(00:14):
Here we are. Thank you, listeners,
for tuning in to the Quality Living with
Peaceful Support program here on KCIW.
You're listening to one hundred point seven, our
LP radio station.
And for all those who listen to LPs,
those are not just your 30 fives and

(00:35):
45 records. That is actually just the low
power radio station. And we are always raising
money
and collecting donations to get onto the higher
towers.
So if you want to be part of
that, give a call, (541)
661-4098.
That will improve our reach to a grander

(00:55):
audience.
Also, at the time being, we can tune
in to the kciw.0rg
website
and listen there.
Also,
a reminder to give thanks and appreciation
to all of our teachers,
all of our guides, and all of the
people who have brought us here

(01:18):
to now because there are so many
masters and professors
and people who have done so much for
us
that have probably passed away maybe even for
many generations. However, their
teachings and wisdom lives through us.
So I just wanna give a full moment
of gratitude to all of our teachers who

(01:39):
are still doing the work and who have
passed on the information.
So thank you.
And I am Amanda Whittemore. We are on
the Quality Living with Peaceful Support program. We
have in the studio with us, Corey Klein.
Hey.
Hello, my friends. How are you? Hey,
everybody. How are you? Give a call. Email.

(02:01):
Contact at kcsw dot org.
Corey does the seven minutes of the seven
chakras, and it's a seven week course. We're
attempting to keep it sequential, so keep tuning
in so that you can hear her wisdom
every Monday at 06:30PM,
sometimes on Saturdays. Just tune in to KCOW

(02:22):
all the time. 100.7.
Just keep it locked. Alright, Corey. Tell us
all about it. Locked and loaded. As you
awaken the chakras through your movement,
through your mind,
remember you might be releasing some trapped emotions.
Read your body.
We're working on the third chakra today or
manipura.

(02:43):
The color is
yellow.
So,
again, as you know, I like to open
that chakra.
So if you would
gently with me, place your left hand right
on that belly button.
Right on the belly.
Put the right hand on your heart.
We're gonna breathe into the left hand.

(03:05):
Release it through your right, right at your
heart.
Yeah.
Left hand breathe in.
Right hand release.
One more breathe in through that belly button.
Release it through your heart.
Nice.

(03:26):
Now, shake that off as you think about
the sacral
chakra.
Your solar plexus
is the color yellow.
So a good thing that you can be
doing also is a seated cat cow
that's lifting your chest, rolling your back. A
child's pose
can also be a wonderful way. You can

(03:47):
even do that as you're sitting. You can
lay that head down right into that lap,
touching those toes,
going for it.
Yeah. Going for it.
That's a nice
child's pose. Or if you happen to be
on those
toes, those knees, those hands, a nice downward

(04:07):
facing dog
gives you a nice release
for
that nice sacral chakra.
We've got some downward dogs going on in
here at the radio.
So what is the solar plexus?
It governs

(04:27):
governs the fire element in you.
It's your strength, your vitality,
your stamina, your ego, your willpower,
your ability to manifest your desires, control your
life.
Doing
the third chakra
today,
it made me think about

(04:50):
what's up with my gut.
Am I happy in my gut? Oh, yeah.
Yeah. Right? Right.
Because it all when you're not happy at
that gut,
life isn't good.
Right. Or maybe you ate too many french
fries and a crappy hamburger, and that needs
to flush right through you. It did not

(05:11):
get
the ice cream afterwards because that helps. Okay.
Good.
So think about what manifests in your body
when you have
something in your stomach. Maybe it's
an ulcer.
Maybe it's something with your liver.

(05:32):
Or maybe it's just, like I said, maybe
you ate something wrong. So you gotta think
about
why maybe that yellow is standing out in
your life, and maybe you need to
have some lemons.
Make some good lemon,
lemon tea,
lemon water,
eat something yellow.
What else do you have? Oh, turmeric.

(05:53):
So I chamomile.
Chamomile. Yeah. Mhmm. Turmeric and pickles.
Sometimes you gotta have your little You gotta
get pickle y.
So think about what's something yellow that you
could add to your life
and help detox your body.
So what did I do today?
I took a minute in the sunshine,

(06:15):
walked down to McDade's,
and just put my feet in the sand
and looked up into the sun,
called that sun in
because I needed to warm our spirits after
all this rain we've been having
and, you know,
feel that yellow,
that yellow vibe

(06:36):
radiating
my body
and putting my hands up and saying,
oh, thank you. Mhmm. Gratitude. Mhmm. Changing your
thoughts.
Pulling that into your center.
Oh my goodness. What else could we add?
Yellow daffodils around town. Oh, everywhere. Everywhere.
So there's that hint of yellow. Mhmm. Sometimes

