Today we hang out with Coach Ojeda who is the brand new Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach at Aldine High School. Coach tells us about his journey to Aldine, what the transition has been like, and what he has been focused on in these first few weeks on the job. Coach highlights the importance of spending time to save time and he has implemented this idea both with his kids as well as personally in this transition. He also shares a couple of lessons his mentors taught him that greatly influence how he coaches today.
