Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jersey and Amanda jam Nation. Well what about that married
a First Sight wrapped up last night the Final, the
final vows.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
The Final make anyone make it.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
I don't think the guy that looks with the it
looks like Adrian Griner from Entourage with the character Vinny Chase.
That guy, I think him and his girl. I think
they continue.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Only one couple out of how many.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Twelve twelve couples. A shot wasn't in at this time
for Marridith First Sight because the players of the show
are aware of what they get. You know, I like
that what's that good? Look at Asian girl that was
on there?
Speaker 2 (00:39):
She was I don't watch she was. I liked being
an Asian girl. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
I liked it when she was first on it. And
then she came in here and she just you could
tell that she's thinking, Okay, this is where my life begins.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
She thought, I'm the guy, this is my moment.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
It's all me now, and I said, I want come on,
come on, guys, because really it's about finding true.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
Love's Brandon, I'm an alantic, of course you aren't. A
Psychologists put people together like who we're talking to Lyndall.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Later Lindall, yes, well, and that's you were.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Telling me earlier that they've put her with someone who
She says, I'm prepared to move to be with you,
and he says, well, by the way, I'm away for
four months ago, you and you can just live with
my flatmates.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
And Lindall she lives in Perth, Western Australia, and she's
got cystic fibrosis, and the poor thing if anyone, if
you know anyone with cistic vibrosis, is quite a struggle,
struggle to breathe. And there's a new drug that's come
out on the market now that was quite expensive and
it was hard for Lyndall to get help, but then
(01:39):
they became available on the PBS. So now her life
has changed, and I guess she went I married at
first sight. So originally her first vows when she met
her husband Cam was.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
This to my almost husband.
Speaker 4 (01:53):
So maybe the first time in my life I'm reluctant
to say how I feel, maybe because this is the
first time I'm seeing you, or maybe because I have
to admit out loud how much today actually means to me.
But as scared as I am, I believe that if
you really want something you don't get it just by
dipping your toe in, and I guess, to put it plainly,
I'm not here to spiders.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
I think she made that clear. So you're not into arachnid.
It's good right now.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
No, but things didn't work out with them.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
No, So the final vows last night were crite, bruising,
and Lyndalls certainly didn't hold back.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
Unfortunately, at one point or another, the man I met
at our wedding started fading away. In our first few
weeks together. You could barely sit through the smallest of
criticisms and constantly walked out of hard conversations, leaving me
to pick up the pieces. You told me you've never
had a relationship because you can't handle being confronted, and
so you run. Then, on several occasions you told me
(02:50):
to be silent, regardless of what was right, to stay
in my lane, or you'd run from me too. Once
his started to form, you withdrew from this relationship completely.
I constantly had to beg for a shred of affection,
your time, your attention, and support.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
When I was hurting.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
I felt like I was a burden and that being
there for me as my partner was an inconvenience. I
drove myself insane trying to figure out how to be
the partner you wanted. I've realized that there was never
anything I could do to be the partner you wanted,
because you simply don't want one. This entire relationship has
been on your terms and yours alone. If there is
one good thing that cystic fibrosis has given me, it's resilience.
(03:31):
All my life, I've had to give up so much.
I've been held back, limited, and struggled through trauma and judgment.
I wouldn't wish on anyone, but I have always thrived
in spite of that. I have now been given a miracle,
a fresh start, a new version of my life that
is completely unburdened and unlimited. I won't spend another moment
(03:52):
of that life restricted, not by my condition, not by
my body, not by fear, and certainly not by you.
So to put it plainly, stay in your lane and
I'll stay in mind. I want to build a life
I'm proud of, and that life does not include you.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
WHOA what a speech you've got.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Goose is quite amazing, and didn't say one once?
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Did he take it?
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Well? He was he was ready to go get his
speech out, and then Linda went with Linda went with.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
This, before you start, just on that.
Speaker 4 (04:39):
I just feel like, no matter what you say today,
it's only going to disappoint me again.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
I think.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
I think I'm just done.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
I think you can have that many Hi you gave
me in the car.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
I'm out of here. That's that's very done.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
That's made out be suited him not to have to
do this speech.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Well, he had his speech, he checked it on the
ground and then the cameras zoomed in on the speech
and it's just sitting there. I'd love to know what was.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
In his speech, redom red room.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
I don't think it's going to hey, let's buy a house,
a very big house in the country and have kids together.
I think he was he was going back to his
FIFA and little life and that was going to be it.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
So we're going to be talking to Linda.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
And I would ask this of Lindall because she's been
through real stuff in her life, she's lived real stuff.
Has does she regret this experience? Is this something that's
going to make her grow stronger?
Speaker 3 (05:36):
And the fact that he seemed, from what you were saying,
like a good guy at the beginning?
Speaker 2 (05:40):
A fake? Was that all fake? Is that all editing?
Has she been watching the show? Going? Well, when are
they going to show his true colors?
Speaker 1 (05:47):
So I think maybe we might have seen his true
colors at the end. But then again, that show can
make you know idio men look great.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
And he was a great husband.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Mother Terresa a demon?
Speaker 2 (05:59):
That marriage was really fraught. How other Theresa an idiot?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
How that's the best that I could come up with.
How will Linda go without those dramatic stings? Though? What
are you going to do without those?
Speaker 2 (06:12):
Followed around by a bad life?
Speaker 1 (06:13):
I'd love that. I'd love that following me around everywhere.
