site of a reported rape on Sunday. Arrest warrant say
this man, Carl Bennett, went to the location and committed
a number of crimes, including multiple sex offenses. Bennett, according
to these documents, threatened to deport the victim if she
did not have sex with him and displayed a business

card with a badge on it. Raley police didn't share
the race or emigration status of the victim involved, or
waiting to see if any other victims may have been targeted.