(06:57):
that will pop out right at you.
So maybe taking those lemons. Okay. What is
up with the lemons around here, and why
don't people pick their lemon trees as much
as I want them to?
Go for it.
Honestly, this town needs to have mandatory anytime
there's a party or a gathering, you bring
some lemons.
Bring the chopped lemons, walk in with a

(07:19):
smile,
put it in your waters. I'm telling you,
you could do that at your dance. We're
doing it. Okay.
And we Welcome to the neighbor's house. That's
right. Because there are so many lemons in
this town. I love it. Have some bananas.
Mhmm. Potassium.
Yes.
Take care of that. Again, that body.

(07:41):
Take care of your chakras. Listen to your
body on how it's controlling you,
how
your body is thinking, how your movement is
moving,
your stomach.
I really do
Watches?
Oh, oh.
Now you're thinking. Ram kidneys. Dandesh Dune. Yes.

(08:01):
Yes. Yes.
So I really hope that you enjoy
following the chakras. Don't be afraid of chakras.
Chakras actually are the energy circles in your
body. Mhmm. Mhmm. Teaching you that maybe you
do need to release something,
or maybe you've got some trapped emotions in
there that you need to release
movement,

(08:22):
dance,
get out in that sunshine,
recharge your light,
and move on. Let it go.
Yes.
That is beautiful.
That's what we're doing with the chakras.
Oh, goodness. We got some time with those
chakras.
Yeah. Well, so with it,
being the solar plex,

(08:44):
how would you say to somebody, like,
you know, adding the yellow foods
enlightens it,
moving,
any special movements? Other well, we talked about
that, downward dog,
the cat and cow,
and the breath work. How about some certain
breath we did the breath work with the
hands. Right. You covered everything, girl. I covered

(09:07):
everything. But, you know, mood your hands are
awesome to do too. So if you wanna
take your
finger, your pointer fingers together, make that diamond,
place it on your center,
goddess poses.
Yes. Everything. Are you just sitting here and,
like, taking that center and
releasing. Mhmm. Or if you're nervous or scared,
pull that in, tighten it up. Right. Right.

(09:30):
And release it. That's a good power mudra
to take in Yeah. And change up your
hands. Now, shake out your hands, wiggle those
fingers, Let that go. So good. Another way
to detox your life is taking those lemons.
Yeah. Like I said, when you're chopping up
those lemons for your lemon water, don't throw
those pills away. No.

(09:50):
Make a nontoxic cleaner. Yeah. Throw it in
a canning jar. Fill it up with all
those lemon skins.
Put in the white vinegar. Let it sit
in the sunshine
right at your kitchen countertop or as you're
doing dishes, and watch the water color change.
And it just brings happiness while you're sitting

(10:11):
there watching it. Put it in a nice
squirt bottle, and then you've got a nontoxic
cleaner made for your life
Yeah. Which is also another way to detox.
And
that's so smart. Feel it. And I just
I love seeing it on my in my
windowsill. It just brings me happiness.
Perfect.
Well, thank you, Cori, for doing the seven

(10:33):
minutes of the seven chakras for our seven
week course.
Anytime. We'll see you in Rep's Gym teaching
yoga. Absolutely. Absolutely.
Okay. Thank you.
Alright, listeners. Thank you so much. We are
talking with Shannon.
Shannon
is the creator and the author and a
background of journalism. She has a website

(10:56):
and she is the WiFi
refugee.
Believe it or not, it might sound a
little bit
different than our normal recordings. That's because she
is out in a remote location doing everything
she can to practice as she writes about
and being able to be healed and alleviated
from these Wi Fi frequencies.

(11:17):
Some of us aren't affected by it, just
like peanuts, just like chocolate,
alcohol,
all the things. Some of us are extremely
sensitive. This is a real deal. So, Shannon,
you're here online. Talk to us. What's going
on out there? Yeah. Hi, Amanda. It's great
to be on. I will actually already just
I'm gonna say this, that we all are

(11:38):
affected,
whether or not you feel it yet. You
may feel it in some way and just
not be linking these exposures to, like, your
symptoms because we're all electrical beings, and our
frequencies are in tune with Earth frequencies.
And they're really, like, very subtle. Right? So
the Earth has, like, an electromagnetic field that's
natural, one that's supportive of life. So all

