Karen is a former New York City litigator and after discovering the healing philosophy and tools of yoga and meditation Karen uncovered her true calling, blending Western science and research with Eastern wisdom and practice.
She spent more than a decade practicing law and working at companies that topped the Fortune 500 list before she has embarked on a path of healing and health.
Karen teaches classes, seminars, trainings and workshops related to mindfulness, stress management, meditation and yoga. Karen has brought her expertise to the corporate world, including NBC, ABC, American Express, Saks Fifth Avenue, KPMG, Equinox Fitness Club, Trust Bank Co. of the West and others.
Karen is credentialed with an advanced yoga and meditation certification and she has also studied meditation and yoga in India.
