This is a framework for resetting how you feel in and about your body after a period of high stress or busy-ness, a holiday, or - in this case - summer vacation. Learn how to refocus attention and INTENTION when it comes to your physical body without dieting or setting yourself up for rebound behaviours when the three weeks are done.
I want you you to hear about the three part framework, how we're going to do this differently than you've ever seen or done it before, and how it's going to revolutionize your relationship with your body.
