thing with dreams. Can Ijust say one more thing, because in

(41:07):
Canada, I don't know, it'snot the US the US is a whole
other beast, all right, becausemaybe maybe it's cultural that here it's like
you can't don't outshine, you know, don't be too big, don't be
too tall. Like it's like sowe you know, tend to play small,
play or dreams small. I thinkthat's relatable and like, you know,

(41:29):
many cultures, but the US hasthis like big, bold, expansive
energy. But yeah, anyway,I was just kind of like observing that
recently to you know, be recentlybeing in there, and I haven't.
US isn't a place I've traveled much. I've traveled many, many places Asia,

(41:51):
parts of Europe, but the USis still still on the list.
So but I mean it's still amystery. I don't know. They've produced
people like you and rebel and don'tcome here, don't come here, we're
here, don't come here. No, okay, bad influence. I won't,

(42:15):
I won't. I don't plan onit. I mean maybe maybe we're
rebel Louisiana check out. Oh youwould not fit in there at all.
Come get the food, Come getthe food. Yeah, I would love
food. Yeah, yeah, ifI could just like a little foodie footy
fest. Yes, they opened arestaurant in their main Rebel called Voodoo.
Buy you. I like that. That's where like the jambala is from right,

(42:37):
yes, yes, and the barbecue. Oh, you don't want to
know what the barbecues meant. Youdon't want to know what dumbo. You
don't know why to know what thebarbecues made out of? Though, like
they have movies about that. Ohlike Sweeney Todd style. No, see
Sweeney Todd was in New York nothere. No, how about that hotel

(43:01):
that people went to or not hotelrestaurant or something, and it had like
the best barbecue anywhere, and peoplecame from miles around and basically it was
out in the middle of nowhere. And basically it turned out the meat was
human meat. That's where Rebel lives. No, I do not, Yeah,

(43:27):
we kind of shut I'm positive wegot alligator, we got deer,
we got duck, we got allkinds of stuff, but human is not
on the menu. Thank you?Are you sure? I'm fairly certainy?
Okay, because I could have swornyou were in the movie. Just saying

(43:49):
anyway, my goal in life isto stay away from there, okay.
And the car's goal is to getthere. So it's perfect. It's perfect,
like two ships passing in the night. Oh we're not even passing.
You're like over there and I'm overhere. Yeah. Okay, So Dean

(44:12):
pie Man, what what what doyou want? Oh? I want a
lot? That's a loaded question that'sscared to ask. I was more specific,
Yeah, and that was more specificwith you. See that. That's
the point too, is you haveto be specific in your goals and dreams
or you're not going to get them. You have to be specific and not
only what you want, but eventhe details of what you want, and

(44:34):
you have to spell it all out. So like asking somebody what they want,
that's such an open question. Youknow that it doesn't cause them to
think the same. Like, butbut notice ask you what are your top
three? And you know that topthree could change. But the key is
why I ask that question is ifyou ask somebody that question, they better
be able to answer that in likeless than ten seconds. If they don't,

(44:59):
that's where they need to do towork, because what means is they
don't really have goals and dreams thatare you know that they're focused on or
they're working on, Because how canyou find something you don't even know what
it is. It's so ambiguous. You can't achieve something that's so ambiguous that
you don't know what it looks like, what it is, or how it

(45:20):
is. So an answer to yourquestion, why don't you rephrase the question?
Yeah, I know that's a veryvalid point. Yes, because we
were a little bit well, Imean, because I'm still curious about what
your I asked you last time.We could the dream vacation. What would
be well, would my dream vacationmake dream? What's a dream vacation?

(45:43):
Mars? Mars, Mars? Whatabout that? I could just go on
a spaceship and go to Mars. You look like you're on Mars already with
the background for your virtual background tosee that, I think that's Egypt or
something. No, no, Iknow, I'm just kidding. Of course
it's not Egypt, but it kindof looks like it. That sand looks

(46:07):
kind of like pyramids in a way. Okay, and so the goal,
you know, what's my dream vacation? I think the dream vacation for me
And I say Mars jokingly, butyeah, that would be kind of cool.
Dream vacation for me would be probablyto go somewhere where you know,

(46:30):
people are ultra nice to each other. There is no attitude, there is
no bull crap. You don't haveto worry about anyway, you don't have
to not trust anybody. Has beautifullandscape, you can sit and you know,
watch the sunset every day. Likeit's funny, Like I got back
from Costa Rica and I have thesunset right on my balcony, and there's

(46:52):
days I miss it. But whenI was in Costa Rica, I would
almost never miss a sunset, AndI think that's something we all got to
learned, you know, because youthink you don't have time for these things.
I would want to be a placewhere basically it includes all the things

(47:12):
that I like, which is veryrare. That's why I travel a lot,
because there's some places have things Ilike and some other places have other
things I like. So a dreamvacation would be somewhere that would be one
hundred percent pipemin. Now, ifyou're asking me what my top three goals
are, okay, of course numberone would be you know, basically,

(47:37):
you know, it would be atotal elimination of stress in every way,
shape and form, to just enjoylife and never stress about anything. That's
number one. Number two, andthe reason it's number two is because you
need number one before you can getnumber two. So number two would be,

(48:01):
you know, being surrounded with peoplethat not only are unconditional love,
but symbiotic relationship because a lot oftimes we have people in our life that
we love or love us and reallywe give them what they need, but
they don't give us what we needor want, you know, So it's

(48:21):
going to be symbiotic. And numberthree would be a billion dollars because a
million would be gone in two seconds. It's so easy. And see there
it is good Rich, I loveit. It's very enriching. See I
knew, I knew to ask youbecause you'd have a very enriched you know

(48:45):
answer. And I think that you'rea good example of what that specificity of
what we need to really achieve whatwe want. Yeah, you know,
because for those of you that don'tknow, I mean, you've like accomplished
a lot you have you you hostthis on this whole radio network, and

(49:07):
you support a lot of people's visionsin getting what they want. Rebels.
Yeah, well, Rebel's been withyou for a long time. It's been
too long. It's kind of annoyingto be honest. Now, yeah,
she she's been here forever. She'slike, she's like, gum on your

(49:28):
shoe. Ah, that's sweet. You know he's not being sweet. Yeah,
because you're bringing the gum with youeverywhere. That's a good story.
I don't know, gum's tasty shoehas already been chewed and spit out onto

(49:49):
the Yeah, it's a little hardand crusty. I know it could be
nicer, but I think that's howcompliments people. So I think that you
got to you. Rebel is oneof the greatest people in the world when
she sleeps. Okay, now sheis. She's really an incredible human being

(50:13):
in spite of some of the thingsthat she's surrounded with are in humane living
in Louisiana. And on that note, y'all need to wrap it up.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, forsure. Or you have to wrap it
up. Now, wrap it up, us wrap it up. Why don't
