Tonight we connect @home with a message from our Assistant Pastor, Alan Robertson.

In a time of such crisis and turmoil, there is a spirit of fear and anxiety that is sweeping through the world, but we must look towards Heaven. In our hope that has never failed us, that we may be a light and beacon of hope and faith towards others. We pray for our nation, its leaders, and for all that are being affected in this time of need and we bind together that God would show forth as He always does.

Every decision we make and every desire we have must be taken to God in prayer. God has called us all to pray. Just like a builder builds and a poet writes, the child of God must pray. We must prioritize prayer in order to know our Creator.

We fall and sometimes it was not our fault and leaves us broken. We need to fall again, but into the hands of the Father whose grace is sufficient. When you fall to the Father, you become a child of the King.

In this next installment of the Bold series, we learn about the importance of Bold speech and how to implement the four keys to bold speech in our daily lives. Boldness is behavior born out of belief. There are times when you should let your life be a witness and there are times to get bold and speak about your belief in God. If we truly believe what we believe, we cannot keep quiet and must not be afraid to speak it out.

There was a boldness in the Acts church and there was power connected with that boldness. This first installment of the series on Boldness focuses on activating the power of God in our lives by enhancing the way we pray by praying with boldness. If God answered every prayer you prayed last week, how would the world be impacted today? To make a big difference in this life, we must pray bold prayers.

It is vital in your relationship with God to have a minister who speaks the Word into your life. Continue to ask God to anoint your pastor and speak to your pastor, so the pastor will speak to us.

Have you ever thought of where your life would be in a year? Maybe five years or even ten years? There has always been a sense of curiosity in humanity for the future, but God owns our tomorrow. We must make up in our minds that rather than relying on the plans of our own will, we must rely in the comfort of knowing God has a plan for us and only He knows our tomorrow.

Previously, we heard about the importance of Faith and Family. This week, Pastor Alan explores another core value of the church: Community. We need to build our faith and strengthen our families in order to impact our community. What is our community? Who is my neighbor? From the ends of the earth to your very own backyard, your neighbor includes every place and person that people may not want. To whom is God leading you?

The miracle comes after the sacrifice. When giving the sacrifice, adversaries will come to destroy the sacrifice so continue to fight for the miracle.

Sometimes in life we don’t have all the answers and life is literally a step of faith. Days of worry, of stress, of anguish; we get so caught up in trying to fix it ourselves that we neglect the fact that we serve a God that is all knowing in a world that tomorrow is unknown. God is calling us to a life of trust, a relationship of trust. So Do You Trust Him?

As we begin the series of our values, CT focuses on building our faith and being active in our faith as it is vital in our relationship with God. In our faith and belief, it leads us to obedience and action.

New year, new you. Ever heard of that when new years roll around? God is calling us in this new year to a call of consistency. Why? So that we become that new person that God is trying to lead us to become.

When we are starting not to see clearly, we need another touch from God. After we have been touched, it is up to us to go a different direction from before.

There is times where we end up in unfamiliar territory where it is a time of sorrow and battling circumstances, or it can be out in a step of faith into the unknown. It maybe unfamiliar to us, but God has been in every situation that it is familiar territory where He can lead us through the unfamiliar.
