All Things in the Name of Love: Episode 000: Introduction

If you’ve paid attention to the media, you’re probably overwhelmed by the multiple forms of violence that run amok in our world.  I felt troubled by these awful world events - they impacted my daily life; I was stressed, quick tempered, anxious and ill.  I needed to find peace in my corner of the world and emanate love and peace to those with whom I interact.  HOW to live peacefully was the question.  I listened to a meditation of peace that affected me deeply.  From that day, I took a vow of peace, a vow of seeing love around me, of kindness and not anger, of living peacefully within my family, my community, my world.  It has been three years since I took that vow and WOW, I about to share my journey with you through my podcast All Things in the Name of Love.  Join me on this journey, learn how I reversed my self-protective numbness into being highly sensitive and empathetic.  Learn how my daily walks provide opportunities to spread kindness.  Hear how I have fallen down, opened up to forgiveness and how to I  picked myself back up.  Come, walk with me on this journey and together we will start a movement of peace.