(12:00):
these man made artificial fields that are coming
at us more and more, just everywhere inundating
us, You know, not just Wi Fi, of
course. I'd say that because my book title
is Wi Fi Refugee Welcome I mean, excuse
me, Wi Fi Refugee, Flight of the Modern
Day Canary.
And that and we can talk about that,
why I have that title. But, the what
I'm trying to say is all these frequencies,

(12:22):
like, that are introduced, that are called man
made electromagnetic fields
are not native to the planet, and they
do disrupt biology. And there is scientific proof
of this, in fact, like, thousands of papers
and, but not very convenient for industry for
us to know this. So I happen to
be one of the people who I didn't
always feel it, but I became what they're

(12:42):
calling hypersensitive,
which is I don't really I think some
issue with the term because it's kind of
focusing on the people who are feeling it
and their sensitivity
rather than the problem of this causing harm.
So I can talk more about that if
you want. Absolutely. What kind of ways that
causes harm? Yeah. And so the links to

(13:03):
your book, in case people wanna look it
up right now, our listeners would want to
look,
if where they could find your book.
Yeah. Yeah. Amazon has it and Barnes and
Noble,
either of those. And and and there's, you
can also contact me directly at my website,
which is wifi-refugee.com.

(13:25):
Okay. And there's contact me form there, and
I can, send you a signed copy directly
for the same price or sometimes less,
but only if you're in The US. If
it's international, I can't do the shipping. Nice.
And Shots Fired?
Yes. Another book, Shots Fired, Vaccine Weapons, Medical
Tyranny, and the War Against Humanity.

(13:46):
I think it's all kinda in the title
there, but I my work has, branched off
into a lot of different kind of topics
that I think are all very interrelated
because they're sort of control agendas, you know,
unfortunately, that we're dealing with right now. So
or maybe we've always dealt with, you know,
on the planet,
and sort of how to fight that. So,
you know, the medical tyranny and this tyranny

(14:08):
from the wireless industry, which is really
now a conglomerate of sort of the tech
sector of, like, Internet and Internet of things
and, you know,
all to get joined together, which is really
powerful. We all we say just big tech.
Right? Like, big pharma and big tech. And
it's really a multitrillion
dollar industry. And so the last thing they

(14:29):
want us to know is how harmful their
products are, just like big tobacco
back in the day.
Right. Right. Which is a good analogy,
because I always like to tell people this
so they can try to understand it better.
But I'm of the era where I grew
up with cigarette smoke kind of everywhere, and
I was really sensitive to that. So I
was the canary. And the canary in the

(14:49):
coal mine is really,
the analogy being used for when the miners
took canaries with them down the mines because
they're very sensitive to oxygen
levels depleting at all. And as soon as
they did, they would, like, fall off their
stop singing and fall off their perches, and
that's how the miners knew who were less
sensitive to get out before they were harmed.
So people like me are the canaries, and

(15:11):
we should be listened to because we're saying
this is harmful because we're affected first, but
it doesn't mean that everybody isn't and isn't
gonna be harmed. So I was affected by
cigarette smoke, but believe it or not, which
sounds surprising today, doctors didn't believe me. I
actually went for help, and I said I'm
allergic or I'm having these issues and these
symptoms. And they said there's no such thing
as an allergy to smoke, and you can't

(15:31):
get harmed by secondhand smoke.
So we're having the same problem now with
cell phones and all the wireless technology, and
there are actually millions of people like me
affected
all over the world trying to find places
to live, and they're not being accommodated,
even though the United Nations is supposed to
recognize this as a functional impairment and a
comment and any member nation is supposed to

(15:53):
accommodate us. But it is not happening.
Mhmm. Mhmm.
And how do people find out more information
about this?
Well, my book is a really good resource,
and we could talk about it a little
bit. I know we don't have a lot
of time to get really in-depth, but, I
could just point out why

(16:14):
why this is harmful. I mean, because there's
a lot of different studies of the done
showing the harm and how it's harmful. But
the main reason, and it's something I really
like to get across, is that
so being non native, you know, to this
planet, these artificial kind of foreign frequencies,
it means that they are, in physics terms,
they are coherent.

(16:35):
So this is rather than incoherent. So the
energy on the planet is incoherent, and all
other introduced energy is coherent. And that means
both the electric and the magnetic portion of
these fields, the EMF electric magnetic fields are
much stronger.
So they overpower our biologies, and we all
kind of know that our electric
you know, their heart and our cells function
with, like, bioelectric signals.

