In this interview with Wendi Evans, we discuss the signs and symptoms of Lyme disease as well as the post Lyme syndrome that some people suffer with. You’re not alone, you’re not crazy and there is help. Guest Bio: Wendi Evans is a holistic physical therapist specializing in manual therapy and craniosacral therapy. She uses a variety of gentle, hands-on techniques to release restrictions throughout the body that are causing pain or dysfunction, or limiting the flow of energy in the body. She started her career as a traditional physical therapist in 1988, working with patients with orthopedic issues and arthritis. She expanded her skill-set by learning various types of manual therapy in order to address the causes of pain and dysfunction, instead of just focusing on modalities and exercises. In 2000, she began training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She has also studied other techniques like Fascial Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Technique and Functional Indirect Technique, which are derived from osteopathic concepts. In her private practice she combines these techniques with energy work for a more comprehensive approach to healing. Wendi’s Website Wendi’s Email
