the grandchild talks a lot to the grandmother. Then the
grandchild is a grown man explaining to Grandma, who hasn't
aged funnily enough, that he's having a baby. That's because

Grandma in real life has passed away. And this is
all AI. Here is how they suggest you record them.

Okay, Mom, I just need a quick video because it's
like an audition or something. No, Mom, just three minutes.
You need my best say I complete the piano talent.
I am, I'm absolutely I'm your mother.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
After all, What if you struggling with the loss of
a parent, What if you had a difficult relationship with
your parent. I'm playing Devil's advocate here. Could this be
something to help soothe you a nice parent in a
therapy session.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yeah, mum or dad was a bit of an a hole.
You could actually make them be nice.
Speaker 3 (01:14):
That'd be something different. Well maybe, Or is it horrifically
creepy recreating dead loved ones on your phone? As it
passed the pub test.

Having a photo around, having them in your memory is enough.
Recreating them on your phone it's like resurrecting the dead.
Why can't you just let them rest in peace? So
to me, it doesn't pass the pub test.

I love my loved ones obviously, but to recreate a
video of them, I think is just a touch creepy.
So that's a note for me.

No, it doesn't pass the pub test. I find it
very creepy, and I'd like to remember my loved one
as they are and not as a fake, artificial computer
generated personally. Yeah, my kids better not start filming me
all the time.
