Aligning your thoughts with your actions is a powerful practice that can transform the abstract into the tangible, turning dreams into reality. It's about the harmony between what we aspire to be and what we actually do, a congruence that fuels not just personal satisfaction but also remarkable achievements.

Imagine your thoughts as the architects of your destiny and your actions as the builders. When both work in sync, the foundation of your goals becomes solid and achievable. It's not merely about having positive thoughts or ambitious dreams; it's about taking consistent, deliberate steps towards making those thoughts and dreams come alive. This alignment ensures that every action you take is a step closer to your vision, making your journey not just a series of random events but a purposeful endeavor towards a defined goal.

However, aligning thoughts with actions is easier said than done. It requires self-awareness, discipline, and a commitment to personal integrity. You must regularly check in with yourself, ensuring that your actions reflect your true intentions and values. This might mean recalibrating your path, learning new skills, or even letting go of habits that no longer serve your purpose.
Consider the power of a single, aligned action taken today. It might seem small, but when compounded over time, these actions can lead to monumental changes. The beauty of this alignment is that it not only propels you towards your goals but also cultivates a life of authenticity and fulfillment.

To those embarking on this journey, remember that consistency is key. Aligning your thoughts with your actions is a daily practice, not a one-time event. Celebrate the small victories along the way, and be patient with yourself during setbacks. The path to alignment is not linear; it's fraught with challenges and learning opportunities that ultimately contribute to your growth and success.
In conclusion, aligning your thoughts with your actions is the essence of living a purposeful life. It's about making every day count, ensuring that your inner vision is reflected in your outer reality. So, take that first step today. Align your actions with your aspirations, and watch as your life unfolds in alignment with your deepest values and dreams. This is the path to not just achieving success, but to living a life that is truly your own.

(00:01):
I am feeling alive. I'm reallyfeeling completely energized. Twenty past nine on
Sunday, the twenty eighth of Februaryfebu where read twenty no January. Wow,
that's how much fun I'm having.Time is flying so much. I've

(00:24):
skipped a whole month twenty eighth ofJanuary twenty twenty four. I've had my
rollerblades now. I don't want tosound like a scratch record, by the
way, and make every episode forthe next you know, twenty five years
about me rollerblading. But I'm lovingit. I'm absolutely loving it. It

(00:47):
gets me some exercise, it's teachingme a new skill. I'm progressing slowly,
but I'm program I think I've probablybeen out, as a rough estimate,
ten to fifteen times. Fifteen timesis like every other day for the

(01:11):
month of January. I certainly haven'tdone that, so every third or every
fourth day. Maybe I've only beenout ten times since I got them at
Christmas. And I'm still in thesame spot, still in a car park
level floor. That's a level.I'm on level three with a level four

(01:34):
just in case you want to Googlemap me or something anyway, But the
point is this. I'm going tokeep this short and sweet at this moment
in time, and who knows whattomorrow hold. But at this moment in
time, this, the actions I'mtaking are aligned with the thoughts and motivations

(02:00):
I have, and they fit perfectly. And it creates this, this this
lock, this chain, this thistight connection between what I'm thinking and the
actions I'm taking, and it's creatingthis fantastic feeling. And so often,

(02:20):
you know, I'm forty eight yearsold now, so often in my life
I've tried something new and it's lastedfive minutes. And I'm starting to understand
at the age of forty eight,I see it. I see it all
the time, by the way Isee it in work, where somebody would
go, I don't know, Iwant to pay rise. Just think you
want to pay rise. You've you'rethe laziest person we employ, like you've

(02:46):
done nothing to demonstrate that you're wortha pay Do you know what I mean?
And it's just what what what makesyou for one minute believe Oh I
will try harder? No, no, not will try harder, try harder,
be be better, and then comeand have this conversation. Don't don't
do the bare minimum that that doesn'talign with with what you're coming out your

(03:09):
mouth, like literally it's and thathasn't happened this week, by the way,
but but I see it. Isee it all the time. Where
there's been a couple of good daysat work, where we've there's a lot
going on, we've been snowed under, We've had a little meeting first thing
in the morning, and a coupleof staff has said, look, I

(03:30):
just really need some time uninterrupted justto you know, catch up on stuff.
And I'd appreciate it if you know, everybody helped me achieve that.
And I'm like, yeah, it'sgood, good good thoughts, good good

(03:53):
communication around that and good good, good focused sort of targets, ambush well
done, and the rest of theteam have stepped up and made that happen.
And that is everyone pulling together, and that's everyone being aligned with themselves

(04:13):
and with each other knowing that Iwant to speak to this person about a
particular issue I got. But youknow what I did say today, I'd
help them propet their time, soprotect their time. So does it need
to be done today. No,I'll put a little note on it and
I'll speak to them tomorrow or viceversa. That those so someone said this
week, you know, they normallylook at their emails every sort of half

(04:36):
an hour. There's always it's somethingpopping up. Well, they turned off
all their notifications and said, I'dbe looking at them today between you know,
I think he said sort of twelveand one and three and four or
something. And if it's not youknow, if you need me in between
those times, you need to gethold of me I urgently, please please

(04:58):
ring my mobile. From that Iwill not be sort of replying to emails.
And the following day they said, yeah, pretty much did it.
Felt myself drifting sort of mid morning, checked a few and then realize,
nope, keep on track, allocatethat time specifically to it. And they
did it. And that to meis massive, absolutely massive, because they've

(05:20):
set out intension in the morning, they've stuck to it within the actions that
they've demonstrated during the day. It'scompletely aligned and they've achieved. And my
point today is quite simple. It'swhat are you looking to do? What
are you looking to do with yourlife and whatever's going on right this second

(05:42):
With that thought, right this second, I mean, think about it quite
literally, think I'm going to pause. You tell me, tell me what
you want to do today? Whatdo you want to do over the next
week? Where are your goals tobe in twelve months time? Think about
it now and whatever that thing isthat A're just giving you five seconds to

(06:06):
think about, take longer after thisepisode, By the way, it's important
you get it right. But whateverthat thing is, my question is,
and my only question is, whatare you going to do today to align
that outcome with the goals that youplan to set or the actions that you

(06:29):
plan to set to achieve that.I just butget that. So we do
that again. You've got your outcome, goals, your end thing that you're
working towards, the motivations, yourdreams, your wishes, your life ambitions.
What actions are you going to taketoday to work towards that to make
it aligned, to make sure thatyou're when you're going to sleep tonight just

(06:54):
that little bit more closer than youwere this morning. Get into I want
to know. I want to know. I don't know how you're going to
get in touch with me, bythe way, because I steer. I
think I've close down most of mysocial media again, wasn't working for me,
wasn't aligned with my values and whatI was working towards. Got rid
of it, I think. Soif you want to get hold of me,

(07:16):
please do. Woud love to hearwhat you're up to. We'd love
to hear. If you're struggling withit, we'd love to hear. If
you want a little bit of help, let me know. Have a fantastic
day, but make sure your fantasticday involves just something, just something that
aligns your ambitions and your dreams withthe actions you are taking. Have a

(07:44):
fantastic day. Goodbye.
