Ryan Wesley Ruth and his lawyers were back in federal
court in Fort Pierce, Florida. Ruth is accused of hiding
in the shrubs at the Trump International Golf Club in
West Palm Beach intending to shoot and kill President Trump,
then a candidate, as he golfed last September. The defense
is now claiming that the FBI forensics on the firearm
recovered from Ruth didn't test the gun's range of fire,

meaning the federal prosecutors can't prove intent to kill. The
defense will get a chance to examine the firearm and
other evidence next week.

They've now closed multiple navigation locks in the north shore

dates back at least ten years, with numerous city employees
