Speaker 4 (04:40):
I'm not messing with these gads. Your quarterback maga. I
don't care but shout after your magna quarterback.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Oh man, what's up to me?
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Good morning?
Speaker 7 (04:49):
Good morning guys. How we doing this morning?
Speaker 2 (04:51):
Teach me me brown?
Speaker 7 (04:54):
All right, good morning. So we started this morning with
the Trump administration appearing to walk back that controversial one
point eight billion dollar Justice Department weaponization fund. That's the
one that critics called a political slush fund. So the
fund was designed to help people who said they who
say that they were unfairly targeted by the Biden administration.
The money was tied to a settlement connected to Trump's
(05:17):
tax return lawsuit against the irs.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
Well, it was very.
Speaker 7 (05:20):
Unpopular, and now even some Republicans they pushed back on
the idea. A Senator Ted Cruz, he's now describing what
he's describing as a full on revolt that GOP senators
had behind closed doors. Let's listen to a few seconds
of that.
Speaker 8 (05:35):
It's one of the roughest meetings I've seen in my
entire time in the Senate. There were a lot of
Republican senators who were just pissed. People were the entire meeting.
They were screaming at the acting Attorney General.
Speaker 7 (05:52):
So this all comes after that judge temporarily paused the fund.
We talked about this yesterday. So now the Trump dij
says that they will leave it alone, that they are
going to walk away from the fund. But Democrats say
they still do not trust the administration to fully abandon
the plan and are pushing legislation to permanently get rid
of the fund and keep it from ever coming back.
(06:13):
Here's a Senator Chuck Schumer.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Democrats will not stop until it's well and truly buried
and can never see the light of day.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
I wonder why this one caused all the blowback though, Like,
I mean, all of the things that have happened, not
not the billions of dollars, the taxpayer money being spent
on the one in Iran, and nobody wants all the
grants and funding freezers that have been canceled and cut
all the federal jobs that were cut by dogs, you know,
the billion dollars to the ballroom.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
Medicaid being cut down was in such a problem.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
I mean, even these insurrections have been pardoned before, Like,
why was this way they decided to push back and
draw the lines.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
I was just why was this enough? Yeah, that's that's
a good question. Or too much?
Speaker 7 (06:50):
Rather yeah, well maybe because you know it's thirty So
did you say that there was this interview with this
guy he said he was going to file for thirty
million dollars. I mean it was so blatant, it was
so right in your face. You had people who had
actually harmed police officers saying that they were going to
become multi millionaires off of this, And so I think
everybody just look bad.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
What everything that this administration does is corrupt and face
in blatant.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
I just wonder why this one was where they drew
a lot.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (07:18):
Yes, And if you live in Louisiana this morning, your
voting district and your political influence could look very different
heading into November. The governor there, Jeff Landry, he just
signed a new congressional map into law that reduces Louisiana
from two districts where black voters had strong influence down
to only one. So if you live in Baton Rouge
or New Orleans, the person representing you in Congress and
(07:41):
the communities grouped into your district may now change. Republicans
say they had to redraw the map after the Supreme
Court ruled previous district lines relied too heavily. On race
when they were originally created, but opponents argue the new
map gives black voters fewer options to help decide who
gets elect in Congress. And of course this fight is
(08:02):
far from over. Voting rights groups they've already started preparing
legal challenges meeting these new maps. They will remain tied
up in court for years. Yeah, just another part of
the South walking back those voting uh, you know, rights
for black people. And then lastly, in this hour, we're
(08:22):
getting reports that things are pretty tense between President Trump
and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Ninyat, who over the fighting
in led Lebanon. So, according to Axios, Trump got angry
during a phone call with nin Yahoo after Israel threatened
bigger attacks on Hesbela targets in Beirut. So why does
all of this matter? Well, Trump reportedly believes that those
(08:45):
attacks couldn't mess up the US negotiations with Iran. Remember
he's been trying to do those peace talks. And one
a US officials says that Trump became so frustrated during
the call that he started using expletives, reportedly calling and
Yahoo quote your f being crazy and I'm trying to
save your ass right, and then he went on to
(09:08):
say that, and then you went on to say that
everyone hates Israel because of this. So Iran I reportedly
warned the US that if that it would walk away
from those peace talks. If Iran, excuse me, if Israel
kept escalating those attacks in Lebanon. And after the call,
Trump claimed that Israel he got Israel to pause on
those larger attacks for now, but then Yahoo kind of
(09:29):
said Israel would still strike hez blah if those attacks continue.
So I don't know where we are this morning because
you have Trump saying that they're not going to do it,
you have Israel saying, well, if they take us there,
we're gonna do it.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
Well, then yeah, I was not interested in those peace talks.
He've been trying to get, you know, a president to
go and Iran forever. So it's like, why would you
want peace talks about any of this right now? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (09:50):
Yeah, so very mm hmm exactly. All right, Well, coming
up at seven, it's primary election day across several states,
So if you haven't voted it yet, today is the
day will break down some of the biggest races in
the next hour.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
I'm not gonna lie that che The print got me
wanting to hear nineties based all morning.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
I want to hear nineties Miami base all morning. Give
me some doodoo brown, Uncle Luke. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (10:12):

Her shoulder, sorry to hear that, King.
Speaker 14 (19:04):
And she's getting her head done and the girl that
was doing her hair the bullet lodged in her rich No,
two girls were shot.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
My daughter and the girl I.
Speaker 14 (19:14):
Was doing her hair. Wow, but she came a long way.
She had prom two weeks ago. She graduated. I'm just
about that.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
Congratulations, brother, look at God.
Speaker 4 (19:24):
Man is good man?
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Yes he is?
Speaker 15 (19:27):
Yes he is.
Speaker 5 (19:28):
Well say your daughter's name man, so so her friends
could hear it and shout her out in school today.
Speaker 14 (19:32):

Speaker 14 (19:35):

underscore the narrow three thirty three.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
How has she been dealing with the trauma in the
aftermath for all of that.
Speaker 14 (19:48):
Uh depression? Because on mom days she was like that,
I'm excited. Uh, today's it's bomb day. So I couldn't
believe it was her because she was down for three
four months, didn't want to do anything. He's a totally
different person now. So I'm just proud on her for
being strong and just uh doing what I.
Speaker 4 (20:08):
Told her to do.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
Find of the matter.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
Just sending you and your family healing energy always and
then that you love and like my brother, I appreciate you, y'all.

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Black mouth the day?
Speaker 2 (20:42):
What you got? What you got today?
Speaker 16 (20:44):
Okay, So we're going back through his picnic real quick,
because there's all these conspiracy theories about jay Z's hair
and what was real and what was not. So we
then went and found I talked to jay Z's hair
styles yesterday exclusively. So we're gonna clear those up to
start the day, and we're gonna get into some other day.
Speaker 4 (20:57):
Talk about that because what if if his head wasn't real?
Speaker 2 (21:00):
How was that gonna change you?
Speaker 7 (21:02):
I don't know, but I.
Speaker 16 (21:02):
Saw a grown man about thing nbing here what well,
you can't say, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
Who can't?
Speaker 3 (21:13):
No, your shape up is real fresh today, that its real?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
Dying My goodness.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
I got to clear your conspiracy theories up.
Speaker 4 (21:20):
To no conspiracy. Justlemen, God damn rewind the time.
Speaker 16 (21:27):
I don't know why it matters, but it matters. People
were talking about that for the same way it was
some of the restarts.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
Why because needless criticism They always say stop needless criticism,
because jealousy destroys from with them. But that jealousness and
that envingis you have, will have you say any things
like well, I bet you're here. You can't got nothing
else to talk about.
Speaker 2 (21:45):
All right, we'll get into all that when we come back.
Don't go anywhere. It's the breakfast club. Good morning everybody.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
I mean that was probably like one of your men.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
I was really good.
Speaker 10 (22:00):
I got that.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
We ain't got much time. Let's get to the latest
with Laura. What are you Laura.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Particularly bringing the energy to mainstream radio with black radio sources.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Trust you, Lauren, I'm.
Speaker 16 (22:14):
The homegrown that knows a little bit about everything and
every school she'd be having the.
Speaker 8 (22:18):
Latest one thing you asked the question they need to
be answer on the breakfast clubs, the little brown girls
look at you and go, I want to.
Speaker 6 (22:24):
Be like you.
Speaker 4 (22:24):
Hellol, hey man dropping the clues bomds for tailing, Mabe.
You don't have to tell tailor nothing. Tailor just works.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
Yeah, just likes to do what she does, which is imaging.
And she'd just be home high feeding the baby and
I would say, hi.
Speaker 5 (22:43):
Creation to put that together, Tailor, And you know, what
let me say a happy birthday to my mom again.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
She watching right now, So yesterday was a birthday, but
she ain't see it yesterday, but she watched it right now.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
So I want to say happy but morning, a happy birthday.
You know what she is? How is she today?
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Why would you do that?
Speaker 3 (23:01):
Because you need to know how your mother eighty two
eighty two? I'd like my dad.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
I don't know your birthday, your only daughter?
Speaker 16 (23:09):
All right, we gotta get into the guy. It's fine,
all right, y'all. So, yes, yesterday I had a conversation
with a woman named Lucky Letty. She is a hair stylist.
She actually is jay Z's one of jay Z's hairstylists,
and she is responsible for taking down jay Z's locks,
the afro that he premiered at Throats Picnic, which has
been a very big conversation.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Now.
Speaker 16 (23:28):
She wanted to clear up some things about the fact
that people think that the afro is not real and
that the dreads weren't real. Let's take a listen to
Lucky Letty on taking out jay Z's locks.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
We have a lot of questions, girl, They're like, were
the locks even real? Because how does this work?
Speaker 17 (23:42):
Very much real and it's not a lace frint, so
cut it out. It was like a process of eight
years that he's been growing his hair. It was a
collab with this lady. Her name is Marie. She goes
her Instagram name is Houston Locks. I think it was
like six days to take out all of his locks.
Are you combing it out or like, what is the
(24:03):
process to actually do that? She had used the Sacred
conditioner with combination with the detangler's spread.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
He had more of like a free form wicklock.
Speaker 17 (24:13):
So it was much easier to take out because it's
just not as so many little locks that you have
to comb through and just like let the product penetrate
the hair, and the more it penetrates your hair, it
just gets softer and you just gently go through it
and just gradually get to the.
Speaker 2 (24:31):
Root of the hair. This can't beat like a kids,
You can't.
Speaker 3 (24:38):
You know what's crazy?
Speaker 16 (24:39):
In real time, I watched a lot of people argue
what you can and can even put up. I don't
know if he's been funny, you know, always been funny.
I can't wait to get rich enough where I can
go from locks to a fro. But like a lot
of people, didn't know that you could take.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
From I didn't know. I thought you too. I definitely did,
but I don't have hair.
