Hello, in this episode I share my personal journey with healing an overactive thyroid. It's my intention that it supports someone. As I've stated in the epsiode, I am not a medical professional, nor am I telling anyone what they should do, I'm simply sharing my journey & what worked for me. I did heal it naturally in the end, it didn't happen overnight but my persistence paid off.
The book & protocol I mentioned is called 'Goodbye Lupus' by Dr. Brooke Goldner - https://www.goodbyelupus.com/about-dr-g/. You can look her up on IG & YouTube, I love her story & content!
Also Theta Healing played a huge role in my healing, I offer sessions in this amazing modality - https://www.karenmaloney.com/product/thetahealing/.
And this is my FREE Water Community as well if you'd like to learn how you can supercharge your water into a potent, therapeuitc tool (I didn't have this during my healing journey but I have no doubt it would have supported & does support my thyroid now).
