look at something being considered in the state legislative session.

Florida lawmakers aren't debating a bill that could get some
gun owners in hot water if they react poorly by
shooting at drone's flying over their home, even though the
bill is designed to give them some permission in some cases.
The lawmakers in the Florida Senate would give homeowners the
power to shoot down a drone, infringing on their right
to privacy at home.

What could go wrong with this one? Right? And I
get it? I mean, like being frustrated enough at a
drone that is intruding that you're like, man, if I
had my gun right now, is that they not not
going to go? Well?

I don't think this is starting to get a lot
of the tension because for some reason it's gotten this
far in the first place. I don't think this passes
this session, so I think it'll end up being a
mood point. But here's the larger point. Let's say that
if enough bad decisions are made, but somehow or another
this became a law, it still would be illegal. What

the state would be doing is inviting you to commit
a federal offense with a firearm against an aircraft. That's
that's really bad news, really bad this story. State has
no right to do this, and drones are considered aircraft.
They are governed by the FAA anything in the air,
So yeah, Florida can't legalize this anyway. This is also

the creeping credit to talk about, Well, you know, marijuana
is illegal, but we're gonna do once you open that door,
all kinds of bad decisions can come out of it.
This would be one of them, all right, So taking
a look at other things more constructive. Mangrove Property Insurance,
Florida's newest property insurance company, has assumed thirty thousand policies
from Citizens Property Insurance as the state backed insurer off

last resort continues to unwin policies from the multi year
insurance crisis with an acceptance rate of over eighty six
percent citizens, total property insurance count down to just over
eight hundred and fifty thousand policies. That's approximately half of
the total of a couple of years ago during the