Speaker 3 (24:57):
Yeah, but you also didn't care that much to be
like I gotta be.
Speaker 16 (25:00):
A wing of people were just upset anyway because it
did you know, maybe the team Drake whatever. But yeah,
and she also talked about that preview show. Remember we
had the hood type type A lot of people didn't
know what was under the hood. So she talks about
that as well as said, listen, so when you talk
about the sacred the Tingler and the product, I know
that first night when he did the preview show, he
had the hoodie on and a lot of us were like,
(25:20):
we just figured the dress were there. But because it
was a preview, he just popped out. You know, She's
in and out like he just incognito and that's why
the hoodie was on. But what did he have to
twist out at that time?
Speaker 17 (25:29):
No, it was a breakout. Yeah, so I braided his hair.
I used the pham moose accommodation with the bomb. This
was all sacred products. The locks came out like a
week prior to that. Oh okay, yeah, this.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
Was not just one day thing.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
This is horrible. I don't care about as much.
Speaker 4 (25:47):
When I saw jay Z in that hood, I did
not think to myself, I wonder come out of twist.
Speaker 3 (25:51):
Out it was cold. It was cold too though it
was cold Friday about jay Z's head that much.
Speaker 16 (25:59):
I mean for the music people, it's like people feel
like this is signaling that there's gonna be new music
or something new, because there you know, from everything that
I've learned from talking to Quest Lovel of all these people,
new hair for j means new.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
Music or hair created his hair out. He's usually working
on an album. So if that's the case, he's been
working on the album for the last week.
Speaker 16 (26:17):
Yes, well yeah, well we listen for those who had
a questions and those who did care, you got the
answer here, so we're clearing that up.
Speaker 4 (26:25):
That's a lot of it is just needless criticism because
you know, jealousy does describe from within. So if that's
if that's all you got, whether or not the person's
hair is real or not real, come on man crazy.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
Well yes, and that interview isn't full on.
Speaker 16 (26:38):
The Latest with Laura rods of The podcast is available
everywhere you listen to your podcast and then on YouTube
Lawrena Rosa TV.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
So thank you to Letty answered my calls early yesterday.
Speaker 16 (26:48):
Now in other news, as we shift gears, So yesterday
we talked a bit about a sex tape that was
dropped or not dropped.
Speaker 3 (26:53):
It was leaked with Diddy and a woman.
Speaker 4 (26:56):
Talked about it a little bit because y'all say it
wasn't nothing but a little bit on it told me
so there's.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
A woman that was on the tape.
Speaker 16 (27:02):
The woman has been identified as Daphane Joy, who we
talked about yesterday, shares a sum with fifty cent. She
posted a statement yesterday in response to the leak and
took the statement down. She says, everybody plays a fool sometimes,
and I've been the biggest fool. I just wanted my
man at the time to be happy and satisfied. I
wanted to fulfill all of his desires, even if that
meant breaking my own boundaries. I deeply loved him, and
(27:23):
I believed that he loved me too. It's still so
painful to process the heart realities and the truth of
this relationship.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
The recent leak of the tape. I never consented to
being filmed on.
Speaker 16 (27:32):
I was blackmailed by the person in the video and
was threatened that if I didn't give him the lump
sum of money, that they would leak it on the web.
I almost gave in to his demand, and once I didn't,
this person eventually sold the tape to a giant media outlet.
The media outlet called me one day and said they
had the tape and asked if I had any comment
before the release. It was the first time I ever
fainted in my life. Once the media company understood the tape,
(27:55):
they purchased what was revenge porn in an extortion scheme,
they backed off from broadcasting it. H And she's basically
talking about how she you know, how she's how she's
now dealing with this. But she took all of this
down after she posted this, and then she posted a
video on her Instagram ten hours ago where she's sitting
and she's answering Q and eight questions on her Instagram.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
That's the first question.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
The first question is the size matter. She doesn't even
answer the question. It's just kind of like a she's
playing it, play into promoting, like you know, her platforms.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
All this is true. She has a huge lawsuit.
Speaker 4 (28:25):
Somebody's going to jail if he tried to bribe her
to say, I will put this out if you don't.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
If you give me money, I won't put this out.
Speaker 3 (28:32):
But why take that down and then get on the
job and answer questions?
Speaker 2 (28:36):
Yeah, somebody making the light of a situation.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
You can't go from saying, hey, something is non consensual,
but then taking it down and then answering questions about
somebody's little peepe.
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Hey girl that she said, what was answering.
Speaker 3 (28:48):
That she didn't answer? That's what I'm saying. She was like,
you watched because you thought she was going to say something,
and she just like he said, That's.
Speaker 4 (28:53):
Why I don't like when people have experience in something,
actual experts don't answer the goddamn question. We just saw
you with a little peepe. Now you don't know whether
that side of matters exactly.
Speaker 2 (29:01):
Give some hope for the law. We saw it was
that big one too. She was you see what I'm saying,
So she looked big butt.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Yep, she had both right there.
Speaker 16 (29:10):
Yeah, Well, she doesn't answer the question on her Instagram,
so maybe she's, you know, trying to push you to another.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
Platform at the time.
Speaker 16 (29:16):
First, so bad at first, especially because in the statement
she said, rewatching her trauma or her abausey triggering, and
it was painful.
Speaker 5 (29:22):
And then I put it out and unless we paid
it the money. And I was about to pay the
money and then I didn't, and then you know, you
felt bad just for a little bit. And then and
then right after she pulled it down and be like
the side matter ll yeah, all right, are you looking
at me?
Speaker 2 (29:35):
Y'all?
Speaker 4 (29:36):
Got an interview from yesterday when he said the thing
about fifteen and then I can combine it with what
he just said, just not about.
Speaker 3 (29:41):
She's taking a pole the size really mad?
Speaker 2 (29:46):
Yeah, she took a polo, right, he says, yes, No,
not really?
Speaker 3 (29:49):
Oh, or like she took to take pole in nubs
that's so crazy?
Speaker 2 (29:54):
A right, Well, that is the latest with Lauren.
Speaker 5 (29:55):
Now when we come back, we got front page news,
me me Brad to be here, and Marlon Wayne's comedy
you'll be joining us scary movie comes out this Friday, and.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
We'll talk to him in a little bit. And wait,
it's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, we live, we Live,
we Live.
Speaker 4 (30:07):
You know, I'm gonna stop caring.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
What I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Do you want something from the studio?
Speaker 2 (30:13):
He said, you look like you're hungry that you don't
need hungry.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
Wow, Oh my goodness, you're.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
Wild, like you don't eat. Man, that's wild.
Speaker 5 (30:23):
No more, morning, everybody, we are the breakfast club. Let's
get in some front page news. Now some quick sports.
The Giants signed Odell Beckham Junior to a one year contract.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
I didn't even know. I thought O'Dell was about to retire.
I didn't know he did he play.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
I don't even watch football, and that will like that,
and I thought he retired too.
Speaker 2 (30:40):
Yeah, so I'm curious to see what O'Dell does this year.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
Last time I seen O'Dell players with the Ravens, I believe.
Speaker 2 (30:45):
Yeah, that was a full season. No, I don't. I
don't remember. But anyway, what's up to me?
Speaker 7 (30:50):
Good morning, Envy, Jos Charlamagne, how y'all doing this morning?
Good morning? So we start this hour with primary election day.
It's happening today across several states, including California, New Jersey, Iowa, Montana,
New Mexico, and South Dakota. So today's results could shape
control of Congress and political conversations heading into the midterm elections.
(31:13):
So let's start in California, where voters are choosing a
new governor for the first time in eight years. As Governor,
Gavin Newsom is term limited, so right now, former Health
and Human Service Secretary Xavier Bssera He is currently the
front runner, followed by billionaire businessman Tom Seier. Now, the
biggest issues that voters are talking about right now would
(31:37):
be housing cause, homelessness, public safety, insurance prices, and wildfire
fire recovery. That's right here in California and in Los Angeles.
Mayor Karen Bass she is facing a tough reelection fight
which has been reshaped mostly by that wildfire recovery, homelessness,
crime concerns and protests earlier this year.
Speaker 3 (32:00):
Year.
Speaker 7 (32:00):
Now, one of the more surprising names in the race
is reality TV personality Spitzer Pratt. You guys remember him
from the Heels back in the day, Did he know?
Speaker 4 (32:09):
I've heard more about him not, And I've ever heard
about him in the reality show start. I had no
idea who he was.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
Not a clue.
Speaker 7 (32:14):
Yeah, yeah, Well, let's listen to Mayor Karen Bass on
her new opponent, Spencer Bread So.
Speaker 18 (32:21):
A reality star with no track record. I'm not sure
he's ever had a job other.
Speaker 4 (32:26):
Than reality TV.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
I don't know if he worked at a regular job.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
I know he has no idea how the city government
is run, but or.
Speaker 18 (32:36):
Somebody who has devoted their lives to change and over
the last three and a half years have brought about
change in some very significant ways.
Speaker 4 (32:47):
Well, the reality is, I think that we live in
a world that we know. We can't sleep on a
reality show star, said the executive producer of Celebrity Apprentices
the President of the United States of America.
Speaker 7 (32:56):
For a second rime, And she pointed to that and
she said, you see how that's turning out. So she
did talk about that as well and talked about how
she has dedicated her life to you know, public service.
So she did bring that up. And in New Jersey,
one of the biggest races on the ballot is the
US Senate seat that's currently held by Cory Booker. Now
(33:17):
he is running for another sixth term, but he is
currently unopposed in the Democratic primary. In Iowa, Montana, New Mexico,
and South Dakota, voters are also heading to the polls
and key Senate, House and statewide races that could impact
Congress heading into this November. So if you're voting today,
double check your polling location, make sure your registration is active,
(33:40):
and have your voter ID ready if your state requires it. So,
and most polling places close between seven or eight, but
check your local listings to make sure. And the USPS
they have a message for dog owners this summer. They said,
please put your dog away before the carrier shows up.
So the p also Service says more than fifty two
(34:01):
hundred mail carriers they have been attacked by dogs since
last year. They're ranking it by states. California's ranking number one,
followed by Texas, Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania. Ups. They
said even the friendliest dogs can become aggressive when protecting
their home or reacting to strangers near their mailbox. And
they're warning this now because they said, and if you
don't keep your dog inside or on a leash during
(34:24):
delivery times, you may not get your mail. So if
carriers feel unsafe, they will suspend your service and you'll
have to pick up your mail at the post office.
Speaker 4 (34:33):
Why only the USPS people who'll be getting bit by dogs? Amazons?
Why the mailman so tasty? Why did dog only want
to bite on the goddamn because.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
The post office comes more frequently, right?
Speaker 5 (34:46):
Because you know, you have doesn't come every day, FedEx
doesn't come every day, but the post office is every day.
