Speaker 1 (00:18):
let's hop into it.
Man, uh, streams navigatingdeep waters, and I think in the
beginning it mentions uh, whenyou start to really dive in and
start working with tiff, um andeverything's just going right.
But in my mind, the firstquestion that I had was how is
it what?
What pops out to you when youwork with your spouse?

(00:40):
Because I think a lot of peoplenot a lot, but there are people
that work with their spouse.
Because I think a lot of people, not a lot, but there are
people that work with theirspouse and some people, can you
know, agree or disagree withthat kind of working
relationship or whatnot, but Idon't know.
What was it?
What stands out to you most inthat experience?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Right away the word trust, you know, just bubbled up
.
There's nothing like operatingwith a partner that you trust,
you know, in every aspect of thebusiness I can talk to her
about anything.
So she's kind of like in thisinner circle where we can talk

(01:18):
about finances, employees on youknow, things that they're going
through to vision to, to.
I mean there's just a trust ina circle because that's your
partner and so, um, I trust her,she trusts me and we're able to
share all these things.
And so you know, partneringwith your spouse can be

(01:39):
challenging when you don't trustyour spouse maybe you know, but
, uh, in certain level of degree.
But she's, she's talented in,you know, equipped in a lot of
different areas in the businessrealm, so she, she just
compliments the things where Ilack, you know, and so we're

(02:02):
just a good fit.
You know, I, you know, and sowe're just a good fit.
You know, I, I very, I havegreat vision on things, man,
like I could see five years fromnow and I could see, you know,
paths to get there.
But she's more logical and andhas more real take on things and

(02:22):
understands a lot of the risksthat I don't see, and so I've
always get to rub you know whatthe risks are, or I'll learn the
hard way and then she'll belike I told you, so you know.
But you know she's also aservant of vision as well,
meaning not serving my vision,or a vision servant to God's
vision, meaning she also hasvision as well, and so just

(02:44):
seeing those always align isalways a beautiful thing too,
you know.
And so I don't know what it'slike with every husband and wife
, but our dynamic is she trustsme in my arena and I trust her
in hers, and then when weoverlap, that's just iron
sharpening iron.
You know just like, hey, this ismy lane, this is yours, and so

(03:06):
when we stay in our lanes, man,I think you know it's always
been prosperous.
For sure I love partnering withmy wife Tiffany.
She's just, she's a beast man,I'm out of here.