(16:57):
So these are disrupted.
And this disruption and overpowering
can really
have all kinds of effects on different people.
So for me, I became hypersensitive
and that I feel these effects directly immediately,
and this is because of new studies are
showing, like, how this is happening and why
some people become this way. And it's really

(17:18):
an inflammation response, inflammation in the brain, and
that causes neurological
damage
that then creates this
kind of reaction
that I'm actually I feel blessed with even
though it's been a huge upheaval in my
life. You know, if you can imagine suddenly
not being able to use a cell phone,
not being able to be around Wi Fi
modems, not being able to be around cell

(17:39):
towers and other people
with their all their gadgets and what that
would mean and that what that's meant is
to having to flee and move and move
and try to get further away from it
as it and encroaching everywhere. And that's been
my journey and the journey of so many
other people. My book chronicles, like, my story
and that of, like, dozens of others whom

(18:00):
I've met along the way and personally interviewed
a lot of them as well.
Mhmm.
And so you I mean, I know I
when I
move into certain areas like the electronic
grid, I call it a digital grid
or the the frequencies, they're
so

(18:20):
invasive
and it's almost, like, hypersensitive. Like, you know,
some people have
I mean, I just when I first moved
into certain areas, especially Brookings, there was this
hyper it was like a dog whistle almost.
It was like this insane
screeching that was
debilitating. It took me almost a year to

(18:40):
get past the amount of five g towers
and the towers that we have from the
police and
all of our radio stations. Like, I had
to work through it to the point where
I actually made it into the radio station.
And and all Yeah. Had to learn how
to, like,
I mean, oh my gosh. It took literally
years of

(19:03):
adapting to these frequencies that I was in
bed with pillows and my hands squeezing the
sides of my ears. I had my mom
unplug every
TV, every radio. Everything was unplugged in our
house. It wasn't like I was being
I wasn't making it up. You know, like,
this is a real serious thing.

(19:23):
In fact, what you described with the sound
is called microwave hearing or the Frey effect,
f r e y, named after Alan Frey.
This is like in the fifties,
when people were first, you know, experimenting with
microwaves and dealing with them. It used to
be called microwave syndrome, microwave sickness. Even Tesla
experienced
what we're calling electro

(19:44):
hypersensitivity today because he, of course, like, overpowered
himself with all his experimentations, and he went
through a really pure like, crazy period where,
like, every single noise and sensation, everything made
him so ill. Mhmm. And sometimes so you
can kind of get to a better place
and recover some of this. But at the
same time,
any exposure is like they're it's cumulative, but

(20:07):
it's also like one dose can it's not
dose dependent either. So anything can harm you.
It's like one author has a book called,
cellular tilt on Russian roulette from an
cell phone insider guy who actually had been,
like, having to experiment the first generation cell
phones on himself, and he got really sick.
And I think he got a brain tumor

(20:27):
as well.
And he wrote this book, and he's basically
making the point that you are playing that
game when you're messing with this. So you
don't know
what effect it's gonna have and when, so
you might seem okay for a while. And
we're not really adapting because adaptations take a
really long time.
We're, compensating.
Compensating.
Explain to people that we're compensating. Your body's

(20:49):
compensating,
so you might feel better and you might
feel okay and you might feel like it's
not harming you, but you're compensating. And that
means something there's gonna be some kind of
downstream effects in that compensation.
And a lot of what we're seeing with
that is, like, chronic fatigue,
chronic pain of all kinds. You know, this
is, like, epidemic now everywhere. Right? The kind

(21:09):
of things we're seeing with, like, memory loss
and brain fog
and joint pains, like fibromyalgia,
even, like, what being called Lyme disease. I
thought I had Lyme disease that I was
battling for years. It was EMS. When I
got out of that, my all those symptoms
left.
And chronic,
anxiety
problems, you know, this is like I know

(21:29):
other electro like, people being called electro sensitive
who find who get away from it, and
those things disappear that they never even thought
were linked to it. They knew that they
were getting the head pain into the headaches.
For me, it was migraines and heart
palpitation arrhythmias. You know? And
and those were, like, really getting really so
bad that I just had to get away

(21:49):
from it, and I still couldn't experience that
if I'm around it for too long. And
but I've noticed I can get to a
place where it's fairly pristine and I can
recover.
So I'll come back after, like, a day
in town and just be a lot more
tired than I would be, like, out here
in the woods
and have to recover. But if I didn't
have the chance to recover, then all these
other symptoms would come back that are chronic

(22:11):
that I can't alleviate,
or very easily. And I like, for for
example, my partner and I don't get colds
or flus anymore,
like, because we just we're able to recover
exposures, and we don't have very many. And
and, like, author Firstenberg, I don't know you
know him and his work, but he just
passed away recently.
And he's in his book, The Invisible Rainbow,