And today, well this month is National Dog Bite Awareness Month,
so they really want.
Speaker 2 (34:59):
No, damn don't they want people to make sure that
you watch your dogs cause anymore?
Speaker 3 (35:06):
You know what I'm saying. Like, but it's away in
this month, this month, yes, this month, on top of
what else?
Speaker 6 (35:11):
Is it?
Speaker 4 (35:12):
Right?
Speaker 2 (35:12):
And we got I don't know what else.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
It's something else, something mental health. Hey, yo, we'll be
doing that's crazy, all right, y'all.
Speaker 7 (35:27):
And we did not get to the story yesterday, so
I want to make sure we get to it today.
Southwest Airlines is walking back part of its controversial policy
shar that's forced some overweight passengers to buy two seats
before boarding those flights. So just four months ago we
talked about this when it began. So Southwest began requiring
passengers who they consider too large for one seat to
(35:49):
purchase an extra ticket ahead of time, and that left
flight attendance and gate agents deciding at the gate who
needed to buy that extra seat because of their body size,
And it left some passengers feeling single out, body shamed
and publicly embarrassed in front of other passengers. Well, now
Southwest they say that they are changing course. The airline says,
if you need that extra space, you are no longer
(36:10):
required to buy that second seat A have time. If
you need it, you can get it just at the gate.
You can use them for free if they're available at
the once you get on the plane, there's no extra charge.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
You just I don't know if that's fair.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
It's fair because if you're a customer of size, it
says not fair. If you're a customer of size, that's
what the people at the airlines told us to call them,
customer of size. If you're a customer of size, you
know you need more than one seat before you.
Speaker 2 (36:40):
Now I got half a seat and you got one
and a half seat.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
But I understand that. But remember what I was saying
is people say people are very comfortable like to sit
next to that passengers of size, customers of size, they're
usually like the most comfortable people to sit by them.
Uncomfortable as seats on Southwest. I need a little pillow,
a little cushion.
Speaker 4 (37:00):
That's my point. I don't understand why you would want
to be uncomfortable as a customer size. Just buy two
seats because you know that why you.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
Can't even feel that? It is discomfort?
Speaker 2 (37:08):
You know, like you know, you know how big they are.
You ever sat next to a big push on this
lane and they bleed into your seat? Yes, that's the
same story.
Speaker 3 (37:19):
That's what I'm saying. It's more comfortable because that's that's
given me extra cushion. I ain't got no problem with that.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
But what about them we're thinking about and it's not
comfortable for everybody? Some people don't you know, you don't even.
Speaker 3 (37:28):
Like, Yeah, I understand, but the flights are already high, yo,
just because I'm big. That what if I got money
for two seats like I should not.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
Have been buying for food.
Speaker 3 (37:41):
You got money to eat everybody not fat because they
overeat I mean everybody, not customers and size because eat.
Speaker 4 (37:47):
All I'm simply saying is you know you're flying commercial
and not cargo, so you should play in according.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
Saying, I want my own seat, and if you do
what I do, hate it.
Speaker 4 (37:59):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (37:59):
I didn't know that it was up to the people
at the gate to decide. Wow, that was crazy. That
was crazy.
Speaker 3 (38:05):
What spark this?
Speaker 4 (38:06):
Then?
Speaker 2 (38:06):
You know that was crazy?
Speaker 4 (38:11):
Yeah, me trying to talk.
Speaker 3 (38:17):
I'm trying, you know, I was saying.
Speaker 7 (38:19):
That's what sparked this, because people at the gate were
looking at you and just judging you're.
Speaker 3 (38:28):
Not doing that. They should. They have a customer, a
bigger size section in the back. That's what they.
Speaker 8 (38:42):
Know.
Speaker 3 (38:42):
Wied in the middle of whatever because they got a
bandance to playing. They can't be in the back of
the back of the playing. Gonna wait at y'all. You
gotta spread.
Speaker 2 (38:50):
Spread out different sections.
Speaker 4 (38:52):
Oh my goodness, all right, thank you and me. Now
when we come back, Marland Ways will be joining. A
scary movie is out this Friday, and we'll talk to the.
Speaker 2 (38:59):
Next It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, you want everybody
is d J MV.
Speaker 5 (39:03):
Just Larry Charlamagne the guy. We are the breakfast Club.
We got a special guest in the buildings.
Speaker 19 (39:08):
Indeed, ladies and gentlemen, Molla way gang gang gang gang
gang gang gang gy come back.
Speaker 20 (39:13):
You may always always put you be bad, y'all. Smell
y'all smell like money.
Speaker 14 (39:17):
I like it.
Speaker 2 (39:18):
Yeah, you smell like money. You don't change all shaped up?
Speaker 11 (39:23):
You changed.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
You smell like money. Your suit now tight? Y, I
see you expensive suits.
Speaker 4 (39:28):
Look at you changes dying. You know, he changes diet.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
It used to be just his dyeing. He stopped beating fried.
Speaker 3 (39:37):
I'm not you know, you're not.
Speaker 2 (39:40):
No, I thought you Dominican this all damn time.
Speaker 3 (39:42):
I am not.
Speaker 2 (39:43):
I'm black like black black black black. No, I'm not Dominicans.
Not nobody, nobody.
Speaker 5 (39:58):
Well, welcome, you got a scary movie in on the fifth. Yes,
as a feel to be back with the franchise and
doing what you're supposed to be doing.
Speaker 2 (40:06):
Everything is God, That's what it feels like. It feels
like you go on this long journey and you know,
serendipity happens.
Speaker 10 (40:12):
It's like, you know, there's something that was there that
got stripped away, and now you have this opportunity to
do it again and do it bigger and better at
a time in the world where I think the world
needs these laughs the most.
Speaker 2 (40:25):
And so you know, here we are God. God, God
wants us to do this.
Speaker 10 (40:29):
It's funny. My dad, it's responsible for us doing this movie.
Because yeah, because my dad when he was you know,
he was dying, he was like, you know, he was
in the hospital.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
He was like, I want you and your brothers to
work together again. And I was like, oh.
Speaker 10 (40:43):
I was like, you know how hard it is to
get four black men on the same page. You know,
that's why I audition keep breaking up. You know, we
got four Bobby Browns in our group. You know what
I mean, four tops, There's only two of them left.
It's hard to keep that kind of you know, stuff going.
So I was like, I don't know if it's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (41:00):
Pop.
Speaker 10 (41:01):
He was like, come on, you guys do magic together.
I said all right, I said, he goes. I know, Pop,
it goes for me. I said, all right for you.
He said, you promise.
Speaker 4 (41:10):
I was like, damns.
Speaker 10 (41:11):
I was like, I promise, and he made me shake
his hand. I shook his hand, and then, uh, you know,
a couple like days later, my dad was gone. But
you know, my dad raised me on the Bible, and
first one of the first things in the Bible is
honor that mother and father for the days on this
world earth will be longer. So I listened to my dad.
I listened to what my parents wanted, and I may
make sure this movie happened. And we made it happen,
(41:34):
and you know, hopefully this would be the biggest one
you know, my dad saw something him and God saw something,
you know, so I think they knew the world needed
to laugh.
Speaker 2 (41:44):
And it wasn't like his.
Speaker 10 (41:45):
Deathbed, It wasn't like my dad's last wish was I
want you boy to get together and do them jokes together.
I want you to do them five jokes. That's my
last wish. More on the ceiling, you know, put another
on here, but get I'm.
Speaker 4 (42:03):
Sorry, is that a real story or that just to
to get everybody together? Didn't believe me.
Speaker 2 (42:12):
I'm like, that's what you wanted, right? Did you have
to do? You want to come into it? That hypnotizes Sean.
Speaker 10 (42:20):
Sean be like, I'm good, Sean, don't really care about
this grind like I do.
Speaker 20 (42:25):
We're different, We're just we've always been different. I like
this grind.
Speaker 2 (42:29):
This is what I do. I was born here to
do this.
Speaker 10 (42:31):
I didn't understand my calling in terms of stand up
till I really started doing it.
Speaker 4 (42:35):
I was like, wait, this is what it is.
Speaker 2 (42:38):
This is that cracked me. The dopamine levels is up here.
I like doing this. I like to chase. My brother.
Speaker 10 (42:45):
Sean likes to chill, and he likes to do it
at his pace and so I'm gonna keep on doing
this and whenever he ready, Yo, let's jump into another one.
Let's jump into another one. But watching him on this
movie and he's hilarious in the movie. You just see
how much he missed it.
Speaker 5 (42:59):
I understand why you don't take showing out too much. Yeah,
I understand that we're talking about.
Speaker 6 (43:09):
Not back.
Speaker 17 (43:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 20 (43:12):
I keep telling him, And I was like, Yo, Charlamann,
you put the wrong wings.
Speaker 10 (43:20):
Discolorated to keep picking on Sean. That's we're three different
colored blacks. From the shot, you're three black alone. Let
this pretty evens getting Shan money his bueness.
Speaker 2 (43:40):
You know what I mean? You know, I mean leave
the brother alone? Why you? And Areas was like, why
you care about what he always wearing? Shades?
Speaker 3 (43:47):
What do wear shades?
Speaker 2 (43:49):
He wears shades in the shower.
Speaker 20 (43:50):
I haven't shoved Sean's eyes in fifteen years.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
How don't know we got highs behind the shades.
Speaker 7 (43:56):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (43:58):
Want din know what my parents won't at the know
was his eyes? You care? You need the shame that
your black ass eyes? Anybody need? Shane dud.
Speaker 4 (44:09):
About two weeks ago because both of y'all was on
the schedule and if he was like yeah, he was on.
He's like, I can't wait to see both of them
come up here, man, because you know, both of y'all
have grown. And I said, man, don't reminded of what happened.
Speaker 2 (44:18):
I ain't gotta remind him. Sean already remember, don't come
here because he don't want to. But I'm like, Sean
knows him.
Speaker 20 (44:28):
He's like, yol, he's gonna say something smart.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
But I tried.
Speaker 10 (44:31):
I was like that y'all both evolved, you both grow
told him. I said, look, Seana, man, he grew up therapy.
He and all them different colors. He on like two
black men. He's a better man.
Speaker 2 (44:41):
He rich making money. I said. He passed that. San
was like, I don't know.
Speaker 20 (44:45):
Just in case, you know, because he don't want to
risk his money.
Speaker 2 (44:48):
Sean's not that dude. Let me tell you something, Sean.
This is how funny Sean is. Back in the day.
Speaker 10 (44:53):
It was this kid, right, Sean talked to Sean. Sean
talked back this kid Mike, and the kid was like,
Sean was like you up. Michael was like right right,
he said, you think I'm playing right right? Sewn said,
say right one more time? He said right right.
Speaker 2 (45:08):
Sean said non left and.
