let's get into the footy tips because I want to
help you out.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
You're in a work tippy competition, you're in a family
tipping comp and you've got nobody what's going on? You
want to beat your brother Steve, Yeah, or you want
to beat Sharon in accounts?

Yeah?

It's a fluke Sharon. Anyway, I want to help you out.
Let's get into it.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
This weekend we have Port Adelaide and Essendon kicking things
off Thursday night footy. I am going to tip Port Adelaide,
but I am not as confident as I want to
be because all of Port Adelaide's players over six foot
are injured at the moment. Either way, I'm picking them.
It's more a hope than a certainty.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
I would say Essendon just because Port did that stupid
milk shower last week and saved gatorade shower.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yeah for the new players, Yeah, nah, all the way. Okay,
we've already diverged our paths in the studio. You can
choose whichever one you like. Can I recommend Port Adelaide.
Carlton are playing the Bulldogs. I think the Dogs will
win that. I think we should all very much enjoy
Carlton being perpetually mediocre.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Because they're fans are nutters to see them up and about. Sorry,
Carlton fans.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Melbourne and Gold Coast Sons are going to be favorites
for this one. I actually reckon if you're someone that
likes a little sneaky upset, Melbourne probably not a bad
chance this week.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
But I ain't tipping them.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
I'm bigg in the Suns since Kilda and Richmond Sinkuda
will win that easy because Richmond suck.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
I felt sorry for Richmond. They were so they were
just so sad last week. They are the young players
them smash them. Yeah, and I'm Richmond all the way.
They Yeah, they'll bounce.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Back the ride the waves of the eighteen year olds
that play for them. Hawthorne GWS probably the best game
of the round, maybe two of the best teams in
the league. Shame they're playing in Tasmania. I reckon GWS
is going to win that one. Brisbane and Geelong another
good game. I think Brisbane will win purely because it's
in Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne. The Crows are going to
roll Melbourne and this pains me to say, Hailey Pierce.

I think the Crows will be top of the ladder
by the end of this Yeah, that's what I think.
Is the right side, not thrilled with it. And last
one to finish.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
It's the Derby, West Coast and Freemantle last and second
last on the ladder.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
It would be a funny week to be a sports
reporter in Perth.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
I am going to pick Freemantle to win because if
they don't, I reckon, everyone is getting sacked.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Really, I'm going to go West Coast. I just don't
like the purple. Just change a guernsey. It's never grabbed me,
don't you, Reckon? They can do so much better.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
They've never won, No, they haven't. No, they've never won
a Premier.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
And it's because they've got purple just not a nice color.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
So I mean you could go against Freemantle every single
week with that reasoning.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
Which I do. Yeah, so I will go West Coast
all the way.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
You got five out of what eight last week?

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Yeah, it's not great, it's what I know.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Yeah, there's eight tips from me, three from Halee instead
eight from me, three from Hailey. Between all of those things,
you know a little bit more about footy. Hopefully let's
get ourselves eight out eight this weekend.
