Speaker 1 (00:00):
Stay right here for our final news round up and
information overload. All right, news round up, Information overload. Our

one seawn if you want to be a part of
the program. Counsel to the President, Alina Haba, who was
with the President throughout all of those of all of
the law fair legal troubles, all of the trumped up

(00:22):
charges pun intended, is now going to be leaving the
White House and she has been appointed the US Attorney
Attorney for the state of New Jersey, which is her
home state where she was born and bred. And here's
her talking about it on X Listen.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Hi, everybody, good morning, Good morning. I'm sure you've seen.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
President Trump has just put out a statement that he
has appointed me as the interim US Attorney for the
state of New.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Jersey, my home state.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
As you know, I've stood by President Trump, his family
in the organization, and many other clients in that state
where I've been born and raised and I'm raising my
babies now. But there is corruption, there is injustice, and
there is a heavy amount of crime right in Corey
Booker's backyard and right under Governor Murphy.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
And that will stop. I look forward to.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Working with Pam Bondi, with the Department of Justice, and
making sure that we further the President's agenda of putting.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
America first, cleaning up mess, and.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Going after the people that we should be going after, not.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
The people that are falsely accused.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
That will stop in the great state of New Jersey.
It's starting now. Thank you so much. We'll see when
I get in there. We got to see what's going in.
I know you'd love that narrative. Let me be very clear, Paul,
I didn't actually correct, because I think Corey Booker and
Governor Murphy have failed.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
The state of New Jersey.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
If you look at what happened in crime, what's going
on in Newark, what's going on in Camden.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
This has been a neglected state.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
It is one of the most populated states for its size,
and it needs to stop.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
We're going to do a baying up job. I cannot wait.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
It's a great honor anyway, Alena Haba joins us. Now, Now,
maybe my memory is faulty, Maybe I'm getting a little
Joe Biden ish. I kind of remember a conversation that
we had and you said, no, I'm not going to
be going into the administration. No, I'm not going to
be working for President Trump. No, I'm going to return
to private practice.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
I don't know. Did I make that up in my
own mind?

Speaker 4 (02:22):
You must have been having your dream there.

Speaker 5 (02:23):
Yeah. You remember when I also started working for President
Trump four years ago and I said I wasn't going
to be involved in politics.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
I think I remember that part too. Yeah. Well, first
of all, congratulations. It couldn't happen to a more qualified,
better person. I think this is a great position for you.
You were born in New Jersey and you're raising your
kids in New Jersey, and that gets you out of
the Washington swamp. So I'm sure that's probably a relief
for you and your family.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
Yes, I do mine my kids tremendously. But I actually
I didn't even ask to go. It's crazy. This is
one hundred President Trump's idea. And I got a phone
call just the day before and he said I have
a great idea, and I was like, okay, sir, let's
rock and roll. So you know, the President asks you
to serve, you do it.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I've been.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
It's been a real honor being in the White House
with him and honestly continuing my service, but now for
my home state and making sure that we get it
cleaned up. We really do need.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
To explain what a US Attorney for the District of
New Jersey actually means for people that wouldn't understand that.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
Sure, I am the chief and only federal law enforcement
arm for the federal government. So I still work for
the Department of Justice. I still work for President Trump.
I am part of this team here, but I will
be the person out there that is the head prosecutor

(03:48):
and dealing with civil cases and criminal cases. There's about
five thousand open in New Jersey right now. I da
ats FBI. They will all in New Jersey will fall
under me and will be you know, in court and
taking care of the bad guys and also making sure
that the state is in good shape. You know, there's
a federal arm and then there's a state armed. People

(04:10):
like OLI refer to Letitia James, she's a state attorney general.
This is the federal level for that. So I'll be
running the show over there in terms of federal government prosecution.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
So I'm excited, and obviously with your relationship with Pam Bondi,
which I know from first hand experience, is very strong,
I'm sure she's going to be very supportive of your efforts.
You mentioned in your statement, you mentioned both Governor Murphy
and you mentioned Corey Booker. You know, these cities, these
big blue states, big blue cities, have experienced rampant crime