Speaker 10 (45:14):
Went on left hand. That's how Sean's not that guy.
So when I say that, you know, I know y'all
bring it up. You know, no we on the Breakfast club,
y'all gonna bring up that was twenty and what I
tell you on why are you bringing that up? But
I'm trying to I think he's a step closer. He
walked towards the building and turned right. But I think
(45:38):
the next time, I think he gonna come on.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
FaceTime one time, just put.
Speaker 4 (45:44):
You could tell what the aries interview like that wasn't
like some interview I'll you up. That was something heap
this at home where y'all.
Speaker 10 (45:54):
That was like, yo, don't be playing with Sean. Ain't
that dude he sit there with and and Sean was
funny cause he was like, he's a bitch.
Speaker 2 (46:01):
I said what wait, Sean, wait where we going with this?
Speaker 10 (46:06):
He's a and that, and then the Arias response was yeah,
what about a stand up though? And Sean's like, I said,
you a bitch, let's discuss that, and then we could
talk about my standard.
Speaker 2 (46:18):
Damn you because you bringing the wrong do that. Sean.
Speaker 10 (46:22):
Mind is business and you know, Aries, I ain't never
had a problem with Arias. We ain't got no problem.
I wish the brother nothing but love. Why is my
name in your mouth?
Speaker 2 (46:30):
Well, I'm doing this.
Speaker 20 (46:31):
I have this problem with DJ Van you know, me
and Lad over it. But for you to talk about
my price.
Speaker 10 (46:36):
If I say on your platform you gotta pay me this,
then that's what you're gonna pay me, because that's what
I feel my value is worth. But it's not for you,
as a black man, to go on a white man's
platform and discuss my value, he asked, because Lad, he
was asking everybody.
Speaker 2 (46:49):
You know, Hey, d L.
Speaker 10 (46:51):
Hughley, that's not my business right now, Hey Tony yayo
yo black, that's not my business, you know. He then
he asked aries Aries, Well, you gotta ask yourself. Is
the juice worth the squeeze? If you talking about Marlon
Wayans you talking about it, is the juw worth the Squeezell?
First of all, why are you talking about my money?
Why do you have an opinion? I don't have an
(47:11):
opinion about your money. When you sound like an old coon,
a slave, you sound like you so like that Sam
Jackson played in.
Speaker 2 (47:19):
And Jago Boats. If in the juice, it's worth the
squeeze boat.
Speaker 10 (47:25):
I need to say both. Is that juice worth the
squeeze boat? Now fast over to who's in the beef
with Blad trying to get their money? And if Blad
once again putting your stuff public, that's a bad negotiation tactic.
First of all, Flag and I don't sit there and go, hey, Blad, boss,
(47:46):
is the juice worth the squeeze that's between you and
that man. I wish, I wish you get your money aries,
but you ain't gonta sit there and try and drag
me down. He talked about my stand up. He talk
about this.
Speaker 20 (47:57):
He always got something smart to say. And one day
he gonna around, he gonna see.
Speaker 10 (48:02):
Sean, and before Sean beat that ass, because that he
won't happen. And you know, we're doing more than just
stand up like we got. We got money that we're
making right. So I'm like yo, and people soe nowadays
get little titious. And before Sean beat that ass, i'ma
hold my brother back of Sean.
Speaker 21 (48:23):
Sean, Sean, Hey, it's the juice the squeeze right right,
And Sean's gonna go nah left, leave.
Speaker 4 (48:36):
Alone, leave to sleep and John's alone.
Speaker 2 (48:39):
Man, that's all.
Speaker 20 (48:40):
I ain't bother you about your little creepy pedophile sketch.
Speaker 2 (48:43):
Leave us alone. Bro, you got a scary movie, right, Yeah?
Speaker 4 (48:47):
Are y'all not calling a scary movie?
Speaker 2 (48:48):
Six For a reason, we rebranded.
Speaker 4 (48:50):
We rebooting.
Speaker 2 (48:51):
You know, it's a brand new start. It's back. We
we booting forget the We basically pulled up that thing
from Men in Black was like we saw it. We
got this whole.
Speaker 10 (49:02):
Y'all looking here and say it behind the bit. We
start from scratch and it's gonna.
Speaker 3 (49:07):
Be More's gonna be more?
Speaker 6 (49:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 21 (49:10):
Is this hit?
Speaker 2 (49:11):
I just want to know this.
Speaker 10 (49:12):
I want the world to laugh again. I feel like
we haven't had a good laugh. Everything is all here
and I feel like we know I hit the sweet
spot where you can feel it's offensively hilarious. It's not
just offensive.
Speaker 20 (49:26):
It's not like we'll leave you with a bad taste
in mouths, like, oh.
Speaker 2 (49:30):
That's good.
Speaker 10 (49:31):
It's inclusive. That's what we've always done, the Wayne's brand,
humor and leving color. We did things that was you know,
white chicks. You know, we do things that when we
send somebody up, we hope that the people we send
up laughed the loudest. You know why they can't cancel
us for white chicks. You know who loves white chicks
the most.
Speaker 3 (49:48):
White chicks.
Speaker 2 (49:49):
They love that movie. And I was gonna say that
now that you got shown out the.
Speaker 10 (49:53):
House, you gotta do white chicks like it. You have
to know I'm not gonna lie slept on white chickens.
He makes funny to do this like it because the
Dominican dudes and the begin no Dominican. It was too
much like Damien and Damien Dominican, you Dominican. I was
on the airplane and I watched it right and I
was like, Yo, this is the funny. I started telling me,
(50:15):
but I could not believe it was that fun I think.
Speaker 4 (50:19):
This was this was years ago.
Speaker 5 (50:22):
I don't want to go see that exactly. I seen
it on the plane and I was like, this is amazing,
and I got stuck on it. But I'm like, I
feel like that movie is underrated. First, I feel like
it's one of those movies that we don't talk about enough.
Speaker 2 (50:33):
But I need a party.
Speaker 10 (50:34):
I will say this, it's scary of me and Sean
both said this scary movie make money. We see people
want to laugh again. They come out and droves make
this a head.
Speaker 2 (50:42):
Yeah, we're doing White Chicks too. That will be next
White Chicks two.
Speaker 10 (50:46):
Scary Movie seven. I'm gonna do Scary mo thirty six.
Y're gonna be so tiny scary movies. I'm like, you
know what's so interesting.
Speaker 4 (50:52):
Horror movies are making such a huge comeback in Hollywood. Right,
that's the biggest movies this year.
Speaker 2 (50:57):
That's why Scary Movie franchise. Right now, with these huge movies,
you got.
Speaker 10 (51:02):
Obsession, you got back room background. I'm like, I can
start writing part Secretory right now.
Speaker 3 (51:07):
So you keep saying if it hit, do you have
any doubt that it won't?
Speaker 2 (51:10):
You know, you never know. We never do things like that, right.
Speaker 10 (51:14):
I don't curse it. I don't spit up in the air.
I hope, always hope, But there's a you know, I
ain't be like, dear, we don't. I don't self proclaim
to be yo we this. I just hope God wills
this to happen. If he does, then I know what
my purpose is. But I'm not gonna be like, yeah,
wed that didn't and then the movie make a dollar
fifty and then I'm like, well, what I had meant
to say, is if.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
The juice were squeeze.
Speaker 9 (51:40):
No.
Speaker 2 (51:40):
I hope it makes money. I think the culture wants
to see. This is for the culture.
Speaker 10 (51:44):
This movie is for the teenager and the grown up
that went to see it when Scary Movie first came
out when they were teenagers, and now they're grown with
teenage kids, and now they could bring that team.
Speaker 20 (51:57):
That teenager that's not an adult can bring their child.
Speaker 10 (52:00):
To come see scary movie and introduce him to this
humor that's been missing from this generation, and both of
them collapse because this is a cultural clash up. This
is about a generational thing. It's a legacy movie. So
we got the old school with the new school, and
it's a battle of who really belongs here, what sensibility
is wrong here.
Speaker 20 (52:18):
It's a really smart movie. So you got no, I
got a Kai ass character. I got a that was
Kai my.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
Child, my child could my daughter just changed the name? Well,
now my son changed the name from a mind to Kles.
Speaker 4 (52:46):
I never said about that. You gotta adjust to Yeah,
you know what he thinks about that?
Speaker 2 (52:51):
Bar up?
Speaker 4 (52:51):
That's what could I even said? I said, Kyle, you
didn't think I was even talking.
Speaker 14 (52:56):
Child?
Speaker 2 (52:58):
Yeah, he in the movie.
Speaker 6 (52:59):
He talked.
Speaker 10 (53:00):
He asked me, when I did this thing, I was funny.
When I did his stream, I was with all these
little young and it was like, I was just bugging out.
It was a chance for me at fifties two. Man,
you let me off the hook a sleepover with me
and I could be a kid.
Speaker 20 (53:15):
I was waiting for him to go to sleep out
of fart right name of mouth.
Speaker 10 (53:19):
Because there's a little kid that's still living me. And
they was like, I was bugging out on that. They
was like, Yo, you like funny funny. We thought you
was movie funny.
Speaker 2 (53:28):
I said, I do this. I don't just do movies.
I do stand up.
Speaker 10 (53:34):
I write movies, I write hours of material, I write
TV shows, I develop y'all sleep on what I do,
and I could be funny in the moment, So let's
go have some fun. They were like, yo, put me
in the movie. I was like, I'm gonna put you
in the movie. He said, bet. I said, but I'm
gonna kill your ass. And I put his ass in
the movie and I killed his.
Speaker 2 (53:58):
Promises. Not just my father spoiler alert, I.
Speaker 3 (54:02):
Saw that you did. You wrote to like different scenes
trying to redo the Dave Chapelle show in the movie.
Speaker 10 (54:08):
I didn't want to redo the Dave Chappelle show. I
tried to get Dave Chappelle to be in the movie.
Speaker 3 (54:13):
Oh, I thought, isn't there like a play on different
things that you was trying to do a playoff?
Speaker 9 (54:16):
Nah?
Speaker 10 (54:17):
I wrote two scenes for Dave, and Dave was like,
I want to be in it. And I've hit this
for three months and yeah, hey, I'm just hitting your back.
Hey bigfoot, I'm done a production. But you know, I
knew Dave was gonna do it. But still the exercise
of writing for Dave, if it's no problem.
Speaker 2 (54:33):
You know, our opening scene.
Speaker 10 (54:35):
I wrote fifteen different versions of the opening scene to me,
finally landed the right person for the opening scene.
Speaker 2 (54:40):
And when the culture sees this, they're gonna be like, oh,
they did this.
Speaker 4 (54:43):
Oh so Dave was supposed to be over the scene.
Speaker 10 (54:45):
I wrote an opening scene for Dave. When I sent
it to him, he just hit me back three months ago,
I can't do it. Well after this production six months ago?
