The RED-S Recovery Podcast

A podcast dedicated to supporting athletes suffering from the effects of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport, and promoting research and understanding of this syndrome and the problems associated with it. We will interview athletes from various sports who have been affected by RED-S, as well as practitioners, coaches and therapists who will delve into the medical, psychological and performance impacts of this syndrome. We will aim to promote research and to raise awareness of the risks of RED-S to as wide an audience as possible.