(04:45):
and it has not been dealt with. What role do
you believe you can play in keeping these cities in
towns safe and secure for the people that live in them.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
It's going to be my entire job. I mean, I'm
so excited to be able to come in at a
federal level and do the job that frankly, I think
has not been well done in the state of New
Jersey at a state level. I'm disappointed, but I also
know that, you know, we also for a long time
in this country, we're not supporting our men in blue.

(05:15):
We're not supporting our police. We're not telling them to
go out there and get criminals. We're you know, telling
them to turn a blind eye to illegal immigration. And
I absolutely am going to empower every single individual in
the state of New Jersey who has sacrificed for this country,
who is wearing a uniform, to go out there and
clean up the streets. Patterson, New Jersey is at the

(05:39):
forefront of my mind. I've seen so much since I've
been announced of people just asking me, what are you
going to do about Patterson. There's a mayor there that
has asked for Palestinian flags to be raised, American flags
are coming down, and there's a police officer in particular
that you know is wearing a Palestinian flag on his

(06:00):
on his uniform. You know that type of behavior will
stop the minute I am born in I will not
stand for this. I mean, it's unacceptable, all right.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
So what you're referring to is in Patterson, New Jersey,
which has been dubbed the Palestine of America by local leaders,
reflecting they say the city's growing Palestinian and Muslim identity.
This proclamation came during a Ramadan kickoff event on February
twenty eighth, with the mayor proudly referred to Patterson as

(06:30):
the capital of Palestine in the US and suggested it
ranks as the fourth holiest city in the world, alongside Jerusalem,
Mecca Medina. Now you also mentioned the case of this
police officer, which I think is as important an issue
because you have a New Jersey cop now proudly wearing

(06:50):
a Palestinian flag on his uniform. And you know this officer,
does he have the right to do that.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
Removed the American flag.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Removed and remove the American flag. That is correct.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
Yeah, and that's more important. Listen, there has to be
law and order. We are a part of this country.
And just as before I was in office, when people
were kneeling for the flag, I just don't tolerate that.
Any federal crimes that are committed will be prosecuted. If
you try and go after a Tesla dealership in New Jersey,
you will be prosecuted. If you bring fetnol into our streets,

(07:26):
you will be prosecuted. And more importantly, we will empower,
as I said, those people that have sacrificed their lives
from their families to fight and serve. Whether it be
the police force, THEAAT, I don't care who it is.
I will be their backbone to get them out there
doing what we need to do violent crime. Look at Camden, Sean, Camden,
New Jersey is just left coming.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
With all due respect to your home state. And I
left the state of New York, as you know, and
I think it's worse in New York than it is
New Jersey, but New Jersey is a very close second
of if you want to include California. Illinois is not
far behind as well. But honestly, lawlessness has just taken over.
And you know, we see that in the multitude of ways.

(08:10):
We see it with illegal immigrants, violent known terrorists, murderers, rapist,
cartel members, drug dealers, gang members, you know that have
taken over entire portions of these towns and cities. I mean,
you're basically going to have to declare that you're creating
a task force to go after all these people, find them,
to port them if applicable, or put them in jail

(08:34):
if applicable.