Speaker 4 (54:54):
Why not donell Rawless?
Speaker 10 (54:56):
I love Donelle, but you know, I love Donnelle, but
you know, Daves, you know, it's like, why not to say,
you know, down there ain't great, but you know, David's
cultural icon and Donelle is funny.
Speaker 3 (55:11):
Yes, how long did it take him?
Speaker 2 (55:13):
Right?
Speaker 6 (55:18):
You just.
Speaker 2 (55:21):
Bring me in about it with New York boys. He's
done some classes. Listen, he's done. He got some classics,
you know, Ashley Larry. Donelle was fine. I've seen it
special down there. I watch him rock crowds. That's a
funny man.
Speaker 10 (55:36):
But you know what that's like, Hey, uh Michael Jackson
or uh Tito marlond.
Speaker 2 (55:46):
You know what it's like. We got more with Marlon
Wayns when we come back, don't move. It's the breakfast club,
Good morning. We're still kicking it with Marlon Waynes. You
see the Diddy tables, man, the didn't they all done?
(56:11):
He's in there feeling, oh, y'all looked at the whole.
Speaker 4 (56:17):
Yeah, that's a woman.
Speaker 3 (56:17):
I get into the whole forty But it's envy. Watch
it a few times.
Speaker 2 (56:21):
I don't watch him.
Speaker 4 (56:22):
It's thirty nine to twenty, but I didn't watch you say,
we's your free Diddy because he's suffered enough. Because he go,
yeah that was crazy.
Speaker 2 (56:32):
Oh that's wow. You go that his wild work. I mean,
I ain't bothering nothing.
Speaker 4 (56:38):
Fifties.
Speaker 2 (56:39):
I don't want no more fifties moment. I'm I don't
want know did he moke?
Speaker 6 (56:43):
How?
Speaker 8 (56:44):
No?
Speaker 2 (56:45):
I don't even watch it. I didn't see it. I
don't want to see it. I don't want to see
not much.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
I'm sorry to screen.
Speaker 2 (56:54):
Well, I mean, explain is it? You know what I mean?
Speaker 10 (56:57):
Well, he at least he's like, what's just satisfied the
girl girl? If he ain't got it, you know, maybe
the other guy do he got?
Speaker 2 (57:12):
When it was fine?
Speaker 10 (57:15):
I mean, we ain't never had no beef like that.
That's just you know between you know, it was never
like that. I was you know, it's two guys talking.
He talked, he's I'm a troll and you know, and
the day you know, I'm gonna do business with him.
At some point there was a movie we talked about
doing years ago. I'm doing another movie right now with
Keiky Palmer that I wrote and producing. I'm really thinking
(57:37):
going I want to put something together and put him
in it. You know, I ain't got no beef. I
got no beef with no black man or black man
with three colors. I have no beef with nobody. I
am here for peace and love and black integrity and
everybody do well, black, white, everybody.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
I want people to have a good life.
Speaker 20 (57:53):
Just just leave me alone.
Speaker 4 (57:56):
What do you think what's the biggest misconception comedians have
about audiences right.
Speaker 10 (57:59):
Now that that's sensitive. I don't think that's sensitive. I
think we're trying to find out footing. I think social
media is a place that makes everybody got an opinion
about jokes. There was a time where you didn't have
that conversation where if somebody was offended by the joke,
well that was on them.
Speaker 2 (58:17):
Now they don't agree with.
Speaker 10 (58:19):
Something, they put it out there, and then the narratives
are picked up by the media and now it becomes
a big story. But at the end of the day,
every joke you tell, there's gonna be a casualty to
every war. When you go to when you're telling jokes,
there's a casualty to every war. And the casualty is
somebody's feelings is going to be heard. Now a good joke.
If I'm playing a thousand seedter and I tell a
joke and nine hundred and ninety five people laugh and
(58:42):
five people walk out, don't some bitches, that's a great joke.
Speaker 2 (58:47):
Now, if I tell a joke and five people.
Speaker 20 (58:51):
Walk out and five people are laughing, well.
Speaker 10 (58:54):
I may want to work on that material a little bit.
You know, that joke was it didn't land, but maybe
to the five people, which gives me inspiration to go, oh,
but there's something in there. I'm not gonna be afraid
to keep going because one day I'll tell the joke
and it's gonna be the right way where everybody laughs.
The audience is not sensitive. I just think you can't
(59:15):
be offensive. To just be offensive, you gotta be offensive
to be funny. There's a way to do things, and
you could say anything, but you gotta do it with kids' gloves.
We never try to be offensive. We just try to
be funny.
Speaker 16 (59:26):
I saw you say Tony Hinscin's joke at the George
Floyd joke at the Ropes wasn't funny, The juice.
Speaker 10 (59:31):
Wasn't worth The squeeze squeeze wasn't work squeeze Like look
in Scary Movie. There was things that I thought was hilarious.
But I'm a comedian and have a darker sense of humor.
And but when you're doing entertainment, you have an audience,
and you can't offend most of your audience. So for me,
I looked and was like, yeah, that joke went too far. Yeah,
(59:51):
that joke, I mean it's funny. Sixty percent of the
audience laughed, twenty percent didn't think it was funny, and
twenty percent is on the.
Speaker 2 (01:00:01):
Not worth it, not worth it.
Speaker 10 (01:00:03):
I got too many jokes in this movie too, because
if you tell a bad joke, it stains the whole
the whole entertainment.
Speaker 20 (01:00:10):
Value of what you put together. This the whole roast.
Because Tony Hitch.
Speaker 10 (01:00:14):
Could get a joke and maybe five six of the
jokes or maybe twenty of the jokes, Yeah, made you
look and the whole thing left a bad taste in
your mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
But that's not the entirety of it.
Speaker 10 (01:00:26):
But if they would have took out some of those
things that was offensive, they took out some of those things,
you would have really enjoyed the roast.
Speaker 20 (01:00:31):
Basically, what I'm saying is, don't do a live roast.
Ever again, don't don't do it. You could film it live,
but you have to be able to have time to go. Nope,
that gotta come out.
Speaker 10 (01:00:41):
If I did Scary Movie live, I would never Why,
because I need time to sit with the audience and go,
oh no, that went too far. That's that's ugly talking
about I don't need to talk about that. That's that topic.
I didn't hit the right joke. It wasn't it wasn't
funny enough for me to go there. Just them feel bad.
So let me take that out. And if you would
(01:01:03):
have did that and had the time to really sit
there in editing and make those proper decisions as a producer,
then I think he would have avoided a lot of
these problems. But in comedy, I'm not mad that comedians
are trying different material. That's every night at the comedy store.
Not every joke works. And see when you see a special,
(01:01:25):
you don't know how many jokes we tried that blew
up in our face, that bomb that night, that before
you get to these minutes in this hour that actually works.
There's some things in sets that don't work. But don't
do a live roast because you got to be able
to go no, I gotta take that out. I gotta
take that out. Why because it leaves the audience feeling
(01:01:46):
a certain way. We don't need to go there, and
that that's what I think that would be. My advice
is don't do it. Live some things you just don't do.
Speaker 4 (01:01:53):
Live and listen. I got adults as a human. I
like to laugh, but I don't see the funny in
somebody death. I don't give it in Floyd Charlie Kirk,
Chryl Underwood, husband comitted suicide.
Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Yeah, it was a lot of it was a lot.
Speaker 4 (01:02:05):
It's like, I don't see there was a lot.
Speaker 2 (01:02:07):
There was a lot. The devil wrote some of them
sets the devil? What about the water? How about the
devil was at work on this Friday. Scary movies out
(01:02:27):

Speaker 5 (01:02:30):

I'm fast. I hit the past long quick. You know
Sean hit them past. Trainer took the gloves off like
he got monkey strength. He you sure you sure he

Speaker 2 (01:03:06):
He got spect.
Speaker 4 (01:03:08):

got wishing for wherever y'all been going, Sean wish.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):

to keep it.
Speaker 10 (01:03:17):

ain't bothering you.
Speaker 20 (01:03:22):
Don't bother him. Please, I'm I'm trying.
Speaker 4 (01:03:25):
To salute to Sean. Cut it out in me what
I have him?
Speaker 2 (01:03:29):

Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
All right, y'all?
Speaker 16 (01:04:39):
So, uh, Drake has sniped another man's woman allegedly. Allegedly,
So this.
Speaker 3 (01:04:44):
Is going down right now.
Speaker 16 (01:04:46):
Sucewalka and his child's mother is a woman named Kylie,
have been going back and forth. There was an audio
that leaked over the weekend of Sucewalker allegedly throwing some
threats at Drake and the X because they used to
be in some sort of relationship.
Speaker 3 (01:04:58):
Let's take a listen to Saucewalker. Uh uh and the threats.
Speaker 15 (01:05:01):
Don't think nothing about me with my bake mama, nothing
my hand on y'all get that good point.
Speaker 9 (01:05:05):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (01:05:07):
Why why?
Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
Yeah, you handle me?
Speaker 3 (01:05:09):
You already handle me, So what does it matter? You
I already put your hands on me. You already do
all that already, So what even matter?
Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
I got up by my will put my hands on you,
but I didn't. You got jump by my black studio.
Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
Well because you had me set up and you hotter?
Speaker 4 (01:05:27):
I does that make you feel goad?
Speaker 3 (01:05:30):
I will get again.
Speaker 20 (01:05:31):
I don't give like get smoke.
Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
I don't get real little nobody.
Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
You need to calm down, do yeah?
Speaker 14 (01:05:44):
You do?
Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
Jesus Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:05:46):
So this audio now, scewaka, there were.
Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
Some and y'all gonna call nine one one on none
of y'all. Field needs to call throw on.
Speaker 4 (01:05:54):
I'm I feel like I need to call somebody right now?
What's going on out here?
Speaker 3 (01:05:59):
Crime?
Speaker 5 (01:06:00):
Kylie has been three crimes, by the way, it was
like three he got somebody jump, puts his hands on
somebody's get going on?
Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
I just I just know I need to call somebody
going on now.
Speaker 16 (01:06:13):
Sarcewaoka has not like directly responded to the audio. There
were some texts that were posted to a social media
page of his that are not or that are no
longer there. So I didn't see it myself, but it's
been reported that it was supposed to buy him in
response to this audio and basically what he's He's saying
that how am I tender if I'm the one that
sent her like that?
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Him and her have been using Drake's money for some
for a long time.
Speaker 16 (01:06:34):
Like right, because the conversation after this audio was like, Okay,
now here's why Sucewoka and Drake have this issue that
you know he's been, he's talked about. And what people
are pointing to is when Suswaka was here in twenty
twenty four, he talked about Drake being a culture vulture.
Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
Let's take a listen to that.