(22:31):
kind of chronicles how the disease of civilization
we're dealing with and especially the flu started
with the introductions of electrification
and radar and radio and etcetera.
And we didn't have blue before that. It
wasn't really it was very rare or unknown
before
the introduction of these frequencies.
Mhmm.
There's,

(22:53):
so like a power zap, like you were
talking about energy. It's like some days,
it's so even today, like you're saying, you
don't really adapt. You just kind of overcompensate
and do different things, like
all the things necessary.
But, yeah, it's it's insane how how much,
like, there's
these, especially the myofascial level, like you were

(23:13):
talking about, like, that is our entire electromagnetic
system that people don't even really pay attention
to so much, like, when they're doing their
physical exercises or
their their nutrition. Like, that's such a big
part of who we are.
Yeah. Yeah. The fascia layer is important and
that does hold that kind of memory. And
we're you know, we have all this water

(23:34):
in our bodies and we have this, like,
memory effect. You know, there's actually somebody coined
the term Wi Fi memory effect. And so
it actually stays in your body for some
time after. So these exposures, there are so
many studies showing that, you know,
show show us that it these exposures stay
enough its resonance.
Right? So you're resonating with these frequencies that
are not supportive of biological lice.

(23:57):
They're supportive of, like, robots and machine. Mhmm.
You know? So you're kinda oscillating at that
frequency.
And, and that compensation
compensation process has to do with ATP production
in your cells, the molecular process for energy.
It's about energy for anti transfer and storage
and usage. So you're really, like, you're there's

(24:18):
always a trade off. So, you know, you're
trying to compensate. Your body's trying to help
you, you know, you wants to be well,
trying to feel at be as optimal level,
you know. And so every time we get
these exposures that are they're basically poisonous. I
mean, so, yeah, some people are gonna react
differently to different doses of poison. Right? But
it's a toxic burden, and so we need

(24:40):
to really, like,
consider that when and we're not making conscious
choices around our tech, and we're not considering
what these exposures really are doing to us
in the long term,
especially. And what it's doing to people around
you and the biology around you, you know,
because the bees although the loss of the
wilderness, the biodiversity
with and ecology is, like, has been devastating.

(25:01):
And so there's so little focus on that
aspect. There's so much focus on, like, chemicals,
which is important to consider as well.
There's not enough focus on the radio frequency
aspect because so many well meaning people are
in organizations are sort of using
technology and, like, you know, RFID
tracking of species to try to see what's
wrong with their habitat and why, but they're

(25:22):
introducing
this frequency that's making them leave the habitat
and destroying it. So,
you know, we're just there's a lot of
misguided things happening, and I'm just hoping with
my work, my book to help people to
see this,
because I'd like to see a day when
we we start rolling this back and reversing
and where this momentum of this knowledge and,

(25:43):
you know, gets us to pass this and
so that we can start healing again, healing
our bodies, healing our environment, which is not
separate. As you know, it's like our environment
is
us. No. We have to really pay attention
to that, where we are and how you
know, because, again, the resonance factor.
Most true.
Most true. And,
guess?
Okay. Well,

(26:05):
this time I like to,
say, you know, we are here on the
Quality Living with Peaceful Support program and
that's what this is really all about is
improving our quality of living through our environment
and, you know, technology
and the air frequency
is it's like it's it's our breath. It's
our it's our vibration. It's our body. And

(26:28):
Shannon,
the author of WiFi Refugee and
Shot
Shots Fired? Shots Fired. Yeah. Yeah. And I
have a new book coming out very soon
about tech addictions. So that'll all be on
my website as well, which again is www.wifi-
with a hyphen and then refugee,

(26:49):
at well, hyphen between Wi Fi and refugee.com.
So you can find out all that information
there. And, yeah, there's also a lot of
tips in my Wi Fi refugee book about
how you can reduce your exposure. So I
know tempting to feel overwhelmed and, like, you
can't do anything, but little things will make
a big difference, especially as more of us
do them. We can make a difference, I
think.

(27:09):
Yeah. And we do each moment.
And, you know, the work that you're doing,
being, you know,
quite educated
physically through experience yourself and all the research
that you do, especially being able to be
in a remote area with the freedom to
think and feel and operate in a natural
setting makes, I know, for sure, personally,

(27:32):
all the difference in the world. So thank
you for your devotion and all the work
that you've done.
Thank you, Amanda. I really appreciate you having
me on. Absolutely. We'll do it again.
Okay. Sounds great. Alright. Have a beautiful evening.
You too. K. Bye bye.