Speaker 5 (08:35):
One hundred percent. And you know, Tom Holman is a
dear friend of mine. While I was in the White House,
I was focused on human trafficking and I'll continue those
efforts from New Jersey. I plan to continue all those
task force efforts from New Jersey. Obviously, we are a
branch of the DOJ and that is in Washington, and
tam Bondi has been doing an amazing job. I'm honored
to be working with her now in this capacity. Honestly,

(08:57):
I was working with her anyway for two months, but
this is you know, it's just fortunate that I will
get an opportunity to do well by my state and
the president. He was actually in New Jersey for the
first time this weekend since becoming president, and it was
so nice to see him back home. And when he
asked me to do this, I understood why. You know,

(09:18):
we had been sitting in the club in Bedminster and
it probably occurred to him that, you know, this is
my state and he needs a good, strong person and
good want leadership down there to take care of it
and make sure that it's underwatch.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
And I'm coming.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
Patterson is actually Sean. I'll tell you a little bit
of the story of before my life with President Trump.
I served on the board of a great charity in
New Jersey, and that charity took children out of Patterson,
New Jersey specifically, and put them into private schools and
funded their tuition so that they could get proper educations
that were free from corruption, that were free from the

(09:54):
absolute despicable situation down there. I will do whatever powers
under the federal law that I can to make sure
of that. And by the way, a big part of that,
and I've preached this is I think I have to
work with state officials as well to make sure that
we are all in line. This should not be in
our country, should not be divided. We need to work
to make New Jersey great. We need to work to

(10:15):
make the streets safe. And that's for every state in
this country. I've been serious about it. President Trump said it.
Could you imagine if Democrats and Republicans worked together, how
much good we could do. And with this individual, once
I get some information, and I will absolutely be looking
to get some information on what is going on in
that city, who is dealing with what and who is

(10:38):
you know, whether it be that I have to open
up an investigation, it will happen. I just won't tolerate it.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I would continue now with Elena Habas. She has now
been tapped to serve as the inter US attorney for
the great state of New Jersey. Let me go back
to the mayor of Patterson and what do you think
what remedy might you have in that particular time.

Speaker 5 (11:01):
Well, if you're interfering in federal laws as a mayor,
you know obviously they're under the federal government. And for
those listening and understand, most people think the attorney general
is in the state for instance, and this is a
very simple thing. Even my parents, frankly didn't understand my role. Look,
state officials, we don't have that there. We only have

(11:23):
the US Attorney in New Jersey that will be the
chief law enforcement officer. So this person is violating a
federal law. In any way, this mayor is violating federal laws,
I will hold him accountable to that. If he is
in cahoots with any foreign nationals, taking bribes, doing anything
like that, I will come after him. I will not

(11:45):
tolerate it. This is not you know, this is not
the un where you were in New Jersey, and we're
in the United States of America. And while we respect
every culture, every religion, you have no business, no business
violating any type of American freedoms. They're serving, Sean, I
don't know if you know what's happening in that city.

(12:06):
They are literally creating holidays solely for one religion over
the others. And that's not happening in my world. I mean,
those are those are mandated by the government.

Speaker 1 (12:16):
Here's the problem, Lena, from my perspective, the Palestinian people,
I'll be it a while ago, years ago, decades ago,
they did elect HAMAS as their leadership, and HAMAS is
a terrorist organization who's very charter calls for the destruction
of Israel. In a way, aren't you supporting that by

(12:39):
supporting the people that put them in power?

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Am I supporting them? Or would he be?

Speaker 6 (12:43):
Yet?

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Would would would he be?

Speaker 5 (12:45):
His? Let me tell you this and then this is
what I'm delicately getting at. If I go in there
and I open an investigation and anybody has ties to
any terrorist organization, They're going down, period. So I cannot
mince my words. If you know, maybe I'm being too delicate,
but it's too early to know. I don't know. I'm
not in the office yet. Obviously I'll get sworn in
later this week. But I will tell you that things

(13:06):
like that will not stand, just like open borders, just
like the fact that I will also help ICE do
mass deportations in New Jersey, just like I will take
all the philosophies of DOGE and covered the government waste
and investigate if we have any of that there too.
We should be cleaning up New Jersey the same way
the President is cleaning up the United States of America.

