in dieser Folge spreche ich mit Olga Mühlethaler, die Sprachcoach, Autorin und Motivatorin ist.
Olga hat mit „Mein Wortschatz“ ein Motivations- und Sprachjournal geschaffen – eine Mischung aus Sprachtraining, Tagebuch und Coaching-Werkzeug. Es geht nicht nur darum, neue Wörter zu lernen, sondern vor allem darum, sich selbst besser kennenzulernen, Routinen zu entwickeln und die eigene Motivation wirklich zu verstehen.
In unserem Gespräch reden wir über die Bedeutung von Zielen und warum kleine tägliche Schritte oft die größte Veränderung bringen. Außerdem werfen wir einen Blick auf das Lebensrad – eine Coaching-Methode, die helfen kann, das eigene Leben bewusster zu gestalten – auch beim Sprachenlernen.
In der Sprachanalyse (26:48) gibt es interessanten Wortschatz wie „rundlaufen“, „etwas mitschleppen“ oder Redewendungen wie „am Ball bleiben“.
