They were the masters of mixology, and I was the maestro of the Dropkick Murphys soundtrack. By a stroke of fate, we all decided to hop on the health bandwagon. Fast forward, and it's been a whirlwind of 5ks, 50ks, blueberry pancakes, and trophy hoarding.
The Woods uprooted to Tennessee, on a mission to sprinkle a little fitness fairy dust on a quaint town. Whenever they're in Gainesville, we lace up for a run, because old habits die hard. And get this – we're reuniting in August for a half marathon in North Carolina. Adam's set to ruck it, Amanda's eyeing the age group prize, and I'll be channeling Thor, hopefully without succumbing to heatstroke.
