The situation was a Saturday afternoon. Jacob was in a
totally private situation at a pub with some friends when
he was approached.

didn't introduce himself, but he didn't say, to your mind

if I start filming. Jacob was clearly upset that the
filming had already commenced.

Then Peter brought this up and accused you of going
