We talked about a couple of weeks ago when Raffie,
my little boy, was having his first day at prep.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Yeah, how's he going.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Yeah, he's really enjoying it. Yeah he's he's not coming
home as tired as I thought he were. You know,
one goes, Oh they're they're wrecked. He's got energy. Man,
that kid's got energy.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
But don't they They still have rest, don't they in
the first time prep? And then yeah, quiet time like it.
They don't sleep like they do in daycare, but they
have a quiet kind of just maybe.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
But like Friday night, I couldn't get him to sleep
till after nine o'clock.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
He was gone the other way.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Yeah, it's like he's pumped him up. I'm waiting for it.
But well, there's no button. He's got a lot of energy.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
He's having fun.

There is a button. Here's the thing. And thirteen one
oh sixty five is our number. I'm sure you've got
if you've had kids that have gone to school and
all of a sudden they've just come back with a
bit of chuede, a bit of attitude. Thirteen one oh

Because he's such a delightful little boy. He's so kind,
but like the other I think it was a couple
of nights ago he were sitting and Naomi had been
to the doctor that day and I said something that
I'd forgotten. I'd forgotten about something, not a big surprise,
and just out of he goes, maybe you need to
go to the doctor, get your brain checked, right, and
then back into his chicken burger, like you just dropped

that on me. Was like, well, what the heck? What's
your attitude?

Fair point?

I was trying not to laugh because I was like,
I don't want to encourage this, but that's funny. It's
more because you're like, they're smarter than.

You know, he's obviously getting kids who are given him sas. Yeah,
I reckon, So he's sass back.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Yeah, yeah, he's learning. He's learned sas already and he
goes to a good school with lovely kids. But somehow
the sas already.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
He would love sass in your kids.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, I actually I tell you, three year old, told
you what chance have we got?

Good, Thank you mate. Now you have three daughters. I'm
sure there's some sass there.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Robin, between the three girls. Seriously, my husband doesn't stand
a chance. I don't stand a chance. Or he's got
Miss fourteen, who is our diva. We've got Miss eleven,
who's our introvert, doesn't like people and has the pet
snake and the pet water college, and Miss six, who
is a perfect mix plus one thousand of both of them.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Yeah, and you've got a story about the six year old.
What did she do?

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Yeah? So Miss six recently lost the truth It was
probably only about three days ago actually, and wrote a
lovely letter to the tooth Fairy saying that it's been
nice and clean for her and requesting thirty dollars thirty
but for one tooth. I explained to her, actually it
became because truth Fairy forgot to come that night. And

I explained to her that possibly the reason the tooth
Fairy didn't come was because she asked for quite an
exhorbitant amount. That is, the teath fairy wouldn't be apprecive
of that, to which she replied, well, mum, she's got
to realize that's inflation.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
A brave little girl takes on the tooth fairy.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I mean, what does this truth fairy not know about inflation?
I mean, what's ther fiscal policy? Tooth fairy? Towld's monte Corey.

She'll be six in April.

Yep, and I know you've complained about a bit of
sass attitude.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Andrew, who also works on our team, he has a
six year old daughter called Willow. He's just texted our
group Chack saying Willow was watching the TV and the
iPad the other day. I said she had to choose one.
She can't watch both. Then she said, Dad, yes I can.
That's why I have two eyes.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
I'm it's hard to argue. He said, what's this audio here?

I was just googling and there's some funny stuff from overseas.
And yes, the six, you know, year old seemed to
be the thing.

Did you have fun and daycare today?

Speaker 3 (04:22):

Do you want to go back to school again tomorrow?