Speaker 15 (01:06:49):
You just said that it wouldn't be no Drake, It
wouldn't be no Drake with our Houston. Why did Drake
not have no bunch of records with Houston artist? You
didn't doing that with eleventh But as far as the
city of Houston, you're looking at it for the market share,
but they don't have a large community and representatives of
people that are knowledgeable about the music industry. They can say, hey,
y'all been around this artist, You was in the studio
when they was making that song. You get a couple
(01:07:10):
of writer points for that. It's a loanless artist from
the Bay all the way to la They got Drake's
songs with Drake. So how did Drake love Houston so
much and not have music with artists that you are
uplifting from this community? From then to now Travis Scott
is the only rapper they still got a song with Drake.
It makes sense. It's an equal trade. It's about fair
exchange in business. If you are using the lineage and
(01:07:33):
the culture of somebody's city, of somebody's hometown in backyard,
do something that actually makes the economy of their city
in music and musicians bigger and greater.
Speaker 2 (01:07:42):
Are you saying more? You feel like it was more
than that.
Speaker 16 (01:07:44):
So the reason why I said that is because that
was in twenty twenty four and Kylie, and this is
what the conversation has been pointed to. Right when we
were reporting this, are like, okay, well let's take this back. Now,
that was twenty twenty four month Saucewalker was here. Now, Kylie,
the woman who's in the mix of this, she gave
a statement to Shape Room, and she says she she's
doing all this not for clout, but because she was
tired of being silent. She spent years deal with conflict, intimidation, threats,
(01:08:05):
and unnecessary drama. Allegedly, she says that as for what
appears to be Sucewoka's threats to Drake, she says that
it is not a secret that she and Drake were
involved in twenty twenty four. So people are like, oh,
so maybe that's where some of the whole animosity about,
you know, why he talks about Drake being in Houston
and Drake being utilizing Houston's culture. You know, people just
(01:08:25):
trying to tie one and two together. Because this audio
leaked in, they were like, what the heck you telling.
Speaker 4 (01:08:29):
Me she went to shade room instead of the police.
Speaker 2 (01:08:31):
Crazy, Well, she taped it, so I'm sure she probably
went to the police in the world.
Speaker 3 (01:08:36):
She listened.
Speaker 16 (01:08:37):
There's a lot of things being posted online still on
her Instagram at like I taught stuff this morning that
she's posting and alleging as well too.
Speaker 3 (01:08:44):
But yeah, here we are.
Speaker 4 (01:08:45):
I want to tell you brother something too.
Speaker 9 (01:08:47):
Man.
Speaker 2 (01:08:47):
There's a lot of women out here, fine one that
doesn't have a man.
Speaker 4 (01:08:51):
Okay, I know y'all think it's cool to be smashing
other guys girls, And truthfully, if your girls letting another
guy smash, that's.
Speaker 2 (01:08:55):
Not your girl.
Speaker 4 (01:08:56):
But my point is the squarest man on the planet
will kill you over that woman. Do not find yourself
the victim of a crime of fashion over no woman.
It's not worth it. If I find a woman that
doesn't have a man. There's plenty of money.
Speaker 2 (01:09:09):
But you know, that's what Drake allegedly does. Like he
that man, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:09:13):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:09:14):
I'm not putting that on I'm just I'm telling you
that's what he allegedly does. I'm saying he allegedly doesn't
agree with you.
Speaker 5 (01:09:20):
Yet you don't never talk to a woman that's married,
like like Charlamagne said, the weakest man, the softest guy.
Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
Gonna kill you over that woman is married in a
relationship if you committed to another person.
Speaker 16 (01:09:33):

Speaker 5 (01:11:55):
Getting her head Donegay, we give me your donkey man
for after the hour is a sad situation in the
eight o three Columbia, South Carolina.
Speaker 4 (01:12:03):
Man, I need a guy named Rick Child to come
to the front of the congregation. We'd like to have
a word with him. Plice, all right, we'll get to
that next. It's the breakfast club.
Speaker 2 (01:12:09):
Good morning, man, it's time for Donkey of the Day.
Speaker 4 (01:12:13):
You have a bunch of donkeys out here. Don here
today called Donkey of the Day. It really caught me
off guard. You live a life where we might are
talking based off who he may offended. He never would
say anything time.
Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
You are a donkey.
Speaker 3 (01:12:28):
That is why Charlamagne is he.
Speaker 2 (01:12:31):
Some donkey to Day's just saw himself on the breakfast club. Okay, Charlamage,
we can give a donkey of the day too today.
You know what, Taylor, you check your next check. You
getting a bony?
Speaker 3 (01:12:39):
I know that's right.
Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
Drop on the clue tail out here, working man, he's
doing all these great intros. Donkey today for Tuesday, June,
and second goes to Rick Child. He is a sixty
one year old convenience store owner in Columbia, South Carolina,
and yesterday he was found not guilty of the twenty
twenty three shooting of a fourteen year old named Cyrus Belton.
Sending healing energy to the family of Cyrus Belton, irf
(01:13:01):
to that young brother, fourteen years old shot and killed
by Rick Child. The prosecution and defense, of course, had
different stories. Prosecutor said Child acted in anger because he
wrongly thought the teen had stolen four bottles of water
from the store. A defense lawyer said Child fire to
defend his only son after the teen pointed a gun
at him. Let's go to wis ten for the report.
Speaker 23 (01:13:21):
Police, Well, emotions are high and the verdict was not
just a shock for the family of Cyrus Carmac Golton,
but also people that have been following this case from
the very beginning.
Speaker 10 (01:13:31):
A child, a fourteen year old child shot dead in
Richland County, got no justice.
Speaker 23 (01:13:36):
Cyrus's dad too distraught to speak, but stood beside his attorney,
Todd Rutherford, who says, the system has failed this family.
Speaker 20 (01:13:45):
The anger is palpable tonight, you can feel it, you
can touch It's.
Speaker 2 (01:13:48):
Fifty seven is still your verdict.
Speaker 23 (01:13:52):
Earlier, the state argued that the case was about the
value of human life and that Cyrus feared for his
life as Rick Chow and his son chased him out
of the store with a gun. Chile's defense team argued
Chow was defending himself and his son, as Carmack Bolton
also had a loaded gun on him. Chile's son testified
(01:14:13):
that he pointed the gun at him, prompting Chow to
shoot him. In the end, the jury sided with the defense.
Rutherford says, while people have the right to be angry
about the verdict, he's encouraging everyone to use their voices
rather than reacting.
Speaker 7 (01:14:28):
Any other way.
Speaker 2 (01:14:29):
What I can tell you is that this should not
have happened.
Speaker 10 (01:14:31):
That's an unbelievable situation, but it is one that unfortunately,
we have to deal with as best we can.
Speaker 3 (01:14:37):
Oof.
Speaker 2 (01:14:37):
Now, I get it.
Speaker 4 (01:14:38):
The fourteen year old had a loaded firearm in South Carolina.
I believe you have to be twenty one to purchase
a handgun. If you're eighteen to twenty, state losses, you
can legally acquire and possess handguns through private sales or
as a gift from your immediate family. I also know
that the jury found rich child not guilty, and in America,
that's how the legal system works. Well, Donkey of the
Day is an illegal award. Okay, it's a common sense award.
(01:15:01):
And common sense tells me, okay, Charlamagne to God. Thenard
mc kelvey that if you're chasing a fourteen year old child, okay,
If prosecutor said child chase the team more than one
hundred and thirty yards from the store, I don't see
how that self defense? Okay, How are you protecting your
son if you're the one in pursuit. Okay. According to prosecutor,
Cyrus never stole the water, put the bottles back, ran
(01:15:23):
from the store, and was eventually shot in the back
after a chase. I just heard the news report defense,
so I'll get that child was protecting his son because
the teen had a gun and pointed it at him. Hey,
if that happened and you would have pulled your gun
out and defended your son in that scenario, then I
would completely understand. But here's the thing. I don't see
no proof that that happened. Okay. And if that young
man did that and ran away, why would you run
(01:15:45):
after him? Okay? See that's the problem too many people
who want to play police officer, judge, jury, and in
this case, execution.
Speaker 2 (01:15:53):
Okay, if you think someone shoplifted, call the cops.
Speaker 4 (01:15:56):
Okay. If you say this young man pulled a gun
on you and threatened the life for your son, but
then ran away.
Speaker 2 (01:16:01):
Called the cops. Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:16:02):
Every situation does not require escalation, and this was clearly
one of those situations.
Speaker 2 (01:16:07):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:16:07):
Why I turn a minor dispute into a permanent consequence.
Nobody should lose their life over something that could have
been handled with a phone called a nine one one.
All right, Being angry doesn't give you the right to
be deputized. Okay, you are not the law Rick child,
all right. Hell, it wouldn't be just about it. They
did it either, all right, Just because you think somebody
did something wrong doesn't give you the authority that chased
(01:16:28):
them down and killed them. Okay. And now, multiple witnesses
testified that they didn't see anything in Cyrus Belton's hands
and didn't see him point a gun as he ran
from the store. Prosecutors acknowledged the young man Cyrus Belton
had a semi automatic pistol, but they say it fell
on the ground during.
Speaker 2 (01:16:45):
The chase and he never threatened anyone with it.
Speaker 4 (01:16:47):
I know people are going to keep talking about the
fact that this young man had a pistol but he
got chased down and shot in the back.
Speaker 2 (01:16:52):
Okay. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not gonna sit
here and act.
Speaker 4 (01:16:55):
Like I know why legally this man Rick Child got
off because to me, honestly, all I see he is
a young black man getting shot and killed over a
situation that shouldn't evescalate it to this.
Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:17:05):
Sometimes the best thing you can do is let law
enforcement handle it after the fact. Now, I'm a South
Carolina native born and raised that is home, but New
Jersey is my home too, and in New Jersey, Okay,
me and they me discussed this a lot for some reason.
Speaker 2 (01:17:18):
I don't know why. We've discussed this a lot over
our lives since.
Speaker 4 (01:17:21):
We've known each other, but you generally cannot use deadly
force like shooting a gun against someone who is fleeing, retreating,
or running away.
Speaker 2 (01:17:30):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:17:30):
The law requires that you only use deadly forced if
you reasonably believe it is immediately necessary to prevent death
our serious bodily harm. If an attacker is retreating, the
imminent threat is passed, making the use of deadly force unjustifiable.
Speaker 2 (01:17:45):
That's New Jersey, okay.
Speaker 4 (01:17:47):
And under New Jersey's castle doctrine, you do not have
a duty to retreat if you are inside your home,
provided you did not initiate the conflict. However, you still
cannot use deadly force against the intruder, burglar, whatever it is,
if they are turning to flee, are clearly retreating. That's
that's the debby and you've had over the years, because
(01:18:08):
I'll be like, pop that, Okay, I pop that person,
whoever it is.
