Traffic situation a driver pulled over from February that has
come to the surface gained attention, and this one for
one very obvious reason.

A driver was accused of.

Doing something they literally could not do, in part because
they didn't have the arm that was called into question.

Palm Beach County Sheriff back in February hold over a
woman and he accused her of manipulating her phone with
her right hand. Says she was distracted driving. But there's
one problem. She was doing no such thing, and her
proof is irrefutable.

laid in that phone.

I mean I saw you.

So you want to just call this a day? Even
asked her, do you swear? Did you did you know?

She found out the night before her court case, her
court date, that that ticket was dismissed, and here was
her reaction this week.

I cannot make up the reason behind why I was dismissed.
It says lack of evidence.

And she also once again when she said that, showed
to the camera where her hand would be. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Well, she obviously has a good sense of humor about
the situation, considering which is which is helpful? Soh yes,
I mean one does wonder what's.

The deputy was thinking in that moment where.

Well, it sounded like he was trying to say, well
maybe it was the other hand, but okay, then how
was he how was she driving?

Meanwhile, speaking of difficult situations, Blue Origin rocket exploded prior
to take off on launch at Cape Canaveral last night.
According to founder Jeff Bezos, no one injured. The explosion
during occurred during an engine firing test.

He said, very rough day, but we'll rebuild whatever needs rebuilding.

County Sheriff's Office, different story, not related to the or
mention they've taken down a massive gang operation tied to
hundreds of criminal offenses dating back to at least twenty twenty,
including sixty two shootings, homicides or tinted homicides. Dubbed Operation
Shark Baite pbsome twenty arrests of the gang members. That's

been the gang itself, it has been operating now the
Bell Glade. The multi agency investigation that included the FBI
led to the confiscation of a total of one hundred
and ten firearms, ten thousand in cash, numerous narcotics including fitnyl, cocaine,
crack and marijuana.

Yeah. This Nofway gang are also known as the Sharks.
A majority of the arrests made in Belglade. They mostly
operated out of that area, but there were some Eastern
Palm Beach County arrests as well, Lake Park and Riviera
Beach among them.

Speaking of Sheriff's offices moving to Martin County. Martin County
Sheriff's Office and Fire Rescue ready to go live with
its new shared dispatch or on Monday. The upgraded operation
unveiled yesterday said to have the latest technology enabling dispatch
to reduce emergency response times and enhance public safety. It's
gonna be hot today, partly sunny hot, upper eighties might

touch around ninety chances showers, thunderstorms here and there. Heat
index is going to hit about one hundred today, warmer
than usual for the state. Similar weather expected this weekend,
with rain chances increasing throughout the weekend, especially by later
on Sunday. The price of gas continued to lower yesterday,
following another six cents per gallon.

Been a good week that way.

The average price for regular aleaded now at four to
twenty two statewide, That is thirty one cents lower than
a week ago. In the Palm Beaches average price chicken
end at four thirty six. We've seen prices below the
state average meaningfully in Martin all week. That remains the case.
Four to fourteen continues to be the cheapest by far
four to twenty one, which is also below the state average.
