And I just wondered about, you know, like weird things
that adults do, Like people have things that are comfort
related that are different to the way that other people operate.
I've got a dear friend who carries around her teddy.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Bear like childhood teddy but not like.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Not like day to day. But if she goes away,
the bear comes to how old.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Roughly in forties really and since childhood, since childhood, And
if it doesn't go with her to play like overseas
and stuff.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Things will go wrong. Have you got something like it?
Have you got a weird adult fixation something that you do?
And I reckon they get more weird as you get older.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Like the I'm going to get a personality?

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Sure you would, because your friends one of them.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
But I don't. I don't see anything wrong with the
bear around as grown woman. It's okay.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
I think that you become habitual in the things that
you do that give you some.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Sort of I'm more okay with him biting gloves. Then
someone's been taking a bear.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Take my angel cards with me when I go on holidays,
And I don't want.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
You to open up that chest of.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
People thirteen one six five That is not weird.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Okay, what do you do thirty one six five Josie
how to calum vow?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
All right, So I had an ex partner. He was
like in his mid twenties, and he had a little
blankie underneath his bed that he would grab and he
would rob it against his lips and like the skin

(01:43):
coming off your lips. He would really love the feeling
of it getting caught on the blanket.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Oh what, so his lips would be so dry, yeah, like,
and he'd want that on the blanky.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Like he loved the court Like he'd love the feeling
of It's like friction.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yeah, that's certified weird, that is, And that's a next
boyfriend we're talking about that.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
How much of the breakup was blankie related?

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Honestly, I sort of was like, all right, you know,
that's just being whatever. I'm very understanding. Honestly, there was
a lot of other things that.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Tell a vastly weird things you do as an adult.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
I am obsessed with my dressing gown, dressing your dressing gown,
my dressing gown. No matter what time of the day
it is or where I'm going, it is always with me.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Well, okay, why I feel like it's.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Kind of like a security blanket. It's quite like I
won't check a jumper or a coat on. I will
grab my dressing gown. But if you're coming over for
a barbecue or we're going to the park with the kids,
I'll always have it in the car or have it
with me because I will get to some time. I
usually try to last. I'll probably get to about a

(03:16):
half an hour an hour past with my dressing gown.
And I'm quite known for it, to be honest, I
wish there were get more trendy daytime. It would seem
a bit appropriate.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Is it like a Peter Alexander funky pretty dressing gown?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Is it?

Speaker 5 (03:34):
Now you're going to laugh because I rotate. I have
about five, and I do my favorite one is my
Peter Alexander one, but I do have a few different
they're all your fluffy ones. But there are a few
different colors, so I can blend in making a bit
appropriate for different settings.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yeah, so you've got your winter summer you going out
dressing gown.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
I agree with this, Chantella. I do love a good
dressing gown.

Speaker 2 (03:58):

whites in every room of the house and I buy
them by the box because I cannot do anything without
having to clean my hands off. I just don't like
touching stuff.

you're you're cleaning fixation?

Speaker 7 (04:39):
No? No, I've been in healthcare for eighteen years, so
it's I don't know, always been a thing to you know,
proper hand washing and stuff. But I was finding as
I'm getting older touching stuff like I'm getting more sensitive
to it as I'm getting older. Yea, it's really weird.

Have you ever picked? Have you ever like just do
you ever just grab a trolley straight off the rack?
Or do you need to wipe that baby down?
