Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jersey and Amanda.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Jam names that we wanted to hear.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Well, we don't know what form the news is. The
news is we think mister G is back. This is
the character played by chrys Lily, the character in Summer
Heights High. And it's been very interesting. He's sort of
been teasing this. There's been clips of mister G adjusting
his tie gyrating on a pink yoga ball. Followed mister

(00:25):
G is back appeared on the screen. That's all it is?

Speaker 1 (00:28):
You need?

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Well, what if it's a podcast?

Speaker 2 (00:32):
You know what the world needs? Now?

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Isn't another pod? Let's hope it's series.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Because outside My first discovery of chrys Lily was with
they Can Be Heroes? Remember that narrated by Jennifer Burn
and it followed the Ordinary Australians game for Australia the year.
My favorite character out of that was Phil OLIVETDI remember Phil,
the retired copper or whatever he was. But then mister
G is by like he's the next level.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Do you remember when Summer Heights High started and we
viewed Christly as Jamay and our audience because the character
wasn't well known, he was in character and people were
outraged that young lady because she Jamy, had been mean
about a mother. How dare she speak about a mother
like that? We had to say, it's a fictitious character,
it's satire, it's not real. But mister G is brilliant.

(01:19):
Mister G, of course, is the drama teacher.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
My name is Greg Gregson. The kids at school call
me mister G, which is one of the sort of
an abbreviation that some of the more popular teachers them
to get. And I've been a seen a drama teacher
here at Summer Heights for nine years now. Coffee, coffee, coffee,
before we teach you, teach.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
You, and from the moment he was born, he was
born for theatrics.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Mum always says that even as a baby, other babies
were crying and in a sort of monotonal way. But
if I'd call out to Mum rather than mom like
other kids, I would go mum, you know, in sort
of mum.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
What when he resigned?

Speaker 1 (02:01):
There's my letter of resignation, and there's some flowers my
dead dog. Why don't you stick those that'll be fatter?

Speaker 2 (02:09):
You know what else I loved, Remember the evacuations, the effect,
the surprise evacuation, drills.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Well, one of my big duties, and I've been doing
it for about last five years or so, is evacuation
procedures and the fire in the school. Everyone's a fire,
the fire in the school quick. And I also do
what I call a random drill, which is I just
spring some kind of emergency onto the kids and we
see how they deal with it. It's a pedophile in
the school. There's a pedophile. He's in the school. Get
out and it's on.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
The school ground.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Yes, I think a school with a good evacuation procedure
is a school that survives.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Oh I love it. Well, let's hope it's a series
favor that
