Speaker 1 (00:01):
Now this is a story all about how we send
Eddie Bannon all around town.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
We have a secret and Mike, we're not far, we're near.
In fact, we're actually inside of Eddie's here. Hey Eddie Bannon,
good morning.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
Now you're gonna have to be really really smart about
this next bit. You're ready?

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Okay, Well, I'm nothing to go for this then, no.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
Well, in lawyers, they charge by the minute, the second,
the millisecond. Yeah, okay, okay, We've got you an appointment
with one because you need one and it's actually very expensive. Right,
oh right, okay, because you've done something wrong. Mate, we're
pretty disappointed in you, and in advance, I'm pretty disappointed
about things you're about to say. But if you could
just head in and meet your lawyer, we've got that meeting.

(00:40):
Just join in the zoom a lawyer.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Okay, yeah, lawyer, Yeah, okay, I'm going on great, Hello,
good morning. Hello, how are you? I'm good? Thank you
very much.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
How can I help you today?

Speaker 1 (00:53):
I'm a bad bad boy.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
I've been a bad bad boy, dear thing. Okay, tell
me what's happened.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
So what happened was and he was a bad boy.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
And he was a bad boy walking down the street.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
And then he jumped in the car and jumped in
a car, but tried to get away really quickly, and
as I pulled away, tried.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
To get away really quickly, and just as I pulled
away from the.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Car, I accidentally dented another car.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Accidentally dented another car accidentally.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
But it wasn't a really bad dance.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
You've hit their car with your car, I have. That's
exactly what I've done now. It wasn't really bad dent.
It was a dent list.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
So I drove off. So I drove off, but unfortunately
someone saw me and they've tracked me down.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Unfortunately someone saw me.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
The trouble was too They saw me drive off, and
at the time, I was thinking of a funny joke.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
They saw me drive off. I was laughing. I was laughing, but.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
It was from a joke earlyer that I heard.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
But it was from a joke earlier. I wasn't even thinking.
I wasn't laughing at that. I was just laughing at
another thing that I had done earlier, that you know,
completely unrelated.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
And they say I was giving him the bird, but
I was just pointing at something that.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Was up in the air. And is this they've requested money?
Is this from the.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Person directly who owns the car, or is it from
their insurance company?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Is it another thing? As well? As I was driving
off and laughing at this previously funny thing, I was
pointing up at a bird that had done an unusual thing,
and it looked as if I was giving them the finger,
was looking given them. The bird flipped on the board.
So they're not happy with that, and they've come for

(02:26):
me personally, and they've come for me personally, not you know, yeah,
can I claim anything?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Or is in relation to the bird?

Speaker 2 (02:36):
No? Not in relation to the bird. Now in relation
to the to the accident? Well, what if I had
another witness? So I haven't I had a witness? Does
does that Does that mitigate any circumstances that I had
a witness? This person said that I wasn't there at
the time. This person said that I wasn't there at
the time and that I was with them. I mean,

(02:57):
this witness could be you do you reckon? You could
say that you saw me and I didn't do anything,
but but you were there. Yeah. But I what I
what I'm saying is what if you go with bey
on this. I have a witness, if you know what
I mean. And I'm all saying is I mean, we
don't know each other, so they couldn't make a link.
That witness could be you to say we could we
were having, you know, a conversation. Could you do that

(03:19):
for me? Could you do that for me? Could you
be that witness? No? No, no, because that would be dishonest. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
So and the downside is that, but you know is
that it's not it's not illegal, you know, just being
dishonest is not illegal, and you know it would pay

(03:41):
more obviously, Well it is illegal.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Okay, all right, Well I've got another reason that might help.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Okay, look, I've got I've got another reason. I've got another.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
So bon Jovi was on at the time, and I
hate them so much.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Look at bon Jovi was playing at the time.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah on the radio.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
We really hate down the radio, you know bon Jovi?
I do.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
And so that's why I was flustered.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Horrible rock band and they had just started and I
was flustered by the joe.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
So it's really their fault. Can we do a class
action their suit against.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Is there a class action lawsuit thing that I can do?
Against Bonov against bon Jovi. Well, well you would, you
would need to have a large number of people.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Also, So if I if I, if I pay a
whole other people to flip other people's cars about twenty
people and say it was bon bon job that was playing,
then you're you're saying, you're saying we have a case. No, No,
I'm definitely not saying that.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
As Runny nuns I could talk to that would be
interested in, you know, making it, making a deal. Can
we get Judge Judy on the case making a deal?

Speaker 3 (04:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Can you get Judge Judy on the case. Yeah, what
all of our shows.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
America is a very different legal system to Australia.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
So I wouldn't put too much stock in what you've
seen on Judge Judy and Ali McBeal.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Because we actually from our legal system does work.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Get out of there, Get out of there.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Look, I just have I have to go. I have
another lawyer on the line. You've been great, You're not
exactly what I'm looking for. I see you on file
and just thanks very much. By see is so enjoyable.
I really enjoyed that she was self lost