(13:28):
It will make our country stronger. New Jersey is incredibly
populated state for a small state that it is. You know,
we have about nine million people in a very small area,
and most people look at New Jersey like a very
crime ridden, dangerous place. I mean, my office is will
be in Newark, Trenton and Camden. You know that's that's pleasant,

(13:49):
but that's where we need to clean up.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Well, I will tell you it is a little mind numbing,
you know, considering that hamas the terror organization elected by
the people in Goza for example, you know what part
of murder, rape, torture, beheading and kidnapping that they don't understand.
But we wish you all the best in this new position.

(14:12):
We appreciate you taking some time out of your busy
day and we know you have long days and long
hours ahead of you.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Olenah Hamma, thank you for being with us.

Speaker 5 (14:19):

and support is greater than ever. Tens and tens of

(14:41):
thousands of innocent people have been displaced. They can't go
back to their homes. They need all the bare necessities, food, water, shelter, medicines,
you name it. And thankfully, the International Fellowship of Christians
and Jews have been there from day one, and through
your generosity, they are continuing to support the people of
the Israel as they literally now battle for their very survival,

(15:04):
especially now that the ceasefire is ended and the war
has been re engaged. Whatever gift you can give is
providing not only those bare necessities, but also you're helping

(15:46):
f CJ eight eight eight four eight eight I f
CJ two day. It's the great organization with great people.
Let me go to back to this story, which is
the media's obsession, is you had a text exchange that
was not classified that ended up in a successful mission.

(16:07):
That was the Houti Rebels and when President Trump decided
to retaliate against them for their hostile maneuverings in international waterways.
And this accidental text exchange included a reporter, this guy,
Jeffrey Goldberg with The Atlantic, not a friend of Donald Trump,
of the Trump administration. Now, this was an honest mistake.

(16:32):
This was not systemic or institutional policy danger or lying.
Very different from what we've been living through the last
four years. I mean, we have the single worst, you know,
self created national security disaster that continues to this day

(16:53):
thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison. Their open borders.
They're open borders that allowed in known terrorists, no more, rapist,
cartel members, gang members, and they lied about what our
eyes were showing us every single day for four straight years.
Well that was a clear and present danger to the country.
Just like they lied about Joe's cognitive decline, that everybody

(17:16):
knew about everybody knew about it, and that was a
clear and present danger to our country. Did not have
a president that had his wits about him. Now we're
supposed to believe that there's one honest mistake somehow is
the biggest crisis, the biggest threat you know. Ever, all
this is is a party in desperation mode, trying, as

(17:40):
I've been saying today, trying to get themselves a course
correction and take what is really feigned outrage and feigned
you know, dismay. When they sat silently by for so
long they didn't say a word about any of these

(18:00):
other national security issues. They don't give a damn about
the national security aspect of it. Let me be clear,
just like they don't really they didn't really care about
Luigi Mangioni. For whatever reason, many on the left have
embraced Luigi as some type of hero. No, he's an
assassin that murdered a father and a CEO. That's what

(18:22):
he is. Or just like they they put on a pedestal.
You know, these students at Columbia University that are supporting
the people that were responsible for murder, rape, torture, kidnapping
in Israel. Their moral compass and clarity is nonexistent, just

(18:43):
like the party that ignored the Summer of twenty twenty
riots and encouraged them through their vice presidential candidate at
the time, Kamala Harris, and she never once got asked
about this during the twenty twenty four election. They're not
going to stop. Shouldn't stop. We're not going to stop.
And this just showed you. I said after this election
that the state run legacy media mob is dead.

