Snakken går blandt andet på hans mange restauranter, hvorfor der altid hænger kunst på væggene på de steder, han åbner, og så taler de selvfølgelig om en af de retter, han forbindes allermest med: hvalen.
De kommer naturligvis ikke udenom en omgang ’Overvurderet/Undervurderet’, og denne gang diskuteres det at få hjælp til en parkering, ølglas med stilk, at bestille mad på en udenlandsk restaurant uden at se kortet, citronsorbet til dessert og at få tilberedt en ret ved bordet.
