Condo reforms still being debated as the Florida legislative session
heading towards overtime yet again, and as we are looking
at condo reforms trying to make things cheaper again because
of requirements put in place after the collapse of Champlain
Towers South and SERF Site, came a reminder about why
those restrictions were put in place and those requirements in

the first place. This out of Clearwater Beach story we
heard a couple of days ago. More detail now coming
out of Tanya Jay Powers with the report.

Officials say the evacuation was ordered out of an abundance
of caution, but people are not being allowed back into
their homes until engineers say it's safe. Clearwater fire and
police went door to door on Tuesday telling people to
leave their telf story condo building. David Zesman and his
two kids were among them. Oh shocks because it's not
a neglected building, it's a very well managed building. Clearwater

Fire Chief to Von Graham says construction workers discovered the
crack and a support column in the building's parking garage.

They saw column that was splitting. Based on the extent
of the damage, they felt it was unsafe. They need
to evacuate the building.

Building records show the condo was built in nineteen seventy
five and has had ongoing renovations, with work done as
recently as March.

And as we take a look at news from around
the state, seg so the two hundred and five arrests
made during the FBI's nationwide Operation Restore Justice sting operation
I was talking about my takeaways. Six of those arrests
were made in South Florida. The operation aimed at combating
child sex traffic and result in the rescue of one
hundred and fifteen child sex trafficking victims. Details not immediately

provided about the suspects that were arrested in South Florida.
Stephen McCrary, a forty four year old book writto, a
middle school employee, arrested by Delray Beach police for attempting
to meet a minor for sexual purposes at a local store.
The arrest the results of an undercover operation by five
six to one predator catchers, which used a decoy pretending

to be a fourteen year old boy. In Tuesday's City
commission meeting, Lakeworth Beach, Commissioners of vans via first reading
a new ordnance aimed at combating traffic congestion downtown by
limiting the use of vallet services by local businesses. Under
the proposed rule change, vallet services would limit use of
public parking spaces for valet service also require businesses to

obtain ballet parking permits. A second reading being scheduled for
public input in a final vote. Today, mostly Sunday skis

Beach is the average price three twelve Martin, below the