Speaker 2 (19:05):
They just don't know it yet.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Now they threw everything that they could possibly throw at
Donald Trump, and now they have just you know, they
revert to form. This is all they know. They pushed
the Russia collusion, they pushed Viza Warrens. They didn't care
about the abuse. They didn't care about the double standard
on top secret classified documents. They didn't care about the
novel legal theory after the statute of limitations had run

(19:30):
out on what was in any way a legal non
disclosure agreement. They didn't care. They don't care if they
didn't care about evaluation of mar A Lago at eighteen
million dollars when it's closer to over a billion, billion
and a half dollars. They didn't care. They don't care
about the truth. But this is all that they know,
and so they take what was one honest mistake. And meanwhile,

(19:52):
these are the very people that ignored four years of
systemic institutional lying, corruption and danger to the American people.
The people that wouldn't stand for mothers that lost their
children because of their open borders policies. They wouldn't even
stand for the mothers of those children. But this is,

(20:13):
in their view, the biggest national security threat of all time. No,
the mission was successful, it was no classified information leaked,
and a mistake, sure, an honest one.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Yes. Will it be fixed? Yes?

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Is it what they're making it out to be? Absolutely not.
There's just such hypocrites.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Listen.

Speaker 6 (20:32):
It's also just mind boggling to me. But all these
senior folks were on this line and nobody bothered even
check security hygiene one oh one. Who are all the names?
Who are they that would apparently include a journalists. I
can just say this, if this was the case of
a military officer or an intelligence officer and they had
this kind of behavior, they would be fired. As I

(20:57):
think this is one more example of the kind of flump, careless,
incompetent behavior, particularly towards classified information. That this is not
a one off or a first time era.

Speaker 7 (21:10):
Obviously, my colleagues and I feel very strongly about the
war planning meeting over unclassified phones. Obviously reckless, obviously dangerous,
both the mishandling of classified information and the deliberate destruction
of federal records or potential crimes that ought to be
investigated immediately. And I want to make clear that I'm
of the view that there ought to be resignation, starting

(21:32):
with the National Security Advisor and the Secretary of Defense.

Speaker 8 (21:36):
Please release that whole tech stream so that the public
can have a view of what actually transpired on this discussion.
It's hard for me to believe that targets and timing
and weapons would not have been classified.

Speaker 9 (21:51):
Let me ask you, when he was added to the thread,
you're the CIA director, why didn't you call out that
his he was present on the signal threat?

Speaker 7 (22:03):
I don't know if you use signal messaging app I do.

Speaker 9 (22:06):
I do, not for classified information, not for targeting remote
Neither do I say well that's what her testimony is today.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
I mean, it just gives me a headache.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
That's such phonies eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn,
if you want to be a part of the program.
Cindy and Florida. Cindy, how are you glad? You called?

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Hi? Son? I'm good. How are you doing?

Speaker 1 (22:29):
I'm good? What's going on? Weather here is beautiful, isn't it?

Speaker 4 (22:33):
It is gorgeous. We've had some calls.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
So bad for everybody else in the country that is
living in cold weather right now, I really feel bad
for them.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
Oh, I do too. My grandson is in Minnesota, and
I wanted to bring something up before I went to
my actual point about him, because I know you're talking
a lot about Elon Musk and the car getaways, and
my grandson's twenty one. He's just got married and you know,

(23:00):
works a job, but they live week to week. But
he said something interesting to me the other day, and
when we were talking about Elon Musk, and he said,
you know what, he said, we can't do a whole
bunch down here, but a bunch of my buddies and
I we bought stock and I thought, really, and he
said yeah, he said, we know it's not worth much

(23:22):
right now, but we bought it to supportive and I thought, Wow,
that's just awesome.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
So you know, let let me just say something about this,
because this is now it's almost becoming like a bycot.
Yeah I don't believe. I've never supported a boycott. I
never called for cancelation of firings. But yeah, you know
the reason, I'm running this contest, and I'm buying the
car myself, and I'm going to give it away to
one lucky listener. And today's word of the day, if

(23:49):
you go to Hannity dot com, is Patriot and you
can register it till midnight tonight and then we'll have
a new word of the day tomorrow. And we do
this all the way through April eleventh. That we picked
the winner and they get to pick the Tesla of
their choice, and it's for the very same reasons. But
I have friends that have bought Teslas now because of
all of this. I have other friends that have gotten