Speaker 2 (01:18:11):
But you can't do that. If he's running, you can,
if he's leaving, you can. If it's back towards you,
you can't. Listen.
Speaker 4 (01:18:17):
That sounds perfectly rational to me. Okay, I don't know. Legally, Okay,
sounds legally, that sounds perfectly legal to now. No, it
sounds rational too, if somebody's running away from you, if
they're retreating.
Speaker 2 (01:18:28):
But I get it. In somebody's house, you know they there.
What are you coming there for?
Speaker 22 (01:18:34):
Knowing them?
Speaker 2 (01:18:35):
Now?
Speaker 4 (01:18:35):
I get it.
Speaker 2 (01:18:36):
The house is different, though.
Speaker 4 (01:18:39):
I just don't know how you justified chasing someone down
and shooting them in the back of this young man
had shot your son, and you were so full of
rage you went after him. I can understand, but I
can't wrap my mind around this one. Okay, if somebody
can run away from you, then they aren't an immediate
threat to you. Okay, let them go. Water bottles can
be replaced, human lives can not. Please give Richild the
(01:19:02):
biggest he hall.
Speaker 3 (01:19:06):
Yeah, that's sound not guilty as wild horrible.
Speaker 5 (01:19:11):
Yeah, And I don't understand it because looking at the case,
it says all the witnesses testified that they didn't see
anything in that young man's hand. Yeah, I mean they
didn't see a point of gun, money ran from the store,
They didn't see any of that.
Speaker 3 (01:19:23):
I mean, well, he got shot in his back, so
I mean, obviously he wasn't. He was running away.
Speaker 4 (01:19:27):
And house is different from a convenience store. You know
what I'm saying, your convenience store, even if you own it, yo,
you can replace whatever.
Speaker 11 (01:19:35):
You know.
Speaker 2 (01:19:35):
You said, this got water, and then there.
Speaker 3 (01:19:37):
Was four bottles of water. Even if he did take
four bottles of water, but.
Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
He put it back. He didn't. They say he didn't
take any bottles of water.
Speaker 3 (01:19:43):
But I'm just I'm just saying, even if he did,
you shoot him in the back because he took four
bottles of water. That's just that's about.
Speaker 4 (01:19:49):
And if you were scared of the young man, why
would you go running after him? He was running from you.
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:19:55):
All right, all right.
Speaker 4 (01:19:59):
That young man family?
Speaker 2 (01:20:00):
Absolutely well, thank you for that. Donkey of the day.
Speaker 24 (01:20:02):
Now.
Speaker 2 (01:20:03):
Jess was reading something that she's seen online.
Speaker 3 (01:20:05):
Yesterday, right yeah yeah yeah yeah. So uh they said
we got audio for it. But a woman called off
a wedding where she found her fiance slept with several
men when he was in college. He ended up telling
the truth about it. He ended up telling the But like,
why would you, yo, please stop? Why would you wait
this long to tell her that? You know what I'm saying, well,
(01:20:27):
that's why I said I would have went to my
grave with it. But the only reason that would make
me tell her is if yeah, but but if some
of the people that I slept with was gonna tell her,
and maybe he tried to get ahead of it, that's
the only way that it would come out. But like, yo,
why like ah, like why would you tell her? At
do you proposed to her? That's something that you get
out the way.
Speaker 2 (01:20:47):
That's so he was gay in college, but not gay anymore.
Speaker 3 (01:20:49):
Well, he may have been buying college, but yeah, gay
bye college.
Speaker 2 (01:20:54):
You sleep with several men, ain't no bye bye bye nothing. Yeah,
but this was anything you know he had.
Speaker 3 (01:21:01):
You know, he had a phase, you know what I'm saying,
a gay era in college.
Speaker 5 (01:21:05):
But you know the crazy thing is and it was
a man and you found out your woman had a
phase with women in college.
Speaker 4 (01:21:11):
Most I think most du because as a whole, Okay,
you sleep with several men, you sleep with several men,
male off females. Yeah, okay, I just need to know
who doing to bend it.
Speaker 2 (01:21:23):
Why she called it.
Speaker 3 (01:21:23):
Off, because that's probably a question that he didn't answer.
Speaker 2 (01:21:26):
One O five one. So what's the question what's the
reason you had to call off an engagement?
Speaker 6 (01:21:30):
What with me?
Speaker 2 (01:21:31):
I never had to call off engagement?
Speaker 4 (01:21:33):
Damn game?
Speaker 2 (01:21:33):
What do you care about? Who that is?
Speaker 3 (01:21:37):
Doctor? Because it also depends on how gay he was,
you know what I mean? Like, it's not if you
are doing would you rather be the one taking it?
Speaker 8 (01:21:45):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
I think it's just a lot of women.
Speaker 4 (01:21:47):
I think. I think in this era, it's a lot
more women who have been in these situations, a lot
more finding out that these men are playing on the other.
Speaker 3 (01:21:55):
You know, I'm just glad that he did tell her.
Speaker 5 (01:21:59):
If you heard, if this situation, spituation, this situation happened
to you, what would you do or if you've been
in this situation?
Speaker 2 (01:22:05):
Let's discuss eight.
Speaker 5 (01:22:06):
Hundred five A five one oh five one in Charlomagne,
I swear on everything I will fight you if you
come back to work with your heel sticking out of
your socks, like it's offensive to go on Netflix now,
like you come on it's offensive to me, Like why
do you have like.
Speaker 2 (01:22:22):
You whole hole in your sock.
Speaker 5 (01:22:24):
I can see the bottom of your damn heel and
that was the same sock last week. He does not
have socks, y'all, I'm gonna buy something your cash about it.
Speaker 2 (01:22:34):
So it's the breakfast club going. It's topic time.
Speaker 10 (01:22:42):
Eight hundred five five one five one to join into
the discussion with the breakfast club.
Speaker 5 (01:22:47):
Morning, everybody in stej Envy just hilarious, Charlamagne the guy,
we are the breakfast club.
Speaker 2 (01:22:53):
It's pride months. You know what that means you, Yeah,
you have to talk like that.
Speaker 4 (01:23:00):
That was so for no reason, and that was so unnecessary,
unnecessary and very violent, and I don't feel like that
was appreciated.
Speaker 2 (01:23:07):
Very bottom, he said, very good morning. Explain what happen?
What's going on? All right?
Speaker 3 (01:23:13):
Look, yeah, so this girl had called off her engagement
because she found out that her fiance slept with several
men back in his college days. Now he told her,
we got audio for it.
Speaker 2 (01:23:24):
Because I slept with.
Speaker 9 (01:23:24):
A few dudes in the plastic college does not mean
you gonna sit there and cool it was in college.
You act like you never accuse me before. You know,
any woman, any woman.
Speaker 3 (01:23:39):
With want a man like you.
Speaker 4 (01:23:43):
I'm gonna be honest with you.
Speaker 2 (01:23:43):
I don't think that's real. I think that's a micro drama.
That's sound.
Speaker 4 (01:23:47):
I think it sound like you re produce to their
tyler Perry. But I will say this that that woman
is homophobic. But what no, And I'm gonna tell you
what I'm gone. I always want to do if you're
about to get married and you decide, you know what,
I want to tell my significant other about all the
dirt that I used to do back in the day.
(01:24:07):
If he would have told her just a bunch of girls,
she wouldn't have reacted like that, and she wouldn't have
been of course not but of course, but because it's guys,
she's super duper upset.
Speaker 5 (01:24:19):
Or maybe it might have been signs that she's seen
that she made thought her husband was gay and she
wasn't sure.
Speaker 3 (01:24:24):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (01:24:25):
Now you're like, oh, this is what you did.
Speaker 4 (01:24:27):
So everything that wasn't that size when she saw it?
Speaker 3 (01:24:31):
Yo, Why do you know she ain't when she first
started dating. When she first started dating, it could have
been her homegirls or her family members like, yeah, a
little gay you might want to and she trying to
ignore it because she loved them. And then when he
came out and told her that, they said, you, you
know what the wedding is off?
Speaker 4 (01:24:51):
I can understand the double standing, right, because it is
a different type of blow.
Speaker 2 (01:24:54):
When you find out that this.
Speaker 3 (01:24:55):
Man is definitely a different type of blow, I'm sure.
Speaker 4 (01:24:57):
And you thought was great you find out actually had
a a gay pass or his bi. I can understand
how that can throw you off. But she would have
reacted totally different to me to say he slept with
several different but he called.
Speaker 3 (01:25:07):
It a curious stage. Yo, How curious are you to
sleep with several men? That's not curiosity.
Speaker 2 (01:25:12):
May he just thought you just gotta find the right
size and didn't like it?
Speaker 3 (01:25:15):
All right, man, that's that's that you were gay?
Speaker 2 (01:25:18):
Straight up?
Speaker 3 (01:25:19):
Man, got tired?
Speaker 8 (01:25:21):
You know?
Speaker 3 (01:25:22):
The elasticity it is how much elasticity in the butt
like in the.
Speaker 4 (01:25:26):
You know what I'm saying, But don't have elasticity like.
Speaker 5 (01:25:32):
The lady that was dealing with the same thing is
she got off the line, all right, we gotta.
Speaker 2 (01:25:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:25:39):
Hello, what's up?
Speaker 3 (01:25:44):
You're from the trait?
Speaker 4 (01:25:48):
All right?
Speaker 2 (01:25:48):
Talk to us. What's your thoughts? Man?
Speaker 6 (01:25:50):
Have you ever seen somebody untasted going off? We never
you ever see somebody untaste? One? She wants you got.
Speaker 4 (01:26:04):
Back right, right, club, I get what you're saying, I
guess no, no, no, it ain't Sam's Club is Dick.
It's dick'spoorting Goods. That's the they gotta get, they gotta
get good. Yeah, yeah, it's not Sam's Club. Is Dick
boyding Goods?
Speaker 9 (01:26:22):
A right?
Speaker 2 (01:26:23):
That BJ that would have been a good Hello. Hello,
who's this?
Speaker 6 (01:26:27):
Hey? This is coffee?
Speaker 2 (01:26:29):
No for seven five seven coffee.
Speaker 6 (01:26:32):
Well, I just want to say that she did it right, okay.
Speaker 12 (01:26:35):
Like that leaving them alone and and taking energy.
Speaker 4 (01:26:39):
Well, let me ask you a question. You have to
admit that if she if that guy told her that
it was a bunch of women, she probably wouldn't have
reacted like that.
Speaker 6 (01:26:47):
Right, it doesn't matter, It doesn't matter.
Speaker 2 (01:26:49):
I'm just glad it was said something.
Speaker 3 (01:26:51):
But that doesn't matter.
Speaker 6 (01:26:54):
They would have molested the had forgiven that.
Speaker 4 (01:26:58):
That's something against the Lord.
