Yeah, this happened yesterday.

Ryan Wesley Ruth and his lawyers were back in federal
court in Fort Pierce, Florida. Ruth is accused of hiding
in the shrubs at the Trump International Golf Club in
West Palm Beach intending to shoot and kill President Trump,
then a candidate, as he golfed last September. The defense
is now claiming that the FBI forensics on the firearm
recovered from Ruth didn't test the gun's range of fire,

meaning the federal prosecutors can't prove intent to kill. The
defense will get a chance to examine the firearm and
other evidence next week.

he was just gonna say, hi, the gunpointed Adam was
what was going on?

South Florida Water Management District. Speaking of these people, get this.
They've now closed multiple navigation locks in the north shore
of Lake o Why low water levels making boating conditions unsaved.
The lake is currently at a depth of twelve feet,
which is two feet below usual for this time of
the years. The Army Corps of Engineers insisted on eastern

and western discharges from the lakes starting December seventh, which,
by the way, we're in violation of their agreed to
operating manual which was finalized last year. So the year
they are they violated their operating manual to harm our waterways.
And now what have they done in the process taking
the lake down so low that it is unusable, which

is actually putting some of the local fishermen out of
business for now, causing other problems from a navigation standpoint
on the lake. Isn't that special systemic misuse of funds?
That is what Palm Beach County's Inspector General is saying
happened in Pahokey, where approximately two million dollars in taxpayer

funds are unaccounted for. The report highlights potential fraud by
the city's former manager, and has also referred the matter
to the State Attorney's office for a potential criminal case
to be pursued. The auditor indicated that misappropriation of funds
dates back at least ten years, with numerous city employees
participating in the abuse.

Developers that presented a plan for a potential.

Gas station plaza and the acreage to plan, which was
opened for public comment, seeks to develop a five acre
site at Northlake Boulevard and Ciminal Prout Whinning Road, which
would include a twelve pump seven eleven gas station with
a drive through restaurant. The County Commission will consider potential
next steps for the project in August. Studying at warm

four per gallon. Down in the Pond Beach's average price

four per gallon.