(24:10):
Starlink because of all of this. And by the way,
they love I have this technology. It's amazing, You're going
to want it. A lot of people just have said,
you know, I can't afford a car. I can't afford
you know, money, But I want to support Elon Musk
and they're like, I open up an AX account, and
you know what, every little bit helps, and I know that.
You know, we're still living under the Biden Harris economy,

(24:32):
and things are tough for a lot of Americans, and
I don't expect that everyone's going to be able to
go out and buy a Tesla, which is one of
the reasons I wanted to buy one to give away.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
Is it symbolic?

Speaker 4 (24:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Am I saving the company?

Speaker 9 (24:44):
No?

Speaker 1 (24:45):
Do I hope other people see the inherent evil and
dishonesty behind all of this, and just the viciousness and
meanness behind it all. Yeah, I do. I hope people
see through it. And you must. Even if you just
open up an next account, yep, and you'll, uh, you'll

(25:06):
probably have a good time. I'm not I don't have
the privilege of using mine. My staff has refused to
give me my own password. They hijacked my account.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
Well, my point that I called about was the APIs
the other day it weighed really heavily on my heart.
I suffered the loss of a son at twenty and
his fiance was pregnant with my granddaughter at the time
when he passed, and poor girl, she within a six

(25:38):
month period, lost her brother, her sister, and my son,
her fiance all at one time, like within a six
month period. And to make it all worse, they all
died on the same exact road.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Well, oh no, they all died on the same road.
How did they at different times?

Speaker 4 (26:01):
Different times? But same road?

Speaker 2 (26:04):
And my son, how did that happen? What is this road?

Speaker 4 (26:09):
It's just a bad intersection. And my son was angry
at his girlfriend and darted into the road because he
was mad at her, and a woman was six o'clock
in the morning, the sun blinded her and she couldn't see,
and she hit him. Four days later he passed away.

(26:30):
We moved in his seance with us because she really
hadn't nowhere to go and was just such a distraught person.
I didn't really have time to grieve at that moment.
I had to be there for her. She was carrying
my granddaughter. But you know his point of bad things happen,

(26:51):
you know, and that there can't be a god because
there's bad things happening, Like you pointed out earlier, there's
evil and there's good, you know, And we live in
a world today that is evil and there's good, and
you make that choice whether you want to be on
the good side or you want to be on the
evil side. We're seeing a whole lot of that evil

(27:13):
going on. But you know, to make matters kind of
shine through the girl, the fiance that moved in with me,
She accepted Christ, she started going to church, She changed
her life. She is now a nurse serving people. Her daughter,

(27:33):
my granddaughter, is now twenty five, and she's doing amazing
things as well. And you know, I was just such
it was such a blessing to be a part of that.
And God is so good that he took my attention
off all the bad and I chose to run with

(27:56):
the good. Yes it hurt, and yes I suffered, and
yes it wasn't easy. But like you said the other day,
we all have our persecutetions and they develop and build
us as people. Just like my fiance, my daughter, I
call her now because she's just part of the family.
But you know that worked in her life and she

(28:18):
became a better person, moving on to do very good
in the world. It's what you choose in life.

Speaker 5 (28:25):
You know.

Speaker 4 (28:26):
It's kind of like these democrats that are choosing this
evil side, and I kind of look at the Republicans
as kind of the other side. Not always, but yes,
for the most part. President Trump, I feel like his
life was spared for the very sole purpose of being

(28:46):
our president and taking us through this next time, whatever
we may face in the next four years. He is
the man for the job. And I know that with
all my heart's soul in mind.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
You know, just you've been through a lot. I would
be negligent because I'm looking at the clock. You're in
our prayers and so is she. God bless you. We
appreciate you being here, and all the best to you
and your family.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Thank you, Cindy, Thank you. Eight nine four one Shawn
is a number if you want to be a part
of the program.
