Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now you want some help. March people are ringing. I'll
listen to you what you've got to say.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Yesterday my oldest and youngest came in and said, Mum,
we're going for a walk because my youngest daughter was
putting together a little posy of flowers. She's very creative
and she wanted to put together like this live little
garden to take for her teacher for the disk. And
she said, well, I'm Cooper's going to take me for
a little walk around the block to find bits from

(00:25):
our garden and little flowers or things that I can
find in nature to put in my little arrangement. And
I'm like, okay, yeah, that's fine, no problem. So they
come back and they're very excited with the hall that
that found, and one of them was this exquisite flower
and Cooper's like, have a look at this flower. How
beautiful is this? And I'm like, yes, I said, but
where did you get that from? And he said, well,

(00:46):
as we were walking plas whatever. Yeah, this bush was
hanging over the fence right and there was a couple
of flowers on it. So we took it from there,
I said, did you? I said, right, Well, hang on
a second, I said, is that actually classed to stick?
And he's it was so beautiful and I said, no,

(01:07):
it is beautiful. But that's somebody's plant. I said, technically
it's in the yard. No, I was hanging over the fence.
I didn't go in. I said, mate, you don't have
to go in. It's still their plant. Like if I
buy the plant and it's in my yard and it's
looking amazing, it's not there for everybody to pick. It's
for me to sit there and water and enjoy.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Yeah, I'm not sure.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
About that, I know. And he still, he said, but
I didn't enter the property. I said, are we going
to debate this? Yes, I didn't trespass. It was over
the footpath, which is public profit.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Well, here's the rules. If you've got someone's plants hanging
over your fence, well, this is where I can cut
them off, throw them back in there.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
And again, this was the front fence over onto the footpath.
And I said, mate, looky, we've all been there. Your
grandmother used to do it as a child. I've got
and she used to do it all the time. So
it's in the family. They all, they've all done it.
We've all been there. I said, but in today's day
and age, you only need one cranky person to come
storming down the street, because I'll have a camera and
I'll be like your person did blah.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Bh, that's right.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
He doesn't want I said, you don't want to end up.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
People's flowers.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
That was out there YouTube for his sister, for her
teacher for the So I get it, like I get it,
but it was a moral conundrum, and I said, well, look,
should you go back and tell the person I've taken
the flower?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
He goes, Hell, Probably not Hell, I'll just be waiting
for the consequences of ending up on the social So
pan is on the line, mate, what are your thoughts?

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Think about everything? Person stage?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
And this is true passionate story, true.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
True, true story. They do it just for him, that's
all of these.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well, that's right, teacher, How happy will that feature be today?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
She'll be very excited.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Stolen flowers.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Stolen flowers from someone else's garden in the arrangement on
her desk. I know I.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Might be able to con youngd someone.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Planned true.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Excuse me, keepusing me.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Don't start with the garden names that people pinch and
take photos and then send them back.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Minis proven guilty. Brad's on the line, Brad, what are
your thoughts? Mate?

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Guilty? I can relate to the kids. I've been in
high and stopped up the road from around about nick
the bush out the middle of it that I thought
was look right at home.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
It was on camera.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
I look like a counsel work.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Camouflage. He was doing nothing here?

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Is that what I do? Send them in high vising
people think they're just actually imaginative on absolutely, yeah, it
is very harmless. But I said, my concern for him
was made in today's day and age, someone will go
come and have a crack at yet because people are
just you know, they get offended by everything.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Yeah, anyway, you're taught us something.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
They were high. We're stealing plants from the middle of
roundabouts

Speaker 1 (04:06):
