After the exhausting year of 2022, it's time to rest! No wonder everyone around me is in an exhausted state. This gave me a chance to think, "What does it actually look like to quit?" Is this quitting a job or a relationship? And then I thought about, "What is causing me to quit?" Instead of quitting, do I just need a rest? Do we give up on things too easily due to frustration, or what? Or what does rest look like for you?
Well, I'm here to tell you – REST! Give yourself a break, you deserve it after all the work you have been putting in. Give yourself the opportunity to "Rest, don't quit".
