you possess the strength and determination toovercome any obstacle. I know it.

the next twenty minutes, how abouta mini decluttering session. Choose a small
area of your house, maybe aspare room or your desk, or a

draw and tidy it up, clearaway any any unnecessary items, organize the
remaining ones, remove it all,give it a wipe over to make it
clean and smell a bit nicer,remove all the dust, make it a

focused space. A d clutter environmentcan do wonders for your productivity and productive

can do amazing things for your productivityand mental mental health and mental sort of

clarity. And it allows you tobe in a place when if you're doing
it within the next ten or fifteenminutes and it takes you ten minutes,
it's it's a concept called what Irefer to as microblocking, where you just
say, I'm going to spend let'sget it over and done with. Start

it now, boom, get itover and done with. Just get like
ten minutes nothing more. You're notspending the next eight hours doing this.
You're just spending ten minutes doing thatactivity, setting a line on your phone.
And then quite what often happens isafter that ten minutes, you're nearly
finished, and then you well,while I'm here, I just you know,

finish it off, and then thatends up being twelve minutes or fifteen
minutes and then quite often you thenare in the groove to kick on and
continue with your motivation. While I'mdoing this, I might as well do
that. Before you know it,you've had a really productive day. And

we know productivity leads to higher motivation, and higher motivation leads to greater productivity.
What's your excuse, you don't haveone. Make it happen today,
make it no, don't make ithappen today. Make it happen in the

next twenty minutes. What are yougoing to do? What part of your
house or your car are you goingto declutter and tidy in the next twenty
minutes? Only for ten minutes,but you're going to do a proper job.
You're just not going to move thingsaround. You're going to take it

make it smell fresh. You're goingto get rid of the bits that you
haven't used in the last couple ofweeks or months. You're going to tidy