Speaker 3 (01:27:00):
Come on being competer to, Come on, come on, coffee.
Speaker 5 (01:27:09):
Let's get somebody who who actually has knows about this.
We got Stacy on the line.
Speaker 2 (01:27:12):
Stacy, good morning again.
Speaker 4 (01:27:17):
You ain't about to be a breast club?
Speaker 6 (01:27:19):
Yeah no, I normally I only.
Speaker 11 (01:27:23):
Call him once today, but this topic is it's kind
of person.
Speaker 2 (01:27:26):
It's close to heart.
Speaker 25 (01:27:26):
Okay, yeah, right, okay, So me being bisexual, I always
told the girls that I dibble and dabble.
Speaker 11 (01:27:37):
You know, sometimes I feel like a nuts sometimes I don't.
For me, it's like to me, it's like damn if
you do, damn if you don't.
Speaker 6 (01:27:47):
If you tell them, it's bad.
Speaker 11 (01:27:49):
If you don't tell him, it's bad. So I mean, now,
from a girl point of view, I wouldn't want my
husband to be the bottom. I would want him to, didn't.
Speaker 3 (01:28:00):
I say, it depends on how gay you are, I said,
depends on the game.
Speaker 2 (01:28:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:28:05):
Just hilarious, you knowing that you was a little game
back in your day.
Speaker 3 (01:28:10):
I'm not a little game.
Speaker 4 (01:28:12):
Everybody wants to know doing the bending man understand that, right, everybody.
But but we gotta admit that this woman would not
have reacted like this if he had told her that
he slept with a.
Speaker 11 (01:28:25):
Double standard.
Speaker 8 (01:28:26):
It is.
Speaker 11 (01:28:28):
God's life when the girl want a licky, But when
the boy want to see now, it's a problem.
Speaker 4 (01:28:35):
When the boy want.
Speaker 2 (01:28:40):
Now if he's just joining us.
Speaker 10 (01:28:42):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (01:28:43):
Jess was talking about something she seen online where this
woman called off her engagement because she found out that
her fiance slept with several men in college.
Speaker 2 (01:28:52):
Here's the audio. I don't know how true this audio is,
but listen.
Speaker 9 (01:28:57):
Because I slept with a few college does not me
You want to sit there and cool way, it wouldn't
call it. You act like you would never choose before
you know. I'm gonna commit any woman, any woman with
want a man like you. Try track on me away.
Speaker 2 (01:29:16):
Let's go to the phone lines. We got Jay on
the line. Jay, good morning, Yo, Yo? What up you look?
Speaker 6 (01:29:22):
No, look, I want to I want to ask.
Speaker 8 (01:29:23):
Your question right quick.
Speaker 9 (01:29:24):
Okay, what if the guy was like that Beyonce his
song like he was just trying them out, one with
too fig, one with too wide, you know, one strong,
one didn't fit?
Speaker 4 (01:29:34):
I like, well, I know you just didn't call it
his singing ego.
Speaker 2 (01:29:36):
Boy he did.
Speaker 6 (01:29:39):
Man, Look she's got him, bro. Look I don't repeople.
I don't agree with what he did, but he doesn't.
Speaker 4 (01:29:45):
Okay, That's what I'm telling perspect there's just a tinge
of homophobia into this man. Because if that guy, if
you would, if it was a bunch of girls, she
wouldn't be tripping like this.
Speaker 14 (01:29:56):
Yo.
Speaker 4 (01:29:56):
I'm I'm not gonna call it off.
Speaker 3 (01:29:58):
I'm not giving her a homophobe. Charge, we're not doing that.
It's just her preference. Some women don't want men. That
ever was with men, we just we want men. Was
a lot of women want men? Who was just straight
doing girls?
Speaker 4 (01:30:11):
If if she if she said, hey, you told me
that about a bunch of girls, and she would have
reacted the same way. I'm leaving you. Engagement is off.
Speaker 2 (01:30:19):
Cool, but it's not equal. She reacted like that because
it's men.
Speaker 6 (01:30:25):
But maybe it was.
Speaker 2 (01:30:28):
Her fiance was gay.
Speaker 4 (01:30:30):
Either way, isinger homophone.
Speaker 2 (01:30:31):
No, it's not yo like, oh my god, hello's dad.
Speaker 3 (01:30:35):
It's preference.
Speaker 2 (01:30:36):
Hello, I prefer man.
Speaker 3 (01:30:38):
It's never been entered to us, which that's crazy.
Speaker 12 (01:30:42):
Good morning, this is to South Carolina.
Speaker 6 (01:30:48):
Good morning. So I didn't have a situation like that,
but I.
Speaker 3 (01:30:50):
Would say maybe she told him.
Speaker 12 (01:30:52):
I mean, maybe he told her because maybe he's not
sure and maybe he know she was going to react,
So maybe he's.
Speaker 4 (01:30:58):
So you know, in reality, you still have you still
think he's playing in the boy boy.
Speaker 2 (01:31:06):
He might be.
Speaker 11 (01:31:09):
I don't think you.
Speaker 2 (01:31:10):
Sure about itself.
Speaker 12 (01:31:11):
So that's the that's the you know thing with that.
But also showing me your donkey today, So I wanted
to mention similar situation, Walter start, Michael's fligger.
Speaker 4 (01:31:21):
That's right, just for one, but not for the other.
And Michael was Michael was a police officer, and he
in jail.
Speaker 3 (01:31:27):
He and correct.
Speaker 12 (01:31:28):
And I think you like these situations happened too much career.
They're getting comfortable with it.
Speaker 6 (01:31:32):
And just not caring about us.
Speaker 12 (01:31:33):
I think some all needs to be some hate crime
law against you know, African Americans, black people or whatever
that he.
Speaker 4 (01:31:39):
Is leaving absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (01:31:41):
Thank you for calling, Natasha, Thank you. Hello. Who's this Jay?
What's up? What you calling from?
Speaker 3 (01:31:49):
Brother?
Speaker 2 (01:31:49):
From man?
Speaker 13 (01:31:50):
How's it going guys, the morning?
Speaker 3 (01:31:52):
Good morning, your thoughts.
Speaker 4 (01:31:53):
I think it's more about the secret, because yes, you know,
my sexuality is thing and all that, but when you
think about it, like, for example.
Speaker 2 (01:32:03):
If another from me that babe, right, like, my mind
is not automatically going.
Speaker 3 (01:32:11):
I can't hear what he's saying. I can't hear what
he's saying.
Speaker 4 (01:32:13):
I get what he's saying. He's saying it's about the secret.
So the fact that he was gay or bisexual and
kept that from her, you know what else would he
be keeping from her?
Speaker 9 (01:32:21):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:32:21):
Because that's a big that's a huge secret.
Speaker 3 (01:32:23):
You know, to keep and that's what it is. That's
what it is. Not he was smashing. If he was
smashing a bunch of women, it wouldn't matter. Yeah, I mean,
everybody got a pass, but like you got it. It
depends on you understand what I'm saying. Like you kept
that because you probably were scared that I was going
to leave you anyway, It doesn't make me homophobic because
I'm calling off the wedding for it.
Speaker 9 (01:32:42):
Just that.
Speaker 3 (01:32:44):
And then also, could you ever have those feelings again?
You calling this a phase? But you said you slept
with several men, Like man, he was up and down them.
Speaker 4 (01:32:52):
Mean what if you had said you probably slept with
several men too.
Speaker 3 (01:32:56):
Then he'd be right, but that he probably would be.
Speaker 2 (01:33:01):
But that's a different.
Speaker 4 (01:33:02):
Different We gotta admitt it a double standing because when
you hear if a woman tell you she was with
several girls and be that and be like damn the secret,
while you have to keep that a secret. But then
you'd also be like, damn, I know you like all
of these all of these women, like you are a
different person than I thought you were. Right, But when
it's a guy's.
Speaker 3 (01:33:18):
Not homophobic though, it's just like damn reference.
Speaker 4 (01:33:21):
That homophobic with a guy. It's a double standard. Guys
don't look at guys, don't think girls and girls.
Speaker 2 (01:33:26):
I'm sure there are guys.
Speaker 5 (01:33:28):
I'm sure guys like no, I don't want my woman
to have a past relationship with another woman.
Speaker 3 (01:33:33):
I'm sure that guys are definitely man it is play that,
don't you say?
Speaker 2 (01:33:39):
All right, and we got the latest with Lauren. Don't
go anywhere that's messed up. It's the breakfast Club, good morning.
Let's get to the latest with Lauren.
Speaker 20 (01:33:48):
Lng be kind of a straight fast.
Speaker 3 (01:33:51):
She gets them.
Speaker 2 (01:33:52):
Somebody that knows, somebody gets to detail.
Speaker 3 (01:33:55):
I'm a long girl that knows a little bit about everything.
Speaker 4 (01:33:58):
She'd be having the latest on the Biggest, the Large
with Laura la Rosa. Sometimes you have fact, sometimes you
have detail, sometimes you have a little bit.
Speaker 2 (01:34:06):
Every time. It's the leader Boy. You've got top dog
law on the Breakfast Club.
Speaker 3 (01:34:11):
Me Ll cool Bay, top dog low heare y'all all right?
Speaker 16 (01:34:15):
So Boosy, let's get into this. So yesterday there was
some news that broke around Boozy. There were some charges
that were released. He was charged with aggravated assault and
they're allegend that This all went down as a part
of an incident that happened at a nightclub in Houston. Now,
for background before, because Boosy has spoke out about this,
let's talk about what happened, or what is alleged to
(01:34:36):
have happened. So there is a security guard that works
at a nightclub in Houston called Dome Nightclub that alleges
that he was at the club in back in May
and then he got into it and it's the end
of the club. They're trying to clear the club out,
and there was a woman who said that she needed
to use the bathroom. So they get into it because
he's trying to cut out the club, but the woman
is saying that she has to use the bathroom. The
guard alleges that the woman elbowed him in the face
(01:34:57):
when she told him that she couldn't use the bathroom
because the club was closing, and then he started to
escort her out. Now, the documents that were fouled yesterday
say that she dropped her keys and her phone in
the process, so he bent down to pick them up
and then suddenly he says he felt a strike on
his head and blood started running down his head and
he alleges that he saw Boosy. He says he turned
(01:35:17):
around it and he saw Boosy holding a broken glass
hookah base that he believes the rapper smashed over his head. Now,
there is a video from this night that is now
beginning to circulate where you do see them like people
trying to clear out the club or like something's going
on on the club floor. There is a hookah that
is thrown again across the club, but Boosy does not
throw the hookah. He is actually standing behind a person
(01:35:38):
that throws it, and it's very clear in that video
that he doesn't throw the hookah. Now Boosy has spoke
out because once the charges drop, people were like, well,
what is going on? Let's take a listen to Boosy.
Speaker 8 (01:35:47):
